so so you turn no oh thank you everyone for joining us from around the world here at the national shrine of the divine mercy as we bring to you the most important three next hours of prayer and offering of our lord jesus christ in worship and adoration in the most blessed sacrament as we come before you in this 3 pm hour to start to pray the divine mercy chapel and ask for prayers for our nation this is an extremely important time the reason that we are doing this three hours is in response to many requests that we've received after our day of prayer on the election day we now since have not been named a president-elect are praying for god's will to be done and for there to be a complete peace and harmony amongst all people during this time of uncertainty we have been informed that there are cases of reports of fraudulent activity we do not know the details all we do know is that we beg our lord to please provide the truth and that the will of he and most importantly him as our god and the will of the people be done during these next three hours we will bring you not only the chaplet of divine mercy and rosary which we are called to pray for our nation but we will also pray the saint michael prayer in defense against all evil and we will offer a prayer of consecration to the most sacred heart of jesus and the immaculate heart of mary offering to the patroness of our lady of guadalupe for the patroness of life and our lady of the immaculate conception the patroness of the united states in the four o'clock hour you will be joined by brother jason lewis as he will give some reflections from the diary of saint faustina talking about the importance of praying for our nation he will offer some prayers also the chaplet and rosary then at five o'clock we invite you to join us as our entire as our religious community the marian fathers will gather together for the rosary we hope you can join us and then followed by chanting of vespers or evening prayer and then our provincial superior father kaz folak will lead us in a blessing with the most holy eucharist of the blessed sacrament and then will give benediction and a conclusion of the blessing with the relic of saint faustina first class relic again all of this is in answer to god's request for us to pray for our nation with one another during this time of uncertainty that we pray god's will be done and that the voice of the people be heard in a fair and equitable manner free from all deception any lying or untruths all we pray lord is it your kingdom come and thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven at the national shrine we have a tradition of praying perpetually the nevina to the divine mercy and we continue today with day three in day three of the novena we will begin prayers that our lord has given through saint faustina of what to pray for and today we will begin that prayer and potential but first let us pray in the three o'clock hour this saint faustina prayer for sinners and permit the loss of souls redeemed at so dear a price of your most precious blood oh jesus when i consider the great price of your blood i rejoice at its immensity for one drop alone would have been enough for the salvation of all sinners although sin is an abyss of wickedness and ingratitude the price paid for us can never be equal therefore let every soul trust in the passion of the lord and place its hope in his mercy god will not deny his mercy to anyone heaven and earth may change but god's mercy will never be exhausted oh what immense joy burns in my heart when i contemplate your incomprehensible goodness o jesus i desire to bring all sinners to your feet that they may glorify your mercy throughout endless ages amen and again today is day three of our perpetual novena today bring to me all devout and faithful souls and immerse them in the ocean of my mercy these souls brought me consolation on the way of the cross they were that drop of consolation in the midst of an ocean of bitterness most merciful jesus from the treasury of your mercy you impart your graces in great abundance to each and all receive us into the abode of your most compassionate heart and never let us escape from it we break this grace of you that most wondrous love the heavenly father with which your heart burns so fiercely eternal father turn your merciful gaze upon faithful souls as upon the inheritance of your son for the sake of his sorrowful passion grant them your blessing and surround them with your constant protection this may they never fail in love or lose the treasure of the
