this Turkish PE just might be better than pizza let's make some start by combining flour salt a yeast water mixture and some olive oil in a stand mixer or by hand until you have a smooth dough ball cover and let this rest for about 30 minutes then you can divide the dough into eight equal parts shape each part into a ball then cover and let it rest for an additional 30 to 45 minutes for the first topping grind onions bell peppers and parsley in a food processor then add that to some ground beef add in a tomato red pepper paste diced tomatoes paprika red pepper flakes black pepper and salt for the second topping I like to do a combination of mozzarella and aoi cheese roll out the rested dough pretty thin into these long oval shapes then add your topping pinch the ends together then fold over the remaining edges and there's your PE for the second flavor I did the mozzarella AA mix topped with SAA and shashido peppers and for the last flavor I just did plain cheese brush the edges with an egg wash then top with sesame seeds and black seeds if you like bake this in a pan placed at the very bottom of a piping hot oven for about 8 to 12 minutes until beautifully golden brush the edges with butter slice it up and enjoy
