[Applause] [Music] next into the tank is a product designed to help students with the high cost of college [Music] hi sharks my name is christopher gray i'm from philadelphia pennsylvania and my company is scully i'm seeking 40 000 for 15 of my company college is expensive i know i'm a student the cost of college rises every year and students and parents are forced to take out student loans to pay the bill this puts many students in insurmountable debt but there is an alternative scholarship the only problem is these scholarships are extremely hard to find this causes millions of dollars in free money to go to waste as many students don't know this money exists so that's why i created scholarly scholarly they mobile app that matches students with hundreds of potential scholarships you simply input some information about yourself such as the state you live in your gpa and press match and there you have it a list of scholarship to qualify for literally in minutes so we have like the laura scholarship bank of the tank shark based scholarship mr ronnie bill's standing scholarship a thousand dollars i like them already we love you already boy you're really sucking up to me you're stingy man i can't what can i say scholarly isn't just a business it's my passion i want to help students like myself find money to go to the college of their dream so investing in scholarly means that you too can make some dreams come true so let's do this christopher a great idea you are 100 correct there are so many scholarships it's a jungle i don't know how people figure it all out couple of questions is that the actual app that you showed me that that's the actual app the app is for iphone and android yes how are you curating all the scholarships i've actually been building databases helping students with scholarships for a couple years now and i aggregated that list of scholarships from different websites then i manually input them and basically once they're in our database we don't we don't have to manage the process anymore do you do this by yourself or do you have partners i have two co-founders they both are app and web developers i am the i'm the business guy to see you how'd you come up with this idea so almost right now a junior i'm an undergraduate at drexel university i won 1.3 million in scholarships 1.3 million really i'm fascinated yeah i mean that's like a lottery win so um yeah so i it took me a while i took about seven months began my junior year to really find all these different scholarships i scoured the web i got multiple full ride scholarships i got coco what was the biggest one the bill gates scholarship how much wow it's a full ride to any college you want to go to tell me more about your drive to get the scholarships i had a single mom um low-income two siblings um and i had to work really hard i had great gpa i had contest score i actually could not apply to some of the school i wanted to go to because of the application fees i think we can all relate to that story right i'm the first person in my entire family ever to go to college i get the value what you just did was amazing so do you think like uh you can get me 1.3 million for educating these these bull balls up here for the last five years um so actually with scholarly every student that use app is matched between 120 and 220 scholarships totaling over 4 million dollars so it's giving them access to win all that money so in other words you you found the ones that are are institutional neutral they don't care where you go yes scholarly folks on outside scholarships we're not we're not booked on institutional scholarships so today so damn your question is they're about a hundred million dollars that goes unclaiming outside scholarships mainly because students don't know they exist okay christopher how do i make money with this so scholarly is 99 cents in the app store we already sold 92 000 apps how many 92 000 paid apps less than a year um and all with zero marketing so it's really cool we had a very effective pr strategy going forward so i used the fact that i won 1.3 million scholarships and pitched reporters down to the fact that i created it's brilliant you want to know something christopher i'm gonna do something i've never done before i haven't heard a whole lot but i'm gonna make you an offer right now [Music] awesome let me just ask some real questions okay my offer right now is the 40k for 15 i believe in you i believe in what you're doing is good i think that we will make it together so i hope you just say yes i would love to hear other offers lori and i really appreciate that that that really means a lot to me scholarly is very i'm offering you exactly what you asked for yes i would love to i'm not even going to ask you how do we monetize this but i want you to say yes [Music] i want to be part of this it's really a personal matter i started working at 10 years old and i was raised by a single mother when i got to about the age of 17 years old i wanted to go to college but i had to work because i saw her working three jobs and there was no food on the table i resonate with this so i'll offer you the same thing the 40 000 for 15 um christopher look at me i believe in what you're doing i don't care about how we're going to monetize it i just want you to take my hand and say deal and we will make it work but i'd like you to do it right now wow that's pretty aggressive if she had the best interest i think she would let you listen to everybody i in whatever way i want to be part of this i i just want to hear what everyone has christopher i i i love i love you up i love the money don't get innovation with me the key to your site is your ability to update the scholarships is there a back-end engine that's taking it all in how are you doing that how many different scholarships did you say when your database between 10 to 20 000. oh mike the co-founder development algorithm where he gathered all the scholars from different um from now see that's what we're trying to get to look you have two co-founders right