hey guys tyler here welcome back to pikel and the pego roguelike on cruise ball tier six where post battle healing is reduced to 15 as opposed to 20 you know that less healing may make a difference right for the get code this is some really strong stuff i think i'm gonna go unicorn horn but that is a really strong offering i actually wasn't even aware that unicorn horn was a common relic i guess i should have been aware either way well now i want to mount straight up and let me tell you this is where the scroll wheel matters because it moves it so finely but it's not a noticeable difference when unicorn horn is active so i can gladly use that to my advantage and for these fights i mean all i'm really just gonna do is hit the bombs just hit the bombs sweet and whatever you know just soften up the bombs don't hit too many of them i need some bombs left damn it that's a lot of damage that should be a guaranteed win nice so i'm always gonna be getting good shots that should help a ton for early game start with a bulldorb this thing can be kind of nice and i would just want to take flights hope to get some upgrades hope to get some better orbs chest in the middle is wonderful for starting okay so i don't think i want to hit bombs yet i want to wait until the blue dudes show up and then just smoking with bombs so peggling players carefully calculating the worst possible shot honestly this might be as bad as it gets yep in fact if i can get zero damage that would be ideal why i mean technically it doesn't make a difference but it's funnier if i get zero damage this seems pretty bad yeah that was terrible okay one more enemy to show up and then i can start getting them and maybe it could soften up bombs i bet i won't need to oh this shot is terrible although it was a refresh somehow that escaped my mind damn it why are the dudes showing up this looks like it could be bad oh for a second i thought it was gonna be good oh i got worried for a second all right now everybody showed up let's get some bombs i'll just start by hitting this one and then next bomb wins nice this really seems to be just the nature of the early game get the bombs and don't worry about anything else onto a chest a refreshed shield is generally good oh is this me i can line up a good bomb shot do i want to yeah there's chest to the right and i can still make it to the chest no matter how i send it let's try it oh it lied to me it said it was gonna hit the bomb but there was another peg in the way i mean it's still very unlikely for me to get all of them but oh duplication orb don't mind if i do old herbs pretty good i think i i don't know if i can handle the elite fight though i don't know if i'm ready i mean i have a really good relic so i think there's a good shot yeah i don't even know like even if i though i get to choose basically where i shoot i don't even know what i want out of this field it's so strange this shot feels like i could accomplish something bold orb i love you you're great only hits stuff on ground but who cares it's a baller now i'm just trying to hit a bomb worth it that was a hell of a journey pretty good run out too please hit the bat no damn you are auto targeting this looks okay looks can be deceiving how about i hit a bomb way better you'll die eventually son of a well at least i don't take any damage i did kind of forget though boulder only hit stuff on the ground good thing i did not get punished for that forgetfulness i think i'd go pull torp guys poltergeist gets a lot better with unicorn horn i think i'm ready for the elite fight bring it on flying enemies are attacked horizontally lying for better targeting okay i've actually never gotten that much use out of it but it seems like something that i've wanted to get use out of quite a bit straight up straight down right in the damn hole maybe could have waited one turn for that bomb yeah because now i actually have to deal damage that last guy fine because actually yeah since that bulldog it doesn't really matter the damage is gonna get dealt regardless something like that did not hit my glorious refresh oh no that's fine uh right sides looking pretty good now where the hell am i going to get 398 damage from though do i maybe just try to get pegs over here no i think i hit the refresh it's better value just accept i'm having a bad shot maybe i could have tried to thread the needle at you on the second bounce didn't think about it that hard honestly not my best shot so here i'm trying to like get use out of the upward trajectory and it seems like this could do it too bad i don't really have any more use for its piercing 19 damage kind of stinks maybe i should just go on for dagorb oh no oh i don't think i could have predicted that that's just terrible okay so bold orb is way better now good god i'm shooting myself in the foot today a little bit of an off day but okay now now we're starting to get in the swing of things taking a little bit of damage but i think everything's gonna be all right i'm not too upset shoot it this way it's fine skip can i guarantee i'll hit this crit yes but at what cost i'm sure it's gonna be terrible to be honest though that's way better than what it would have happened if i didn't hit the grid so can't complain i don't even know if i take this shot i might just reload oh i don't know if i'm gonna hit that crit i gotta hope i can get lucky maybe nope uh hitting that refresh screwed me i actually had a chance i think before the refresh god damn i'm losing half of my dang hp here not my best fight but it was an early elite and i didn't have anything that really specialized in early games so i'm happy to take this down i think i'll just upgrade voltorb