The Worlds Largest Toy Hauler!

hey everyone i'm matt welcome back to another video today i am super excited we're taking a look at one of the biggest and baddest toy haulers on the market today with not one but two patios this is the 2021 keystone raptor model 429 we are gonna take a look at the outside features first then the inside features then we're gonna give you three things we love about this fifth wheel toy hauler and three things we don't like about it we're starting in three two one [Music] [Applause] [Music] hey everyone again welcome back to another video my name is matt from matt's rv reviews towables it's world's only channel giving you that true and biased review about everything when it comes to travel trailers 5th wheels from toy haulers and again today i'm super excited andrea we're taking a look at a 5th wheel toy hauler and what better one to do it than the king the keystone raptor i'm excited we haven't done a fifth wheel toy hauler me too very exciting also for those who are wondering the keystone raptor is the sister product to the keystone fusion so this is this video is going to apply to the fusion 429 as well but before i begin i would like to say hi to andrea hey andrea hey everyone how's it going it's going good it's really nice here today it's a beautiful day uh it's i can feel the weather change how about you guys yeah see the difference is their weather up north drops down below freezing ours this is cold today it is let's begin model is 429. keystone raptor the actual tip to tip length of this toy hauler is 44 feet 6 inches triple axel toy hauler the dry weight on it is 15 910 pounds in andre do you know the pin weight uh 3600 3600 pounds exactly listen folks a good rule of thumb if you want to show the toy haulers when it has two axles you know a 2500 could do it if it's three axles you 100 need a dually even two axles with these toy haulers you should get a dually but you know what i'm saying all right so let's just start it right up here with this beautiful painted fiberglass front cap uh every keystone fifth wheel they paint their fiberglass front cap to help prevent the fading right here we do have the rotoflex trailer pin box right here i love that and because it's a keystone it does do the three-year structural warranty check this out andrea this does have cummins onan 5500 lp generator great that it came with that yep and then here's your propane tanks right there very nice this does have oh matt yes uh we will all have the specs and everything on the well the specs were already set up oh yeah i'm thinking motor homes that's okay uh it does have six point hydraulic leveling lipper components and then here yep you can just see the hydraulic fluid okay right here not a ton of passenger storage okay all because this is the toy hauler yes right here we do have these nice uh step above steps by um more ride i love these solid steps they're super awesome 429 it does have the extreme temperature package so it is good for three and four seasons also you have look at this not one but two power awnings with led lights i absolutely love that wow frameless windows throughout the whole toy hauler as well in andrea look at these tires wow triple axel the more ride cr3 3000 suspension on both of them look oh my god these are the saloon tires st 235-80 r16 this is the good brand hey matt i bet this tow is really beautiful uh yeah it it does drive down the road real nice and here's what i love not one andrea but two patios and i do see some outside speakers up there you guys yeah and i love how this second patio is under the second awning oh watch yourself oh i'm back here you're good okay check that out that's nice tv isn't that cool that is cool and then this comes out to make the patio area man i don't want to climb up there but we will you're so you're so athletic athletic i'll tell you these toy haulers they are just so neat aren't they they sure are i could see i could see like chilling out here on the sun deck watching tv having a couple beers having cold beers imagine being like right on the lake could watch football baseball nascar nascar basketball whatever ball tennis ball whatever you like racquetball hey i do play rap i know you do that is so cool wow it's not all the way in simple that was simple but you guys get the idea you get the point simple super simple easy and nice to hook up and everything and then right here you do have a second door to the garage area which we'll see in a minute coming down back here is your rear deck this also makes the deck you can see the leg supports there it's the zero g door it's very easy to come down look there's another awning on it very awesome and nice and um this is the also the ramp door makes it very easy coming down here look at this that's nice they gave you a ladder yeah we do have a ladder it does have a one-piece tpo roof andrea let me get this thing back in all right you're going up there of course you are are we in america yes then there's your answer you know i'm going up on the roof let's go up there and take a look all right matt did you stretch here we go now hold on andrea wear a pie up here up here on the roof you can see it's the one piece fully walkable tpo roof not one not two but three air conditioning units i love that right up there is your wind guard antenna and then check that out right there yep it is prep for solar on the roof you just take your time oh oh my gosh you're trying to give me a nervous breakdown slow oh i did not slow look you you got it slow slow maybe this is the last time you get up on the toy haul yes okay one more step one more step look great and haven't already make sure you smash that thumbs up button where the rv salesman's going to taste fat ass up on the roof show you what features the roof has to offer nobody nobody i don't like these i don't like really nobody yeah no i don't like these side ladders probably won't do that again right there we do got your 50 amp power right there fuel station you do have a fuel station in these look you can add fuel and so what that does is right here dang nab it's lock but it's like a fuel philip at a gas station for you to fill up your toys and motorcycles and stuff wow you also got that right there and then look right there that's where you dump your gray tank okay then coming down the