drunken State kaido went on a rampage to find Luffy and law since he hated their guts kaido used his blast breath and destroyed the entire Castle causing Luffy to fly into a rage since he believed his friends were wiped out in this fit of rage Luffy chases after kaido who's in his Azure Dragon form jumps high in the sky and uses his hary infused elephant gun to punch kaido right in the head seeing Luffy enraged has always led to some spectacular moments and him taking on this yonko was one of those moments this would have been ranked higher but Luffy proceeded to be utterly defeated by kaido after this so we'll keep this entry as an opener since the punch was awesome we are going to slow down though as the next entry on the list is when Luffy one shot H in this isn't the only entry on this list that shows Luffy one shotting an opponent but it's definitely interesting since hjin is a giant now hajin is a Giant Warrior from elb and was also an S-Class mercenary he competed in the cor Coliseum for a chance to win the flame flame fruit which previously belonged to Ace and it was during this that he met Luffy well Luchi at the time since Luffy was wearing a disguise to hide his identity but anyway when Hine knocks down Luffy's new F brutal ball friend Luffy takes revenge on the Giant and defeats him with a single punch to the face considering how intimidating hajin looked with his massive ripped body you'd think that he'd stand more of a fighting chance but it was a complete shocker when Luffy defeated him with a single hit but hey hajin would soon become a loyal Ally to Luffy and a member of the straw hack Grand Fleet so who says friendships can't be made after some fighting coming up next we have Luffy turning into Nightmare Luffy oh now during the Thriller bark Arc Luffy had to use gecko morio's technique against him to stand a chance the shadow devil fruits drawback was that the Shadows released upon the defeat of Mora's minions and could be absorbed for a power boost allowing them to use the skills of the original owner of the Shadow normally a person can only hold up to three shadows but a strong willed person can hold even more this is where Luffy comes in Luffy shock fans all over by absorbing a total of 100 Shadows absorbing them his form changed into that of a blue Hulk and granted Luffy a significant power boost Luffy's Transformations are awesome to see and this was a transformation that had one of the coolest designs and led to a significant power up too bad we won't be able to see nightmare Luffy again but his first appearance on screen is still etched in our [Music] hearts next up we have Luffy challenging big mom [Music] we all know Luffy is an airhead and that's what gives him his particular charm we also know that big mom is an emperor of the sea one of the strongest pirates in the world now normally you do your best to avoid such a character but Luffy's dream leads him to encounter such characters more often than not this moment was when Luffy had a chat with big mom when her goons were out to destroy fisherman island or because she didn't get her sweets the scene was absolutely hilarious and showed how Luffy didn't care at all about a yonko's strength since he casually picked up the call from big mom that not even her subordinates were willing to pick up Luffy then talks to the yonko and essentially challenges her saying that he'll make Fishman Island his territory after berating her over how she wants an island destroyed because of some candy not an actual fight but it was a memorable challenge [Music] nonetheless next at number 21 we have Luffy one-shotting Bellamy now this moment had some background details which made the one hit defeat even better before the fight Bellamy berated Luffy over his dreams and then proceeded to even punch him in the face during this entire altercation Luffy and Zoro stay quiet and take the hits as they don't want to use physical power against the guy who's making fun of their dreams after a few episodes Luffy learns that Bellamy stole M blond Cricket's gold he heads to mock down and course for Bellamy which results in the fight now bamy is arrogant during the entirety of it and charges up an attack that looks pretty powerful making use of his spring spring fruit right before the attack can connect though Luffy punches Bellamy in the face and knocks him out with just a single blow with how Bellamy had made fun of Luffy's dream and being an overall Jerk it was extremely satisfying watching Luffy utterly humiliate him and it's Usopp imp Usopp has a disagreement with Luffy over the fate of the going Mary he's very emotionally attached to the ship and wants to repair it despite its irreparable condition Luffy on the other hand decides that they need to move on and obtain a new ship now this disagreement escalates to a point where Usopp challenges Luffy to a jewel over the ship the fs emotional and difficult for both characters as Usopp feels strongly about his connection to the going marry and Luffy has to make tough decisions for the sake of the cruise Journey Usopp actually puts up a fair fight as he knows how biggest Wars we got to see in one piece with Luffy's adopted brother a sentenced to execution the Whitebeard Pirates came to rescue