if you're not subscribed already all right so i'm excited you know why i'm excited this is my rakoma mt1501 commercial embroidery machine guys and i get excited every time i operate this machine for two reasons actually for three reasons but let's start with the main main reason the main reason is because nowadays every time i get on this machine it means chatching somebody's ordered something or i have an order that i need to fill or somebody's requested something or i'm working on something new fun and interesting not only for me to wear but for other people to purchase guys so that's why i get excited about having a commercial embroidery machine with a commercial boarding machine the possibilities are endless even if you don't know how to digitize for a small fee you can get one thing made and you can make money over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and it doesn't stop guys what's amazing about these commercial embroidery machines are right you don't have to do everything right just like it's just like a business you don't need to do everything to uh have a successful business people try this and they try that and they try this right but ultimately to be successful you kind of want to become the master of one thing right so the reason why i bought this machine i'm not gonna lie the main reason why i bought this machine is to make caps seems silly right but i've been making a lot of money with my mt 1501 um because caps was the main thing that um i bought it for and uh rakoma the team at racoma told me that caps is a learning curve and i you should start off with flats first and stuff like that but i dove straight in to caps like i think a cap was the first thing i embroidered on this machine and as a matter of fact it comes with your cap hoop installed on it already so why not start off with caps and i started off with caps and right now i'm doing great so advice oh yeah by the way i'm recommend affiliate if you are in because i'm feeling really the more you own it the more you get on it the more comfortable you feel with it it's just like anything else those of you guys have been watching the channel it's just like just like the smaller machines the brother sc600 and stuff like that but you can do a whole lot more on this machine that those machines just are not capable of you can embroider on leather you can embroider on shoes you can bring it on boots you can embroider on belts you can border on thick jackets right over the seams which those smaller machines like the sc600 the p800 just can't do right you can embroider large designs which those small machines can't do because the arms can't articulate big enough so guys um and girls right now with everything that's going on with the pandemic right with you guys about to get some of you guys getting stimulus checks and things like that some of you guys been saving up money for rainy days if you want to become your own boss if you're looking to become your own boss if you're looking to somehow sustain yourself or supplement your income this is a leap of faith that i encourage you to take it's not going to be easy it's not going to be easy but if you're interested it's going to be fun if you're competent you're gonna catch on if you spend a lot of time on it you're gonna it's gonna happen fast all right i wish that i would have like just dove in and engulfed myself with this but i was making videos for you guys on other stuff and i personally i like to make videos on the smaller machines because they're more attainable for people that have lower incomes but those of you guys have lower incomes don't limit yourself there take that money the little bit of money that you're earning from those little small machines and this is where it's at this is where it's at okay this is what you want to work your way up to all right you guys that been subscribed for a long time right you guys saw me with my silhouette cameo when i first first first first got it saw me with my heat press when i first got it you guys saw you know my growth you guys saw me with the you guys saw me unbox the se600 you guys see the growth that i did in that right you guys saw me get my sublimation printer you guys saw the channel start to grow you guys saw me get um affiliated with companies you guys saw me purchase my first commercial embroidery machine and i said at the beginning of last year i said guys mark my word is this year i'm going to get a commercial very machine and i'm going to be honest with you guys i had no idea it would be this when i when i thought i was going to get a commercial broader machine i thought it was going to be like something like half the size of this in like a small and i thought they were big but this is my idea of big like something like this size like half the size this thing is this thing is commercial grade all right and um it has to be like that and it's not a toy it's solid um and it feels like you have some type of thing that belongs in a warehouse and as you guys can see i'm in a living room i'm in a living room right so there's no excuse for you to not start to make money start to you know supplement your income don't let it don't limit yourself because you don't oh i don't have any way to put it but you got to do what you got to do if you want to make this money right that's why i choose that's one of the reasons why i choose to make these videos inside of the living room because some of you guys you know you might have to do that you know and it's not a bad thing it's an impressive thing it's a conversation starter somebody you have company over in it oh that's different right you gotta yeah that's my embroidery machine what do you think is gonna happen next their wheels are gonna start turning and they're gonna want to buy something they're gonna say well what can you make on that boom done deal you got a customer right and what do you think is going to happen with that customer she's going to run off and tell peggy peggy's going to run off and tell charles charles is going to run off and next thing you know you got a business you got somebody that owns a business somewhere and they're going to come to you and say hey mini shirts and once they need shirts they need shirts like you know maybe once a month you know you know once a quarter or whatever it only takes like a few businesses maybe like two or three small businesses and you're a small business yourself if you get one two three four small businesses to consistently order hats and shirts from you it's a wrap right if you just sell stuff on your