advance your life and discover your purpose now let's go into the message planning and change are usually always together but I want to talk about understanding strategic thinking as we go through 2013 please write this first statement down the most powerful forces on earth are time and change these are the two most powerful forces on earth it's time and what change why here's why because the only things that are guaranteed in life are time and change 7.2 billion people on earth cannot avoid these two things whether you sleep under a bridge on a cardboard box or you live in a penthouse in a condominium these two components will affect your life whether you are nine years old or 99 years old these two components will affect your life whether you have no money or you've got too much these two items will affect your life so time and change are the only two things that are guaranteed when something is guaranteed you have to learn how to manage that and at least in my next point 2013 is declared the year of change and new beginnings the concept of the word 13 in Hebrew the numbers of those letters in Hebrew 13 actually means new beginnings it means new phase it has to do it change and I believe that this year which has already begun in many people's lives there's going to be not just normal change that's going to be powerful dimensional changes in everyone's life things are going to change so drastically that you will not end the year the way you started it for some of you you may not make it for example to the end of the year Rasika gonna be that great some people that you started out with may not be alive at the end of the year that's the kind of changes and don't take it lightly because some people you started off with last year they were not here the end of the year but this year is gonna be even multiplied this is the year of change and new beginnings the good news is that God Himself is going to be involved in the change which means that he is going to initiate changes that he determines is good for you and for Humanity how do we know that God initiates change in the book of Genesis chapter 8 verse 22 write that down please he says as long as the earth remains there will be seedtime and harvest then there will be cold and heat summer on winter day and night will never cease God is not suggesting something he is declaring something there will not be anything permanent on earth winter will not last forever summer cannot endure in other words change is inevitable I have designed life in such a way God says that change will always happen guaranteed how do we know Daniel chapter 2 verse 20 God says praise be to the name of God for ever and ever wisdom and power are his these two are important words power is the ability to change things wisdom is the insight to make the right change God has both verse 2 anyone says he changes times and seasons no matter what the European Economic Community plans God says what I want will happen in Europe with all of the intellectual collective wisdom of the intelligence of Europe they still cannot solve the economic problems this week the announcement came out that unemployment in Europe is now going beyond 12 percent you need to imagine many people that is millions no work you need to also know all that in spite of all of our scheming and our political maneuvering the Bahamas itself is a victim of changes we can't stop I understand that the government is being advised in the Bahamas by the IMF that they must cut public employment by 10% now I want you to think about this the largest employer in the Bahamas is the government and the IMF says if you want to borrow more money you got to cut some things including people nothing is worse for a politic than to have to let people go and this is why they are hoping certain things stay in place and they keep pumping this idea about people being employed by this illegal activity because they don't want the people to lose jobs because they represent votes to those politicians and yet they gotta lay some people off I know they're gonna try and delay it but we're not alone every country is doing the same thing God says he changes times and he changes seasons so the best thing to do is to get on God's side and can I say to the countries get on God's good side listen if God says he changes times in season and you are on his side that he makes sure the change is in your favor the next statement says what he sets up gangs today the Kings are the political machinery he's the one that puts people up in power and he's the one who won the polls is still I want to just warn political leaders and religious leaders and civic leaders to be careful how you stand on your soapbox talking you see how fast you can fall some of our political people gone in a week why because when you start acting as if you own everything and you are in charge God's I will depose you [Applause] the president of Venezuela mr. Chavez won the election two weeks ago he cannot perform in aggravation because he's too sick to come to the very place God can set you down in the middle of a political with victory take a deep breath this is heavy here's a man who warned the election and can't go to the inauguration cancer it's important to stay humble the higher you go it's important for you to keep telling that I don't know anything about this I trust you in other words keep being dependent to protect yourself and this goes for every one of you sometimes we think that we are so intelligent we don't need God God says I depose Kings as well and this is why I am so humble yeah I'm a humble man I really am I don't feel bad when he's saying it Moses said it to Moses wrote I am the humblest man in the world as in the Bible in other words being humble means you are always in touch with your flesh knowing that you are fragile that everything happened to you was because of divine intervention but because of human intelligence that you could remind yourself that you don't know anything except when he allowed you to learn should we pray before the staff meeting in my office oh you pat pray and if folks don't like it along stand outside we're gonna pray because we hired you and Lord may destroy this company to get rid of you I can't let you destroy my company some of you are looking funny you realize when Jonah disobeyed God the whole ship was gonna be in trouble this is the the spirit of God's power to change