they're developers i want to know what their skill set is because me too because that's what i need to understand is how you're going to constantly you walked in here this could be a very large business damon and i both are not even asking you well let him answer clem answer i want to know what he says to that yeah we're saying you know what hang on that's exactly what he does i'm not minimizing him do you want a charity donation you want to i think that you should just say right now do it okay lori and i are gonna go in 50 50 partners that's 20 000 from her 20 000 from me for 15 of your company you have to make a decision now [Music] i'm going to take i'm going to take your deal done good done thanks all right thanks awesome [Music] i am feeling really great i stepped into sharky i'm thinking profit profit profit but i'm really happy to find two sharks who don't who care more about what tyler's going to do for the public than than the bottom line so i'm really happy i'm super excited you know when i had nothing and uh couldn't rub two pennies together you know what i really hated i hated when people wanted to give me a break because they felt bad for me i didn't feel bad i don't feel bad at all i never got one of those i don't feel bad at all i'm not undermining what you did that guy was a great guy that wasn't you don't know how the back end engine worked no but here's what i do know he was 99 cents an app is it a charity he was 99 an app he downloaded 92 000. i'm i'm a very charitable guy too helping america and making is it a chat better place lori that is such crap no it is not crap we are not the charity tank no we are not a cherokee that's not charity really how does it work how are you going to grow that business what's the execution plan you know what we're going to do we're going to we're going to grow trust me on what we're going to figure it out yes we're going to figure it out america come to the tank we're going to give you money you didn't invest in anybody else is going to figure it out what are you talking about you bet on the person i never got any information with the information i got if you wasn't allowed to talk because you had to force forty thousand down his throat like a goose for pacquiao i thought at that point that i received enough information to feel like i want to be part of the right if he would have just said this is an idea i wouldn't have i'm not trying to give you a hard time i'm not drinking guys just don't like when you get scooped the bottom line is that this guy this guy wait excuse me i'm talking i actually believe that damon and i no matter what it is that this guy needs will be there to back yeah because you just knocked over backwards for forty thousand dollars come on if you're truly trying to help the guy then we if you truly try to help guys what i want to do is ask them questions this is awesome you're talking about an algorithm what do you know about algebra sour grapes that's our grapes you know what you're really pissing me off right now i'm going to say something rude to you now i don't want to say something because you're not yes we're the shark tank we're not the charity tank but sometimes there's a point to being compassionate and caring about it run out there and change it to a hundred thousand dollars you don't have to do that he already died because you choked him on the 40 000. you want to help all these kids me feel really good about what i did let's go damon do you i feel great we feel great i think they don't like that we jumped in i'm sorry that they were upset but you know what it's sour grapes what we did was great i love it next up is a technology to make house hunting more convenient [Music] hello sharks my name is junior and i'm from the big d dallas texas i'm here seeking 500 000 in exchange for 10 equity stake in my business tour as you know buying a home should be fun and exciting especially for touring with barbara but for the rest of us not so much it's time consuming and frustrating imagine you're driving down the street trying to look for that perfect property and you spot one now what you can call an agent wait days for an appointment or even worse wait weeks for an open house wouldn't it be great if you could tour that property right there on the spot well thanks to me you can i'd like to introduce you to tour the world's smartest lockbox tour is the first lockbox that allows buyers and sellers to access the lockbox with or without an agent wow barbara i know you've opened some doors in your career i'd love some help thank you dude so imagine barbara's driving down a street and she sees a property for sale she pulls it up on the tour app she immediately sends a request the seller approves her showing and immediately barbara is able to tour the property so barbara simply walk up to the box press the power button until you see that color wheel okay now simply press open on the app okay easy enough there you go now the lock box opens up okay she'll grab the keys tour the property on her own or with a realtor i feel like a winner now once you're done put the keys back in the lock box and simply press close on the app there you go give it a second and it'll close right up the seller gets a notification saying barbara's completed her tour and now brober can leave feedback and be on her way thank you so much nice handshake thank you nice suit thank you so sharks which one of you guys wants to join me in opening this door to opportunity junior while it's fresh on my mind what happens if the person who just give the tour does not redeposit the key but closes it anyway if that key is removed for a set period of time that you the seller sets you get a notification if that key is not put back but if it were my home i'm not sure i would want somebody to go in unescorted great question so the beauty of our product is you the seller you get to determine what type of showing you want in your house so if you want an agent present you simply require an agent present that's very cool because normally you have to wait