hi guys welcome back to my Channel today I'm going to share with you how to make a super easy and delicious beef stew so in case you guys want to make this super easy and delicious recipe just stay tuned and I'll show you how all right guys so we're going to begin by seasoning our meat we're going to combine a quarter cup of all-purpose flour along with one tablespoon of Italian seasoning two and a half teaspoons of salt two teaspoons of black pepper one teaspoon of paprika one teaspoon of onion powder and one teaspoon of garlic powder so just mix it okay to that we're going to add three pounds of chuck roast just make sure that you cut them about one inch to one inch and a half we're just going to coat it with the flour mixture okay so just make sure that the meat is nice and coated okay once we have our meat curry now we are ready to begin cooking we're going to grab our Dutch oven sitting on medium-high heat and add three tablespoons of oil just allow the oil to heat up okay so once hot we're going to place our meat in and we're going to allow it to Brown All Around make sure that you layer it on a single layer and don't over cut your pot okay so we might do this in two batches such as a lot of meat to get nice and brown all around okay so after two minutes we're going to flip our meat over and give it another two minutes to allow the meat to Brown okay once our meat is nice and browned all around we're going to remove it from the pot foreign process to the rest of the meat okay so Wesley Brown all of our me we're going to add a little more oil and so that we're going to add one yellow onion we're going to saute for two minutes okay make sure that you're scraping the brown vibes and after a couple minutes we're going to add three of minced garlic cloves salt it for 30 seconds and after 30 seconds we're going to add a four cups of beef broth along with two tablespoons of tomato paste make sure that you mix it to mix it to dissolve the tomato paste foreign leaves and I'm also going to be adding one teaspoon of chili flakes so now we're going to return all of our meat along with its juices be careful [Music] you can mix it and allow it to come to a simmer okay so once it comes to a simmer we're going to cover it reduce the heat to medium low and allow it to cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes all right guys so after one hour and 30 minutes this is what our stew should look like so now we're going to add our carrots and celery make sure that you mix it and if you want to add more broth you can go ahead and do that for me this is perfect okay so now we're just going to cover it and allow it to cook for another 10 minutes alrighty guys and after two minutes we're going to add our yellow potatoes make sure that you mix it okay so we're going to cover it again and allow it to cook for another 25 to 30 minutes okay so after 20 minutes we're going to check our potatoes meat and make sure that everything is nice and cooked and let me tell you that it smells delicious potatoes are nice and soft the celery as well and so are the carrots now let's check the meat make sure you grab the biggest piece and oh yeah nice and tender now at this point you can stop here and you know get ready to serve your beef stew but I'm also going to be adding one cup of frozen peas this is all optional it's going to mix it just give it a couple minutes and I'm just going to be adding some chopped parsley and let me tell you that it smells delicious and I forgot to mention but make sure that you taste it for Saltines if you want to add any more for me it's perfect to not just give it a couple minutes and then we can get ready to serve alrighty guys and after a couple minutes we have our delicious beef stew so now we can get ready for the fun part alrighty guys and uh for the fun part serving so I'm going to be serving my beef stew with some mashed potatoes but of course you can just enjoy it like that on its own so let's just grab a good amount of everything and look at that the meat's already falling apart should we grab some of the gravy I love the carrots the vegetables foreign just like that now we can get ready to enjoy alrighty guys and now for the best part the tasters now let me tell you guys that I am so ready my mouth is watery my house smells delicious this is a perfect weather for beef stew so I hope you give it a try