things look at this make a note of this nothing is as permanent as change nothing secondly change is constant it never stops thirdly change will happen to everything including you you are one year older right now that includes your lungs and your kidneys change is inevitable change is also the principle of life that means everything that is alive will change and even things that are not alive will change you know a lady came to me she says I came to the Bahamas for the last 10 years and I missed 4 years and I came here this past month and everything is different the airport is new she said what happened to the old airport she says in other words even the things not alive are changing the way the river runs down the mountain is wearing away the mountain you go back to that mountain 10 years later and the river is wider change is in creation is part of life so here is the question then Ecclesiastes chapter 3 it says to everything there is a season and to every purpose under heaven there is a time for it to everything there's a season how many things have a season everything this is one of the best news I ever got in my life when I understood this I was a teenager and it changed my life when I understood that everything is a season let me tell you why if you having a bad time right now it cannot last if you cannot find a job right now that is only a season if your business is going in the wrong direction it's a seasonal slide if nobody wants to marry you that's only a season then I'll come a season everybody want to marry you you got a choices if you have no money right now the good news is I am seasonally broke they a neighbor it's only for a time that's the good news that's why we are always reminded never make a permanent decision in a temporary problem seasons are important seasons guarantee changed they also guarantee hope they give you hope you know if you are in the middle of winter right now watching this program of they're like Roberto Carlos is he's watching us live up there and they in the Midwest up by Ohio man it's freezing right now but if you you know the good news is you don't throw away your summer clothes in the middle of a snow you keep your summer clothes what you got hope that this snow will not be here in a few months seasons give you hope thirdly nothing remains the same and that means seasons are always temporary and the key to life is out lasting the season seasons give the incentive to plan for the future and that's what we want to talk about in this next two weeks the power of planning because seasons are always moving therefore you plan on how you want them to move in your life never respond permanently to a temporary problem you know they're people who got a divorce because they were going through a temporary storm seem as if their wife or their husband went temporarily insane they started doing dumb things to the point where you decided I can't handle this and you make a decision now you know divorce is for the most part permanent and once you make it it's it's it's like termination there are people sitting in this room who went to a storm as well in their marriage and they were that close to a divorce they got some advice and they hung in there why because they were told this is a storm this is a temporary hurricane your spouse is temporarily insane don't jump ship believe me every good marriage how long did they manifest in 45 years you don't want to hear the stories they can tell you that they don't tell nobody I need my and my sister I know you got stories of my eldest sister I love my sister your labor alone but everybody is unique they are different and there will be tension there will be cautious but you don't make a premanande decision with a temporary problem you must understand young people that everything is a season managing change also change creates four types of dimensions first of all write this down there's change that happens to us then there's change that happens around us then there's change that happens within us but most importantly there's change we make happen now every human being got to make a decision which one of these will rule the do we sit down on that change just happen to us or be just watching change happening around us or are we aware that change is happening within us are we going to be those proactive people who make sure that we affect what happens to us change also produces four types of people they are in this room first of all there are people who watch things happen now let me say some other change this is important you not all change is improvement you used to weigh 128 and now you changed and for some of you that's what an improvement you lost your wardrobe you lost your ability climb of steps fast even lost the quality of health that you had change doesn't mean improvement all the time but the problem is without change there can be no improvement so you have to decide what to do with change change will happen and if you are not careful it could be destructive so you have to determine what kind of change do I want in my life and I want you as a young person as a mother and a father as a businessperson to think about your company even or your family or your educational pursuit what kind of classes do you want to take in college this year what kind of grades do you want what kind of relationships you want to have in your life who do you want to drop but who do you want to pick up in your relationships what kind of people do you want to associate with where do you want to travel that you've never been what are the books you need to read you never read before that the changes come the choices so what kind of person are you let me take them but about success and change this is very important the greatest enemy of change in progress is your last success success can become an enemy because you become so elated by your own achievement you forget to move on and this is why the key to the future is preoccupation with the past even the good things in your life can stop you from progressing you should never judge your success by other people's accolades you judge your success by God's instruction to your life are now well along you are with that instruction because I found out something in life the average human being is so mediocre that their being a genius just do a little extra you are mister people are so normal to be an expert just go one inch abnormal and they