Tiger and Charlie Woods shoot 10-under 62 | Round 1 | PNC Championship | 2021

tiger's gonna depend a lot on charlie's tee shots this weekend welcome back just a little cut right down the middle now moving to the right part of the fairway [Applause] [Applause] and that was what blew us away last year was how charlie woods with all of these cameras all of this attention just seemingly unfazed all out here danny they could have sold 40 000. i would have paid to see it you got the best seat in the house i do i'm how about that to start things off he smokes a drive down there and then we're seeing again right from the outset here jake what we saw all last year so a couple of threes by the woods and the thomases get it better but you should let's see if he goes right at it after charlie's shot good it sounded pretty crisp that was incredible everything considered charlie can't believe it either looks like that was going to be perfect just break in the corner there but they settled for a verdi [Music] standards are high i'd stay [Applause] [Music] it's a high pretty straight ball wind is holding it in position should catch a piece of the green it does it's pretty nice yep that water on the left excellent shot [Music] really good speed there my dad that should be an easy birdie for tiger and charlie that would mean four birdies in the first five holes still has those same two wedges yeah he does bring the flight down just a bit this is going to need to spin back there's a little slope there it should work its way back some come on nice get done hang on yep there we go already gets them to five under where he took a real big swing at it trying to do the same there you go see that recoil look like dad [Music] that was pounded yeah he's got a new prototype ball in play this week really loves it in these mid-range areas gets a little check on it yeah [Applause] so a lot better there than charlie's dad takes care of business [Applause] charlie they were just practicing putts over on the 12th charlie made one and there's that'll give you a little sound you shot went in and played first and once again splits the fairway [Applause] she should be able to pick up the slack [Music] yeah i'd say that's a good job i'd say that's big enough there we go tiger 256 to the whole lenny 245 front so he can reach it see if he gets enough out of this one this is headed toward the left edge of the green oh man another one of those long testing kind of shots with his leg jake that he pulls off again good turn looks like he got through it so a two-putt birdie for team woods let me move on with her latest birdie with four holes left 387 from his team dad found that left bunker there's a swing there's that patented little cut you know you know right away when charlie hits a good when he picks up the tee the ball's bearing with the club face you'll know that he really bugged dad to be ready for this tournament didn't he i mean he was part of the impetus for tiger coming back in this event he really was and you know if it wasn't for charlie tiger would not be here there we go [Applause] oh beauty by charlie to end the day that justin thomas's and everybody else thought we'd never see thanks for watching the pga tour on youtube to watch another video click here and to subscribe click here
