Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille
Grammer led a seemingly perfect life for years. But her world fell apart when she discovered
husband Kelsey Grammar was reportedly cheating on her. And as it turns out, her professional life
is just as complicated as her personal one. This is the untold truth of Camille Grammer. "I'm not gonna pretend that, you know, 13
years of marriage is easy all the time." Camille found out her husband was cheating
thanks to an accidental hot tip from her own doorman. During a visit to New York City, where Kelsey
was starring in a Broadway play at the time, she stopped by their shared apartment. According to Us Weekly, a doorman prevented
her from entering. When Camille said she was "Mrs. Grammer,"
the doorman shot back, quote, "You're not Mrs. Grammer." Uh-oh. It turned out, the doorman thought Kelsey's
now-wife, Kayte Walsh, was the real Mrs. Grammer because Kelsey had been secretly seeing Walsh
all throughout his time in NYC. Camille even had to show her I.D. to enter
her own building. Making matters worse? Kelsey ended their marriage via phone. "You already knew your marriage was over…" "Yeah." "...it had already gone on too long according
to you because it was over when it started." "Yeah." At the time, Camille told CBS News, "I had texted him several times and I called
him and said, 'Please call me back.'…Finally, three hours later, he called me and he said,
'I've been thinking about it, and I don't want to be married anymore.'" "He still won't talk to me...At this point,
let bygones be bygones. Let's do what we can to be the best parents
we can for our children." After a tumultuous divorce, Camille was lucky
enough to find love again with lawyer David C. Meyer, whom she wed in October 2018. And although Meyer prefers to keep a low profile,
we do know a little about her new guy. Like Grammer, Meyer has two kids, and he went
through a bitter divorce. His ex wife Wendy accused him of frivolous
spending while missing child support payments, writing in court docs obtained by Radar Online: "Since we separated [David] bought a new car,
a Dodge Hellcat, is leasing a home in the most exclusive area of Malibu, is frequently
dining at expensive restaurants including Mastro's and Nobu and is throwing parties
at his beach house." "I just know he's the right man for me." "Prenup?" "Yes." It sounds like Grammer and Meyer definitely
share a taste for the good life. Before Camille found true love with David
Meyer, she was in a tumultuous relationship with Dimitri Charalambopoulos, someone she
billed as a quote "regular guy." "So what's up with this Dimitri guy? This is your new boyfriend?" "This is my man. We've been together about a year and a half
now." Although everything seemed great on the surface,
Grammer filed a domestic violence protective order against Dimitri in 2013, alleging that
he physically attacked her after she underwent surgery to treat endometrial cancer, according
to Radar Online. Grammer claimed Dimitri slammed her head and
face into furniture at the hotel they were staying at in Houston, Texas, and that she
feared for her life during the altercation. In court docs obtained by the outlet, Grammer
said, "[Dimitri] squeezed my nose between his fingers
and pushed upward forcefully, meanwhile covering my mouth in an attempt to silence me and to
prevent me from breathing." A judge granted Grammer her order of protection,
a development Dimitri responded to in June 2014 via his own lawsuit for defamation. Dimitri alleged that Grammer made up the entire
assault after accusing him of cheating, even claiming she staged the scene. Unfortunately for Dimitri, the judge didn't
buy his claims, and he was ordered to pay Grammer's $121,000 in attorney fees, per The
Blast. The judge then put the exes' case on hold
until Dimitri coughed up the dough, a requirement he was finally able to fulfill in September
2018. "It's time for me to come out of my husband's
shadow and shine." Any Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fan probably
remembers a Season 1 episode aptly titled, "Dinner Party from Hell." "So Saturday night I'm having a dinner at
my house." The get-together was organized by Camille,
who invited famed psychic Allison Dubois, a.k.a., the inspiration behind the show Medium,
to meet her fellow cast members. Needless to say, the combination of alcohol,
alleged paranormal activity, and overly dramatic women didn't mix. "If my husband ever leaves me I'm going with
