Thrifting Amazon Bins + Thrift Haul!

[Music] I'm at of state with a friend and some family and I have Cammy here with me today hello she is the sister's daughter of the friend that I'm staying with and being with for a while and the family has stepped out for just a couple hours huh and so we decided to do a quick Thrift haul now I used to live in this little town and I am visiting as I stated and yesterday I went to lunch with my brother because he lives in a little town just about 20 minutes away and then my friend Teresa asked if I wanted to go thrifting with her for just a little bit to get out of the house and so I said yes of course so she picked me up and we headed out to go thrifting here in this little town this little town has some of my most Fondest Memories growing up I loved it and I had lots of fun playtime and I thought that I was older and you know bigger and then I looked back at pictures and I was just this tiny little girl and I was about 14 15 and I moved back to California when I was 16 so I wasn't as big as I thought I was so let's go thrifting and then cammy's going to be in here with this Thrift haul with me and she thinks she might want to start a YouTube channel and what what do you think you would like to start that about just clean stuff just kind of everyday little things that she likes to do and so I asked her if she wanted to be my Thrift H just to kind of see how I record and I don't know thought it would be fun for her so let's head thrifting and let's see what we can [Music] find this little store was an Amazon return store and it was very small but um it had quite a bit of a variety and I think we went on Wednesday my days are running together because I am not home and my normal routine is gone so the days are just running together I believe it was Wednesday and everything was $6 now there were some items that were a dollar or $2 dollar but for the most part everything was six if we go back which I think we are everything is a dollar on Friday I believe I found a organizer there that would be so good for the foil and Ziploc and plastic wrap and it was $6 but I don't have room in my suitcase however my sisters are driving out from California so if I do go back and grab it for a dollar I can put it in their truck with them and they can bring it home for me on Amazon I think it's around $32 to $34 so it's a very good deal if I grab it I found some shoes they were Sam Edelman and they were silver very cute brand new but they were a little small and that's kind of odd because they wear a solid eight and they were just a little snug and then I found the girls some Sam Edelman shoes as well but they were a 6 and 1/2 and my girls are a seven so I ended up putting those back and then I found another pair they were just a brand I have never heard of but they were a satin shoe and then around the ankles I was afraid they were going to be too big for my girls ankles cuz my girls are really small so in the end I put back all the shoes but I did find a couple items there that were super [Music] cute they also have a Town Square that's a square literally and it has some really cute little shops we did go there and I purchased a dress and some natural deodorant that is working really well I like to wear natural deodorant and I like to try different natural deodorants and this was a homemade one from a lady there in this town and so I grabbed that and then they have a really cute coffee shop called the clay cup that my friend Naomi was telling me about and has been telling me about so we went there and I grabbed the Purple Haze and it has lavender and white chocolate and coconut in it and if you've never had Lavender in your coffee or your tea it's super good and I really enjoy a London Fog and um Lavender is put in there as well or you can add it we also ate at brumms today and it's a hamburger place french fries ice cream and it has like a small store in there as well and I always get the coffee ice cream and the mint chip but they were out of the Mitten chip so I just grabbed the coffee ice cream I can't remember what it's called and I enjoyed that and I also grabbed the girls a clear plastic little crossbody and I have noticed they are coming back in and for $6 I thought it'd be super cute for the girls and just casually looking I came out with some things I didn't think I would find and just being with Teresa was fun it has been since 2018 since I have been here and the last last time I was here was with my entire family and violet got lost at Silver Dollar City so that was a little bit stressful but um all's well that didn'ts well but I haven't been here in forever so Teresa and I are just casually looking and she came out with a couple items her son came with her last time and he loved this shop she said they spent forever in here just going through now it's kind of a bummer because people come in and take things out of boxes and then you have to either piece it back together or just put it back so that is a little bit of a uh downside of the store but it was fun and I spent oh my goodness I can't remember how much I spent 6 12 I think I spent $12 [Music] here and then we went to an actual thrift store which I did not share maybe I'll share that Fage on another video and I spent $4 there comment below and let me know if you have ever been to an Amazon return store we also went to a Sam's Club return store the following day however I did not find or think there were deals there that were really good I feel like they had deals on shoes there that TJ Max or Marshalls would have so I was not impressed with the Sam's Club but I was impressed with an Amazon store I like how the prices get lower and lower as the week progresses [Music] I have never stayed away from home this long away from Titus and the girls in my entire life and I think I will have been here almost 12 days but I am so glad glad I came every time Titus and I talk he always tells me he's happy I came and he's holding down the fort with the girls making cookies and keeping