in my previous video I covered the queen of nightmares luminous Valentine but it was mainly about her character in general so in this supplementary video I wanted to focus on the vampire race itself like their Origins characteristics powers and abilities I will also be going over the holy Empire Lalas and some of the aspects about the nation as usual this video contain spoilers for everything race was similar to most of the other races found in the tensal world being one of the many creations of the Divine ancestor Twilight Valentine and vampires were actually one of the first races the ancestor ever created based off the ancestors own Constitution which gave vampires an almost Immortal lifespan this also made the vampires have greater physical capabilities and higher amounts of magical energy as compared to the other races created by the ancestor however despite being considered a powerful race vampires did have three inherent flaws one they needed blood to maintain their life force two due to their long lifespans most vampires abstain from reproducing leading to low population rates and lastly they'll wake against sunlight which meant propagating and traveling became somewhat difficult regardless it seems that vampires who have lived a longer life will have their inherent weaknesses become less pronounced because the strength of a vampire was actually based on their overall lifespan meaning the older they are the more powerful they become for instance other vampires don't even need human blood to maintain their life force instead they only require small doses of human EXP ual Vitality to satiate them and in extremely rare cases some vampires C mounts were able to overcome their weakness against sunlight additionally aside from age vampires can be distinguished by the social classes as well in a similar fashion to the demon race and to provide an example chavalier was the lowest rank followed by baronette Baron by count Mari Duke and finally vampire race would recognize her as their new Queen and following her ascendance luminus had established the Vampire Nation of night Rose but it was eventually destroyed by the Storm Dragon Vora not long after luminus went on to create the holy Empire lalius and learning from night Rose she constructed a new vampire city called Night Garden underground and this was the true capital of lalius so regarding some additional aspects about Night Garden luminus was partially involved in the management and political Affairs of the city but most of it was handled by gter and the seven Great vampire Nobles furthermore it seems that having gone underground the vampires were now free to partake in more intellectual and Artistic Endeavors such as playing music fashion conducting research or developing new technology and many more in fact the surmounts working for luminus were even doing research on subjects like physics and in the future they will be sent to the dur tempers Federation to participate in a joint research Venture with the scientists but aside from doing their own things some vampires were assigned to work in the church for luminism and their job was mainly to collect blood donations from humans anyways for the combat side of Night Garden they have a fairly small standing military that is only comprised of a single unit called the bloody Knights their members number around 400 and they all had track levels that range from rank a to the special a the bloody Knights were also led by the seven Great Nobles who by themselves already have track levels that can rival a demot seed of course there's also gter and Louis were both at the super awaken class making them extremely powerful Fighters as well now going over the holy Empire Lalas itself is considered to be the holy land of luminism and the headquarters for the Western holy church which I'll talk more about shortly it's a theocracy ruled by the holy Emperor Lis Valentine who serves as the spokesman for the goddess luminance however when Hinata sakaguchi had joined their ranks she has given all the actual Authority in Lalas at least for the Human Side Additionally the general secretary a person who holds Authority second only to the holy Emperor and the holy Emperor's Ministry the highest executive body within the nation will also responsible when it comes to the management and political Affairs of lubellas But continuing on the human capital of lubellas was called Lon and it was noted to be one of the most well-developed human cities ever built thanks to the wisdom of the vampire the human capital another notable location was the spirit hill located at the center of Lalas and it was considered to be the secr holy side of luminism this is the location where the inner sanctum was built the headquarters for the Western holy church and also the home residence of luminus the inner sanctum was mainly used for ceremonies but the true purpose was to serve as a Lookout Point and the first defensive line against the Evil Lizard Vora or beings of similar power to him moving on to the Western holy church was initially established by the holy Emperor's Ministry around 1200 years ago to help promote and spread the teachings of luminism and to briefly explain the core principle of luminism when it was first created by luminus she only prohibited humans from interacting with monsters because she had wanted to limit human casualties but later more entries were added to help better control people's faith and convince them to join that's why the church even had Roy Valentine playing the stman role as the deot to unite the followers of luminism against a common threat however the more extreme doctrines like the complete extermination of monsters were only added much later by Fanatics who desire power and to control others through luminism but after luminous form diplomatic ties will remove tempers in the far future and with the seven luminaries killed this human supremist Doctrine was removed and the new doctrine became coexistence with monsters now to continue before the Western holy church became the influential and Powerful religious organization we see in the main series there was initially just a lowly division belonging to the holy Emperor's Ministry but when a chosen hero like grandar Rosell decided to form a working alliance with luminus