you have to find somebody they have to go get a key back at the office you got it you got it junior numbers how much have you sold yeah so zero zero zero zero zero sales it's cause we're brand new but but fortunately we haven't want your punishment now no no later later wait hear me out hear me out so fortunately we had a successful kickstarter campaign we actually sold over 800 boxes raising over a hundred thousand dollars so we had over a hundred thousand dollars in pre-sales how much are you selling them for so so the lock box itself is 199. what does it cost you to make them 50 and then 75 delivered to the customer i'm very curious what your background is i'm a real estate broker sound like a real estate sure it does i flipped my first house when i was 18 years old when i was at college at texas tech i was president of the real estate organization were you really why is it that you like real estate so much great question so my parents are from haiti they worked hard to put me in a very nice private school all my best friends lived in literally the nicest mark cuban's neighborhood to be exact ever since i saw these big houses i fell in love with real estate okay junior defend your five million before you get to that let me let roll off my lips five million how much money have you invested i'm not going to stop i don't know why kevin i'm ready i'm ready i'm telling you why it's worth five million dollars here's how we make money we charge a monitoring fee for these lock boxes how much is the monthly one hundred dollars a month that's a fun that's wow that's a lot of money oh guys barbara please educate these guys on how much realtors realtors spend every month guys strikes me is a lot of money look last saturday i visited 15 homes in a day each with an electronic lock box on it the agents just held their phone up that's the bluetooth thing yeah so these devices exist already but so you have one incremental change on that which is an interface where a user can say yes i'll let people in when there isn't an agent there that's the only thing that you're doing that's different oh no no but tell me what's what's different here's what you you had to wait on that agent to let you in right yeah and you had so the only thing you have different is the interface that's a big dealership go ahead and open it up chris imagine well that's it's a big difference but it's not necessarily defensive imagine if you could see five properties in one day on your own as opposed to calling your agent the agent calls the showing company the showing company called the listing agent the listing agent calls the seller the seller confirms it they go back to the listing agent the listing agent calls the showing company the showing company then confirms with the buying engineers nobody hates wasting time more than i do but why can't the company that already has massive market share do exactly this if you look at the incumbents in our industry they're old they're dated their technology's old they have no platform they're so disconnected from realtors today anyone in the real estate it convinced me that somebody who actually has a smart lock box operated by bluetooth is old and disconnected i mean it's like two-year-old technology but there's there's way our platform is more than just a lockbox literally the the verification part of what you're doing is the easiest part so what is would you say your secret sauce i don't know if you have any ip on this or we do we do patent pending the ability to open and close the lock box mechanically without physically closing which enables our remote opening and closing then no one else can do that you got it what correct no that technology exists no not on a lock box absolutely not yeah where have you seen absolutely kidding there is not a single lock box out there that can close on its own literally american i'm glad you liked it i just know this space and i'm sitting here watching somebody tell us that this data technology is what it is so what what lockbox can close on its own so let me see let me see if i get this hold on let me see if i get this and where chris is having his discount when chris went to look at 15 homes how did you schedule those 15. we had an agent take us to half of them i saw him no that's not what i asked that's not what i asked how did you schedule them you made a plan to go see 15 homes in the development some of us grew up when we dreamed and inspired to buy a house listen listen junior you've got the sharks arguing about your business model beautiful now we happen to have barbara like we all know it's real estate here are you gonna give this guy 500 000 it's a tough call he's entirely right it clearly answers a need and you're not going to get any innovation out of the old guys in the industry they would have invented it a long time ago they're asleep at the wheel they don't want the change because they own the market right secondly you have probably one of the best sales people i've ever seen in my life i mean not only do you know your stuff you kind of leveled the playing field with this daddy warbucks at the end waking the wearing the fake cowboy shirt well listen i like when people create better mouse traps and this is a better mouse trap obviously for your application but my problem here today is just that it's really really early so um because you're not ready yet i'm out thank you so much for your time i appreciate it junior everybody agrees you're a great salesman so the problem is you blew it by asking for half a million in a prototype stage it's too much risk however i'd like to be invested in a damn good sales guy i'm gonna structure a deal this way i'll give you the five hundred thousand dollars in two components a hunsky a hundred and i get the 10 equity for that then i loan you 400 000 i'm gonna charge you 18 for that which is what you would pay in the market would you like to take that offer does that make sense to you uh i'd like to consider the offer you've got to make a decision [Music] one shark is out junior has one