is you're perfectly oh perfect love if we've ever needed to feel the love of god we need it here now more than ever that perfect love that casteth out all fear not some fear not just my fear not just their fear but your fear as well perfect love that will cast out all fear so i tell you tonight fear not be not dismayed worry not because our god is in complete control of every situation and every circumstance that may be facing you and maybe facing your family fear's not welcome here in fact it's called the spirit of fear so why don't we as a body why don't we join together for just a moment before we go to the lord in prayer for specific needs why don't we join together as a body that has been baptized in his name that has the power of his name we've had the blood washed over us why don't we join together in unison and cast out the spirit of fear here tonight why don't we do that together can we lift our hands and if you're watching by way of the web why don't you proclaim your voice it lifts up your voice and we're joining together and we're combating the spirit of fear that is not welcome here for he hath not given us the spirit of fear but a power of love and of a sound mind and so we cast you out tonight fear you're not welcome here fear we take authority and dominion over you spirit of fear spirit of worry spirit of doubt we cast you out we release faith in this building we release the supernatural in this building we release faith over the airwaves we want supernatural things to take place in people's cars people's homes their living rooms their kitchen wherever they may be we cast fear out in the name of jesus jesus name i feel like with fear out of here that our faith can begin to rise and we can go to the lord in prayer we're going to see mighty great to have you in our service revelation 4 2 and 3. i'm not going to be here all night tonight but i hope when i get through preaching that it was worth you coming if not blame it on something but don't blame it on me i've been trying all day long so revelation four two and three and immediately i was in the spirit and behold the throne was set in heaven and there was it wasn't three there was one that sat on the throne and he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sergeant stone and there was a rainbow about the throne in sight like unto an emerald tonight i'm going to preach on the rainbow around the throne would you put your bibles down and help me shout and clap with the praise one more time let's act like we got the holy ghost here tonight god bless you great people you may be seated there is a heaven i preached about it three or four weeks ago and there is a throne and one sits on it that throne in heaven is the uh supreme court of the whole universe this world that you and i live in is governed by that throng the almighty god the lord of lords the king of kings the savior of the world sits on that throne this god-man this savior of the world the judge of the world never ever have i known him to break one of his promises are to give a false word from this book never ever has he deceived anyone to this great church tonight you can trust the lord he's never forgotten one person he has defended all of us in the court of this world we depend on him in any circumstance that i'm in i look to jesus christ and his mercy envelops his justice justice has never and never will out distance mercy psalm 136 which begins with oh give thanks unto the lord for he is good for his mercy endureth forever and then it ends with this oh give thanks to the god of heaven for his mercy endureth forever the 24 verses in between verse 1 and verse 26. they all in with for his mercy endures forever i want to tell this church something tonight his mercy out rules everything that we may be facing when you look at the rainbow and we study the rainbow the first mention that you will find of the rainbow in the word of god or on planet earth is in genesis chapter 9 verse 13. he said i do set my bow in the cloud and it shall be a token of a covenant between me and the earth god said i set my bow would you look where it is i set my bow i set my bow i set my bow you don't see a bow in a blue sky you don't see a rainbow when the sky is blue you see a rainbow when the clouds have been hanging you see a rainbow when the storm has passed the rainbow comes in the cloud because god said it is a token of my covenant between me and my earth it was at the time of a delusion which we know from the word of god was the antediluvian flood when all the fountains of the great deep and the windows of heaven open up and it began to rain all the mountains were submerged i was quite amazed at the last song that the praise team sung because it takes the verse and literally speaks what my message is every living creature on earth had died except the eight people the animals and the birds that was in the ark yet it was in the midst of this undiscovered wreckage wreckage of forest wreckage of forms wreckage of houses records of human bodies all the slimy aftermath that comes with a flood i call my friend or we text today with my friend brother kenzie in pensacola and they've been quite hit and we want to pray for the kinseys and the churches in florida and mobile that have been hit amen we want to pray for those churches but when you see when a hurricane comes through we know what we have faced here we know what has come against us and we were inland some so god said what i want to tell you is i'm putting a rainbow in the cloud that when it looked like the sun wasn't going to shine anymore god put a rainbow in the cloud the first rainbow appearance was when the storm cloud was hanging low they're hung in the sky by invisible hands a triumphant ark of this rainbow the ark which noah was on sail through the ark which god had given has a covenant that i'm not going to destroy this earth again by water