Inside a Brand New Los Angeles Mansion with a SWIM-UP POOL BAR!

[Music] what's going on guys welcome back to another luxury home tour my name is Darren and today we are going to give you a full tour of this beautiful home behind me here in the North San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles this is the Palisades Santee Italian teh model here in the west cliff community in Porter Ranch it features five bedrooms five and a half bathrooms 5211 square feet of living space and currently just starts at one point six million dollars starting outside the home you arrive to the driveway which leads you up to your two-car garage and to my right is a single car garage as well I think you guys are going to be thoroughly impressed with the interior of this home as we have toured another one in the same community link right there if you want to watch that one but looking at the exterior it blends a bunch of different styles together Mediterranean Tuscan and modern that you'll see when we go in walking up to the front entrance you see the large front door has that arch around it let's just go on in this is one of those homes that when you first enter you are just in awe with the dual staircase and the gorgeous chandelier above you just see endless views of the San Fernando Valley looking all the way through your backyard we're first gonna take a turn to your left and show you the in-law suite we first have a powder room consisting of a floating vanity with a beautiful light surrounding the mirror and maybe blue tiles throughout the walls in this powder room directly next to the powder room is the bedroom follow me in here there's a bit of a living area with a flat-screen TV on the wall and leading this way is a Hall where you have a dry bar with Caesarstone countertops a built-in microwave and a mini-fridge and here is the first bedroom that we're taking a look at in this house out of the way of everything pretty much and the door outside in the hallway leads into the one car garage we've got a unique chrome chandelier directly in the center of this bedroom a walk-in closet right behind me and a full bathroom let's check it out this bathroom features have beautiful vanity with natural stone white countertops and we have smooth tiling on the walls in different shades of gray as well as triangular tiles on the floors and in the shower floors with a chrome range showerhead it's a luxurious bathroom something unique is this handle right behind me adding another light give you spa-like vibes in here while you're taking a shower coming out of there let's take a look at the rest of the house walking this way you immediately see the formal dining room and just look right into the backyard it flows seamlessly out there with the indoor/outdoor flow we're just gonna go there right now to my right is a large window pivot door as we walk out here we arrive to a bunch of seating space with a nice water feature and a moat over on the side of the house we've got another unique chandelier right above me Toll Brothers puts so much detail into every inch of their homes and right behind me is a fireplace with a flat-screen TV on the wall it seems like we're inside when we're actually not we're just covered in this patio space you look behind me some more dining room with another water feature on the wall oh my goodness before we take a look over at the jacuzzi it just looks phenomenal from this view but to my left you see this is where the sliding doors will close up in this corner it flows completely seamlessly right out into the bag you don't even know if you're indoors or outdoors let's keep seeing what else is in this backyard there's something very interesting that I'm sure you're not going to want to miss that I've only seen in Vegas and in resorts but let's walk this way first along these steps make sure you don't fall in the pool when you're doing this well you can see tons of natural sunlight comes into this backyard and we walk up to your spa absolutely gorgeous spa with this navy tile around it and just pan into the whole backyard we have four large palm trees I love that the spa is elevated up a bit so you can see clearly into the views overlooking the pool and swim up bar let's head to the other side of the backyard and see what I'm talking about now this would be where you enter the pool as there are a couple steps leading down and you just have views from every angle of the pool from the spa and from this bar area we've got a full outdoor kitchen and a sunken down wet bar oh my goodness first you can see the beautiful stone countertops on both sides massive wolf grill behind me this bar has absolutely everything that you need you can have four beers on tap one two two over there you have your ice machine just everything you need to store several drinks below me mini fridge and temperature controlled wine fridge we've got a massive flat-screen TV up here on the wall in this bar so you can't be in the pool come up from the swim-up bar and watch the game the absolute perfect backyard for entertaining [Music] [Music] if you owned this house you should definitely spend tons of time out in your swim-up bar how many swim of bars at a house have you seen not many I'm sure now let's walk back past the pool and head back inside back inside to the formal dining room you see how it flows seamlessly from the outdoors and to here with the herringbone tile out in the patio and out here in the main floor let's look up at another unique chandelier now to me this looks like a sea anenome might find Nemo in there or something what do you think either way it is a gorgeous piece and adds to the luxury of this home next the formal living room here in the formal living room we've got 10-foot high ceilings above me with recessed lighting built-in speakers all throughout we've got three arched windows looking into your pool and swim up bar behind me is a gas fireplace with a large flat-screen TV above underneath the fireplace is a large dark stone smooth floating ledge with a light underneath it I'm sure it looks incredible at night the formal living room is directly adjacent to the kitchen now immediately when you walk into the kitchen you notice the enormous center island with the extended breakfast bar you can fit up to at least five seats here two original light fixtures above the island with three layers of woven beads creating it on this side of the kitchen we have our wolf oven wolf microwave countertops matching the backsplash now you have your choice in here between Caesar stone and granite so you can pick which kind of countertops you like the best temperature controlled wine fridge can probably fit at least 50 bottles in there we've got the panel sub-zero fridge and freezer next to a second wine fridge if you're a wine fan this is the house for you you can store all of your bottles in here if this isn't enough space for you to store your wine bottles remember there's more room in the swim-up bar look above there's more cabinets with tinted windows and behind me is a large butler's pantry we've got five burner wolf gas stove those same countertops and matching the gorgeous backsplash everything you need here in the kitchen dishwasher wolf oven with six-burner gas stove and a pot filler anyone making pasta multiple times a week I would if I had this right off the kitchen is a little mudroom with a door leading into your two-car garage that was everything downstairs on this first level let's head back to the main entrance behind me and go upstairs coming up one side of the dual staircase just take another look at that gorgeous chandelier also you notice how there are