offer on the table from kevin five hundred thousand dollars for a ten percent stake but four hundred thousand dollars of it as a loan at eighteen percent interest for his smart lock box company tour would you like to take that offer does that make sense to you uh i'd like to consider the offer uh i'd like to hear from my my guys on the internet here junior i'll save some time if i knew the real estate business at all right i would do something with you i just don't see a path where i can say i can help you get from here to here as much as i hate to say it i'm out thank you mark you're welcome [Music] so junior barbara my dear i'd like to join kevin on his offer but i need to have a contingency because it's enormously high risk okay it's contingent that we can sell it to a giant chain to buy a ton of these lock boxes and we'll both help you do that it's nothing but calling all the heads of these firms all right allowing you to make your sales presentation you're the best salesman we've ever met yeah we'll just get the door open i still haven't had a chance to go out and you're not let's save the best for last whoa be careful yeah be careful but careful but i think you were testing me you know look the very best products and the very best entrepreneurs are the ones worth arguing with right that's that's what's led to the creation that grows back no because that means we're both emotionally invested in something we both care about this i'm torn you're one of the greatest sales people i've ever seen but this is an idea that i think is looking backwards let's let's be honest keys are going away not today not today but here's the thing i don't want a better mousetrap i want a bear trap that's going to be around 10 15 20 years a big public company worth billions of dollars these guys like the short term the two year three year cash kick is high knee back to the back so look look here's the thing man prove me wrong make me pay ten times more for it next year but today i'm out ah that's sad to hear chris um kevin to have you as a partner barbara to have a partner in the real estate industry obviously would be a no-brainer here's what i would counter here 250 000 for 10 percent and a 250 000 line of credit can we step into that yes okay we'll do 200 000 for the 10 300 long [Music] deal good job guys good job guys [Music] and i want to discuss it over dinner tonight there's brutal in there but i'm super thrilled about my partners i'm ready to get to work you know you make a good point it's old tech but there's a ton of old tech in real estate because it's so sleepy valley i've already seen the new tech out there it's there i used it last week no no that's not true and that's be literally what do you mean no that's denigrating to him chris because the key isn't the software the software is the easiest part no no like mark you're not making any sense at all i'm making total sense no no you're not we're no no where is he are you aware of that place i know this is going over your head no it's not do you think people drive down the street and look for houses they see their dream home they see it for sale sign they love to get in you don't understand then what do they do mark and what do they do the device exists today it lets you in by bluetooth not in that circumstance it can land in that circumstance with one new line of code it can let in any one so in your example i drive by and i want it now right now yep right now who do i call so you ping in the way no look look look for the existence hold on exactly shut up and listen don't be mad at me that i understand this better than you do i mean look you're saying he's got some special way of getting rid of this immediately no no no they're already ahead of him they have exactly that you have to go through the agent to get in order to get the idea in order the agent has got to send your sharks can disagree look how any agent gets into a house with the other technology they walk up boom they're in the house so what you're saying what the agents do you can enable for the consumer absolutely right i get from catching up except if you're not using the agent you don't want to call the agent and you want to make it available so that the keys are right there and somebody who's comfortable with keys can use it but he can't do that he doesn't have a natural advantage hey why don't we create it just free so why are a million lock boxes the traditional lock boxes why are a million of them sold a year and why is the other company have millions of dollars worth of sales already doing exactly this all they have to do is flip one bit and expand their audiences how do you connect those boxes how do you connect good luck guys i wish you luck getting your money back have a seat chris we all agree we disagree no you got it wrong chris i sometimes wonder how you made all that money mark hi sharks my name is dave vassen i'm the founder and ceo of brightwheel i'm here seeking a four hundred thousand dollar investment for four percent equity stake in my company brightwell is the mobile app for preschools daycares and families and we are completely revolutionizing early education now i believe all of us are parents here i want to ask when you come home after a long day and you ask your kids what did you learn in school today does it sound familiar i don't know this is the experience for millions of parents across america every single day and especially for younger kids you've been apart from your little human being for six eight ten hours a day and that is all you get you know you wanna be a part of their day you wanna add to their learning once you come home and you can't it's gut wrenching and on the other side on the school side is no better in addition to actually educating our kids teachers are managing a ton of paperwork let's face it they're actually managing parents and on top of that they're even running a business the system is broken and brightwheel is the solution so let's jump in and take a look at how brightgold works so with brightwill teachers