own like i'm doing stuff on my own right open up your own store you know you're going to get business it's going to happen it's going to happen once people see that you're doing people see something nice where did you get that from or you know you put yourself out there you start posting on social media it's gonna happen church um mechanic shops security companies schools charter schools elementary schools high schools middle schools right swim teams gyms basketball football baseball softball soccer swim teams all types of sky is the limit do not limit yourself do not hesitate what happens is like all right this is this is this is the best way i can put this right this is how i started getting ahead in life and i'm gonna give you guys some some some some financial advice right now um and you know i'm doing okay so i i feel like i can i can give you guys financial advice if you want to start making money stop spending money on dumb stuff and only spend your money on things that are going to make you money or things that have the potential to make you more money invest in real estate if you're not going to live in a house if you're going to use it as a business right if you're going to run out and receive an income that's spending your money that's sitting some of your cash inside of an asset that's going to give you a return until you choose to sell that asset to get your money back out hopefully the asset will have appreciated by then and things of that nature the stock market right you buy an asset you hold that piece of asset even if it goes down right the value of that thing that you're holding went down but you didn't lose your money people think when they stock market when they bought a piece of stock and a stock goes down you lost your value no you didn't lose your value you still have it it's just worth it's just valued less but guess what for every down there's up and in the history of stock market the stock market follows the economy right and the cost of living the stock market follows the cost of living cost of living always goes up in time stock market prices the stocks always go up in time so hold on to a piece of stock long enough and you're going to make your money back right business invest in things that are going to make you money or have the potential to make you money what do you purchase yours today but guys let's get into this machine and let's play around with it a little bit i'm going to take off the hat hoop right here and i'm going to put on um a flat hoop and i'm going to hoop up a flat item and i'm going to uh test something out if you haven't done so already please hit that like button i greatly appreciate it thank you all right so we got our mt 1501 right here with the hat hoop in first thing we're gonna do is we're gonna loosen up two screws right here and i'm doing this video because um i need you guys to i want you guys to feel confident when you're making your purchase and have some type of idea how this stuff works alright so i'm going to take off my hat hoop i'm just going to reach down here with my screwdriver and i'm going to unscrew this screw right here i got it in kind of tight i'm going to unscrew it loosen it up just a bit there you go that's nice and loose and now i'm going to go to the screen of my mt 1501 all right here's the screen that's bad boy and i'm going to move it over right now it's on needle number two i'm going to move it over to needle number 15. my machine starts to move the head is moving right now and it's going to expose the other screw on the other side i'm just going to unscrew the screw right here all right unscrew it there we go that's loose and now i can take off my hat roof my hat hoop my hat driver rather the cab driver so i can go ahead reach under and i'm just taking that off all right cap drivers off put this somewhere safe don't roll this around like this like i'm doing just sit it somewhere safe off to the side all right aw productions all right so this right here is the hoop that i'm gonna use this is what size hoop is this i think it's the e-hoop what is it it says it on the edge of the hoop right here yeah this is all right so your hoop goes in your machine like this all right with this little u part right here this is always on the right side so these are the brackets to connect to the machine there's a lot of little contraptions and you know equipment that goes with this machine don't be intimidated by it it's easy it was intimidated me but it doesn't anymore all right so the way you figure out where the way i figure out how to put it on is i go ahead and i put these on here right i put these on the hoop that i'm gonna use like so now they're attached as they as i would use them and i go ahead and i place it on the machine like so let me try to zoom in a little bit for you guys and as i um as i put it in it's going to actually tell me which uh which screws to screw it in into all right so i'm just placing it this hoop goes above here right between the needles and goes straight back and as it lines up that's telling me which screws to to screw it into all right so you got that right there and on the other side you got the screws right here all right that it locks into all right perfect perfect all right got it on both sides now uh what's dope about recommend right it comes with all the tools that you need so you're not gonna have to scramble around for a screwdriver you're not gonna have to scramble around for a tool kit it comes with everything you need including oil to oil the machine all right so i get this it's always number four when you're adjusting when you're um screwing in tightening up the uh hoop bracket or whatever it's always um l wrench number four all right so let's tighten it down a dub productions by the way guys do not be intimidated by this stuff because i'm gonna do i'm gonna video you guys to death to the point where you're like okay i got this all right so i'm gonna make it my mission so that you guys are comfortable with this thing all right so let me what i'm doing is i'm just going in with the allen wrench right here into the little thing because it's not a screwdriver like the other one was and i'm just tightening it up all right just tighten it up like so that's all tighten up the hoop all right i mean tighten up the uh the arm that's it don't have to be super super tight because you got to take it off again when you want to use the cap hoop or you got to adjust it when you want to use a larger size hoop and stuff like that because this this thing takes huge hoops i'm going to show