think you're great so don't judge your success by the masses what they think of you judge yourself by what God told you to do can I put it another way when experience is your best teacher then progress is imprisoned experience could be a curse I've been taught by my parents years ago that experience is the best teacher I don't believe that any more experience could cause you to stop progressing because you keep judging your dreams by your experience or your vision by your experience and you end up saying I tried that before or I never saw anyone do it that way and you began to use your experience to stop your progress why God always makes history with young people because all people got too much experience you all remember the story with David and Goliath the problem with Saul who was the king was he had experience and he tried to put his experience on David he told David wear my armor wear my shield used my sword David put it on David this thing is too heavy and he went out and fought the giant with something that giant never saw before a sling how do you fight a rock with a sword the giant says what is this thing he's using mr. giant is trained experienced with a sword so he expected an experienced swordsman to come and fight him but here comes a little boy with equipment he ain't never seen before we need some people like that in the 21st century or cumbersome things that they never seen at the office think of some ideas that wrecked the whole system that's why Steven jobs will always be in history as a great inventor he keep defying his own experience I was reading his a document what you're documenting on him the last two weeks ago and they said that when the iPhone came out they said to him that's it you the ultimate this is it he said no and he came up with this idea about the iPad and he said the people in the company said it will never work why it's it's an abnormal size if you get a computer or an iPhone put in your pocket or put in your briefcase either this thing in the middle ain't gonna work he says look we're gonna make this now the iPad is the most common machinery people use in the world sometime you're gonna defy your own board to take progress experience consult your experience but never let it rule you God will normally give you instructions that destroy your experience think about it some of you are thinking some things this year that God wants you to do and you are so afraid because they telling you everything that will not make it work God is saying I didn't ask you to consult with them first I want you to say yes you'll do it then I'll move some wise men from far countries with the stuff to bring it to you hmm living by faith means you to not decide how it's done you simply decide to do it make a note of this he who worships the past will remain in it the good old days for good let's go back to the good old days when BFM only had 100 people everybody knew one another hey buddy shook pastor Myles had a buddy yep yep yep yep I hope you ain't there still this place is packed with people and there follows us online it's a new day don't worship the past and that includes negative passes to some people still walking around you know I was I got a divorce 300 years ago and I still what what is your problem the person being married five times already can't you tell it ain't your problem the poison is the problem move on [Applause] and he meant call over there write us down the goal of life is not to preserve or remember history the code of life is to make history that's why we're here we in this ministry are not here to protect traditions we are here to make traditions some people are so married to their past they refuse to go into the future it's important for you as a as a man or woman to remember that you are not here just to read history they should read you Nathan in the next generation so they can talk about what you did when I was 18 years old the Prime Minister of the Bahamas called me in his office of a teenager and he sat me down my father was there and he said so you the young man who was upsetting the country I said sir I don't know what you're talking about he said what's your secret I was 18 I said what do you mean he says how do you get 3,000 teen ages to come to a place and there's no drugs and no alcohol he said I cannot get 3,000 people kids to hear me they will never come to hear me what is your secret at age 18 what are you waiting for to make a difference until you get a hold David 14 years old who has the giant Joseph 17 years old I had a dream sitting on the throne Jesus at age 12 my father's business is on my mind what are you waiting for graduation you are old enough to change the world right now don't allow the culture of your country to tell you that you ain't supposed to be thinking until you are 21 think now thought allow history to be read make it I so changed about here's what I discovered and write this down history is simply recorded change when you pick up a history book the book is filled with individuals who may change that's all history is not like record of what happened history is a record of who made things happen so we need when you study history you don't study think you study people you take American history what do you study you study Abraham Lincoln and you study towards what you can study people what do they do they change things the history of the Bahamas what do you study you study cylinder Ben Lane you study you know his Excellency you know mr. Butler the first companies not only just study people I wonder if you're gonna be in the book you don't be remembered for paying a mortgage off you don't make history by paying school fees Mohamed's threatens tradition opposition is simply tradition fighting change can I say it again opposition is simply tradition fighting change and that tradition could be in your own house there four types of people in the world people who watch things happen people who let things happen and then there's a group people who always acts what happened they neighbor that's you you know it's amazing young people sit around life and life just lives itself around them people wake up in the morning all of a sudden they realize I cannot operate a computer I've been in this company for a thousand years and these young whippersnappers come in here think they smarter than me where's my typewriter lord have mercy my wife said to me I'm dead she