can easily check kids in from the mobile app they can log activities and assessments during the day they can send quick updates and they can even manage their business all in one place and we're just seeing an amazing amount of photos every single day on brightwheel and this is the reason you take it you tag it and you are absolutely done and now we're gonna look at the teacher app so this is the teacher's room and we're gonna click on activities at the bottom here and this is all being done on paper today and so we've taken it and combined it and made it super fast and super easy so we're gonna click on nap here and then we're gonna tag three kids that just went down for a nap and the key about brightwheel is that we're saving teachers time you actually have measurably more time with kids every single day now we're going to flip over real quick to the parent experience so let's jump to the mobile app this is actually my little girl serena and this is her day and as you can see i get a sense of not only what she's doing but what she's learning and so when i come home i can actually have a conversation with her about it my connection with my little girl is so much deeper because of bright wheel and by the way in the middle of a pretty tough day it doesn't hurt to get a photo like this sharks this is a unique opportunity to build a massive business that has a massive impact on people's everyday lives and that's something that we hear every day so i hope you're joining serena and our team in bringing brightville to every preschool every daycare and every family across the globe are you selling me this platform this dashboard is that what's happening yes how much am i paying for right now you're paying nothing right we'll write wheels free today uh when we have our premium product you will be paying a monthly fee for that the parent will pay or i'll pay you will pay as the administrator or the owner and will the parent ever pay anything not today we're building a platform we see a lot of opportunity to add value to parents down the road except you can't advertise on that platform correct and we have no intention to advertise wait you can advertise to the parents all you want we don't want to we think there's a ton of ways that you can spend so let me walk you through what brightwell's looked like so we started with a pilot in fall 2014. how many schools did you get yeah so we got 10 schools in the pilot literally no product and so we worked with them we listened to them we understood their needs in june of this year we launched publicly as bright but we went from 10 and then now we have 2 500 schools in every state across the country wow so how are you going to monetize first i just want to say that when you look at other industries all of these industries have really great dedicated software that's provided by very large companies this is a massive market that doesn't have that and so that's where we see ourselves fitting in a lot of that has to do with the fact that they don't have money because they're very much um small proprietors but they but they do have budget well they're just mismanaged i've got a four-year-old a two-year-old and a two-week-old and i pull my hair out sometimes looking at how the preschools are managed as a business right i offered to write software for my kids preschool and that's why they love it because we take all that off their hands so they have more time with kids you're doing so many things at once that makes it a little harder to pitch this yeah that may be where the opportunity lies too right you're doing something for schools something for parents something for teachers as well right we're in everything from four person in-home daycares uh even a lot of people are actually using us with nannies so single person all the way up to elite chain of preschools so we're gonna offer at the low price point around forty dollars per month for a really small in-home day care and that scales up to two hundred dollars in terms of those the top price is 200 that could be 50 kids right there's some very large centers including ones that we're in we're in centers with several hundred children so that's that's still 200 bucks yes yeah have you raised any money from investors so based on the pilot we raised a seed round of 2.2 million and 8.2 million valuation besides money what do you want the shark to contribute to this uh to your venture we're taking on big challenges now we're looking to scale we're looking to build a global brand i'm not just here for money i'm not just here for pr i'm here for the partnership possibilities of bringing on sharks onto our team and the value that that adds we want to be the brand of early education the problem is the law of small numbers i mean i actually understand what you're doing and have been in your space okay a lot of money in it actually and i think it's brilliant i guess you've done something really interesting here i don't know what your plans are in the monetization so it's 1 million next year six million a year after that and 20 after that i believe it okay look i'll make you an offer i'll give you 400 000 but i want 10 i just bring too much kevin i appreciate that offer i really do and the fact that you want to be a part of this one more than the number of the experts said how how can like i understand it's like oh and look even your background you sold an education company that that is valuable what is challenging for me is our investors had my back as i trust you aren't that bad right how do i get you coming in i think you're gonna have that same frustration i mean you knew you'd have to negotiate right yeah yeah oh and i i i want to find something that works but i don't know if i can have are you listening you have mark you have chris really savvy in that space you have kevin who understands child education uh i don't think i can help you i'm out i appreciate your time really do how many schools are gonna add this month so we're adding on on average we had a 30 yesterday we're averaging about 40 to 50 a day