or by fire an awesome symbol an unbelievable symbol of god's mercy and of god's grace and of his great care for mankind and in a token of that everlasting covenant god said i'm putting a rainbow there painted in all the beautiful uh clouds that may be there i'm gonna put it so beautifully so that you can see a song that's been sung on this platform when i was much younger maybe even not so much here as much as over there in 16th and day street the verse says it takes the storm cloud to form the rainbow and it takes the night time to show the stars you don't you see the beautiful stars in a day lit you see the stars at night that powerful song in principle i can add to this it takes something when seemingly there's no answer and no way out to bring a miracle how many wants to see a miracle would you raise your hand i decided today i didn't because i want everybody well that we don't have to have miracles but you got to have miracles because that day ain't going to happen i wish we didn't have to have miracles yes i want a miracle but i wish we didn't did that make sense i wish we didn't have to have miracles i wish we were all well but because we're not all well because we all suffered during this last storm because all of you are here with something this evening that you came to church that you needed god to touch it takes a miracle and tonight i am believing that the beautiful rainbow is going to show up in your storm cloud and the god of mercy and grace is going to give you a covenant that god's got whatever you're going through and whatever you're facing god's got it the rainbow around that throne teaches us that god's throne is a throne of grace and it's a throne of mercy the covenant of grace paul writing to hebrews he mentioned it as listen the throne of grace he calls god's throne the throne of grace because god is in the saving business he didn't come here to destroy you he didn't come here to destroy your business he didn't come here destroy what you have in your life he came here to lift you up he came here to bless you his express intentions toward every one of us is to bless us and whatever he promised in nature you let me tell you he has given us grace to get us through whatever you may face whatever you may be going through god has given us his grace to get us through john only really emphasizes when he ends watch this he only really emphasizes one color of the rainbow if you will look he lists some things but when he gets to emphasizing he comes to the last color of the rainbow and he calls it emerald which is emerald green if you know anything about the oriental countries there has always been the emblem when you look at green it has always been the emblem or a symbol of the unchangeableness it signifies fidelity it sends it signifies incorruptible it signifies something that can be trusted so john wants to emphasize that our great god whose name is jesus is a covenant making and a covenant keeping god i don't care what you face i don't care what you're up against tonight i don't care how discouraged you walked into this room i'm here to tell you my god is the covenant keeping god and i'm not gonna let you leave here with maybe the way you came i'm not gonna let you leave here with maybe a question in your mind i'm not gonna let you leave here with maybe oh why did this or why did that it's okay to ask questions the lord did from the cross but i'm going to have you leaving here tonight to know that god has never broken one of his covenants god has never broken one of his promises and you let me tell you if he's taken care of the first man from the opening of this book to the end of this book he's not going to forsake or forget his church that is bone of his bone in 2020 he's not going to forget his church paul writing the titus he tells us for the grace of god that bringeth salvation the system of grace the death burial and resurrection hath appeared unto all men that is his plan and it is eternal and it is unshakable john says the rainbow has a relationship to the throne and the throne has a relationship to the rainbow so the next time you see a rainbow the next time it shows up i wanted to remind you that god's hand is upon you i wanted to remind you that god's got everything taken care of he said the throne does not embrace the rainbow but that rainbow embraces the throne now i don't know whether you know what i just said but that was powerful the rainbow does not embrace the throne the rainbow embraces the throne the throne doesn't embrace the rainbow the rainbow embraces the throne so the government of this universe strong and unpeachable is wrapped up in a covenant of grace and mercy grace which gives us what we do not deserve and mercy which shields us from what we do deserve that brothers and sisters is grace and mercy grace gives us what we do not deserve mercy shields us from what we do deserve so the covenant of grace and mercy this government this throne is enclosed with psalm 85 and 10. it tells us very strongly where most mercy and truth came from it tells us where mercy and truth got established for the psalmist wrote in 85 and 10 mercy and truth are met together and righteousness and peace have kissed each other mercy and truth are met together you know where that happened it happened on a hill far away stood an old rugged cross the emblem of suffering and shame when jesus died for us at calvary grace and truth came together grace and mercy of genesis 3 15 looked at justice and truth and said we'll meet you at the cross we may have had a garden of eden but we will meet you at the cross and when my great god i just about called him and asked him to hang the cross tonight because we don't realize how powerful that is but when my lord hung on that cross and when he had 39 stripes placed on his back and was hanging there in naked shame that's when mercy and truth took care of