says I don't want a facebook I said honey please get it fixed I can make one for you I said because you don't want to wake up one day and everybody on Facebook and you we're back in the 10th century ladies and gentlemen don't be number three the kind of people that the world needs are people who make make things happen and that's where planning comes in people who make things happen you are supposed to be this year a a agent of change the agent of change the one who makes things happen I want you to be a proactive initiator in life from now on don't allow life to live you live life don't let like plan itself for you you plan what life is gonna be like that's what God wants you to do you know how do you overcome change here's my advice the greatest problem with change is that you know it's going to come so the best way to plan for it is expected you become disappointed only when you expect things to remain the same I'm gonna say this slow disappointment is simply expectation that things will remain the same can I say it again this is very important you cannot be disappointed if you expected things to change so you and usually become disappointed when you expected things not to change you thought your marriage would always be like the honeymoon night and that expectation is dangerous you know let me let me give you Paul the apostle's advice on marriage Paul says if you are single he says remainder where you are he said but if you can't handle that he says get marry said but I want to warn you though when you get mad he says you should have many troubles as a prophecy guaranteed he says so as you walk - I just think here comes the trouble going to the trouble trouble trouble trouble the trouble trouble trouble that's what you're going to you thinking about joy and walking down the street holding hands and having children little picket fence ah fence and troubles children and bubbles there's gonna be trouble clap all those were married clap clap clap [Applause] in other words expect things not to remain the same your children when they was 10 years old 9 years old they're so wonderful daddy now they sixteen I know where what I feel like [Applause] it don't look good so change expected plan for your child to go insane for four years planet keep your sanity and get planet oh oh here we go it's starting now four years of demente demon tation then they'll come back out of it they'll end up wearing what you wear it but not right now they're going insane for a little while write this down please the greatest protection against disappointment is expectation of change this year will be filled with changes that's why I'm starting off the year with this teaching you have to prepare for everything to be upheaved you may lose your job in April your business may collapse in March or it may turn around and make you twice as much profit but something's gonna change expect it one of my greatest mentors was all Roberts I'll never forget what he said to us one day never I was this is the 1975 he stood in Chapel in Tulsa Oklahoma and he said these words he said students planned for the worse and prepare for the best that hit me like a brick he made sense he was trying to manage our disappointments expect the best and plan for the worst and you'll never be disappointed this is why I attend funerals before people die I do I have seven sisters I already decided I'm gonna live all of them so I can be busy during the funerals I'm expecting it they all do the music most of them my father is 88 it can be 89 in May I been to his funeral already five times why when it happens and his body is there expecting this you minimize depression when you get rid of expectation expect the best prepare for the worst change is inevitable Isaiah chapter 43 says this verse 18 forget the former things do not dwell on the past this is in the Bible see God says I am doing a new thing it springs up right now he says don't you proceed it he's talking to those people who say what happened he said you can actually be in the middle of massive change and don't know it for example the Bahamas is going through tremendous change don't miss next week because I'm going to show you somebody change me go into me go into some dangerous changes of the kind America is going through massive change and most people don't even know it they go into church singing songs and the country is changing in a massive way values are crumbling morality is disintegrating and people still saying hallelujah you don't know you better wake up change and God says you got to perceive it there are 12 tribes in Israel 12 if somebody tribes are very well-known the tribe of Judah the most famous one but there was a tribe the Bible says that was the most successful tribe more successful than Judah and the Bible said it was the smallest tribe it was one of the sons called this occur it's a car was the most successful tribe in Israel and the Bible tells us one that they were the smallest but they were the most effective and the Bible says it's a car was successful because they understood the times and they knew what to do right there down understanding what the times so you know what to do God says things are changing and you don't even perceive it I want you as a believer a kingdom citizen to be so sharp this year that you'll be able to read the times study the times you're in and then know exactly what should be happening right now and what people ought to do that's why we have to get involved in our national development now because the change happening so fast we cannot just let it happen and I'm telling you now a television only right now I'm telling you don't tell me to stay on and nothing why I have a right to say and do as a citizen what I need to do in my country because this is where I live it's gonna affect me and my children and their children's children and for generations shall be affected by a decision that you make stop criticizing get involved you Americans stop criticizing get involved started group on campus and say look we gotta stand against certain values they're gonna criticize they're gonna attack us but we're gonna stand you never make history by safety you don't change the world by negotiating you changed the world by standing against the odds willing to die for your conviction otherwise you just a useless person like everybody else that payin bills and then dying you know some folks are