so all right look i i really like this business i warn you not to promise like we're never going to advertise et cetera because i do think you could add a lot of value with offers coupons people in this demographic actually want good products to be put in front of them and so i think that could be one fun channel i want to make you an offer but i have a hard time paying more than anybody else paid for the business particularly considering what i bring with my background the value i think i bring your platform so i'd like to give you the 400k you're seeking but at the 8.2 million dollar valuation of the last round we give you the 400k and we're off to the races can i ask you know first of all that is an amazing offer do you have any desire to team up with other sharks so if i'm looking at the other sharks and i'm going to let them into my deal i have to be convinced that the piece of the deal i have left is going to be worth more as a result as a result of that yeah and with your company i'm not convinced of that if we're if we're selling t-shirts or we only need something in bed bath beyond i got people lined up that translates i don't want to get in the middle of anything you tell me what do you think you need from the rest of the line here are you serious are you really that clueless no i'm just i'm seriously are you really that clueless one shark is out dave has two offers on the table for his early education software platform brightwheel however things have become heated in the tank after dave suggested sharks go in on an offer together you tell me what do you think you need from the rest of the line here are you serious are you really that clueless no i'm just i'm seriously are you really that close i haven't heard you speak up mark i'm listening right i gave you a great offer so if somebody else wants to speak up right now they should chris i'm taking the offer i just want to know if if we're going to team up with anyone you're taking the offer so you're not even listening to me i'm saying i want in with chris chris is going to add a ton of value i don't know if anyone else wants to join questions yes what else do you need from somebody else and is anybody here nominating themselves is bringing them to the table let me just have an error first of all i don't need to nominate myself i'm listening right so i don't need to convince chris of anything i have no problem with chris and the value he brings the other companies he has right when he assigns his name to it it holds a lot of street cred in his little part of the world once you get outside of that little bubble called silicon valley it doesn't mean as far as i know if you want to if you want to create a brand value so that somebody who's working in texas pittsburgh maine florida and wants to have an extra level of confidence to say you know what this was validated by somebody that we trust something we know has a track record your job gets easier but that doesn't seem like a while the problem ends of the tank are squabbling like chickens i just want to point something out the only shark that's ever had a multi-billion dollar exit in your space is mr wonderful right this is my space i know exactly how to help you and i think frankly i bring a lot to the table on that i'm not going to fight with chris about whether he should be alone or not to get involved i have to compete with his deal so i'm willing to match him because i have no choice i like the deal i really do the percentage isn't the issue because the shuffling deck chairs on the titanic either you're going to make it or you're not right right and so whether it's at an 8.2 or 10 million that's not the issue are you considering making an offer yeah i like it so i mean he's done most of the work it's going to be those other schools on the margin or being able to get to groups or being able to create confidence because the application does the job it does and it works great right so what creates the confidence that makes someone to say yes to a decision when maybe they don't understand it completely maybe they're not in the wheelhouse of how you're getting deals currently that's the biggest rule we're trying to cross dave when you're asking these guys in are you willing to give up more equity for more money and that's what i'm trying to figure out so they can even know how to position themselves i would consider we came in here with with a concrete ask in terms of a budget if it means getting more sharks and and having more people at the table then i would consider it i'll do it either way i think partnering with chris is smart and obviously you see the value there and i don't mind doing that you may not think there's value i'll leave that to him or i'll leave it to you and say i'll hit your number 400k at the price that you have at four percent at the at the 10 million yeah because i have enough confidence that i add enough value that it will propel you you're willing to do the deal at 400 000 but i do regardless of what he said about me right i see the value there because um silicon valley is its own little world yeah yeah like uber operates in its own little world and twitter operates in its own little world and instagram operates in its own little world i've never been outside of san francisco i'm sorry so let me ask then chris you know mark mark just just asked if you'd be open to teaming up for a deal is that something you'd be open to what if we do so at the valuation that mark talked about 300 uh from mark and 300 from chris we get it done and we build this thing together we're paying more than the last guys paid paying 25 more at that time we didn't have the uh don't do it to yourself we have the products we didn't have the brand we didn't have this team in place you didn't have shark tank either don't do it to yourself i'll do 300 and 300 at nine at a nine million dollar valuation [Music] [Music] hug it out guys thank you set a team up hug it out thanks so much guys guys thank you guys i really really really appreciate it congrats thanks guys you