however reload gets strength recon bombulator is not bad either i've been doing so many bomb builds lately though why don't i try a dumbbell so i can get plus one plus one on reloads i got a lot of reload synergy actually with the refresh orb as well oh i would like to hit that chest all the way at the bottom left stockpile relics bombs deal more damage i don't think i can detonate all five of these bombs unless i get bombs blow up surrounding things oh yikes okay make my way to area of effect let's try this shot that was good not a perfect powerslide but a solid one okay i guess i can pull torb geist tomato doesn't line up that well maybe maybe something like this send it more towards the center let's try that nope not worth maybe if i hit the refresh it could have worked out i have food for thought next time i guess this is a good starting shot please let me shoot it nice i should probably consider healing soon the the lust healing is actually gonna bug me but or i could just upgrade an orb surely this won't bite me in the ass okay i could take a random event i think i will maybe i'll get healing maybe i'll get forced damage who knows oh i'm gonna tend to the leaves here i didn't even know this event existed and i am so happy that it does well here's the thing now i absolutely have to go to the left this looks good baller oh let's start off with the pull through guys you usually get good with that that's fine just getting ready to do bomb damage actually this is kind of perfect let's try to hit exactly two bombs uh the bounce off the bottom was i mean fine i still kill everything on screen and now two bombs send it next turn for sure nice humble beginnings i think again i'll take an upgrade i don't want to add more orbs to my deck but i will always take an upgrade that does not bother me oh nice nice needle to thread this might be one of my strongest four one starts actually got refresh synergy ooh plus three bombs or reload synergy so i would like to get more reload synergy and a thin deck it would be kind of fun to thin to win that way oh i don't know how to play this now maybe pull torb geist does it pass through balloons or does it get slowed down by them as well oh it does not get slowed down by balloons when going upwards that is exactly why i took that shot worth it well now because i can aim i might as well take the extra two damage it might not matter but it also might matter now do i want to make it rush to the better orbs i might i probably should this actually seems pretty good softened up some bombs got a refresh not bad now i don't know how this is gonna run send it see what happens pretty good will i get a crit it seems unlikely see if i can get inside this fortress right here ah sometimes i hit the crit there wait maybe there's no oh yeah it was still well worth it that was a ton of damage actually why why am i not doing this more often while i'm still on the outside yeah this is probably 120 damage i should make use of it send it okay sometimes there's no extra damage noted well welcome to the belly so my stones are stronger love it i maybe should have tried to crit but crits only plus one damage okay i have to not die here though let's try this meh he's dead next turn almost guaranteed nice hmm besides though the splash damage and the refresh reload synergy i don't know how much i have going for me well maybe i could go durable durable seems pretty decent with my build actually especially with poltorp geist yeah make pegs be hit three times before they break when was the last time i've done a durable build i feel like i've done a few that didn't make it to video because they sucked but maybe this one will be different so with durable i think i just want to bounce it horizontally quite a bit well that is pretty damn good damage compared to normal hate that though maybe i could bold orb hit something good here yeah this has a lot of potential wait eat my nuts i cannot believe that one you had to give it a thousand one hp just so the number could be a palindrome you piece of oh my god you just had to do it well i'm going to be starting off in a bad bad spot to begin with so what do i heal for 15 now well doctor is decent if i can get there orbital is is good with this build i have two bold orbs but i'm also missing a ton of hp frankly i should dock dorb and if i can help it i would like to wait to upgrade it before using it but honestly even if i just have to use it the one time it's not gonna be that bad i do a ton of damage so i think i'm okay against elites but we will see after these regular fights oh this is a good one to begin with um just get the timing right so early verdict the gift that keeps on giving is cracked it's gonna be a lot less good if i can't hit that refresh though just hit the crit and i think the gif that keeps on giving is exceptional with poltorp geist ew and also i noticed that the pegs it's not they don't need to be hit three times total to break they actually need to be hit three times in a single throw which is really really good for me anyway not so good for them because that means i can just get exceptional value out of each pack and there being only one refresh matter is less and less now yeah pulls up guys is also insane synergy because as soon as i make it past the lines if it bounces back up it's just gonna have another go at durable pegs also replacing pegs this is insane holy bulldog well now what rub orb maybe i don't think i need it echo's kind of good it attacks all enemies i think i'm just going to take a heel so i can stall until doctor upgrade before using it okay more mirrors this could bite me just going to rush over towards bulldogs here we go that was