them busy so everything has been going well and I am so happy to be here with my friend and in my little town that I used to live in [Music] we went to two thrift stores and one was just a normal thrift store and then the other one was an Amazon kind of a return where people get their Amazon stuff they don't like it they return it so Amazon bins and they have such a variety at this thrift store and so I picked up just a couple things I had some shoes for the girls but the one pair was a Sam Edelman and they run kind of small to me and my girls are in a seven size shoe so these were 6 and 1 12 and I thought they'd be too small and then the other ones I thought would be too big around their ankle so I didn't pick up the shoes but I did find some fun things for on my return trip home which I still don't know when I'm going home maybe I'll just stay so I did find some things for my return flight home and then some things for the girls not very many items we did go midweek to this little Amazon bin store and to the thow store so I think they were kind of slightly picked over but let's start with the first item but I picked up a book by Lori Wick I found Lori Wick here in this little town in Missouri when I was 14 and 15 and I was an Avid Reader we did not have TV we did not have movies nothing so I red now somehow I overlooked or missed this series and it's Moonlight on the mil pond so I picked this one up and I don't know which order this book is in because I picked up another one and this is just above a whisper sorry do I have that in your face I'm like covering cammy's face up on accident if you know this series and you have read it and you know which order these books are in or how many there are I guess I could look it up on Google but if you know what series these books go in please comment below and let me know and on our flight here we missed our connecting flight because the bird hit the airplane and then it just delayed and then we said on the runway so we had to get a hotel and I would have love to have had a book and I almost packed a book and I was like no we'll just be flying and I'll get there really quick and no so I am prepared with snacks I was so hungry on the second day flying here to this town I was like starving so I had no snacks so I had to buy food in the airport and I got books for my way home so comment below and let me know if you've read this series if you've read Lor Wick um she has a series that's kind of set well I don't know what era it's in but it has like it's said in England and there's characters like Tanner and who else is in there I have not read them in Forever when I get home I probably should get them out and read them so anyway on a rabbit tra Lori Wick let me know what series uh what order these books are in just above a whisper and on The Moonlight on mil Pond these were $2 each I feel like that was kind of expensive but this was at the second thrift store we went to and obviously you can't ask to go down because this is th store so anyways two books $2 a piece I picked up this little crossbody for the girls now the little clear purses are coming back in and when I was 17 or 18 I was probably 18 I just moved back to California I saved my money I cleaned houses and I purchased a pink uh guest purse it was kind of like big square and it was clear and the outer edges were pink it was absolutely adorable it said guess and pink writing all over the clear absolutely adorable I think I saved my money and I think I paid like7 or $80 for that purse back in what 9998 so anyways my sister got a blue one and Oh I thought it was you know super cool because I had this purse and it was in actually and I I've been seeing these clear purses come back in sorry Cammy I keep holding it in your face but I got this for $6 and let's see I had the there we go and I love cross bodies because they're just so convenient and easy to get into I wish I could have found two for each of the girls but I only found one $6 I think it's super cute and still has the tags on it all right my last item and I will probably have to do an overlay on this one because isn't this cute Cammy it's a viiv or Violet but I'm thinking more for Viv it's a blue dress and um I'll let I'll do an overlay so you can see it it was $6 brand new and it just kind of has a ruffle that goes down it has a split down the middle but I'll safety pin that so it doesn't split open when they're walking this will be so cute with white tennis shoes some white sandals there's um so so many options you can wear with this dress you can dress up with hills or some cute platforms we have a series of services coming up in June at our church and so I try to get the girls new dresses and um we have night services and morning services so I try to get them new clothes for um kind of like a summer hul transition into fall and I usually buy them clothes then and I usually buy them clothes in February so um just kind of stocking them because Violet grows so quickly I have to get off here because um we got to make taco salad for everybody that returns after they get done doing what they need to take care of and my haul was simple but um very nostalgic for me um I love this little town I think it's so cute and I have fun memories here so you know when you have fun memory someplace it just kind of makes it better to come back to and just kind of remember anyways I love my haul the girls are going to be so excited when I bring this stuff home to them and Cammy and I are you going to help me with taco salad she's a good helper she's going to help me get the taco salad ready for how many you think how many people do you think we're going to be cooking for today a lot huh that's what I was thinking I was going to say 40 but sometimes I'm off on my numbers but at least 30 huh yeah so we're going to get off here make some taco salad and um kind of get the house straightened up a bit but I wanted to bring my haul to you from this little town that I used to live in and the Amazon bins and the first store we