you one of the big hoops that it takes watch give me a second let me tighten this up all right now on the screen you do the same thing go back over here on the screen and you um tell the screen to move the machine which is i'm going to select needle number one to select needle number one show you how easy it is i'm already on the needle option but say if i wasn't i would just button looks like a needle this looks like thread colors so i'll need a number 15 needle picture of a needle 15 needle 15 press that needle now i can choose which needle i want to go on i want to go on number one and when i put on number one the arm is going to move out of the way so that i can tighten up the other side of the bracket watch one now it's moving over it does what you tell it to do it does exactly what you tell it to do all right so boom you tighten this up right here and that's it all right next step now dub nation this is a let me put this l wrench away this is a pretty large hoop on here right you guys like wow this has a large embroidery area that's way bigger than the sc600 the p800 can stitch out yeah this is this is the same hoop this on my machine right now but you guys are wondering is this as large as this thing can can embroider on look this is that's pretty big that's huge right check this out this thing can embroider this is a hoop that attaches to this machine this is how big this is how big this machine can embroider on just to give you an example all right this is how big this machine can embroider i can get inside of the hoop i might be able to maybe not but yeah you get the idea yeah it can embroider a very large area all right all right yeah very large area so this answers your question i don't know how many inches is that let me see uh tape measure over here unorthodox behind video i'm doing right now uh this is about it's a 22 inch hoop yep 22 inch hoop by all right 22 by 15 22 by 16 22 by 15 something like that huge right so yeah big all right and like i said you can do caps you can do a whole whole slew of different things so now i got this on i'm going to take it off remember because we only put it on in order to measure where we want to put the uh where we need to tighten down the brackets so to take it off you simply just lift this up and pull look at that these slip into here right so you just make sure this goes over here line this up it's sitting on a bracket that's below that and then you just slide it back into place and it locks in place right then the thing articulates it just moves around it just moves around except this has a large area that it can move in all right the other machines don't have that all right and also the reason why i can go up and into a sleeve is because of this part right here right this part right here now with this part right here i want you guys to imagine a sleeve and trying to do it on the se600 or the p800 the reason why we can't do it is because it'll show it'll sew the sleeve shut right but with these commercial machines you can open up your sleeve right this is a sleeve right here i open up my sleeve and if my sleeve is open up and it slips over this arm now i'm embroidering onto the sleeve but the bottom half of the sleeve is not sewing it shut see what i'm saying because it's below the machine all right you get it so this is why you can do so much more with a commercial machine that you can't do with a consumer machine that's why you guys got to work yourself work your way up to it or you just got to get it just get it man you know because if you got if you got bills right if you have bills um and you need to pay down your bills and you don't want to accumulate any more debt if you are going to accumulate debt this is a good debt to accumulate because guess what the other debt that you accumulated did not make you any money right this could not only help pay for itself but this could also pay down your other debt all right so think of it like that but but i caution you you have to be willing to dedicate the time you have to be willing to um learn and it's not plug and play embroidery is not plug and play this is a intricate looking machine but i'm here to tell you guys it's not as hard as you think if you pay attention and if you just look if you're good at following instructions and stuff like that then you're gonna be fine all right because i am and i'm fine the more time you spend with it the more you're going to get it down all right so let's um let's hoop something let's hoop something in this hoop let's take this off and let's um show you show you how to hoop all right so you guys feel confident hooping aida productions all right guys we are on the dining room table you see the mess you see it my house is just like your house we're family now you guys know me for a long time now so uh there's no shame in my game give this video a thumbs up subscribe to the channel if you have a junky dining room table with a lot of junk mail on it and you want to do better but it's just too much to get rid of right keeping it real on this channel alright so what i did was i unscrewed this hoop i loosened it up a little bit now we have our cutaway stabilizer always use cutaway stabilizer i buy the long rolls and cut a piece of it so that it covers all four sides i lay it down to cover all four sides i lay down my fabric this is some satin fabric right here got satin it's 100 actually it's 100 polyester what am i talking about i'm going to lay it down over top again again covering all four sides right nice and smooth has little wrinkles over here because it was uh um pinched in something doesn't matter grab your hoop feel around and you want to put this inside of the other hoop push it down that's hooped grab the edge where the um where the turn knob thing is and then you start tightening it up as you start tightening it up pull this hoop up a little bit make sure it's around the corners around the edges and finish tightening it up congratulations you know how to hoop for mt1501 give this video a thumbs up if you you now we take our hoop back into the living room quarters of our house workshop right whatever you want to call it and then you just hoop it put it in here not hoop it but put it in here the same way i showed you earlier right sit on here boom boom through there slide it back we are ready that is ready to be embroidered on we are hooped up we are uh got got this on the machine and what i didn't understand at first was okay say if the material isn't hooped that much how what's keeping it going smoothly right so if you look at the