what I used to love to practice is static balance so practicing there holding your balance and then going it's a really tricky one to do but once you get that feeling it's really really good [Music] walk you got to remember to turn your bars so get him on that Stoppers front brake on slowly bring your leg on and once you're settled it's alright you only want to move this back a tiny bit you don't want to be crazy movements all in your foot pegs so just little little movements but I feel like this is going to be good if we can get some a few rocks so maybe we might have to find a couple of rocks here and and wedge it because it gives you that feeling of holding your balance so that's that's the first thing we really want to focus on it's gonna be a pretty slow start but it's gotta be worthwhile trying [Music] [Applause] [Music] using these legs a movement on the food cakes definitely with your legs yeah in the garage after work after school whatever you do five minutes a night practicing static balances is is very very effective with your writing so what I mean so it's with static balance um there's always a dominant side when you want to turn your handlebars whether it's left or right so I find left works really well when I practice my balancing because my throttle hand is not jammed up like this so it's on the left there and you notice on your dirtbikes you have steering Stoppers so these are those ones here where you where it hits the triple clamps I usually try and wind them in so I can get as much turning out us out of your dirtbike as possible because that makes a huge difference on the hills if you can get a few mill that makes massive difference so what I'd like to do is have my front brake on when I start my balance front brake on slowly get my foot up onto that foot peg so what I'm doing now is you're you really want to when you are doing this balance it's actually really tricky on this this hard surface right now but what I like to do is get a couple of rocks and chop my wheels so we'll do that with you guys at the start we'll get some rocks wedge it in there and you get that feeling of balance but what I like to do is look down on at the front mudguard so look anywhere on the front mudguard to give you a guy front brake on slowly the thing is you really want to slowly bring on that opposite foot and you notice a lot of the time with your riding your legs make a huge difference so you want to keep your pot your body pretty central but your leg can act like an outrigger so it's sort of a lot of riders are afraid to take their foot off the the foot pegs but you need that to to a counterbalance the buyer so if you're riding in a straight line you can take your legs off there's no rules plenty of times on downhill sections when you've got really narrow line you have to stay on line so taking your legs off is your only option you can't turn no not the rear brace because I might have to take my right foot off so it's too hard to find that rear brake so definitely front brake is key because that creates a little bit more pressure on the front end so I think front brake works really really well so I think the full block you got to remember to turn your bars so get him on that Stoppers front brake on slowly bring your leg on and once you're settled it's alright you only want to move this bike a tiny bit you don't want to be crazy movements all in your foot pegs the slightest movement in the foot pegs going to turn that back over so just little little movements but