justice that rainbow became complete it was just a half a circle but when jesus said it is finished that rainbow was completely finished and now all the way around the entire universe all the way around the heavens of heaven the rainbow is existing to let us know that god is keeping his covenant with us and look at me great people god's got what you are in right now and look at me great people that i have the privilege of pastoring god's gonna get you through what you are in right now let me assure you god's got it so let's go through four things real quick if you're taking notes tonight get your pen ready and let's go through four things first of all god's promise god's covenant of grace surrounds his majesty god's covenant of grace surrounds his majesty a powerful god will never use his might to crush you he uses his might to save you i don't know whether it's been through maybe the teaching of judgment through the years that we have to have because paul reasoned with felix over righteousness temperance and judgment to come so judgment has to be dealt with and judgment has to be mentioned but when you look at how the writer begin to write so many people i guess through the years have gotten this idea that god is up there with a sledgehammer and if you make a right turn when you're supposed to make a left or you make a left turn you're supposed to make a right that god's going to wipe you out i want to take all of that out of your spiritual system tonight i want to take some of you that's been in this church since i was a kid and i want to take some of you that just started coming to this church and i want to change your mind about some things god is not up there watching he watches every move you make but god hadn't come to this world to condemn this world but that the world through him might be saved there's one thing the lord knows about you and me we're going to make mistakes he knows that we are human he knows that we are but flesh he knows that we're not going to make every choice right he knows we're not going to do everything perfectly that's why he gave us grace and that's why he gave us mercy he gave us grace for when you take a left turn when you're supposed to take a right or right turn when you were supposed to take a little i don't know if you need to be using those in this political system whenever you turn in whichever way you're turning whatever way you're going god's grace is with us god's grace is upon us the grace of god that bringeth salvation had appeared to all races kindred times tribe and nation you can read it and you can understand it the gospel is for every planet on earth no matter the color the race of the creed that rainbow around that throne that covenant of grace mercy and truth is round about the whole universe and it is written and you can count on it and i want to tell you tonight if you've been born again and your life is right and you repented of your sin you're saved well i'm going to be criticized especially from the web that they don't i'm not their pastor i'm going to get criticized for that but i want to get some of this off of you that you know i maybe i shouldn't do this and be probably heavily criticized but you know people say i just want to make sure i make it if i can just make it by the skin that's not the way you're going to heaven we're not going to heaven in wheelchairs god doesn't want you going to heaven and crutches god doesn't want you just barely making it through he has provided grace and mercy and no matter what you face no matter what you've done no matter how bad choice you may have made tonight you ought to clap your hands and say hallelujah i'm saved by the grace and the mercy of god i've been redeemed by the blood of the lamb i don't care how bad it's being i don't care what you've said i don't care what you've done we're saved by grace and mercy so put a smile on your page why pastor you're going to heaven if you've been born again put a smile on your face if you repented of your sin and you got your heart right you're going to heaven the bible says and their works do follow them works it in front of them works behind them enjoy your salvation rejoice in the god of your salvation you're saved people i got so heavy on this today you're saved you're saved you're not going to a lake of fire you're going to a city whose builder and maker is god you are saved don't that want to make you run or jump or something or cloud for smile you're saved blake we're saved you're saved i'm saved by the cox i'm saved i'm saved by the grace of god i'm saved the second thing god's grace surrounds god's justice look at me now after i told you you say i don't deserve to be safe i deserve punishment let that grip you i was born in sin and iniquity but the grace of god the death the burial and the resurrection is called the gospel of grace the covenant of grace from the day of pentecost to now we have dispensations how many's ever heard of dispensations do you know what dispensation since the cross that we're living in now you got it great crowd tonight we're in grace dispensation you're not in the law you're not living back in the law you're living in the day of grace jesus nailed the law to the cross now we're still to obey the ten commandments we're still the final righteousness and holiness but you are not saved by your works you are saved by faith and you're saved by grace i can't get good enough to go to heaven i can't work hard enough to go to heaven i can't take enough three-hour prayer shifts to go to heaven i can't fast enough days of the week to go to heaven you've got to know by faith i am saved and by the grace of god i have been redeemed i am saved by grace romans 5 and 20. i don't know if they have that up there if you don't find the quick brad or somebody up there romans 5 and 20 moreover the law entered but the offense might abound but where sin abounded