two open pockets on either side on the second level looking in up on the second floor landing we are immediately greeted by two modern barn doors that close off this room which might be my favorite room in the entire house it would definitely be used as a man cave for myself as there are three flat-screen TVs on the wall perfect for watching any sports there are five surround sound speakers on the ceiling in this room perfect for watching anything on your three flat screens looking along the wall we have a wolf microwave another Sub Zero wine fridge it's the fourth one we've seen so far and then another sub-zero mini-fridge lots of Pellegrino stage throughout this house [Music] and let's just take a walk right on to the balcony here we are on this large deck overlooking the backyard and the pool we're just views of the San Fernando Valley that are endless even though it's a bit cloudy right now the palm trees around me just make a statement here in the backyard as this is directly centered in the house when you look at the pool from up here you can really see that the four palm trees mark each corner of them and we've got a t-shape where the left side is the spa and the right side is that swim up bar just every inch of the backyard was taken into consideration I don't know where I'd spend more time in this room or down at the swim up pool bar let's check out the rest of this second level my right our two bedrooms and to my left are two more including the master let's head this way first take a turn in here the first of four bedrooms upstairs we are back of the house facing you can see behind me is a window door leading out to another balcony it's also ensuite let's first look in the bathroom [Music] we've got a walk-in closet to my right in this bathroom you'll be seeing that every single bathroom in the house is completely unique in this own way with smooth white stone countertops over on the vanity with a smaller rectangular tile on the shower wall you have a built-in bathtub and another chrome rain showerhead out of bathroom there is a lot of character in this house another example that you'll see is this light fixture in the center of this room on the custom-made ceilings but the lights surrounded in a globe with a bunch of leaf surrounding adding to the overall character that Toll Brothers brings and let's just take a brief look into another balcony before we show you the next room very spacious with a daybed out there you have two arches with window pockets that overlook the entire valley as you've been seeing out of this room let's go back down the hallway and show you another room in this hall on the second level to my right is a closet for some storage and as we make our way along here is one of the openings looking down to the dual staircase and the chandelier in the front entrance right behind me is your Luxury laundry room with Caesarstone countertops I love that it's raised right here so that you can perfectly fit your whirlpool washer and dryer and one of the biggest sinks I've ever seen in my life look at this it's got to be at least almost three feet long at the larger room keep making our way through this hall is another bedroom this room is front-facing currently staged has a room for a son that loves music see a drum set over there and they love surfing as we're only a short 30 minute drive to the beach you have your surfboard stashed in this corner this is where your flat-screen TV goes on the wall right in front of the bed and it's also ensuite as all the bedrooms are let's take a look another gorgeous countertop on this vanity in the bathroom we've got great textured walls in here that lead into the shower walls and the flooring those smooth chrome tiles that you don't see too often [Music] now let's get out of here we finished up on the second level of this wing of the house let's loop around to the other two bedrooms back down the hallway through the second floor landing we passed the chandelier and the front entrance behind me let's just first show you the master bedroom I know you are waiting to see that so follow me in here in this spacious master bedroom you first see the beautiful chandelier right in the middle of the custom-made walls with the white beams behind me window doors leading out to a smaller balcony more of those gorgeous views of the valley to the right on this wall is a flat-screen TV there's enough space in here to even have a couch in the center for some seating moving along in the master over on this side you can see there are two walkways into the master bathroom with the gas fireplace surrounded by the smooth stone slabs and let's go inside this master bathroom speaks luxury to me you can see all the way through to the walk-in closet in the back as they flow together as one so we've got a his-and-her side this is obviously hers as it extends a bit longer with the Caesarstone countertops that we've been seeing throughout bathtub directly in the center with cladding around Caesarstone countertops as well right up against this dual fireplace more of those tile around the fireplace we've got a floating ledge above and then your flat-screen TV so you can soak in the tub all day while watching your favorite TV series [Music] something unique about these vanities is they both have an open shelf in the center with a light lighting it up displaying any kind of towels or toiletries you might have let's step right in to your walk-in shower now there are two glass doors that lead you in here and when you first walk in you definitely notice this light onyx on the wall just brightening up the shower we've got to see their stones shower bench matching the rest that we've seen throughout the house and it's the more marble on the walls that follow along on the ceilings in the shower and you look up to a massive chrome rain showerhead and another one directly in front of me as we walk through the second glass door in the shower right away we're in the closet now you see the bathroom and the closet are together as one and there is a his-and-her side to the closet areas as well unless she has tons of clothes and just wants to take over his side she could probably do that too you have windows cabinets behind me more open shelves around plenty of space for anything you need over on his side it's pretty similar same thing you have those windowed cabinetry on the opposite side of the shower our tinted walls with a door leading into the toilet more of that bright luxury onyx on the walls in this toilet room can't get more luxurious than this bathroom down the hallway first to my left is another closet for some storage as we keep moving there's another one of those pockets looking at that chandelier and the dual staircase in the front but as we move this is the final bedroom in the house it's the second largest bedroom beside the master we are front-facing with a balcony overlooking the driveway [Music] this room is currently staged as a room for a kid that loved soccer Raul let me ask you a question what was your favorite sport growing up favorite sport growing up has to be baseball been playing it ever since I was four years old since you were four years old I completely agree with you my favorite sports baseball's well me and rel will actually met playing baseball back in the day what's your guys favorite sport let us know down in the comments and finally take a look in the bathroom a unique vanity Caesarstone countertops with small black and white tile on that backsplash and high me is the shower is more of those black and white smooth tile around the entirety of the walls [Music] that was everything up here and throughout