a pretty good start it's gonna hurt 14 yikes okay well good news is this bulldog will at least kill one of them and the second one's not gonna kill me i refuse to believe that that could happen there is nothing to worry about hot damn all right that's just casually 1400 on floor 2. hey it's uh the new orb all orbit nothing it's pretty good with uh match yorkshire or rather the gift that keeps on giving is really good with match your shot i guess i should take it i suppose the refresh synergy was always a little lame anyway anyways though i would like to level up an orb though so i can use doctor there is a chance that i still randomly die in one of these fights here though i don't know we'll see about that pretty good start already i probably should have aimed for the crit but it's okay or i'm going i don't need crits well it's a good thing boltor did enough damage sometimes it's just just every little bit counts oh i don't want to die to archers that would blow i will say this map is a lot less good for me like these disappearing pegs absolutely suck yeah this is basically bold orb or nothing oh no i don't know how to play this now i might have to just go doc dorb and just suck up the heel all right well it better heal me good at least i'm going to bounce to the left because at least there's more pegs intact there and a refresh as well wow i actually hit the crit honestly i think the heel's worth it though 44 versus what would have been 15. all right let's finish him off son of a [Music] damn it it just loves falling down the pit how else to do about it yeah the second it makes it by shield some lights out for me this is gonna hurt well i'll tell you what it's a damn good thing i took that healing what am i doing oh that timing was terrible okay at least i hit a bomb that's all i was trying to do hit a bomb i'm gonna be honest i don't know how to play this map and if the even is the best way to heal this play this map ah crap what do i do here it's not just one but two elite fights you know what i'm never going to win this if i don't upgrade matriarcha so i'm gonna risk it for the biscuit i will always take healing over adding new orbs unless of the new orbs insane but i hope this is a favorable fight for me and honestly it is assuming i can get to my splash damage which unfortunately i don't immediately was this two fights in a row where i just start with a terrible stone yeah i'm just gonna take three hits no matter what i just have to beg that i don't die i'll send it over here [Music] i love that just sitting there thankfully getting a hell of a shot and now it's time to get it does this pass through yeah kind of whatever i have all the time the world to get this we know bulldogs gonna hard carry i mean that's fine oh here's the thing though i need to rush my splash damage so i can get those behind this guy because they're gonna kill me to death if i don't do anything about him oh i just missed the crit would have been semi appreciated if i shoot like this it'll hit that is some heavy synergy i probably should have tried to split it down the middle but i really wanted that crit okay no matter this is the shot that counts just wipe out those two in the back i think i'll even gun for the refresh that's probably all i need yep should be a guaranteed win okay i escaped with my life but only barely this time i'm gonna take the healing upgrading is insane but i can't do it i just can't um i think i want to refresh bombs and i don't i have only one refresh on the board so that's hardly worth it and i've just got to be ready for this next delete fight heal after this and i think i'll be okay but i'm really set myself up for danger okay again just get that bulldog soon [Music] another game where i can't get a turn one um splash damage there's a lot of places for something to get stuck okay i should just went on the spot no well hopefully it doesn't matter yeah this map is heavy synergy for my strategy nice i hate passing up two whole upgrades but i need the hp desperately and i think the tier two match your is just fine tier three is baller don't get me wrong but tier 2 did solid last time and really i just need to have hp so i can stall out until i get my splash damage oh you know what i'm pretty good on this against this enemy should be fine i've got to get better at splitting up my mattress because though hello funny this is a a map that is better with single target damage so maybe i should have taken the upgrade i'll be fine what could possibly go wrong poltergeist is kind of nice on this map but you know what's definitely nice it's gotta be bulldorb hit the refresh let's go oh you know what i am let down i think it's still gonna be okay but that is certainly disappointing run out i don't know if i can hit the crit i think i'm gonna skip this for that reason yeah did not hit crit glad i skipped this is gonna get tough now though my refresh is in an ugly spot there is a glaring chasm in the map at least i got that oh hit my refresh though worth it and you know the sooner i reload the sooner i get more damage so i'm willing to rush it for that reason still hasn't reached me this is a good one i'm so proud of you bulldog bring it home poltergeist it's a 4-6 i think i want lateral movement here [Music] actually i want to hit a bomb i got neither uh-oh all right this guy doesn't kill me but he's gonna do mega damage so i feel like i have to hit a bomb let's go no damage taken got through the elites unscathed do i need to heal i think i should take the upgrade now i think it's finally time to max out my match yorkshire and here oh heal two every time the board is refreshed or two times as many bombs bombs do have heavy