crime where I used a Nikon d50 500 as a challenge with the 18 to 144 a 5-minute portrait which you can see right up here by clicking here or the new info button these things are called cards on YouTube and they are available on mobile and that will link you to the 5-minute portrait so why are we back here because I have something to deliver to Jo that's in this bag I'm going to reveal the images he hasn't seen them I actually sent him one through a text that I think he really liked but now he's going to see a final product and it's a photo book and he's gonna flip through it and we're gonna get his reactions to the photos for the first time that he sees them so let's get the photo book out which is in this bag and show it to Jo there is your photo like god this is amazing are you [ __ ] kidding me no person oh my god thank you so much this is like really thick like photo stock or something oh my god this is with that camera yeah this is amazing what is how do you make what does something like this cost I think this book was was it int Steven if I was correct within the hundred dollar range was it ninety four dollars or something really eighty-seven I think with the amount of pages that I did it came out to like eighty seven dollars for this size and this is a twelve inch tall by nine inches wide and it becomes a full frame basically a 12 by 18 when you open it yeah it flower on my flower on your nose I'd noticed it in the photos but I thought that added to the yeah yeah I know it's looking pretty burly in this thing the whole point of the whole design of the book is to basically tell the story of what you were doing and that was that was the first time right that last picture was the first time I allowed you in the book I think to look at the camera no maybe Wow hey this is unbelievable so is this this is more a result of the camera that it is of the actual printing no it's the more the result of the photographer than the wrong well that yes I meant that naturally well no so what I think it is is the combination of using the camera to its full ability the quality of the D 5500 really it shows how good it is even with the kit lens which is at 18 to 140 and that was the challenge was to was to do this but where the images came to life was when when the editing happened such a good shot Thanks yeah you what underneath it yeah yeah I wonder I remember Evan remember how it just wasn't sure yeah I mean there's there's there's other photos but I picked what I thought were the best to tell the story right of you the herring not used to the close photos no well that's a dandruff I think that's flour dust gotta be flour dust whoa this is amazing so that's that dude and I made sure I spelled your name right which is a good tip go to a guys website first this is really unbelievable it's just so vivid and you know I love this sort of thickness of it it just feels like quality yep thrill real photographs printed if you had to pay for this photo shoot or got these images images deliver to you what value could you put on something like that I mean it's probably somewhere close to a thousand dollars right generally speaking I think we're I mean I don't really know because I don't really yeah it's not far if it's it's always nice to hear what you would consider paying once you get the results it's interesting and yeah I don't know what I would have charged you to do it I mean a lot of pizzas oh yes I could but then yeah lots of pizzas no but these are my favorite I think I like the black and white for some reason I'm very even though the even though the colors like awesome it's super it's really vivid and yeah and I am I happen to be wearing like really good colors too I think like the blue and the red just as primary colors yeah I'd like to do a cross-section I primarily do a lot of black and whites they're my favorites but I got two more things this is really unbelievable I had no idea oh my god so you could get the smaller versions if you want to either give them alt or give them to somebody but I figured I'd give you this book you could add it to your bookshelf oh my gosh thank you so much this is so great I I really didn't think it was gonna be this nice not that not what are you trying to say I just I don't know I didn't know this was capable I guess there was a sort of like a printing thing that's this you know sir high quality I was expecting something from like hallmark with bad bad graphics and font and just you know cheaper quality pictures I didn't expect this sort of like flat a full image right here sure I mean this is good this is better than most like cookbooks as far as images go yeah it's mean the printing yeah but this is because it's an actual photographic image opposed to a Press print and this thing to I mean it's like virtually seamless yep I mean one that's that seems rare to I mean I can't even you know all those images are sort of cut in the middle yep doesn't anything get lost in the gutter I think they call this a lay flat book so that it lays flat and you really don't lose any of the image so cool glad I wash my hands oh yeah oh my god thank you so much you're welcome this crazy they're really good it's really unbelievable so it's just a smaller size and it's an exact replica I mean I'm just really happy with this I mean I don't even normally have a beard which is weird springtime it's time that you can shave it off people are gonna be stunned by this tonight when they come in to pick up itzá and I will I will I will sing the praises of of you and and the the maker of this lovely book so crazy it's unbelievable cool yeah all right thank you you're welcome so there you guys have it I love doing the blind reveals you never know how somebody's going to react and that's exactly what we did right here these books they're adoramapix books that's where I had them made but the quality is superior I love delivering books like this getting prints made and giving somebody something that they can show off or enjoy on their own is what it's all about and just seeing the reaction that Joe had going is this from that camera and asking is that the camera and of course you know I like to say it's the photographer but it's always a combination of knowing what you're doing and that just means that you could use any camera whether I sat here with an iPhone or sat here with my d-4s I was humbled when I was editing these photos because Stephen and Todd challenged me to use the 18 to 140 and the d50 500 and I didn't want to do it but now that I did it it makes me feel like I accomplished something and and there's always that fear that you're not going to be able to go get that you're not going to be able to get great images and and I was very happy when I was editing them that they came to life with the raw files so that's it that's delivering the photos to Joe from pizzaria betty 'or Badia whatever you want to
