i feel like he fits a lot of living into his very short life obviously it would have been great to have him around so but he did a lot of stuff more than most people will do in their lifetime how many times [Music] so the amounts of likes are starting to go up now this has almost as many likes as the justin bieber music video but it's just on number three i think counting stars was that big of a song huh oh number one is wrath of human innovative and i made a problem oh that's sick that's really awesome amazing year big thumbs up by the way have you listened to the little pitch you're living i gotta talk about a pet peeve i have with chandelier there's like a weird resonant sound in the bass or something like it's not in the bass it's higher up it's just like in the whole chorus and it bothers me listen to this you hear that it sounds a little bit like a tv when it's on the wrong channel throughout the whole chorus and i don't see why they didn't mix it away it sounds so weird i amazing music videos always taylor swift definitely has amazing music videos as well but like i don't know there's just something about the imagination of the katy perry music videos that i enjoy honey now okay so second most liked we had ed sheeran's thinking out loud almost like i can understand this this makes sense 2014 gets a thumbs up as well many good songs starting to think that we will not get any thumbs down i feel like i have more in common with the music taste of people liking youtube videos than with the people who buy music like billboard stuff like that all of these make sense to me fifth most liked youtube video 2015 stressed out [Music] that's such an iconic music video as well i feel like billy eilish was kind of lifting a lot from 21 pilots when it came to aesthetics in this music video 21 pilots were on these weird bicycles i guess it's called and then billy ellis i think wasn't something similar right you know she was on car and her friends were on kind of tricycles just seems like the same thing i think she likes them a lot so that makes sense feels weird that sorry got so many likes when bieber isn't even in the video just some random dancers i'm surprised this isn't higher actually [Music] is that the most liked one of all time maybe no it's number two okay despacito is number one i guess we'll get to that one later so that was 2015 big thumbs up as well fun with a little bit more of alternative music moving on to 2016 the fifth most liked music video is clean bandit rock bye [Music] people hate this song i think it's actually really good you can think what you want about them as people or whatever because they do say a lot of messy stuff but that song is pop it's pop pop guys it's pop pop pop i would go so far as to say that it's thing is actually a reference to dead mouse because dead mouse hated on him it wasn't about me does she change her mind because he does things with his dj deck she wants to get on his dj deck camera gotta stop gotta move on okay so 2016 gets a like imagine dragons believer is number five of 2017 i was broken from a young age taking my soak into the mouth [Music] so this is the j balvin song which makes me think that this might be the same year despacito came out oh wow okay [Music] first bts song on the list 2017 was kind of like when they started taking youtube by storm wow 23 million in the shape of you sick [Music] well most of the western songs on this list i'm not crazy about believer i don't think it's great song it's a bit repetitive shape of you is probably my least favorite to share in song i just find it really repetitive okay it gets a like it's a soft light a lot of good stuff a lot of bad stuff as well 2018 number five is bts's idol [Music] oh yeah it's this one number four as well that's a weird gang of people who's ozuna this guy must be the guy who sings the chorus i guess okay this is the k-pop yeah 2018. it feels like k-pop has been along for so long but it seems like it's only been part of the mainstream in the us for like a couple years and the most liked music video oh 2018 was girls like you by my room five featuring cardi b what girls again not maroon 5's best song and also that is not a lot of likes for the most liked music video it's an interesting year for sure 2018 with all k-pop it was mainly k-pop we had three out of five it gets a thumbs up i don't know those k-pop songs very well the western songs i'm not crazy about honestly 2019 coming in at number five we have little nozak's old town road featuring billy ray's type and i'm gonna take my horse i'm surprised that only has 11 million likes i thought that was the biggest song of the year 14 million [Music] the music videos for k-pop songs just absolutely destroy western music videos i gotta say [Music] boy with love was the most liked one k-pop is killing it this is a really good year though feels even more like the start of the bts era for some reason even though they had been around for a while this one really popped this is definitely what got bts on my radar big thumbs up for 2019 and here we got justin bieber's yummiest the fifth most liked video of 2020. the most liked so there is a little bit of a face-off between blackpink and bts going on i'm surprised dynamite wasn't on there maybe it wasn't on for long enough how many likes this dynamite have 23
