sure to say that in the letter if you don't want me to make sure to save not to but other than that guys let's start this video again p.o box magic candle company if you're interested sorry this is taking so long let's get to the video when you bring up Disney vacations to a lot of people who don't really go on Disney vacations all that often they say why would you go back to Walt Disney World or Disneyland there's always so many lines you have to wait in lines for everything and while that is true that you have to line up for things if you want to experience a certain attraction or food most of the time these weights can be avoided by using things like Fast Pass or going to different attractions during different times of the day but they're right you know who wants to wait in line for everything while you're on vacation or while you're trying to have fun lines well for the most part I do think there are a few exceptions are not too fun to weight in but as I tell people all the time trying to fit in as many rides as they can and just going until the Sun Goes Down and the park closes Disney resorts aren't all about the rides so I decided to put on my travel advisor hat for this episode and tell you all about different experiences and yes sometimes even attractions that you don't have to wait in line for and sometimes if you're lucky you can even get a free souvenir at the end of these experiences so everybody sit back relax and enjoy the top 5 Disney attractions with no lines no lines you you really can't beat not having to wait in line in my very humble opinion I believe that Disneyland Park is the king when it comes to attractions without lines some say that Disneyland has the best rides and that's true but I also believe that Disneyland has the best experiences best experiences in the park I should say Tom Sawyer Island the live entertainment you can see all over the park Tarzan's treehouse all of these are wonderful attractions that you don't have to wait in line for my personal favorite is one that has been around since the old days of Disneyland you see when Disneyland first opened the castle didn't have much inside there was the little tunnel you could walk through from Main Street USA to Fantasyland but the rest of the interior of Sleeping Beauty's castle served more as a house for the stray cats of Anaheim and less so as an actual attraction and while the stray cats do still roam about at Disneyland of Disney California Adventure helping Disney keep the amount of rodents in the park to an absolute minimum - of course many and Mickey they get to stay guys don't worry in 1957 two years after the opening of Disneyland weds or Walt Disney Imagineering as it's known today decided to make Sleeping Beauty's castle a ride or attraction of its own and since the castle itself is too small to fit or ride inside they decided to go instead with a walk through attraction the Sleeping Beauty Castle walkthrough guests could enter the castle from the fantasy land side and go up a few stairs and enter the world of Sleeping Beauty easily the best Disney film ever created there were different dioramas put in the castle showing several different scenes from the movie all of these dioramas were done in the art style of ivan de l a disney artist who was very famous for his backgrounds in several Disney movies including yes that one in 1977 the castle closed for an update that replaced the original Earl 2d dioramas instead these new scenes were more reminiscent of the animated windows on Main Street USA you know the ones the frozen one The Princess and the Frog won the Aladdin one you guys all seen these with more practical 3d sets and dolls rather than the 2d sets that were there originally and while there wasn't really a problem with this second incarnation of the Castle walkthrough I think everybody liked it more when they changed it back to the original 1957 walkthrough in 2008 because there is no queue you can literally just walk right into the castle there will probably be a few other people in there admiring the dioramas as well but there is no line you have to wait in and you can go at your own pace taking as long or as short as you want being me I suppose you guys can imagine how long it takes me to get through the walkthrough because I want to stay and linger and see all of the effects in all of the scenes there's even a slightly secret super cool Maleficent effect at the very end of the walkthrough that I recommend waiting for and with the Sleeping Beauty Castle walkthrough being both a piece of Disneyland and Disney film making history I think it's safe to say that it does indeed belong on our list treehouses who who can really get enough of the treehouses I sure can't I love going on the treehouses both of them of course but I'm going to talk about one in particular for our number-4 spot and keep in mind that none of these entries are really in any particular order so if you're disagreeing with me about what point or what number it's at you just know that it's not important I'm going to be focusing on the Swiss family treehouse at the Magic Kingdom in Florida but everything I say for this entry can be equally applied to Tarzan's treehouse and Anaheim and this is really in the same vein as the Sleeping Beauty Castle walkthrough because this is another walkthrough attraction but this one has the difference of being way more themed in having a ton of practical sets and effects now the Swiss family treehouse was their opening day at the Magic Kingdom in 1971 and this walkthrough Disney o dendron tree contains various different scenes from the 1960 film you have three seconds to guess the title okay it's the Swiss Family Robinson when it came to the Robinson treehouse at Disneyland the original set designer from the movie came to work on sets for the attraction when it opened in 1962 on the border of