storage unit buyer as well but uh he's got a little experience a few years of doing what we're about to show you so what did what'd you just do you just went and bought a 14-year abandoned property at a property tax auction is that right right what'd you give for this place sixty two hundred dollars sixty two hundred dollars fourteen year old abandoned property okay a little bit over one acre little over one acre two car detached garage and a three bed two bag three bed two bath uh single wide mobile home trailer ready to go seller ready to go seller and all the snakes you ever thought or wanted oh [ __ ] it's in there [Music] it's in your garage man i was gonna take a pee over there but i don't know about it now it's country it's the country we're about to go take a look at this place steal of a deal you'll never ever buy a house like this again for 6 200 caleb you wanna do it let's take a look the house here's the garage and we just witnessed a big black rat snake big ones go into the garage from right under there so we're gonna see if we can't find that sucker all right wow caleb oh this is yours that came with it this whole place is just plumb full of [ __ ] isn't it all right just so you know that rat snake is somewhere over there oh my goodness you're going to make your money back just selling the stuff you got in here this is incredible ah look at this man i'm definitely been ransacked but shower and for some reason it feels like the floor is yeah they'll have to be a little work done that's definitely gave out over here yeah ain't nothing i've already done before for sure for sure it looks like the carburetor i don't know man carpets cheap enough you can get you might as well re-carpet it i mean the rats have pissed and [ __ ] all over it oh this is nothing dude i had a place last year that the last load i took was 6 000 pounds of trash turn landfill and that was the last load wow that was the last load yeah looks like they've done a little work on the floor in here at one time i also paid 550 yeah this is incredible man i think you did very well i don't know i don't want to see that guy again i hope he stays in there it's probably his home well hot skippy just you and your girls and your wife and all the brown recluse and you guys are safe what is a seller four or five grand oh yeah yeah you pre yeah pay for the seller get one acre and land in a house for free that's crazy this is incredible man i gotta say you got yourself a pretty good bargain this is gonna be home for you ain't it maybe maybe when i get back yeah yep that ain't no joke you got a good thing going man i got a lot to learn i'll be getting into this pretty soon i couldn't afford it i i don't want to afford it anymore does that tell you anything i mean i love the place but i'd rather it be you know twenty thousand dollars and done not 170 locked into a mortgage for 30 years no thank you i'd rather do it this way
