Tomorrow Could Finally Be The Day

[Music] hey hey well tomorrow is May 7th and also it might be a very very big day for Nintendo it is time for Nintendo's annual investors meeting where they're talking about the fiscal year and they'll probably give off reports of what games are doing really well especially new updates on sales with games that came out at the end of last year and the beginning of this year which is pretty interesting interesting but of course we want the juicy stuff during this investors meeting a lot of people are hoping and thinking that Nintendo is finally going to elude to the switch 2 being a reality or at least just announcing that the console is in fact a real deal now I still don't really have that belief that Nintendo is necessarily going to drop knowledge to the world about switch 2 tomorrow but I think this investors meeting could allude to some interesting facts and stuff and it could finally be that time where Nintendo starts to break their silence because they have just been way too silent way too long now I want to start off by saying this I have you know kind of calmed down with this switch to Hype train personally my hype is kind of low with the console right now it just doesn't feel you know normal for Nintendo right now I don't know how to explain it it just every time we get you know hyped that something is about to happen nothing ever comes to fruition or there's big rumors and leaks that something's about to happen soon and nothing ever really happens soon so I really don't know what's going on with Nintendo and I'll tell you kind of my scare in a few minutes uh but straight up there is a chance that we could at least get some small information or maybe even just the announcement of the existence of a new console I don't think Nintendo's coming out tomorrow with a trailer I don't think Nintendo's coming out anytime soon with a trailer matter of fact or any type of presentation there could be an announcement though that's something I think that's the biggest thing that we could hope uh the biggest takeaway that we could get is Nintendo just coming out with an announcement saying hey prepare for a big presentation or something in June or maybe even the end of May something coming up soon uh to Showcase a new console and the games coming to that console that's like the biggest thing I think we could get out of this whole you know investors meeting now there was some pretty interesting recent findings and thanks to Nintendo Prime on YouTube they were able to kind of dissect some information about why investors might actually already know report and and it just shows more information of how march this year was apparently going to be a year where Nintendo you know outlined some information about some you know exclusives with their console and and it just shows that yeah March was going to be the month probably where we got a big unveiling of the console before that internal delay remember all those rumors were saying yes in fact we're going to get information you know it's going to be a blowout in March that's why we're going to have a partner Direct in February and everybody was like really feeling it right after that partner direct it's was like oh it's all coming true until boom we got hit with that internal delay you can actually dig into the governance report and find out that Nintendo did in fact hold presentations and meetings and I think it was a lot it was like 400 meetings and groupings or something like that uh with shareholders and investors about this new console remember last year during Gamescom we were hearing that Nintendo was you know meeting up with people privately showing off the console and stuff so yes I think regardless of Nintendo having to move you know their big plans to reveal this console to the public they still probably showed off to a lot of people we've already speculated that they probably showed it off to a lot of you know individual investors and a lot of their shareholders and partners and stuff like that um so pretty much what Nintendo Prime and a lot of people are starting to get at is that Nintendo doesn't have to necessarily announce anything to investors at this investors meeting because they probably already know about this new console it's hard to say the only thing that's kind of like making me wonder about this is I would think Nintendo would have to allow every investor to know about this console which means officially announcing the thing to the world so that everyone knows not just select people I feel like that's kind of against the law you know in a way I feel like every single investor needs to know you can't hide information from specific investors so it would be weird if Nintendo's only talking to a couple and like keeping it Hush Hush from others that would be kind of sketchy so I I really don't know what Nintendo has been doing these last couple of years they could have been reaching out to specific partners and groups and maybe almost everybody in the industry knows about this thing besid the general public and the consumers now with this investors meeting I have a good feeling that nothing's going to happen like seriously I feel like it's just going to come out and we're going to hear reports on game sales and Nintendo's going to give one of their vague answers they done for the hundredth time saying Nintendo is looking to strive more sales and switch and continue to push to switch through the current holiday and fiscal year um as of the fiscal year we plan on you know still supporting switch throughout 2025 and all this stuff like they're going to just keep going um and denying pretty much the existence of a console which in my opinion is scary because then that tells me there's a good chance we don't even hear anything in June then there's a good chance that we could even end up all the way in the months of September and October before they finally decide to reveal this thing and at first I thought there was no possible way that they would do something like that but then considering the fact that Nintendo has waited this long just to announce anything about it they might you know it's just hard to say I would think they would had to get out you know launch games and stuff if there is a big 3D Mario game say coming you know early next year shouldn't they start showing this thing off soon I mean we're within a year until that launches they need to start showing off games or something to you know generate some hype whether it's a Nintendo Direct showing off some smaller games still coming to current switch whether it's a presentation showing the next switch I don't know I have this really bad feeling in my gut not to be a Negative Nancy or anything like that but this really bad feeling that Nintendo might decide to hold off and make us wait a very long time this year until we hear or see anything which in my opinion would not be a good idea and I'll get into talking about that probably in a future video depending on what Nintendo does in the next couple of weeks but yes it looks like Nintendo switch 2 is indeed launching this fiscal year which means from now until probably the end of March 2025 so yeah it's pretty much the time frame we expected and a lot of people are saying the beginning of next year um there is a small tiny iny beansy chance that's the end of this year like the very end but you know I'm not really expecting it but let me know in the comments down below what you think about this information do you think Nintendo's going to