Adventureland and what would soon become New Orleans square it was a sea ticket and I don't think using a sea ticket for a walk through attraction would go by very well with Disney fans these days back in the 60s it would probably encourage them to take their time when going through and although the tree is made to look real and it really does blend in with all the other Adventureland trees it's actually made of steel plastic stucco and concrete so you're not going to be seeing it blow over anytime soon in the wild Florida weather and the tree in the Magic Kingdom stretches sixty feet or six storeys tall and if you are afraid of heights I still recommend going up and seeing the sets but if it's too much for you I completely understand we have plenty other entries on this list that aren't as high off the ground but the secret Easter eggs referring back to the original Swiss Family Tree House in Tarzan's treehouse and Disneyland and the intricacies and details of these sets really shows what Disney is capable of when it comes to theming and attraction they don't have to point you in any certain direction like Haunted Mansion air Pirates of the Caribbean you can be facing any direction 360 degrees and you will always be a mer and the story in the sets and the theming of these treehouses and that's why and my personal opinion it lands at number four on this list now everybody take a deep breath because this one might be a little shocking this next experience that you don't have to wait in line for isn't actually in any of the parks that's right this apply is still again to Disneyland and Walt Disney World but we are going to the resort hotels you don't have to be a guest to experience the magic of the Disney hotels and let me tell you they are truly magical my personal favorite of all the Disney hotels anywhere in the world I've only been to the ones and the United States is Disney's Polynesian Village Resort if you're a fan of Adventureland or Tiki culture in any way this is going to be paradise for you the Hawaiian music playing gently in the distance as you walk down the soft white sand beaches of the Polynesian Village Resort is an experience unlike no other go ahead and put that in your brochure Disney if that one's free from off hand but if you don't like the Polynesian feel and you're more into the turn-of-the-century Main Street USA style feeling the Grand Floridian is perfect into a more Tomorrowland style semi futuristic experience while the contemporary is where you want to go or if you're more of a cowboy frontier land type Disney's four wilderness is for you you kind of see what I'm saying there's something for everybody at any of the Disney Resort Hotels another personal favorite of mine is the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim because it has that vintage Disneyland feel and charm Tangaroa terrace outside giving you that old-school Adventureland Tiki Room style vibe and inside the different dioramas and props and merchandise on display from old Disneyland really helps drive home where you are and where you're potentially staying and guys I've only talked about the atmosphere of these hotels so far there's so much more the shopping and do do not even get me started on the dining steakhouse 55 10 out of 10 Trader Sam's that's a 10 out of 10 now koozies that's another 10 out of 10 the Disney hotels have everything from grab-and-go which features the best chicken nuggets you will ever find anywhere in the world to extreme fine dining like steak house 55 I mean I guess it's not that extreme you don't have a daredevil riding his motorcycle over a giant pool full of crocodiles but you can kind of get what I'm saying if you want fancy five-star cuisine and you're willing to dole out all the money for it there are places in Disneyworld where you can do that what I'm trying to say with this entry is somebody please take me to the chef's table at Victoria and Albert's but seriously even if you're not a guest just wandering the grounds of the hotel is enough to put you in a certain sort of mood and it's even better if you're staying at these hotels because you get immersed in the magic 24/7 and all of that without waiting in a single line and that is why the Disney Resort Hotels are number three on this list when making this video I wanted to talk all about the different Disney resorts and I wanted to include one that wasn't in the United States this very special set piece and attraction is something you can only find in Disneyland Paris and well France but it was inspired by something that was going to come to one of the American parks Animal Kingdom lots of you may see where I'm going with this but in there Sleeping Beauty Castle they have a very special sort of walkthrough attraction not inside the castle but instead under the castle back when Animal Kingdom was being constructed there was an idea to have it open in two phases Animal Kingdom phase one would roughly be the same Park we know today at the opening in 1998 fun fact I'm exactly eight days older than Animal Kingdom two of the year and month the idea was to have the park split into two sections animals and habitats of the real world and animals and habitats of the fantastical world we're talking of course dragons and unicorns and goblins and gremlins and ghouls and other G creatures this area was going to be called beastly Kingdom and unfortunately was never built although you can still see the dragon in the animal kingdom logo and also a dragon head above one of the entrance gates to the park both reminders of what could have been today you can find Pandora the world of Avatar there but back in the day they were going to have an indoor dark ride roller coaster kind of similar to rock and roller coaster but more themed around the Middle Ages this ride would be called the dragon challenge and would feature you and