so useless on earth we got to put a tonne stone on their grave to remind us they used to be here do you need a tombstone [Applause] he doesn't matter where they buried us in Mandela it really doesn't matter it doesn't matter where Abraham Lincoln grave is it really doesn't matter when you live right and you live effectively you don't need even a gravesite do something in this church where we don't even need to go to a graveyard to check see if you is here can we forget pandora gomez never tell me forget killing Lockhart Edwards never let me forget mom devil never what it's not this spot where there Barrett it's their life that they lived they did something what are you doing sitting in the church crying I go into youth meeting i hain't go their singles meeting I ain't got a time to go to prayer meeting what are you doing eating taking oxygen and then warming up you cheer get involved agents of change look at this next statement divine change can happen without you that's what God is saying I could be doing something great and you not only do you know nothing about it you're not even a part of it write this down Myles Munroe quote never get caught where God used to be some people are still worshipping sports regard left long time ago change god never changes but he's always changing things mystery God is active in history yes a verse fall of us again Philippians 3 verse 12 Paul says not that I have already obtained or this or have already been made perfect but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ took hold of me and then he says brothers I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it but one thing the one thing that I do do he says is I forget some things there's some things you gotta forget forget that you didn't get married to that person and you better thank God you didn't god save your life and you 10 yet that you said well you know you feel good you do talk about forget it for get it your business failed four years ago okay forget it matter of fact right in the name of the business on a piece of paper go in the yard dig a hole have a funeral and forget it tell you never forget some things nothing is worse than remembering things you can't change it takes energy to remember it's wasted energy I lost some money I forgot that some people heard my we all offended me I forget that I'm half of the things you carry people even ain't thinking about you've been mad for three years the person doesn't going on make a million dollars you still mad Brooke you forget forgetting what is behind I do what he says I strain I press toward the mark of what the higher calling in Christ Jesus he says life is better than realm at let me keep moving up don't die where they left you change Philippians Paul says but only the mature can think this way it takes mature people to forget immature people keep things it's called unforgiveness immature people always bringing up what you did two years ago to them if this is crazy this is a waste of time and energy it's abuse of life I want you to leave everything in this room that ain't gonna help you get to your vision in this room today you're gonna pray in the middle don't you leave it here say god I'm gonna bury everything that is useless to me in this meeting today I'm a barrier I'm gonna leave it I'm gonna bring closure and let me go on with my life and make a plan you are bigger than your failure you are more powerful than your weakness you are stronger than when they told you you're gonna be better than what they said about you forget some things you can't bring the past back here's another one maturity is measured by your response to change that's a policy if you mature it's measured by how you handle sudden change you left me oh I can't eat for three months I'm losing weight I can't focus cassadee can't go to my job I fell I got three girlfriends [Applause] calm down man calm down well you laughing at someone else okay see you you are matured by how you handle chaos write that down chaos comes to test your leadership chaos anyone can be good in good times it's when things get tough and nothing's working that's when we test how mature you are some people left church and I come back to church what do you say hurt my feelings you mean one Simon cause you a church what you are so immature you'll be amazed of things I hear with me and I keep moving days the corn me the demon visionaires demon these demon songs this Myles Monroe corrupting the country I kept on singing now they singing my song see if you can understand that your maturity is measured by how you handle resistance I wonder how mature you are the bank says look we can put your house up for sale tell about okay you know I tried my best you know how to job I got a job it tell you what okay let me find somewhere to rent for a while cuz I can get that hose back not a fact of better one so for now this is a season where God want me to find a better house obviously so let me go back to default you know default is back to the original settings the ones that guard establish see these are the principles that make you successful they never change go back to default sometimes life will tell you reset because sometimes the principle you got involved in I'm not God's principles and he would cause you to actually lose things to get back to his original principles like worship and prayer and reading the word some of y'all don't worship no garden where you come late after a waste of time is over you don't read the Bible anymore you read books in the magazine and the newspaper you don't pray no more you talk on the phone Anton said look I'm gonna mess this up to bring you back and now you back and change it the hallelujah phrase that are here cause I gotcha now reset focus why it's possible to lose your first love but you ready how do you handle it let me give you this and then I want to close 12 changes to expect write them down number one your body will change say mmmm yes sir that's right no comment your body will change number two your relationships will change your relationships will change expect some good friends to become enemies expect some people who supported you to come against you we being friends from high school it's a high school no more they don't like you no more all the things they are involved in you're not interested in anymore they will change number three your friends will change there are some people who