him and this led to an allout war with the Marines involving all the Admirals Warlords and a vast number of forces besides the Whitebeard Pirates Luffy also showed up to rescue his brother fully aware of the forces that would stand in his way but to get to marine food Luffy first had to escape impel down which was a feat in itself after making it out of the inescapable prison Luffy enters the war by for falling down from the sky and smack dab in the middle of the war along with all the other prisoners it was an epic moment as the major characters watched a rubber boy falling from the sky to save his brother next up we have the moment when Luffy uses the conqueror's hary on Fishman Island the Hy of the Supreme King commonly known as conqueror's Hy is the rarest form of Hy that can't be learned and is only found in those born with the spirit of a king now this type of Hy allows users to dominate the will of others and with its Rarity is also considered one of the strongest forms and watching it used in a battle is always an awesome moment as such when Luffy and the straw hats see the fishmen fighting Luffy stepped up and used conqueror hary to knock out thousands of fishmen in an instant effectively ending the fight without a single word and without throwing in a single punch the moment was so epic that it left most of the onlookers stunned including the villain and broke the remaining enemies morale no wonder it's one of Luffy's best living in the Goa Kingdom Luffy Ace and Sao thought of each other as brothers who shared dreams of becoming Pirates however a tragic incident occurred a Celestial Dragon attacked Sabo and Luffy and Ace thought he was dead later on Luffy loses Ace as well during the Paramount war and thus he loses both of his brothers well that's what he thought anyway Sao is very vague about who he is in the beginning but when he calls Luffy his brother Luffy suddenly realizes that is Sabo standing right in front of him it was a happy yet heartbreaking moment as Luffy cries and tells Sabo how he let Ace die in front of him but Sabo is still happy that one of his brothers survived Sabo later in the episode takes A's flame flame fruit as he feels he has the right to do so nevertheless the reuniting was a beautiful moment and fans were glad that the two could finally meet again coming up in the top 10 we have Luffy's battle with katakuri to ensure that his friends remain safe Luffy chose to fight them also had conqueror haki and the fight was exceptionally long with Luffy getting beat down and then standing up again and again eventually whittling down gataki strength besides the fight seeing how honorable gataki was also left a great impression on fans as he injured himself after his sister interference led to Luffy taking a significant blow the likability of the villain in The Amazing fight scene certainly made this battle [Music] [Music] memorable we've already talked about the fight that Usopp and Luffy had over the going marry but this is the moment when Luffy and the rest of the straw hats finally say goodbye to [Music] [Music] it the going mered was the straw Hat's first ship and was essentially their home during their Journey the crew thought of the ship as a beloved comp ton and none more so than Luffy who had a deep attachment to both the crew and their ideals the going Mary was such an important part that Usopp literally fought with Luffy for it the ship even gear five when kaido thoroughly beats Luffy it seems like there's no way that he can defeat the emperor of the sea until of course Luffy begins to transform before this we all thought Luffy had the gum gum fruit but at this point we learned that his devil fruit was actually a Zan type fruit the human human fruit model naika naika is basically a Sun God who said to have liberated slaves from their imprisonment and is associated with the idea of freedom in this form Luffy gains an astonishing level of power letting him apply the properties of rubber to everything around him even living beings he literally used kaido like a skipping rope and was able to grab lightning out the sky The Awakening marked a turning point to one piece putting Luffy on par with the strength of the strongest in the [Music] world next up on the list is a moment prior to the Gear five Awakening when Luffy literally walked past two Empress of the [Music] sea [Music] Luffy's shown to not care one bit about enemies when he's got another pressing matter to attend to this was quite possibly his coolest moment with the worst generation standing up against both big mom and kaido it seems like the heroes are heavily outclassed which they are but then Luffy goes up to the two hulking behemoths without saying a word and just casually walks between the two towards the Fallen kinon you can literally see the confusion and anger in yonko's as Luffy effectively ignores them just to his comrade the fight that takes place after is a whole other ball game but man this moment was epic next we have another awesome transformation during the battle in which Luffy fought against doflamingo and finally used gear 4 man Luffy had to give his all while fighting one of the most fearsome villains up to this point doflamingo was exceptionally powerful and had even awakened