The Swedish Language: Alphabet & Counting

welcome to Sweden weakly I know Sweden we think that we started yesterday with the IKEA vlog but now we're in the office filming and I've got my fancy Sweden background oh it's fabulous I thought we would start off this week kind of easy kind of basic and learn the Swedish alphabet and also how to count maybe not council billion others just start counting you'll see how far we so the Swedish alphabet it is exactly the same thing with shellfish obviously not because it's another language but there are some funny similarities and differences that I thought I would just mention today we have all BF c d e f f DF hoo e now this is where we run into trouble for the first time in sweden i is pronounced e i D and P in English is pronounced 8 so we in Sweden have ax and C and you have an ass let's keep going yee-haw l m n o p r2 and and F p.m. ooh Z another thing that's kind of funny that's like differs between the languages is that in English W is called double you in Sweden it's called double V which i think is more logical because technically a w is 2 these put together so it should be double Z like in Swedish x e fat oh ah so J and G are a little bit confusing if you're Swedish and you're trying to speak English because obviously in English they're called J and G in Swedish J is pronounced ye which is very similar to G so it's not uncommon for a Swedish persons who mean J but accidentally say ye or G because in their head G is connected to you which is J so that's the entire alphabet and we compared to the English language we do not have a song for us not that I know of anyway I mean I never learned a song I only learned that English song but anyway now that we know the alphabet let's start counting let's start with the basics of heaven because you can't move on