side here there's another hook up right there where you dump your black and gray tank okay you do have an instant hot tankless water heater that's awesome and then here's your tank pulse black and gray tank 50 amp power cord everything city water connection water hookups and everything and then here's your control panel for your auto leveling wow well andrea the outside of this motorhome is big badass and awesome but the inside's even better let's go take a look check it out okay wow check this out oh my goodness i'm going back to the garage first very nice now we are going to see the bathroom oh that's interesting just how the bathroom is set up and the master oh i love the way the master bed is north and south okay i forgot to mention right here andrea look oh yeah how the steps go up easy yep and there's no they're not gonna fall on you nope that's a great feature very nice where do we begin the garage okay the back garage area of course nice big garage back here look at these oh wow so you do three ac units so you have an ac unit for this garage okay you have these more ride steps for that side patio and this patio oh my gosh and then look at this it has these doors which is good for the cold weather it'll keep help help keep the heat in or the cool air in um i think they call them like four season doors or something like that maybe not four seasons but just really nice door you do have a carpet here if you want this to be a bunk area this drops down makes it better also flips up to be a dinette then you do have another bunk up there you do have a television right here andrea wow yep with a little bit of storage that we will not be able to be able to reach we can not show you guys that's not stored oh and then look at this i like that i was going to comment about those how they cover the window that's great and you do have uh you it is prepped if you wanted to do a combo washer dryer right there no you could do a stackable thing oh yeah you will it fit oh yeah uh 3 000 pounds cargo carrying capacity in the back oh you do have your half bathroom right here andrea okay that's a good size yeah for a half bath right there it's now time for the toilet test porcelain um [Music] it's not an a plus but it's not failing it's a prime pooping position but i'm not like super happy about it like this sink almost got in the way i mean it almost is in the way i mean it gets it but like if here's the bar of passing it past like right there i really like that door to the side patio well there's two doors to the side patio so this one is if people need to get in the back or if they need to use the bathroom also right there so if you're out on the track mudding or getting dirty you don't need the track also you can see the uh wings in here for your toys yep your d-rings and everything and we got the panels up here which is kind of interesting switches and everything that's pretty cool and then andre let's come out here full patio area right really nice look at that tv with the speakers and everything as andre said imagine sitting here drinking some beers watching some games right pretty cool pretty cool and there's another door right there yep oh wow so let's go in this door okay so this comes into the living area i like all those windows there and they have a light above the slide do they it looks like it yeah there's a line above the slide yeah for sure so you have a couple ways into the living area again you can get there from the porch you can get them from here and then look at this nice four seater sofa right there super awesome and nice and i love all these for these two seats you're looking directly at the tv where this one you're kind of not yep as andre is pointing up there you do have a loft over it see if i can reach it yep perfect for the camera yep nice little wall theory it does come with this ladder right here got some storage up here oh yeah you got to be tall to get a toy hauler y'all very nice okay huge nice big 50-inch tv right there we do got a fireplace rv technology cd dvd player and everything and andrea yep nice pantry good size yup and then th this seat stay there the thomas pain collection and they do all recline looks here that they light up they're heated and massage chairs and everything how do you like these nice big windows i like all these windows yeah these windows are big awesome and nice and yeah and the balances are cute and they have blinds privacy blinds yep not privacy shades jeez yep privacy shades so that's great that they didn't put those blinds on here well andrea it's downtime for the msrp msrp on this toy hauler here is [Music] wow dang we're in toy toy hauler land is more expensive than some motorhomes y'all so msrp on this one here it says it's 122 thousand 24. msrp sale prices you can see right here we don't have a sale price online because it is the current model year but here's what i will tell you guys we do have one more left in huntley illinois um that's a 2020 and that one was 114 and we have that one discounted 37 percent all wow to 72 999 now listen this one won't be close to that so if you're if your budget in mind um make sure you try to hop on that 2020 right now and if you miss out on that 2020 don't worry even though this one's more money and even though it's a 2021 we will still get you the best price in america here's what you do you go to get the map price andrea let's continue the video okay matt look what they have oh a centralized vacuum that's very nice i mean you would need it you know so new for 2021 that's not in that 2020 is these lit up um countertops okay let's start over here i like that there's storage over here you can use this you know i i don't know what you guys could do i probably put a coffee like a little coffee bar here yep um more cabinetry big storage in here okay so i like this i like the fact that this is a two-way refrigerator propane and shore power but it's still big it gives you basically the function of a residential refrigerator yeah but you have way more room yep i love it and i believe i might be wrong andre but i believe the residential refrigerator is an option um call your local salesman check that out oh my god that's so nice got nice cabinetry here more storage i really do like this countertop it looks pretty cool with the lights yep over here we have a convection