would somebody shout with me where's sin abounded grace no matter how much sin has been around you no matter how much sin has touched you where sin did abound grace does much more abound but pastor you don't know what i've done you don't know how big the grace of god is but you don't know the things i've said or what you don't know the grace of god the grace of god is bigger than sin for where sin did abound grace does much more abound when paul was talking about the grace of god from the book of romans to the book of hebrews in hebrews 4 16 out of everything he mentions about grace it seems he calls out boldly and loudly let us come boldly unto the throne of grace let us come boldly to the throne of grace when i was studying this afternoon i didn't see things i just remembered things okay so i'm not projecting here but i remember things tim pedego taking that mic now i can go unto the holy of holies now i have the privilege of going where only the priest could go one time of year now i have the privilege of going into the holiest of holies don't sneak to the kingdom don't come bashfully to his kingdom don't walk in here with your head down tonight come boldly to the throne of grace god i need your forgiveness tonight i need you to fix something tonight i haven't served you like i'd like to today god but i know you're not up there condemning me but god i'm going to take my life and i'm going to make it count for you but tonight i've come to the throne of grace with boldness and holy boldness to let you know god i believe that you are a covenant keeping god god's mercy tempers god's wrath the grace of god tempers the wrath of god how do you know that pastor well he was a god man when we think of jesus christ we we only see him as god and many of us fail to recognize his human nature now he never sinned i got that picture i understand that picture if you think he did and there's there's some that do and everything will change at baptism i disagree with that totally i just simply don't believe jesus ever sinned but i do want to say he was tempted because the bible says in every way that you and i was tempted everything that's come before you and me it came before him satan even said here's the whole kingdom david the devil went after him and said you just bow down to me here's everything you've got you can have everything here but the lord said not on your life but he was tempted but his grace stood god's mercy tempers god's wrath and this god-man who provided the atonement claims both justice and mercy was satisfied at the cross your sins was taken care of at the cross your mistake was taken care of at the cross your bad choice was taken care of at the cross your good choices was taken care of at the cross your righteous living was taken care of at the cross mercy and grace has come together and god has been pleased because of the god-man jesus christ the third thing and i like this one is the love of god or god's love surrounds it engusts god's power his love engusts his power the rainbow of god's covenant of grace this symbol of grace grace which gives us what we don't deserve always and everywhere love is the companion to restrain the power of god what is god god what is god that's just one real long scripture isn't it god is love and love is stronger than death because love took him to the cross love took him to crucifixion love took him to death so love is stronger than death it's where justice and mercy was reconciled in jesus christ god incarnate the god man absolutely every bit god but absolutely in every bit man and i have good news to this congregation this book tells me chris that nothing shall separate me from the love of god there's no more favorite scripture acts 2 38 is not more dear to me than that scripture right there nothing shall separate us from the love of god god loves you when you should be separated god loves you when you shouldn't be loved god loves me when i messed up things that i shouldn't have messed up god still loves me nothing can separate you from the love of god and if it ever dawns on us tonight how much we are loved and if it ever dawns on us what god has done for us you're gonna have rejoicing in your soul tonight and you're gonna have rejoicing in your spirit tonight love will survive all calamity many waters have not been able to quench love nothing's been able to drown love love never fails so god's love cries out to the church god loves cries out to every prodigal and backslider god love calls out to every lost soul come unto me all of you that labor and they're heavy laden and i will give you rest all of you that came in here heavy laden all of you that came in here burdened all of you that had situation before covet and before the storm but all of this has piled on it coming to be all he's at labor and are heavy laden and i will give you the rest wherein the weary shall rest i will bring rest to your soul therein is the love of god come to me i will not give up on me on you i will not let you down i will hold you i will not forsake you god never gives up on anyone god never gives up on anyone so i'm preaching to people tonight that i look over this congregation and i know you have children that you don't think they're where they should be in god and they're probably not and you're probably correct but i want you to know that even when you may have given up and even when you may have said there's no need to pray anymore when maybe you have thrown your hands up and said i'm done there's no use god still going after your baby god's still going after your child god's still going after your companion god's still going after your grandchildren god is still he's not willing that any should perish god's grace and god's mercy will never quit reaching for the biggest sinner the biggest person that's done the worst thing god will never quit reaching for them the last thing