This well crafted tiny home features a downstairs bedroom and two lofts!

[Music] all right i'm giving up i don't know how to operate this thing i'm going to stick with tiny house tour what's up everyone jp here today um we're super excited to unveil this new model it's a modified version of the charm which we presented a year ago so there's a few differences uh in this version of the the charm i'm going to start with the combination of steel and cedar and opposite with the full cedar combination in the original design and also the layout was flipped so when you get inside the house it's kind of a mirror of the original design we still have two loft bedrooms and one downstairs bedroom um which allows to sleep six to eight people depending if you have people on the couch as well there is no double flight staircase in that one there is only one staircase leading to the the main loft and the other one is accessible with a ladder that can be stored away in terms of utilities we have a few exterior outlets on the exterior of the house and we also have a connection for an outdoor shower and a connection for a 30 amp generator plug on the back of the house also this unit is equipped with propane appliances so the connection for the propane tanks is also at the back of the house the overall design is well thought and the color scheme is just stunning so we can't wait to show you the inside of the home so welcome inside this custom version of the charm so we access the house through that sliding door and when we get inside we're directly in the living area where the client will install an l-shaped couch and also we have the outlets for the tv and if for some reason you're really into the tv area and you want to watch tv a lot it could be a possibility to include a projector here so you can have the tv facing directly at the couch in this case for this window we still have some built-in blinds inside the glass so that way you can benefit from the light but then if you want something darker inside it's still possible even though it's a big sliding glass door um on top of the tv area we have some uh a nice bookcase that is matching the rest of the house and also um on top of that we have the the blinds the the wood blinds for the loft and this is used for aesthetic reasons but it's also a good uh a good way to provide intimacy uh in the loft at the back of this living area we have the main floor bedroom that is accessible with sliding door like that so this bedroom is around 80 square feet it's full standing height and there's a storage bed it's called a kangaroo bed you can open up for more storage and on each side of the bed we have the the nightstands and we have usb outlets for phones and on top of that in the corner here we have an led strip um to adjust the mood uh depending on how romantic you feel um and then on on each side of the bed we still have some storage for clothes so you can put uh some hangers in there in the uh sideways compared to a regular uh closet we have a drawer here and we also have some more storage down there so it's it's a mirror on each side so there's quite a lot of storage for a bedroom in a tiny house and on both sides of the bedroom we have an egress window for emergency exit the kitchen also features a small dining area right here close to the entrance so you can lift this up and because the counter is exceeding um the cabinet underneath you can have two people standing in here uh and one people there and one over there so you can sit uh four people dining around this little uh table and in the bottom here we have some storage for uh the babush um both of the counters are full walnuts so we think it adds up to the salad at home and we have some walnut shelves in between the two windows and uh from left to right we have the dishwasher right here and we have a drawer underneath and then we have the farm sink and uh remember when we asked you guys about the farm sink uh there was this guy from belfast uh he told us that in belfast it's called uh belfast sink so yeah now i'm teaching you guys some stuff um and then the window right here is a big window that is sliding so you can use it to pass the dishes on the deck when uh it's summertime which is not the case here but then this house will be located in california so uh yeah i'm also jealous about that so the bronze faucet matches all the pools like that it's all bronze and it matches uh the rest of all the hardware inside the house underneath the sink we still have some some storage space and right beside that we have a spice rack for spicy stuff and we have a couple of drawers here and then another cabinet right there so on the opposite side of the kitchen we have a spot here for the garbage and the recycling and we still have some counter space for meal prep and we have an awning window on top of that and then we have this rack here so you can hang all your pans and all that so it's really fancy you see that on pinterest and all that so here it is um we have a propane range right here with uh the the range hood so right next to the window we still have the the muralix backsplash but then um there's this little pattern it's uh it's a piece of art that was included in that in that panel so it really shows that uh we can be as creative as you want to be inside inside your tiny house and to complete this little section in the corner right here we have some cabinets on top of the range hood i just hit my fingers and it's hurting me so bad and then on the upper left and there's a little compartment here and then on the bottom here we have some other storage and of course a drawer underneath the propane range so next this uh counter section right here we have the 24 inches fridge apartment size and there's also a drawer underneath and then here we have the classic pull out pantry can't get tired of that so many stuff i want to put in there so next to the pullout pantry cabinet we have the location where the ladder to the loft is located when it's not being used and then right here we have a really tall closet so that one you can pack a lot of stuff in there like a camera backpack and then underneath that we have um some auxiliary heating that is uh propane so it's a propane furnace actually um the house is equipped with a mini split system but then in case um electricity runs out you can still use the propane for cooking heating and then also water heating uh the bathroom in this model is truly inspired by the know your bathroom because of course the access to the loft is exactly the same with the landing platform which creates this whole design for the bathroom so here we have a 48 inches bathtub with some relics panels as well and there will be a pole right here and then some shower curtains right here we have this really nice floating vanity with a mirror on top of that and then we have a flush toilet right here and then on the bottom here we have access to the mechanical room and then right here we have some storage on top of a two in one washer dryer combo yeah so it's a compact design but everything's in there for full time use in this mcalco room we have the main water line coming in we also have the small particle filter and the valves for the washer and dryer combo we also have the switches for the outlet that is underneath the house and the switch for the light that is inside the mechanical room we also have the power supply and the fuse box because that house is already ready in terms of electricity we also have the main propane line in the bottom and also the on-demand propane water heater directly on the ground and we also have the ax the access for the shower the outdoor shower valves that are outside of the house so before going inside the loft i'm going to describe real quick the the staircase that leads to the landing platform so here we have the pull out step so it's not a pull out step it's just a drawer like that and then another drawer on top of it then we have access to some more storage right here and then a little drawer like that so i'm going up to the left we have the rail guard right here and then um the the slot will be for kids so we really wanted to have a safe spot where they can fall safely inside the staircase right so we have these wires to protect them from falling right there right right here right here we have these wires that would protect the kit from falling down uh right there and not only it's safe but it's really aesthetic um so right let's go right now i'm on the landing platform and that it's at a really comfortable uh height for just going down the loft like that and also i have plenty of space on top of my head to change clothes and we have um a closet right here with a closet rod and we have three different drawers right there so um we still have storage even though it's a loft bedroom that's what we really like about that whole loft concept so no need to mention that we have an emergency window right here and then we have the same set of wooden blinds right here so they can be folded easily but then when you close them all you really get the privacy you need in the loft but then if you want some more light or just to talk with uh people down there now you can move it like that this has got to be the biggest selfie stick in the whole history of selfie sticks so that's a wrap for this custom version of the charm i hope you guys really like this house um and to be honest we're totally impressed of um how we can come up with new design with a small footprint like that and it's uh it's always a different process for each house we're building and for this particular design i really think that the overall look of the house is out of this world indeed this house is well balanced not only for the type of materials that were mixed together to create the exterior design but also for the color scheme of the interior and everything inside the house all the equipment makes this house perfect for full-time use and also you can
