This Mod Turns Link Into a Ninja in Tears of the Kingdom!

link must have been training with impa or Chic or someone because uh what are you doing today we will be looking at an absolutely insane mod called shik techniques by Katy 123 this mod is crazy because it fully overhauls Link's animations to basically turn him into a shika ninja like impa from age of Calamity or Chic from Ocarina of Time the mod changes and adds so much stuff that is just too much to talk about in this intro so I'm going to be showing off a lot of the new stuff in this video so stick around you can download this mod for yourself on game banana and I will put the link to download it in the description below all right and here we are I'm going to be wearing my Chic costume because you know it just fits yeah like I said in the intro this mod is crazy and it's actually been around for quite a while so I can't believe I'm just now downloading it and trying it out for the first time but I think the first thing will show off is I've been slow walking because I kind of want to avoid showing out have it be a surprise the first thing that I'm going to show is the walk the walk animation look at that dude this is crazy and by the way you see how fast this is I don't have any speed boosts on right now I have hot weather attack for some reason yeah so this is the walking animation which is probably faster I mean definitely faster than the normal Running Animation in tears of the Kingdom but the Running Animation is even faster and I mean just look how fast we're going but I believe this is actually the same animation as impa's Running Animation from age of Calamity but oh my God it is just so fast and this isn't even if youall want to see like Fast look at this if we take a speed up three boost oh like look at how absolutely dude this I mean this is almost overkilled this is crazy I've tested this mod out before if you run into like look at that look at that if you run into anything like you just go flying I think we're going to take take that off for now because that's a that's a little too fast all right so we're out of the rain now but let's go ahead and equip some weapons because this is really cool so we're just going to go ahead and equip the master sword here and the first thing that you can see is the sheath is actually located on the hip instead of the back where it normally is but if we go ahead and take the sword out I mean look at this it just speaks for itself dude that is so cool and look at how he holds it he holds it like backwards or something like a so from Star Wars like dude that is just so freaking sick there's a ton of new cool looking animations for like swords and weapons like the charge attack animation and I think this is actually taken from Hyrule Warriors where he kind of charges his weapons and you can move and then move to like an enemy and quickly attack them but as you can probably tell this mod speeds up combat a lot and there's a lot of new like camera animations that are really cool like this one is freaking [Music] sick oh my God that is so so cool I think it actually changes if you equip a shield so like yeah look at that that is really cool oh my god dude this goes so hard and then there's this one for the bow he even holds a two-handed weapon like that that is so freaking cool and then the two-handed attack animations is actually different too I can't I don't know if it's any faster but it I mean it definitely looks cooler that is sick just look at that that is insanely hard the final thing I want to show before we get into some actual combat is the paraglider has changed to look like uh impa's paraglider from age of Calamity Wells as well it's like the sail cloth this is actually the default die for the parag glider but it's different they changed it to look I guess this is what impos looks like in age of Calamity I don't really remember but you can do like a cool trick with Tulin as well like that oh dude that is just so cool but yeah there's just like so many animations there's like way too much for me to talk about in this video so I seriously seriously recommend going and down downloading this mod for yourselves and just experimenting and seeing all the cool new animations because it's it's awesome but let's get into some actual combat now so the first thing that we can do that's a little different is actually we can jump and he does like a backflip and we can get bullet time just from a normal jump which is crazy like it's honestly op but hey I mean I guess the Chica are op look at this we can actually Dodge roll everyone's like we need Dodge rolling back in Zelda why why can't why can't he roll like he used to be well download this mod now you can all right we'll do a charge attack run up man that is so cool I was hoping to get both of them we can do flurry Rush backflip oh look he has his he he gets his sword in the off hand with the flurry Rush okay let's climb up here quickly wa you didn't hear anything oh also I think that um the normal walking animation is completely silent now hold on let's take this guy out real quick ow no no no no don't notice me don't notice me oh wait I just noticed wao the crouching it looks different dang that is that is super cool holy crap yeah look this is completely silent look at that is the sneak strike animation any different wa oh my God that was sick I mean honestly I wouldn't play through the game again with this like the full mod because you know he's like a little too fast for me some things are a little buggy like it might just be launched somewhere but some of the animations I honestly cuz I think you can download certain things that changes like animations like you can download a file that removes the running or something like that and kind of like fine-tune it to your to your own liking I would totally replay the game with some of these animations because they look so cool oh oh a shik warrior versus the yiga and look I got the Gloom sword here so that looks really cool dude you are ABS you are done for bro I'm going to oh oh wait wait here's something cool too the mod changes the like earthquake manual so it looks like a little different I think you it it goes backwards but he does the hand signals oh wait is it going like wait what hold on is it locked onto the it where is it I was like is it I'm so confused right now all right let's see if we can get it see if oh there we go instant kill I don't know if it would have insta- killed in T I think does a little more little bit more damage I think it actually freezes enemies like can we yeah look at that and dude it does so much damage so like we can use the earthquake manual was that an insta kill or did he block it that was an insta kill dude what that is insane you can literally just stick to the earthquake manual and it freezes enemies so you can like go in for another hit that is crazy we can do one of these boom Oh my god dude that is so op look at this speed up climbing dude this is awesome this is so awesome look how fast that is oh my God shika link could probably climb in the rain with no problem no issue whatsoever all right what I want to see how fast we can take down a this is a silver or this is a white main LL I think so boom look at that we both have cool animations there we go and yeah I'm using the Gloom sword so be so we can just like we can just like run circles around this dude no problem this is awesome look at that oh my God it's so cool this ain't even this ain't even an issue for shika link oh no my swords no wait oh okay that's a bug I think I don't know I was stuck in the earthquake manual wait can I freeze him oh wait no you can't freeze lionels let's go Dodge we're running backwards boom there we go nice awesome woo oh wait what am I doing you know what I just forgot we can just do this that's super easy and I believe you can actually on on gaming it it says you can do like a double jump by doing a shield jump and then quickly taking away your Shield so let's see what that looks like if we can oh I'm dude I'm dying oh my gosh all right let's go I think if you fuse a wing Shield a wing to your Shield I mean it kind of that it kind of look at that I don't know this is more reliable just doing doing that oh Dodge roll oh that's so cool okay we've almost got him boom that's it and now watch this watch this hold on that is sick oh my God that looks so cool and then it's over all right let's see if we can truly become a ninja and take out this little monster Camp stealthily I don't know if I'll be able to do it but hey maybe the mod makes stealth better you know so the first thing we need to do is take out these audas like a sniper so let's see will that okay that got got that one oh oh no they saw it they saw it they saw me oh my God hold on hold on tactical Retreat we got a tactical Retreat I think we lost him let's get that guy all right now we're going to go we're going to go behind them come on please don't see me please don't see me hold on let's use Tulin oh that looks so cool okay I'm going to try going behind him I'm going to wait for that moblin to turn around he should turn around I hope he turns around all right here we go so we got to get this guy sneak strike boom all right moblin oh that is so cool cuz we could just walk up to him quickly without them hearing and finally that is dude that is so cool I want to find a bigger one and take it out but I think for now that's fine yeah guys I think I'm going to go ahead and end the video here this was a a quick little mod review but I
