one question I've seen a lot lately is can Kakashi theoretically still uses susano obviously the answer to that is no but people ask this question since we've seen once a person awakens mangaki on both of their eyes they can use susano with or without their shotgun she sweet did it with one eye and Mata did it with no eyes so why exactly is Kakashi different it's because Obito's chakra is what gave Kakashi the double mangekyo Sharingan and access to the perfect susano this was made possible by Obito Spirit connecting to the leftover chakra in Kakashi's eye where the Sharingan used to be however when Obito's Spirit transforms itself into chakra and leaves Kakashi's body to go back to the afterlife of hagaromo in chapter 691 that's when the chakra is taken back with them this is why the double mangekyo Sharingan Fades away and this is why Kakashi will never be able to use susano ever again Kakashi isn't like the other uchiya in the series because the chakra that awakened the mangekyo in the susano was never his to begin with
