we kind of just have water just regular water here and all we're gonna do is wash our bone when I say wash our bones I mean this okay some people were like you can just watch me you think he says yes you can what am I doing I'm washing meat all right anyways ladies and gentlemen we're washing our bone because in the end of the day it will be less murky all we gonna do toss it in for about 20 minutes and just let it run okay this foot is very simple and easy to make all you need is one of these bad boys so one of these bad boys it's called a I totally forgot what was it called pressure ladies and gentlemen oxtail for oh man toasted aromatics in for about five to six minutes okay you can leave it in a little longer but I'd say just because it's a small batch we just got a little fast six minutes strain your air max out like I said in the beginning you can leave this in a little longer but I'd say take it out at that certain time yay Ginger out onions out everybody out of the pool liquid gold in one hour that's what you want to do now you want to taste it it's going to taste a little sweet little salty it's not like sweet sweet but it's just like sweet and salt it's like yin and yang together and just let it mellow down once it Mellows down you're perfect here's the important thing okay tomorrow with any types of soup when it sits it will get salt here it'll get more flavorful it'll be more delicious the next day but the next day it will be a little more saltier it'll be more tastier but you just gotta put in 500 mL of water boil that up you're ready to go again my guy even deliciouser tomorrow last step of this broth green onions throw it right in just let it sit in there guys with the heat off when it comes down to foot I'd say northern southern foot Northern in my opinion has the best foot it's original Liquid Gold the most expensive is cut of meat is right here off of stuff for come and get it before we get into this we're gonna stir this bad boy up very well get all the onions get all the flavor the beef and everything and go all around we're gonna pay homage right now guys we're gonna pay homage to the best broth in the world the most expensive broth in the world I'm actually Jordan right now if you guys here comes out here it is sip on this the most expensive is Brock ever oxtail super Pumpers that's what it is that's what it is ladies and gentlemen here's what I found out and here oh Vietnamese foot okay I'm not sure but I've seen a lot of Vietnamese foot like I even did it myself too was kind of just cooking it too long okay stop a lot of Vietnamese people I'd say this I have all the broths I've eaten or that year I was in Vietnam for I know like I'm not being caught here anything but I know the the difference between a long simmer broth versus a short summer broth you know like I've been simmering for how many how many foot videos I have right how many foot videos I have you guys count you guys tell me down below there but I want to say this the longer it boils it's not the right kind of consistency what I've taste in Vietnam wait let's get the noodles soup purpose foreign there's a lot of restaurant that brews it for like a long time which is great still delicious I love a nice long brewed stock but majority of the broth I've tastes it's more of a lighter a lighter sense like this and Vietnam food in Vietnam foot in North America are very very different like same concept but very different weird eh I guess you can say that with pizza too right pizza in Italy compared to Pizza in America way different but same concept right oh man huh oxnow the most expensive is cut forget that wagyu super puff for this um forget that wagon no who's eating wagyu for when you eat but you want the meat around the bones oh man okay I want to show you something and I know it so I'll say I know it started foot okay if it comes down to originality Hanoi the north style foot is the most original I went to Hanoi and I have this hot sauce because very nice hot sauce it's not spicy but it has a lot of peppery smell to it and this I'm putting on right now I find the clothes not paper much or anything it's kind of the it's kind of the hoisin sauce kind of brand or Lee no and this hot sauce this is the closest hot sauce I ever eaten coming close to the hot sauce so if you guys want to try if you guys are from the states and miss the Hanoi Taste of the peppers try this tastes exactly when you put in your foot mix it up it has like a peppery fermented taste but it's not spicy oh this style right here is not even southern style this style is American style you know this style but a large soft Vietnam now are picking up on these things you know they're picking up a Batman lid you didn't see that much of sriracha and uh this is the American Style I personally like both but I'm not dogs or anybody I like both but I've had to choose all right well the most expensive thing ever profile I don't want too much fat can't get fatter I'm not hating on anybody who doesn't even put with poison and sriracha but I just say it's time to enjoy that broth all right you know you mix this too and I see a lot of people putting so much you guys like it you guys like it but it's time to appreciate it right use it as a dipping get the sauce get the meat inside him I'm a Dipper too yeah poison the real stuff they had a supermarket I was called lucky if you guys went to Lucky they only allow one per person now there's always like these off brands Sriracha to try and get in maybe I'll make a Sriracha so you guys have to make it um I'll show it has everything maybe that's why it's so expensive because it has everything it has soft meat it has tendon here it has rubbery texture it has a lot of textures going on it's just amazing all the above amazing with the price of off tails incredibly crazy high now back in the day my mom always tells me like Batman nobody wanted the oxtail but she loved the oxtail now it got so popular that's like the most expensive meat ever um I said it's gonna come around with that wagyu stuff on my face all right come around when you got some offs down all right