microwave oh yeah and and look at that and a regular up that's crazy nice big cabinet three burner furion cooktop yup and an oven i mean goodness you got everything in here oh yeah storage underneath there pots and pans and then check this out up here y'all if for those tall people you can actually put stuff up there as well very yeah i do like the way the cabinetry is designed and we got another cabinet up here i mean plenty of storage i really like these solid surface countertops oh yeah they give you a big sink look at that sink look at that look at that oh look at that look at that thing uh backsplash and we've got sponges and three dwarfs yes and you get a trash can that's the three dollar trash can awesome and then andrea look that's a magic fan up there i know i saw it cool coming up here you do have your instant hot water heater this year in command system you can control the slide outs the lights everything from your cell phone and now oh no come on in here i'm looking at the window look what they did what did they do oh wow okay that's why i said it was an interesting layout we're not gonna judge it okay nice one-piece fiberglass shower okay very nice all one piece um very nice good size nice seat in it right here we do have your um sink look at this this is very interesting it is interesting i don't know what they're trying to do there you got your medicine cabinet right here for all your medicines drawers very very good storage all right look at this one hold on show it this is nice i mean sometimes you don't get this much storage but this is great very nice and i like that there's a pocket door right here uh-huh and then matt pull that cupboard up there okay so this is interesting no no no no no no wait no no okay oh okay right here we're in the bedroom you guys yep they do put a tv there look at this i like this bed this way fully walk around bed okay very nice don't you normally see it on the east west side though and i like it right here yeah well yeah it's very nice and look on the sides you have cell phone chargers oh they got the fancy stuff and you do have electrical outlets yep here cpap machine yes yep we got storage above really nice bedroom area i like that they give you a little shelf up here uh-huh and you know what this is actually pretty cute the way they have this design yes yes and then right over here on radio and oh look real quick guys underneath the nightstand over here you have more storage okay so you got your wardrobe over here yep very nice very nice i like and more wardrobe and this wardrobe is on a slide out is there storage under the bed oh let's find out oh yeah uh don't say yeah too fast no yeah yeah that's big storage under there yeah look it comes with the table yes wow well andrea that's the door hold on hold on look at that pocket door i like it that's interesting yes well andrea that's it that's the review now before everybody leaves it's now time we give listen y'all do not leave wait come back it's now time we give you three things we love about this fifth wheel toy hauler and three things we dislike about it andrea what should we do with first we're gonna do three things we dislike about it okay first dislike okay you ready for this no i gotta end with that so you go first okay so my dislike is obviously gonna be the vents and the floors i know it can't be helped but it's just one of my little pet peeves and here's the breaker well here's the deal as well for the vents in the floor especially since it's a toy hauler you're not going to campgrounds you're going to tracks you're going to go dirt and stuff and yes like normally it's not that big of a deal but there is going to be dirt and ruts and stuff okay so number two is right here obviously the no why why did you do it like this i don't know that's why i said that i felt like the bathroom had a different kind of layout it's okay because this is a bath and a half but like that makes no sense to me i don't understand why they put you you're pooping in a cubicle you know what i'm saying that's just enjoy it so dumbest no man well okay i don't care so that's two and then number three thing i dislike is right over here the side patio as awesome as it is half of the time you won't be using your side patio right because you'll be right next to somebody so listen if and here's why it's my dislike because a lot of people won't realize this but if you're a koa camper or you like going to rv resorts this is not the model for you do not get the side patio whereas if you like to go boondocking and out in the middle of nowhere and you like to go to the tracks no to like the racetracks and stuff and you have big campsites then this is the one for you you know what i'm saying great so that's three things we don't like about it andrea now it's time for three things we love about this fifth wheel toy hauler ready for me to go first sure okay i love the side patio i think listen i'm kind of being the contradictory but it's okay because we can do that on the show i do think the side patio is awesome i think it is super smart how they gave you a door here and how they gave you a door here to it also i like this patio also i like the screen indoors and everything again i love that feature but the reason why i made it one of my dislikes as well just it's self-awareness you have to know how you're camping um but if you are going to places you know it's just really really awesome feature and and yeah i mean it's just awesome so that's one two okay so i like the look of the kitchen okay uh i would say i think it looks really good with the solid surface countertop in here and the lights around here is really cool yes although i'm not a big fan of in here the layout but i do like overall the colors and the solid surface countertops it looks good it looks good and i'm gonna combo that uh especially for a toy hauler you know i like that it gives you the uh two-way fridge so that's two so number three what's number three andrea here's what i'm gonna say yep the awnings yep i was thinking the same thing it sounds silly but the fact that they give you an awning here and an awning over the side patio uh a lot of manufacturers wouldn't do that so i do think that's super cool awesome and then just what it is like how big it is badass it is triple axel toy hauler you can break your