synergy of my strat but then i'm opening myself up to death by red bomb god bombula is such good synergy though if i can get it to work and i often can ah damn it okay i'm going bomulets i couldn't talk myself out of it it's just too fun and you know i might actually stay to the left here just get the chest without the elites less to worry about [Music] the only reason i'm doing this is because i didn't take the healing relic i think i'm just gonna play it safe like a coward oh plus then damage to plants just what i was looking for like the plus 10 damage to slimes and plus 10 damage of plants there's such a slap in the face oh isn't this insane this is insane for my build this is absurdly good for my build i didn't even know you could get this at this point i won't even lose any hp and then i just get constant healing hell yes well i am now happy with all of my decisions and you damn well know i'm going to hit like a billion shots per throw um do i think i can hit that crits let's try it see if i can high roll into the crit i don't know how the hell i'm gonna do it though didn't happen but i hit a ton of bombs worth it all right now is where it gets good probably honestly pretty underwhelming run out do these things even attack me yeah maybe there is nothing to worry about nice wow i have to upgrade something maybe it's a gorb maybe stone i use stone more often than dagorb you know what i am going to upgrade my stone because i in fact do use it more than dagorp wow funny how that happens ah tax apply blind one to enemies that's really good against this foss i just noticed he actually has the blind symbol above him well let's skip to my good here we go [Music] miss miss dumbass oh wow i actually get to use dagorp and i skip over my level two oh son of a you hate to see it man that's a little underwhelming i forget now this blind one yeah it's turn based that's what i thought i wasn't sure though that was mere inches away from that crit i don't think this is a good map for poltorp geist frankly this is an unfortunate step for matriarchy unless i hit that refresh no but i hit it a lot and i'm proud of it but please give me the refresh i'm gonna shoot like this hopefully bounce into it there we go that doesn't mean i waste the shot somewhat i think i'll be okay miss miss miss miss okay it didn't miss but all i have to do is hit 150 pegs and i heal the full and honestly with voldorv all things are possible see what did i tell you i'm already halfway there although it might not even matter i'm probably just gonna get a win right now as long as i detonate two bombs this is a win [Music] i'm actually not sure why i have not gone for this relic before it's crazy that that has not happened okay stone is now just the better dagorp oh do i dare do i dare hold on wait a second does this make my matryoshka worse or does this turn multiball three into multiball four maybe you'll have multiball one and multiball three that doesn't make any sense oh and this neuters my matryorpshka absolutely neuters it yeah it becomes a zero one that's terrible so i think i'm gonna do a sealed conviction and just make everything solid sure some things are gonna be more solid than others and now i can't discard but i think that's the price i'm willing to pay just the fact that a regular stone now is going to be insane with gift that keeps on giving an infernal ingots and now this i think makes it all worth it okay let's see if i can yeah i can hit this crit and try to get out oh beautiful shot this is a one turner [Music] maybe not almost a one turner wait maybe i think it is let's go all right so just upgrade my stones make everything good oh it's another peglin upgrade an orb or remove an orb i think i'm still willing to remove an orb even though i'm talking about leveling up all the stones dagger is actually fine i'll get rid of just a regular stone oh offer a stone to level up another stone very cool okay so my deck is already slimmed down do i even have any level one stones left i don't know if i do i might have one no i have none the only thing left to level up is dagorb also very nice damage values this was all worth it honestly that's a pretty bad shot but even my bad shots are good shots oh nice and i get the grit guaranteed also in my opinion a bad shot but all bad shots become good shots somehow let's just throw this down the middle it's gonna probably destroy everything a beautiful wasted damage doesn't bother me at this point i have no comment i'm a little bit tired about recording this so apologies for not really being able to add too much besides yeah and you know similar i'm mostly just enjoying the vibes of this build it's cozy it's reliable that being said i should probably make my way towards that refresh though because i am going to suffer if i don't get there so bounce my way over i'll get there eventually oh let's go and now you're dead very pleasant heel to full do i even want to take another thing i'm probably just going to skip my first ever skip and let's just take question marks try to speed through this uh yeah free upgrade might as well and then i'll imagine i'll just want to kind of rush through this it's really just at this point i just want to bring on the final boss looking good and now i think i'll take the upgrade over one healing i swear if it somehow matters that i'm missing that healing i'm going to be so shocked i think i can just go to the right here it seems like the fastest way through everything oh urban relic bells choose an additional option to choose from contain an additional option to choose from where were you in the beginning that would have been nice orbalisk extraordinary or memorable well i'm