machine before i put the hoop on you would see that whatever needle it embroiders on it's always embroidering right here over top of the plate and whatever needle whether one through 15 whatever needle it's it's embroiding on it switches to that needle that needle moves over the plate and it embroiders right on that needle so the needle is acting like a stable surface just like the plate on the uh on the um consumer embroidery machine same difference it'll move from one to six six will go over here where one is and it'll start embroidering right over that plate all right i'm just familiarizing you guys with uh the basic functions of the machine all right now let's load up a design in the machine and um let's embroider it out let's test this it out aida productions all right now guys we've got this bear design that i did for a client loaded up onto our screen right here and as you guys can see we have room to put more bears on here so we're just gonna um waste not want not right so i'm just going to go ahead and put i could put four beers on here let me show you guys how to do it press this button right here and you just go to wait uh clear two um apply all right and then you go right here to like clear to apply and then we're gonna separate them move them a little farther apart from each other so let's go 10 right here okay because they're all on top of each other all right and then we're gonna go ten okay apply okay that's clearly not working a second this let's go like 25 okay all right so we're going to clear that out right there and we're going to put like some space between them so let's go clear let's go 50 all right apply okay i can see two separated all right we're gonna space them out even more let's go uh 70. clear wait seven seven zero zero okay apply and now we're gonna still too close all right let's just go 100 clear clear 100 all right apply all right so these two separated now we're going to go up here i'm going to do the same thing clear 100 1 0 0. it went 99 so okay that's fine okay let's see what happens it doesn't look good actually but i can't stop it i think i might have put them spaced them too far apart oh i made 99 beers i hit the wrong button so it's it's actually duplicating 99 beers we're definitely gonna have to change that oops oops oops escape all right two all right right here's where we wanted to go to clear 100. all right apply all right we should have four bears on the screen now there we go now that we have four bears on the screen we're going to just make sure they're all inside of the inside of the hoop all right so we're gonna move it around all right they're all inside now we're going to trace we're going to hit this trace button right here and what it's going to do it's going to it's going to measure out on needle number one where all the bears are sitting all right so let me hit that trace button the same button i showed you guys and watch what happens okay this is the area making sure that we're not going to hit the edge at any time with this needle right here all right that's what it's doing let me do it one more time hit the trace button hold this down now that i know it's not going to hit any of the edges that's what that ensures because you don't want your needle to hit any of the edges all right got it alright so now we're just going to go ahead and hit the button and let this thing start embroidering out all right and we already have our colors and everything saved because i did this before these are all the different colors one two three four five six all right and i don't have the proper colors loaded in the machine but it's okay we're just gonna go ahead and let it stitch out because um i just wanna want you guys to see what it does all right so um let me just go ahead and start it and watch the sc600 i mean watch the mt1501 do its thing just press start and it moves and it starts to do the first one just like that all right now this is going to take a long time because i'm embroidering four beers it's going to take a very very long time so i'm just let it do its thing guys and um you know i'll let you watch a little bit of it see it embroidering i'm going to do four of them now what's cool about this machine is i can speed it up if i wanted to right see that 750 stitches per minute or something like that i can go ahead and step up to eight you heard the machine start going faster all right so now look it's going faster i can even do 900 if i wanted to or 950 900 all the way up to a thousand all right i'm going to keep it at 800 because sometimes the higher the faster you go the more likely one of the threads or something is to uh catch or get caught or to you know malfunction or something like that so um yeah i like to keep mine at a nice steady pace that way you uh reduce your um chances of running into an air okay so yeah let me just let this stitch out all right guys you see it don't mind the colors of the bear i just use whatever was available in the machine just to show you guys that it stitches out put some texture and the pause and stuff like that but yeah just use whatever colors were available guys i'm going to start doing more intricate designs like this larger for the mt1501 to put on sweaters and stuff like that and maybe i'll double up and make them available for the se6 or the p8 also but um yeah stay tuned for that and stay tuned for me using the mighty hoop i need some more practice with it but i just want to demonstrate to you guys the mt 1501 if anybody was interested in a commercial embroidery machine and might have been wondering what's going on with aw and the mt-1501 still using it a lot of stuff is going on off camera guys so um just know that it's a great machine i still highly recommend it and you're just going to have to spend some time with it it doesn't matter which commercial embroidery machine you get all of them are going to have learning curves this one the one i have i can guarantee you that it works you take your time to learn it and uh take advantage of all the all the programs that rakoma has available to you as far as the live online trainings as far as the if you need technical support they're available almost all the time right their youtube channel constantly come out with new videos they constantly are coming out with videos showing you what you can do with the machine show me another company's commercial embroidery machine who has a youtube channel that comes out with videos is often once a week even i'll wait they're active on instagram they're active on youtube all the time there's a deco