the fourth thing is god's glory surrounds god's children the rainbow the rainbow the covenant of mercy and great his covenant of mercy and grace are new every morning i put it on my phone and i think i told you i didn't tell them to like five teals so they might may not have got it through but one of my favorite songs of all times is great is thy faithfulness oh god my father there is no shadow of turning with thee thou changest not thy compassions they fail not as thou hast been thou forever will be great is thy faithfulness great is thy faithfulness morning by morning what oh summer and winter springtime and harvest sun moon and stars in their courses above join with all nature in manifold witness to thy great faithfulness mercy and love great is thy great morning pardon have sinned that endureth my presence to god strength for today and bright blessings for tomorrow let's chop that up good didn't it great is thy faithfulness that overcometh will i grant him to sit with me on my throne even as i also have overcame and am sit down with my father on his throne paul said do you not know that the saints shall judge the world do you know where you're going he said you're going to a place where you're not going to be judged but you're going to judge the world boy it's quieting here tonight i tell you what if an angel pop oh i saw an angel behind you last night pastor man the other night an angel came in our room pastor the bible says that you're going to command angels think of that that which we get in all of if one shows up he said you're going to tell them where to go and what to do that's the power you're going to have that god's going to give you when you get to that city you are a covenant people there's a rainbow around your life watch this bam throw that picture up there anybody know what that is anybody know where that is that's where you're sitting right now anybody knows what's over that right there that's a covenant keeping god that happened twice in one week twice in one week it's like god is screaming you just leave it up there for the rest of the message because i'm about done god's screaming at us i've got you i put you under my covenant you're my covenant people it doesn't matter what you're going through i've got you just stay with me don't jump off of the ship stay with me you're going the other side the storm may rage the clouds may come but the rainbow's going to show up it'll come out of that cloud that cloud that's coming against you that rainbow is going to come out of that cloud god is a covenant making his promises are yea and amen he has never broken one of his pro never deceived any one of us whatever your cloud is tonight whether it's physical whether it's spiritual whether it's financial whether it's emotional whatever your problem is god's got a covenant promise for it whatever your pain is whatever your disappointment is whatever your brokenness is there's a rainbow in the cloud there's a promise for you and for me there's a miracle for your seemingly impossible so which situation so tonight if you've never obeyed that covenant it's a great chance to obey that covenant but if you have obeyed that covenant and you believe what pastor has preached tonight would you just stand on your feet and would you give praise to god like he deserves to be prayed hallelujah hallelujah he's a covenant keeping god he's got it jimmy he's got our kids he's got your grandkids he's a cover he's going he's going to remember every time you walked in this door and you're here every time them door's over he's going to remember it bruce jerry's going to remember everything about your kids and your grandkid and ken sarah he's going to remember you never miss a church service he's going to remember you great faithful of god there may be times that you don't know how you're going to come through it but you just look up at that rainbow and say god's got a rainbow over my life god's got a rainbow over my family said to sarah huber your family's going to be saved we're believing that in jesus name i speak it by faith your family's gonna be saved your kids are gonna be safe if you just speak that tonight would you go ahead and just speak it with praise and i just speaking by faith whatever you need right now speak that covenant into existence speak that covenant into existence tonight speak that covenant into existence now don't you dare touch anybody that you hadn't been touching if you do i'm gonna rebuke you little boy said i'm gonna puke you don't touch anybody that you hadn't been touching but if there's somebody that you've been touching wife family friend would you reach over and lay your hand on them right now now we prayed for ourself now we're going to pray for the person we're laying our hands on and would you speak faith into them right now would you speak a covenant into them right now would you speak a word of faith in jesus name right now speak the gift of faith i loose it i loose it in jesus name i loose it through the authority and the power of the holy ghost i loose it in the name of jesus i loose your grace and your mercy i loose your faith in this place that i don't go i lose healing in this place tonight i lose healing in this place tonight let your covenants be re-established tonight that's great praying church that's great praying church give me just a minute y'all lift your voice that's it i stopped the band go ahead there's great prayer going on there's great prayer going on that's it there's great prayer going on go ahead let our voices be heard right now stand on that covenant the devil thought he had taken your promise away the devil thought he had taken your prayer requests away come on rodney believe it i didn't believe it tonight let your faith be reestablished tonight let your faith be steadfast tonight claim your children claim your grandchildren step out by faith in the name of
