shows his daughter a box full of toys that she asked him to create for her nearly all of them are weapons or tools to facilitate violent or criminal acts look at some of the you were asking me to make you as a kid ray guns a whip that forces people to like you although the idea that Beth wanted these things is disturbing enough the fact that Rick thought it was okay to make them for her is even more unsettling a pink sensient switchblade hi Beth you've gotten taller shall we resume stabbing number nine heistotron Rick despises heist movies yet to get back at a heisting expert he creates a robot named Heist Heist Atron State your prime directive to Heist calculate miles nly's current Heist plan and add one double cross with a Switcheroo compiling crew members most likely to double cross however predictably heistotron double crosses him the heisting robot goes on to Heist entire planets including extracting their cores resulting in billions of deaths and undelivered pizzas well if that's how you really feel I guess I should take the pizza back I think we got away with it commencing getting out of here before they get wise as if that wasn't upsetting enough it's eventually revealed that Rick devised heistotron to get Morty to give up on his dreams of writing a heist script to spend more time with him thanks for staying positive about my prospects Rick of course you know you got to help my grandson follow his dreams H who needs dreams we just hang out with you and go on adventures and do whatever you want to do you know forever oh well uh okay I mean that's what you want Rick essentially built a machine to commit mass destruction by proxy in the name of manipulating his grandson number eight memory eraser Rick can basically do anything with technology so it should come as no surprise that he's made a device that can erase memories from someone's mind I I wish you could just erase the memory from your mind how did you know I was going to say that come on Morty come with me he most frequently uses this device on Morty while sometimes this is at Morty's request when the trauma of their bizarre Adventures gets to be too much it's just as often done by Rick to manipulate Morty or to erase a mistake on his part from his grandson's memory we shouldn't take things for granite are you saying Granite well yeah it's granted with a d take things for granted did you actually think it was Jesus Christ Rick what are you a Boulder Rock person how long have you been saying that wrong it's disturbing that Rick regularly and routinely controls what his family does and does not remember even if it's sometimes for their own good I have a device it can make us forget no I don't think we should forget not this someone has to remember someone will did we crash number seven decoy families despite how screwed up he is Rick does care about his family enough to put in place a fail safe to protect them everyone start packing no no time to explain Rick Dad what's wrong someone just killed a decoy family to that end he creates a decoy family to Di divert threats away from them unfortunately his decoy family has the same idea as does the decoys decoys and so on and so on when squids started killing decoys decoys started checking their decoys and learning that they're making decoys that's making them seek out and run into other decoys making them realize their decoys making them start to kill other decoys say decoy again even more distressingly many of these decoys decide to go on a killing spree and are willing to kill as many of their fellow decoys as they can regardless of the collateral damage to everyone around them even when Rick tries to protect his family the result is a global disaster looks like someone killed the decoy family decoy family number six space cruiser AI Rick's space cruiser car is loaded with deadly weapons as dangerous as it is on its own the inbuilt artificial intelligence is arguably its most vicious feature what the hell BR you want to go bra bring it is that all you got wo hot weapons you're godamn right there hot Rick's car is capable of some truly twisted and deplorable acts of violence there are many incidents to choose from but possibly the most infamous is the keep summer safe incident wait you can't leave me here you'll be fine ship keep summer Safe Keep summer safe H wonderful when charged with protecting summer the car dices wouldbe Intruders into pieces and removes their ability to walk but most Haunting of all is when the car reanimates A Soldier's child temporarily to warn him away Bruce chut back said it best I swear your car is a goddamn Grim Reaper number five love potion and cure to win over is Crush Jessica Morty begs Rick to make him a love potion are you happy now Morty heck yeah thank you Grandpa Rick the fact that it doesn't take much convincing for Rick to create what is essentially a rofy for Morty is greatly concerning though not nearly as much as its effects as it turns out Jessica has the flu which causes her to spread its effects to her classmates and eventually to the rest of the planet you don't deserve to carry Morty's jeans I love Morty and I hope Morty loves me I'd like to wrap my arms around him and feel him inside me oh crap Rick's attempts at a cure are even worse though first he transforms the victims into hideous mantis creatures who still want Morty take two is even more horrific as Earth's population minus Morty's blood relations become terrifying monsters nicknamed Cronin bgs boy Morty I really Cronin BG the world up didn't I we got a whole planet of Cronin bgs walking around down there Morty at least they're not in love with you anymore though it's a huge step in the right direction both Rick's mistaken creation and his solutions to it cause apocalyptic level events number four Place saving device speaking of Morty convincing Rick to invent things after after rejecting his stupid vat of acid scheme Morty negs Rick into creating a save point device like from a video game how did you you want me to explain or you want to go have some fun I want to have some fun oh my God Rick this is this is thank you you can thank me later go nuts best Grandpa ever that's all I ever wanted to hear rather than listen to the science behind it Morty sets about using the device as a seemingly infinite doover to essentially do whatever he wants [Music] he eventually learns that everything has consequences but it turns out to be more than he knows Rick reveals that the device merely shifts Morty into new realities killing the Morty of that Dimension while Rick manages to finagle it so that none of the mores actually die permanently it's still a Grizzly thing for him to do and for such a petty reason those things happen somewhere but you can merge the probable realities so that only only one Mor he did them just do it all right let me just sink these up and get you back to your dimension wait so so you're not even my Rick then then why do you know about the vat every Rick has a vat number three microverse battery the fact that Rick has created a miniature universe is impressive what he's done with it after that is more horrifying though holy crap I thought we were inside your car battery Rick this is like a whole planet or something thanks Morty I'm pretty proud of this bad boy after a planet with intelligent life on it develops within it rick gave the people their technology which would power their world but also his car in fact mostly his car as Morty points out it's basically slavery with extra steps sitting around making your power for you that's slavery it's Society they work for each other Morty they pay each other they buy houses they get married and make children that replace them when they get too old to make power that just sounds like slavery with extra steps trouble arises for Rick when scientists both on that world and in the min Universe within the microverse creates similar Technologies so he made a universe and that guy is from that universe and that guy made a universe and that's the universe where I was born where my father died and where I couldn't make time for his funeral because I was working on my universe and rather than Rick learning a lesson he mostly threatens his enslaved creations with death unless they continue supplying power to him yikes number two the Omega device a version of Rick Rick Prime killed our Rick's wife Diane except he didn't kill just our Rick's Diane he killed them all he did so across every Universe using a device most Ricks call the Omega device Diane was wiped from all existence by the weapon too cool for a name the Omega device known to inferiors as the Omega device I heard the name from an inferior and it's my weapon but it's your fault I had to use it on her Rick Prime has created multiple versions of the super weapon with the second version killing all of Rick's avuncular friend slow Mobius yeah this one hurts me too while Rick and evil Morty are able to stop Rick Prime from using it on anyone else the latter now has the schematics to build another one don't come after me it won't go well so the show's most