probably gonna skip whatever's offered to me dude i love those moving bubbles those need to be in an actual fight call me crazy i'm going to skip only because i would just rather get to my matryorbska and bulldorb and that sort of stuff i just rather get there um i'm going to just choose to remove one orb not all of them my build is very good right now so i'm not going to ruin it what do i get rid of actually a stone or a dag orb hey you know what i'll keep her on daggo for the high roll potential get rid of a stone i think my deck got better okay i could lose here and i have mashups go and i can't skip it how many bombs does it take to kill me just 10 10 red bombs i'm gonna just throw this down the pit and hope it still doesn't hit that many bombs okay i think i hit two [Music] i think there's only two red bombs good i did heal again i think i just want an exercise in throwing it down the pit and then once enough dudes show up on screen hitting a couple red bombs this i think is okay though yeah because it didn't even detonate a bomb can't let it get too close though i gotta be careful here i think i can get away with a little bit of red bombage that's fine oh bulldog could do some scary stuff i think i'll keep it in the middle try to get healing actually two red bombs is still fine yeah okay i healed and just don't red bomb myself to death well i got really good single target damage so this should be all i need somehow it isn't it's fine more time to heal hopefully okay i'm pretty sure i can't lose here i have gotten good at navigating this fight i've gotten damn good at it actually do i even want to add more stuff to my deck i mean rub orb's cool i'm curious to see how rub orb does with this build i'll grab a rub orb it is kind of a downgrade but the extra bounciness might help it out quite a bit and i don't think i'll need the healing i think i'll get it somewhere okay i guess i'm getting the healing here oh this is a fine fight for me i'm not gonna red bomb myself to death nice it's like kill does not kill everything at least it kills the annoying dudes oh it does kill those well perfect unfortunately i've caught carved an unbreakable path right down the middle so let's see if i can switch my attention to over here and nope it still falls down the middle even still the damage is better than i would think i need to get to that refresh though if i don't it's a real nightmare okay that should help out a ton i've got a straight shot for the refresh now i actually don't have a straight shot for the refresh son of a oh wait i saw it send it [Music] damn rubber is cracked here i'll just take a heel get myself ready for the boss one final fight before the boss i am so tired i listen i love this build but i also can't wait to have it be over so i can go to sleep here we go this better be good good start it's stuck okay let's move it again that was something was a hell of a first shot does it just win on the spot nice and i don't even know if i want another rub orb i mean maybe but i kind of would also just rather get to my matryorpshkas and other stuff boldorbs even poltorpgeist especially since there's a four enemy boss here we go i'm all caked up maximum hp it is possible to lose this i mean these guys do have scaling damage what the it's just teleport excuse me well i feel like i was robbed i think i would have gotten more damage had it not teleported yeah because they have scaling damage and they could eventually one turn kill me so i gotta i gotta be very nervous oh and it's just stuck now okay now it's moving i guess that's the downside of the gift that keeps on giving there is a chance that it just gets stuck in the teleports i cannot believe that okay here we go though got my crits got my stuff damn it somehow it manages to escape i need to get it to more be more at the left side maybe pull toward guys will be good on this map oh no wait okay okay see it hit a lot but his damage wasn't that spectacular i could still lose the scaling damage four and four my days are numbered i clicked that too late i got i got too impatient i should have just waited another cycle because i really needed to hit this refresh i love that sound effect okay i need to hit this refresh yikes this fight has been more brutal than i thought it would be okay clearly match your can save me right i mean that's solid no refresh though oh i get the refresh guaranteed now so what am i complaining about this is the only time i'm worried but i'm not dead i'll be all right hopefully if i'm lucky i get to kill one of the dudes please no what it vanishes please don't kill me i'm fine right yeah okay that's not enough what in the hell okay time to heal the full so the gift that keeps on giving is a little weird on this fight but got a full heal i got some kills everything's gonna be all right oh this does attack eventually okay whatever it is not long for this world and thankfully it does not deal enough damage to kill me and i got the blind aim in here uh oh oh thank god oh let's go it's a little stressful might have been the hardest i've ever struggled on oh wait [Laughter] don't count my chickens before they've hatched um okay i can still get the crit there we go now it's done that was the most i've struggled on this boss fight scary scary times but the deck comes through crucible level 7 unlocked i'm excited to check out what that is next time the next time i play this though there might be a new update all right yeah i might be just taking a break until the next update comes out always excited for new stuff and i think the this game has done really good with its updates so i'm just excited to try out some more new stuff in the future so thank you all
