puzzle game and allows the player to combine similarly colored jewels shoes and lipstick chain combinations together and you can unleash rumors praying sin but downs the game was noteworthy for not the time the game never had a US release and very few copies were printed assassin's creed Lost legacy in a 2010 III convention an assassin's Creed game was announced for the Nintendo 3ds the game's plot was very similar to that of Assassin's Creed Revelations this is because Lost legacy was scrapped and reworked into Revelations an interview with writer Darby McDevitt confirmed its cancellation he said you may have heard of the game Lost legacy for the 3ds it was announced but that kind of morphed into this idea it was canceled in September of 2010 but wasn't confirmed to the public until July of 2011 no screenshots or video were ever released except for the logo and a short teaser trailer Lord of the Rings the white council this mysterious game was supposed to be an RPG developed at 2 and GameCube in the holistic software the original development team began working on the game the game was being delayed over and over and over again until Nicholas Nick eventually discontinued to work on the project Blizzard hired swinging ape studios to finish the game and in 2005 the game was cancelled for the GameCube during the summer of 2006 the game was put on hold because Blizzard wanted to examine the capabilities of the ps3 Spock's 360 and the Wii systems despite being apparently six months away from completion the game was ultimately cancelled because Blizzard didn't think it would succeed Bioforce ape the search for this long-lost game has an extensive history behind it some believe a playable version never existed but it was always rumored to be out there somewhere the game was first revealed to North America at the Consumer Electronics Show in June of 1991 it was about a chimpanzee with incredible strength taking out foes with his professional wrestling moves however the gaming magazine Nintendo Power casually announced pile force apes cancellation just one year later in the years to come by of course Apes existence would be the topic of discussion by NES fan sites and message boards despite very little information in 2005 a thread titled the bio forest ape was created at digital press a popular form among videogame collectors a man named Paul Brown posted what appeared to be the game's cartridge and a few photographs of the game in action this caused a massive argument between readers and collectors urging Brown to sell the prototype or release it to the public the discussion got way out of hand and Brown posted this photo out of frustration the legend subsided and the game fell into obscurity once again until 2010 when it surfaced again in a Yahoo Japan auction the seller seemed unaware of the treasure he was selling but ended up selling it for $2,700 that's a lot of money on the line what if the game was unplayable or the cartridge didn't work it was a big risk for pirate Chris Koval at first he posted this devastating photo online but it was just a joke Bioforce ape was saved city 2000 paris city 2000 is a point and click adventure slash puzzle game developed by roller game and released in 1993 by a Data Sync you play as John daring an American secret agent on a mission to stop the evil drug lord s Rooter from taking magazine revealed screenshots of what was believed to be a new Final Fantasy game this and the fact that Nintendo Power also ran articles about the game led many fans to believe that a new Final Fantasy game was in the works for the Nintendo 64 the game was titled Final Fantasy 7 many fans dubbed it as Final Fantasy 64 however the company squaresoft publicly announced that Final Fantasy 7 was instead going to be for the PlayStation which left many fans confused the game also looked nothing like the screenshots that were shown in the gaming magazines it turns out that despite all the rumors and myths no Final Fantasy game for the n64 was ever planned even though the demo was now planned for release on any video game system it is still a fully functional game perhaps someday it will be released to the public in some capacity maybe even as a playable demo in a future Final Fantasy game and fans of the series will truly get to appreciate it for themselves Kirby Cary's had quite a number of canceled video games throughout its career one of them is unofficially called Kirby GCN a GameCube game where King Dedede stole Kirby's warp star and he has to get it back the game was eventually removed from Nintendo's websites and canceled for no apparent reason interestingly Kirby's 3d model here is very very similar to the one used in super smash brothers melee the second one was a Japanese game for the Wii translated as Kirby of the Stars according to Nintendo it was an experiment with extremely challenging gameplay that placed Kirby in 3d space and allowed players to freely move around unfortunately they weren't able to achieve the quality they had hope for and it never reached completion the third one was a side-scrolling game that was mysteriously canned for unknown reasons nintendo spent 11 years working on these three games before they were all canceled the final game which is arguably the most obscure is called kid kirby this game would have starred an even younger kirby and utilized the SNES mouse not much is really known about the game and was possibly cancelled due to the failing sales of the SNES Mouse and the game reportedly not playing very well with its Mega Man Legends 3 also known as rock man - in Japan this video game was from the Mega Man Legends series said to be the sequel for Mega Man Legends 2 the game was announced for the Nintendo 3ds on September 29th 2010 it was unique for giving fans the ability to be part of the development process and to interact directly with the team Capcom even hosted several events and a that was supposed to take a similar approach to that of super mario maker a few days before the Tokyo Game Show 2010 captain revealed that the game will feature a character customization system and a stage editor each character was to have different stats like life energy weapon energy speed and jump heights since then no further detail was given about the game in 2011 captain left the notice apologizing for its cancellation no reason was officially given but it was likely due to either the strong negative feedback regarding the game's art style or the 2011 Tohoku earthquake which halted progress on a lot of games sonic so there's quite a lot of sonic games that were cancelled are never released sister Sonic was supposed to feature Sonic's long-lost sister in her own role-playing game it turns out that this game was actually a reworking of a different game titled popful mail where characters from the Sonic universe would replace the game's original characters however this caused the fans to write really angry letters to Sega urging the developers to not change the game and release it in its original unaltered States due to the overwhelming negative feedback it was delayed and eventually canceled no screenshots or footage for the game exists the most popular image of Sonic's sister is actually a fan-made drawing of what she might have looked like there's very little information about Sonic jr. including a few online articles and its announcement during the time of Ecco juniors release the game was supposed to feature either a younger version of Sonic or a completely new character for the Sega Pico Sonic - 16 was another cancelled game that was actually based on the American animated television series the game was much more slower pace than Sonic was given quite a few new special abilities and attacks game developer Yuji naka didn't like the demo so much possibly because of the slower pace and it was never fully developed finally Sonic Xtreme was the game intended to be released back in the Christmas of 1996 for the Sega Saturn many storylines where the game was considered during its development this included Sonic having to collect the six magical rings of order before Robotnik does Sonic trying to cure himself from Robotnik's doom virus the shattering of the Master Emerald and the unleashing of six deadly creatures something involving a virtual world and Robotnik side tracking Sonic during his day with Shara a new character the final storyline that made it into the game was at dr. Robotnik rebuilt his death day larger than Sonic's planet and it's gravity was so powerful that I could rip planets out of their orbits so it's up to Sonic to stop it as you can tell a lot of work was put into the game but it was officially canceled because of many internal problems with him the staff over the years many videogame enthusiasts have sought out various pieces of information to rebuild depending on the player's actions finally fallout on line was a massive multiplayer online game set in the Fallout universe little is known about the game other than it was actually completed however there was a legal dispute between fallouts developer interplay and fallouts owner Bethesda Softworks Podesta didn't want interplay to make too many references to the Fallout universe this resulted in
