Time Out Market. Best Food Court in Chicago!

welcome to Mars Hill films and today we are in timeout Marcus Chicago it's an awesome place really great opening lots of big windows and what's great is they have some of the more lesser-known restaurants known in Chicago it's kind of coming up but this place is so professional love the layout really modern really cool and if you look at just these roofs that they have then let a lot of natural light in so in terms of architecture and layout this place is beyond most of the food courts that I've been at and the food choices here are amazing they have a common but just like a younger younger chef who open up a restaurant here and they have demo kitchens and a lot of classes you can take as long as you pre-register for it but it's Saturday afternoon it's pretty packed you have some pretty delicious food here so we're just going to show you around we're gonna order from two restaurants one of them is the real splitter which is a one of them is called split rail and the other one is called duck in dogs they're more your casual dining foods so we ordered a chicken sandwich and then I ordered a low take corndog and then for the duck in dogs they have fries that are I guess deep fried and duck fat so we'll get to taste that today also and if you haven't done already subscribe to the Marshall films YouTube channel and also check out our food page food and Marcille at food by Marshall films on Instagram [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] so we have the duck and dog so I have the aloe take corn dogs it's a corn dog with porn Titan some sauce mustard thing yeah so it's pretty good then we have here the duck fat fries fries and so very gooey fries so here's the corn doc I'm gonna take a bite of it yeah that's really weird it's like a hot dog for thought but it'll okay so so those two flavors don't really combine but they're pretty good together like they don't really you can taste a combination of flavors you taste them separately I'm not some planning mystery that's it so here we have chicken sandwiches just the classic chicken sandwich and let's just as a Tater Tot hair [Music] it's a good day turtle the sandwiches what you get here for that you come here for [Music] look at that crispy they got that mayor Kabat [Music] [Music] that's really good [Music] something about that matter that matters really not hot spicy just a lot of kick to it I like that perfectly Chris really balances the lair really good services French is so soft really soft really good text that go [Music] [Applause] and a ball so day two as building at time out market and this place is still popping and still lots of great things happening and now we had to come back here second day and what we have here is from bill Kim bill Kim and it's a agen inspire restaurant and we ordered cow with the chicken and now we also ordered bryan fischer and that's another restaurant we're gonna go check out and they have [Music] [Music] so we have the chicken katsu or no that's the bow chickens chicken bow [Music] anyways this from Bill Kim and yeah day to swag right here testing it out [Music] whether you're really fresh awesome the Bowser the way to go [Music] [Music] and now we got a chicken katsu sandwich from Brian Fisher just your regular chicken is actually a spam but it's a really high-quality [Applause] [Music] hey guys kind of dry but bizarre and here we have a mini box burger and they're one of the more well-known burger places in the time on market regular flat single patty which is called the wimpy I think some crunchy flake [Music] a lot of textures really good here we have honey butter fries but not honey butter it's actually sprinkled on I don't know how that is but it just flakes of honey butter that they put on it so I don't know how that works this one's really good there give it a little softer dip it [Music] [Music] you go down I feel like this places that I've been to your food market and they have a really relaxed rooftop [Music] subscribe to the Marcel films YouTube channel like comment let us know down below where you want us to check out then follow our food [Music]