his devil fruit the string string fruit which put him on a whole other level to combat doflamingo Luffy had to use everything in his Arsenal and the strongest weapon was his gear for transformation boundman the form he attains is completely different from his other forms and Luffy takes on a significantly intimidating appearance while increasing in size he has a massive boost in strength along with his defensive cap abilities and speed during the final moments of the battle doflamingo used his 16 holy bullets God thread attack to clash against Luffy's King Kong gun the impact caused the entire Island to shake and even created waves around the surrounding water it was so awesome and surreal seeing Luffy clash with someone as dangerous as him and we were even seeing some hope that he could win for a moment Luffy was pushed back but he finally pulled through decimating doflamingo's attack and destroying a big chunk of the island in the process the fight coupled with the transformation was extremely satisfying to watch [Music] [Music] nearing the top of the list we have an unforgettable moment when Luffy punched a Celestial Dragon in the [Music] face the celestial dragons also known as the world Nobles hold the highest rank and utmost importance in the world of One Piece descendants of the 20 Kings who founded the world government live in marijua and are considered Divine beings who have the privilege to do anything they want these guys are also exceptionally tyrannical and this Celestial Dragon St Charlos showed how little regard he had for others in the human auctioning house Luffy came to save Kami but hatan stops him only to be shot by St Carlo who wants to enslave Luffy's friend seeing this blatant cruelty the enraged Luffy ignored everything walked up to the Celestial Dragon and punched him right in the face knocking him through the seats the moment shocked everyone in the audience and was quite possibly the biggest Act of defiance in the world of One Piece well after the previous Act of defiance he's showcased by declaring war on the world government the world government is literally the strongest faction in the world of one piece with the Navy acting as their protectors along with the monsters known as the Goro sa there's no more apparent power than the world government it even has the word world in it which I can't stress enough so it's no wonder that one of Luffy's best moments should include the time he declared war on the world government by burning their flag this was all symbolic just to show how he intends to save ni Robin no matter what organization stand in his way Luffy's always been shown to be extremely protective of his friends so it's not unpredictable that he would even fight against the world government to prot attack them an iconic moment in one piece by all counts coming in in the top three of this list we have Luffy as he uses Red Rock for the very first time against [Music] kaido head duck KN right after the iconic move where Luffy walks past the two Emperors to tent to kinamon Luffy goes on to punch kaido in the face his punch uses the techniques he learned while training him wano incorporating both Gear 2 and Gear 3 to charge up a blazing fist that sets the strongest creature of Blaze and destroys a large area while knocking the emperor down the moment was incredible as Luffy remembered all the ways kaido had hurt the people around him you could tell how personal this punch was after knocking kaido down Luffy proceeds to tell both Emperors that he's the one who will become the king of the Pirates did I mention how awesome the punch looked too because of the animation it was a gorgeously animated punch which definitely added more impact to the [Music] moment before we reveal the top entry on this list we have Luffy facing off against the three admirals there were a lot of amazing moments during the Paramount War but none of the moments were as cool as Luffy facing off against the three Admirals of the Navy the Admirals are amongst the highest ranking and most powerful figures within the Marine organization facing just one of them is an intimidating task but standing in front of all three is a move that requires an ungodly level of Courage keep in mind that this is pre-time Skip Luffy who has ly inferior to Luffy as we know him now with gear five and all even while being exceptionally outclassed Luffy faces the Admirals in a moment that's edged deeply into my mind along with other fans the nickname of strongest creature in the world kaido was the embodiment of endurance and until gear five it looked like Luffy would be unable to defeat him but after Luffy awakens to his powers the tables turn as we watch the emperor get thoroughly pummeled in a battle that features the most outrageous attacks in the history of one piece even the animation was on a whole different level as everyone knew that this would be a fight to remember for ages to come the battle showed Luffy's Journey till this time and how he could finally stand against the Emperors all to realize his dream of becoming the pirate king with a final Godly punch and with the hopes of everyone in wano riding on his shoulders Luffy decimated the Azo dragon and led the country to Freedom and with that we're