other riders going on a quest to reclaim the Dragons treasure with the finale being a giant treasure room imagine the and Pirates of the Caribbean times like a hundred and laying on top of all this treasure would be a massive audio-animatronic dragon of course the land was never used for beastly Kingdom and was instead turned into camp a mini Mickey and eventually Pandora but at Disney no good idea ever goes to waste because when building Disneyland Paris or Euro Disney as it was known back in those days the concept for a dragon attraction was revived but this one wouldn't be a roller coaster instead it'd be more of a walkthrough type so if you're journeying towards Sleeping Beauty Castle and Disneyland Paris you can take a left and go underneath the castle to visit the giant dragon and I have to say that it's one of the most visually impressive audio animatronics I have ever seen and not to mention it's huge it's so realistic in fact that there is a warning before you go into the dragon's lair staying that you might not want to bring younger kids and because they might get terrified of the giant evil dragon which i think is completely understandable so yeah the giant dragon underneath the castle in Disneyland Paris simultaneously a piece of Walt Disney World history and also one of the best audio animatronics you will ever see and that is why it is number 4 on the list we take our last entry on this list back to Walt Disney World and Epcot now there's been a lot announced recently about Epcot changing and I like the change that's coming I really do I think it's amazing this entry is something that I don't believe they're changing but things like these could always use an upgrade in my opinion the land and sea pavilions both are number one on this list because they have so many experiences inside that guests never really think about we'll start with the land Pavillion and more specifically the behind the seeds tour in living with the land now if you've been on living with the land you know it's sort of two rides in one one is a classic Disney dark ride through different sets and scenes and the other is a ride through Epcot's greenhouse where they grow all sorts of different fruits and vegetables and plants and shrimp and fish for your consumption at the Disney World Resort the behind of the seeds tour takes you behind the scenes and shows you how all this is done you can look at all of the Mickey shaped pumpkins you want but if you go behind the seeds you get to see all of the science that's behind this the renewable energy that's in use the hydroponic start and everything that Epcot uses that semi whew heuristic and helps make Epcot all that more futuristic and environmentally friendly and you may or may not get a few snacks along the way that's always a lot of fun but if you don't like paying extra for different experiences let me show you the entire sea pavilion now for the Finding Nemo ride you'll have to wait in line of course but for everything else you really don't have to the Maine gigantic aquarium they have there is what they call the sea bass and you can see all the different species of fish and other ocean life there without having to wait in a line it's just free open viewing the main aquarium tank is over five million gallons that's a lot of water and every now and then if you're lucky you'll be able to spot a scuba diver in one of the tanks or that giant vertical water tube that they have which is also very cool sea bass is one of those places at Epcot that really brings to mind the opening day park with a focus on being kind to the animals in the ocean and how we can help save those animals and the environment they live in while also providing you with a little edutainment along the way just like this YouTube channel I would hope so if you're wanting to see what all of Epcot is truly about when you get down to the core the land and sea pavilions are where you want to be and the pure nostalgia they bring back for the original Epcot really cements this as number one on my list even though the list is in no particular order but what do you guys think are there any other non lying experiences that I missed do you like the circle vision shows at Epcot or just walking past a parade at Disneyland as it's going down Main Street let me know in the comments because I want to hear more about all these experiences that don't necessarily have a cue so you can keep your e-ticket attractions your Rises of the resistances and your haunted mansions me well you're gonna catch me inside Sleeping Beauty Castle looking at all the beautiful dioramas or wandering one of the many resorts in my free time if the crowd level is way too high for my liking because Disney isn't all about waiting in lines and getting your fast passes to not have to wait in line to me it comes down to the things that you'll remember and while most of the rides are very memorable some people can feel sort of a deeper connection if they're able to take their time and wander through these sets as opposed to writing through them as long as you're not afraid of heights if you are probably best to avoid the treehouse hey everybody thank you so much for watching my video I hope you enjoyed me talking about not having to wait in lines at Disney parks for once if you enjoyed this video hit that thumbs up button and if you're new here and you like what you're seeing hit the subscribe button it really helps out the channel and if you haven't seen in Caribbean or their new Space Mountain scent I'm going to check that out consider dropping by everybody that's the end of the video again thank you all so much for watching I can't do this without you guys especially those of you who stayed to the end if you've stayed to the end let's put a secret code word in the comments if you watch to the end of the video include the word it's sandals in your