and established a seven luminaries he managed to somewhat improve the overall Effectiveness and efficiency of the church although you are still considered weak as for what the seven luminaries actually do within the church they mainly handled the daily operations of the church or serving as consultants to the nation they were also responsible for selecting and training chosen hero candidates with Hinata being one of their most notable students however not long after their introduction the progress of the church will eventually slow down because the seven luminaries grew more corrupt and greedier even sabotaging potential talents of the church to prevent people from receiving the blessings gifted by luminus adman and Albert were good examples of people who have fallen victim to the schemes of the seven luminaries but after Hinata joined she was able to single-handedly turn the church into an elite and Powerful organization she did this by first reforming the temple night order of the church and then sending them out to exterminate monsters or provide protection to other nations in exchange for them to declare luminism as their National Religion she even demanded the Nations affiliated with the church provide talented labor and monetary donations meaning it no longer had to rely on the lalia state government for funding this ultimately allowed the church to break away from lubellas and become an independent religious organization that answers only to Hinata but the word of the Goddess luminus was still absolute with that said we can now talk about the military strength of lubellas and the Western holy church since they overlap each other to start Lalas itself has a common army that is mainly comprised of members enlisted from the general populars they mostly serve as an internal police force responsible for maintaining order within the cities villes and towns under the holy Empire's domain furthermore there was the Holy Imperial guards who served directly under Emperor Louise they the strongest fighter in Lalas and to become an Imperial Guard one must first be a faithful follower of luminism along with possessing a threat level of at least rank A or B this military division has a total of 30 members but because imperior guards are able to recruit their own followers it's possible the numbers are higher also Imperial guards share the same Authority as the cardal and they're able to give commands to the temple Knight order and regarding the structure of the Imperial guards they led by the head Knight a position given to the strongest Imperial Guard and followed by the next three strongest called the batt sagers either the position for head Knight and B Sage aren permanent and other Imperial guards can actually challenge the current holders to take their position Hinata is the current head Knight after she defeated the previous holder sare and the three battle sages are the Vault of Heaven sare the boulder Gregory and the turbulent SE Glinda respectively although after the events of the sa monster confrontation the position of the batt sages had become vacant because SAR and Gregory had resigned or Glinda had defected to join so spy Network now for the Western holy church their main fighting force is the temple Knight order a military division first created by the holy Emperor's Ministry and it's actually a casual term used to refer to soldiers that fight for the church they number from the tens of thousands and members have at least the rank of B+ they normally sent out to help exterminate monsters for church Affiliated Nations but they had to First be approved by the Cardinal Bishop before they are deployed the most notable campaign was during the former Kingdom's invasion of the dur tempers Federation where about 3,000 was deployed but they all ultimately annihilated By REM forces but that wasn't all for the elas of the temple Knight order with dra levels that range from the special a to the S rank they will normally be transferred to the Holy Night order this was a new subdivision created by Hinata after she joined lalius and the members were all personally trained by her also her Holy Night order is further separated into five regiments led by the five captains the strongest among the order and each Captain will be leading a total of 20 holy Knights making the total members around the 100 but later in the story that number has grown to almost 300 members now for the five captains there the saint of air Arnold Balman saint of Earth buckers s of water litters s of fire Gerald and S of win frits and they all extremely loyal to Hinata who is also the chief of the Holy Night order that said luminus would create another subdivision within the church as well called the 10 great Saints and members are only chosen from the strongest holy Knights and Imperial guards they also required to be enlightened humans have the rank of special a before joining Additionally the 10 great saints were supposed to be trained by the seven luminaries as well so that they can eventually evolve into same level humans and become true hero candidates but as we all know the seven luminaries were ignoring their role as mentors nonetheless the 10 great Saints was mainly created to promote communic ation between the Holy Night order and the holy Imperial guards so three members are from the battle sages and six from the Holy Night order with fata being the de facto leader of the group as for the cor members we have the Child of Light lard zester serving as the Vice Captain to Hinata followed by the others which are the five captains and the three batt sagers unfortunately the 10 great Saints was essentially dissolved after the saint monster confrontation because with Geral being killed by the seven luminaries and the three better sages leaving the church they did not have enough manpower to replace the missing positions however the remaining members are still in active duty and apparently by volume 18 of the light novel the original members from the 10 great Saints all acquired asper threat levels except for Hinata who was now in the super awaken class anyways aside from the various military divisions their greatest asset is definitely Hinata herself not only being highly involved with much of the operations related to the holy Empire Lalas and the