him." "He will never emotionally fulfill you. Ever. Know that. As soon as the kids are bigger, you'll have
nothing in common." Needless to say, Dubois didn't click with
the ladies. Oh, and did we mention Ms. Dubois was downing
cocktails and puffing away on an electronic cigarette while issuing her dark proclamations? But what fans might not know about that wild
evening is that it led to the demise of Dubois and Grammer's friendship. Grammer told Bravo's Andy Cohen on Watch What
Happens Live, "She hates me. She thinks it's all my fault...She thinks
that I set her up, but I didn't put the words in her mouth. She came on and said the things she said." In an incredible display of strength, Camille
beat cancer twice. "I've survived it. I'm a warrior." The reality star has opened up about her harrowing
ordeal multiple times throughout the years, especially where it concerns prevention. She posted on Instagram after she was diagnosed
with skin cancer in December 2017, "Ladies listen to your bodies. If something doesn't seem right go for a checkup. Don't put it off. Annual check ups are important." If you're wondering where Grammer draws her
will to fight from, look no further than her mom. Most fans don't know that Grammer and her
beloved mother battled cancer at the same time. Grammer confided to Us Weekly shortly after
receiving treatment for skin cancer, "My mom is fighting her third cancer [diagnosis]
and she's an inspiration to me, she's so strong. I think I get my strength from her and my
knowledge of knowing how to handle and deal with cancer. We're both there for each other." Grammer's mom is still fighting her battle
as of late 2019, which Grammer addressed via Twitter, posting: "My mom is visiting and as some may know she
has been battling cancer for years now. She started dialysis and is adjusting to her
new normal. She told me to see and do everything that
I love. Life is too short. Bless her heart." We're glad the two are able to be there for
one another, and we're hoping for the best outcome for them both. Long before Camille's divorce from Kelsey,
she enjoyed a brief cameo on the award-winning sitcom Frasier. Of course, Camille had an in at the show because
Kelsey played the title character on the series from 1993 to 2004. As for Camille's appearance, you need look
no further than Frasier's Season 5 Halloween episode, which centered around a party thrown
by Frasier's brother, Niles. "What an interesting costume. Who are you?" "I'm O from the Story of O." "Oh." "It's gonna be a long night." Although the spooky bash was attended by a
ton of guests, it was hard to miss Camille's iconic Garden of Eden costume in the crowd. "Let me guess. Lady Godiva." "No, Eve. From the Bible." "Well, now I know why they call it the good
book." Camille told The Daily Dish, "I played Eve. I had a lot more hair, I had a ton of hair
on me. I look like some furry monster, instead of
Eve." Camille downplayed the fact that her costume
was nothing more than a flesh-colored bodysuit paired with a blonde wig. But despite her wardrobe woes, she has fond
memories of the acting stint. She added, "It was fun. It was an excellent episode. I love the cast of that show." It's no secret the ladies of Real Housewives
of Beverly Hills love to feud, especially when they're angling for a permanent position
on the show. Camille Grammer is no exception to this phenomenon,
and she's engaged in plenty of fights with her wealthy co-stars. "Dorit, you're a bit of a troublemaker." "Camille, you're a stupid c---." "You can't keep your mouth shut, can you?" While a lot of Grammer's fights make sense,
we can't help but scratch our heads concerning her off-camera beef with Dorit Kemsley. Not many fans know that Grammer took a side
swipe at Kemsley on Twitter when a fan complimented Camille for her resilience during Season 1
of the Bravo series, tweeting: "[Camille Grammer] had the toughest 1st season…New
franchise and very first season of RHOBH, [Camille] survived massive attacks, a divorce
with all that [came] along, [a] massive group of haters…and…now she's one of peoples'
favorites." Grammer then replied to the shoutout, "Thanks!! Brandi and Dorit did not have tough seasons. Omg they were spared a lot of ridiculous things
they said and did. [They] weren't aired." We don't know you guys, but it's pretty clear
to us that Grammer is well-versed in the art of low-key shade. When Kemsley asked Grammer to elaborate on
her tweet, she replied, "You were spared some of the comments you
made at The Project Angel Food event. Omg…if some of those comments were aired
