Tractor Trailer Junk Yard BJ And The Bear Truck

everybody welcome to our video it's been ages since I made a video and today just spare the moment I brought our well here's the truck right here and then back down here we just dropped our trailer off and this is like a junkyard a guy has a bunch of stuff here laughter we got talking for a little bit turns out if any me know the TV show BJ and the bear he actually has the original truck here so he gave me a little tour of the place I made a couple little clips and then I'll try to patch it all together but yeah it's really cool so I hope you enjoy this and then the guide is BJ and the bear I remember that was a kid so what are you gonna do when it's all such me you're gonna try restored that's really cool yeah I remember watching that pjpk when I was little how's that early 80s I think 79-71 every 981 you said that one over there you're gonna turn into a smoking the bandit and now be the trailer below what's right gotcha there's like 91 vehicles here no sir and then what what were you saying was every other once you're out what about these cab overs or anything is that just one's a what that's worth no or the lip or Bicentennial why is this they only made fifty of those trucks the only made 50 of those then there's a Liberty over on the other side that's a rare truck they only made a hundred of those this would be the Trans Am it's rust free or surface rust on it but I have a different nose cone I have the shaker hood the snorkel but this this would be like for smoking a bandit - but I'm not doing smoking - bandit - doing snooping abandoned one definitely collective and pull this [ __ ] like how do you got one of them - two of them Jesus Christ see if we can get it through here have you been collecting this stuff or did you also this one for 2,500 bucks this thing runs really good does it yeah the wheels alone there are about a thousand dollars and that has slotted rotors has a real loud exhaust on it so if I got NASCAR just put Center air and a hero man I used to drive this car this used to be my show car I said it's a replica no Hodges a mess ok that's right it's getting worse I just had but I've built an all-too chassis for it you'd think this car never has been down the road I drove this car for years yeah it's all tube chassis everything's on Himes everything it's all will adjust a bowl put a v8 Chevy that's just a mock-up motor fully roll caged Wow the front casting is all done I mean it's wicked when I say I drove this car for years did you know mm-hmm that's me this is I got a slime coat on it to protect the paint and I took that panel off so that wasn't slime but this is them that's the paint right there that's the phone nothing's low huh oh my gosh three inches off the front Wow to the ground so there's a lot of modifications that went in this I made it user friendly probably take this to Macungie I think it kinda get a little thing stuff [Music] if you look I'll give you a story on this one how rare it is but see these vids yeah yeah yeah it's Street up and down right yeah all right 1975 they only ever had flat tops you know what flattop is yeah yeah yeah okay have you said that one was Rambert Oh 1976 they built this one make 50 of them and they only made 48 long and you can't fake these trucks out and this is just one of six that are left Wow it looks like the old up yeah this is the one-year only truck see those vents oh they're not right they're not in line all right 1976 was the first year they ever built a high top it's called a vit 200 Bicentennial edition and the vit stood for very important trucker and the 200 a lot of people think oh they make 200 of them they didn't then they say oh well we made a hundred long noses at a hundred cab overs they didn't what the vit 200 the 200 stood for of the birth year of America from 1776 to 1976 and so people there's been a couple of them to painted them like this the right way you can tell that by the vents that they're not on the money oh you are you accepting one okay so you remember vison to Munich everything was right in blue that year yeah okay I live down by Valley Forge they have the Conestoga train wagon came and went to the park yeah so you see the door panel go red light blue seats red white and blue and I don't know if you know the cap over Aerodyne but can you see the top windows they're called vista windows you don't see him do you I mean up in here yeah okay this is the only year did that it's a shelf up there it's like a sleeper flat double zippers went straight across you don't see the double sleepers in the cabin numbers so anyway they made this truck in 1976 so in 75 is all flat tops 76 they made this truck 77 they skipped a year 78 be Jana bear got that truck that's a 78 so this is a one year only truck ever and you can't fake it out this is a rare rare we're truck they said this is one of six that had been found and look you can always see windows on every truck oh yeah okay you cannot fake out the Bicentennial huh I'll show you another truck that red white and blue one yeah the 1985 that's all stretched out no that's all factory yeah if you want to see a long ass truck it's this one and that's all factory to this truck here they made a hundred of them there's only approximately 20 of those even left that seems really long I'm a because everything's off I don't know it's just long it is long this is the tour twelve inch wheelbase and when I put a forward axle [Applause] that's gonna be the smoking bandit truck oh yeah I go down you know where the Walt Whitman Bridge is sure sure I never been there but anyway down by there I bought two Calton sleepers 36 inch bunks yeah but the little pop trailers I mean the pup my little you know they're small sleeper see that's a six inch or a six foot bunk that's a 60-inch cockpit bunk and in the smoking abandoned it was a small coughing sleeper oh okay I thought they caught them like pup sleepers liked a little coffin okay because they're so small but yeah I sold the big air cleaners the big stainless steel air cleaners had a drop-down visor the truck really looked nice he has a brand new engine in it another you know new transmission but yeah I gotta go down there by the Walt Whitman I think he said it's about two hours from here and pick up a couple small sleepers yeah this one I don't like the setback axle see how far it is from the front bumper yeah it looks ugly but this will be all around headlight truck and that's all stock that hasn't been stretched enough yeah Wow they made 100 Aerodyne like this one here ah they made 100 flat tops and 100 conventionals they know your your trucks that's for sure I've learned I don't know everything I just know what I have here but look at you look down this trailer how Sweden is that's pretty sure it's straight yeah so I'm putting an old-school wreath wrong it'll actually probably be that reefer there on that trailer small riether pj in the bear truck yeah [Music] and this place is pretty cool he has over 90 vehicles here between Corvettes Lamborghinis Trans Am all the cab overs this is where I brought the trailer Oh wish I had a good view of seeing the trailer coming through