even Kyle was concerned 4 you." "I'm done." Kemsley ended the fight by telling Grammer
to get a hobby, a very tame dig by Real Housewife standards. Yolanda Hadid isn't the only Real Housewives
of Beverly Hills star who worked tirelessly to land modeling careers for her kids. Camille Grammer also helped her daughter,
Mason Grammer, snag a coveted modeling contract with DT Model Management in 2018. Camille is happy to see Mason giving the industry
a shot, in the name of boosting her self-esteem. Camille told The Daily Dish in 2017, "My daughter's enjoying it and having fun. She's still in school and all about soccer,
but this is really building her self-confidence. We did NY and LA fashion week. She's only 15 but usually by 16 they can do
a little work. I'm always there, so she is always protected…She's
a good girl and we are going to keep it that way." "I was the proud mom sitting in the audience. It looked amazing. I know, I heard you guys." But if you think Mason is about to give up
everything for modeling, think again. She said, "I definitely want to go to college. I want to study film. I want to become a director, so we'll see
how that works out 'cause that's my true passion. But I enjoy [modeling] right now; it's really
fun." Camille launched an explosive accusation against
her ex-husband, Kelsey, following the devastating California wildfires in November 2018. During an appearance on Watch What Happens
Live, the Real Housewives alum claimed that her ex failed to check in on her well-being,
despite the fact that she'd lost her Malibu home in the fires. "Did Kelsey ever reach out to you after your
house burned down?" "Who?" "Did Kelsey reach out to you after your house
burned down?" "No. No." "Really." "Not at all." We can't say for certain whether the former
Frasier star actually did reach out or not, but his rep claimed as much in a statement
to Fox News, saying, "Kelsey does not comment on statements made
by his former wife. FYI, he did reach out to his daughter. His son was staying with him at the time." Honestly, we can't say we're surprised. Kelsey and Camille have been on bad terms
since their 2010 split, and they both seem intent on keeping the bad blood going. It's no secret Denise Richards and Camille
butted heads during the Season 9 Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion. "I can't figure out what Denise's issue with
me is." But their feud runs deeper than some fans
might realize, as Richards accused Grammer of making quote, "offensive" remarks that
didn't make the final cut. Richards tweeted in August 2019, "[Camille] needs to thank her lucky stars
that Bravo didn't air some of her comments during the season and at the reunion. My youngest daughter's biological father is
African American. I found some of her comments quite offensive." "I'm sorry I didn't follow you that much." We're not sure what Grammer allegedly said,
but a source did turn to Us Weekly to provide some supposed insight, claiming, "She said, 'Do you want me to be sorry because
I'm a white woman?' The other women were like, 'Camille, do you
know what you are saying? That's not OK.'" Grammer reportedly then cleared the air via
Twitter, writing: "I am not a racist and I did not make a racist
comment. I am disgusted by this narrative and so is
my family. I wasn't raised that way. My parents are disgusted by these innuendos." Co-stars Kyle Richards and Camille have always
had a complicated relationship, with many ups and downs. "And now she comes in here guns blazing, what
is going on here?" Their friendship hit a high point in October
2018, when Richards was a bridesmaid in Grammer's Hawaii wedding. But the goodwill didn't last for long, however,
as Grammer appeared to accuse Richards of getting her fired from the show in late August
2019. She wrote in a since-deleted tweet via People
magazine, "I wasn't asked back. It's fine. I did my time on the show. And it's Kyle's show. It was up to Kyle. I'm really fine. After the reunion, I didn't want to come back. It was an awful experience." As of late 2019, Richards hasn't responded
to Grammer's allegation, but she did previously speak out about her former friend's behavior,
tweeting in July 2019, "The only thing l have said about Camille
up until now, is that she plays both sides of the fence and is a people pleaser. Both things that she admits to herself." Sounds like another classic case of she said,
she said. Check out one of our newest videos right here! Plus, even more Nicki Swift videos about your