I grew up with I go back to the same old neighborhood some time to visit and they still under the same tree playing dominoes just a little slower [Applause] but same people same practice you have to change your friends even hearing this message may cause you to change your friends a lot of folks ain't going where you want to go you got to leave them love them and then leave them say look I gotta go now before your single status will change turn say Amen somebody your marriage will change the person you marry is not the person you living with be honest you used to be able to hold around her waist not any extension I'm sorry I mean here you know listen your marriage will change after seven years by the way read my books on this but after seven years seven years is an amazing year in marriage that's when most divorce takes place between six and seven years because seven years is the year of familiarity write it down whenever you be my son for seven years the seven years dangerous you become familiar and familiarity breeds what content you began to actually almost hate the person that you love but you know them too well and then it happens again at 14 years and that happens again at 21 years every seven years there is this spirit that comes into a marriage where you just kind of take it for granted and that's when most people start having extramarital activities because they began to think that you know you oh I got you so they go experiment careful your marriage will change that's why you got to manage it can be very careful love don't keep marriage together I'm telling you knowledge does you gotta know when a person go and squirrely and tell them you are going squirrely now settle down number six your job will change some of you are working your places now you never thought you'd be working and some of you have to take jobs that you don't want change some of you the company shut down and they let you go and they left the country they fold it up what do you do your job will change expect it number seven your financial status will change in either direction number eight your priorities will change things that were important to you five years ago we're not all gonna be important there'll be new things important now for example my son and daughter in a boat and I'm out of the house now I'm trying to get adjusted to this empty house you know only baby my wife there now so we gotta talk all over again twice as much as we used to well I ain't no one else to talk to of course we enjoying it you know it's thinking any room b1 Christmas we got our host back everything will change the children will change your values will change things that you valued ten years ago are no longer important at the moment other things important your knowledge will change this one is very important what you thought you knew will surrender to what you learn and you might have to adjust some of the things you believed because of new information your knowledge will change you study the kingdom of God and all the sudden religion becomes a problem why your knowledge changed and number 11 your interest will change I watch this all the time with young people you know their interest they come an age where they want boyfriend and girlfriend you can't help them after that it's too late they're on the phone for our you there yeah here you still there yes I'm there oh come on you know you're there yes okay just check it you there hello hello hello interests number 12 your children will transform and before your eyes number number 12 is an interesting one because my my son and daughter and I'm so glad my son is working with me now you know so happy you know he's working with us in the ministry and also in my personal business and I tell you that watch him change for my eyes amazing to see the qualities that I was able to teach him coming out and he's changing before my eyes this is the beauty of change my daughter's watching me right now but my wife went on our way on some business and you know I watched my daughter grow up into a beautiful lady and so I bought me a bigger gun I changed the size of the gun I'm kidding all right Oh am i you don't know don't test me I heard that was the incident the Bahamas where the guy went to rob a Chinese store a couple weeks ago I guess and the fella run into the wrong Chinese the guy had a gun yeah you know I thought yeah don't come by my house ha ha ha [Applause] nuff said yeah I tell God I found his dead man in my house I don't know how you're dead all right honey respond that his changes number one you cannot resist them number two you cannot ignore them number three yo you can accept change and number four you can adjust to change number five you can manage change number six you can become a victim of change number seven you can prepare and plan for change that's the one you want prepare and plan you can't stop it you can't resist it you can't cancel it so the best thing to do as an effective person is to prepare for it and plan for it it's going to happen some people are afraid to buy their plot in the cemetery even though it's cheaper now that's a good thing to do is buy your plot the real estate is less now but you know we don't want to prepare for something that we know is inevitable because it kind of brings a little depression to people you know they think they're gonna die if they plan to die no you're not playing to die are you planning for death it means you love your family you want to make things easy on your children you can initiate change this is what we must learn in the next two weeks I'm gonna show you Jesus's approach to change how to initiate and plan for change because once you can understand how that works then time and change become your commodity you use them you can't escape from them so you use time and you use change for your benefit this is what this year is about this year is about people who either become destroyed by change or they benefit from change and you and I have to make a decision which one will be my brain I was in the office working for 12 hours yesterday jiz and most of my work was in my head I was traveling throughout the ministry in my head planning the future I was locked up for 12 hours my work is in my head it takes more energy to plan than to actually execute I want you to to do that the rest of this month just spend some time and think the Holy Spirit will give you secrets about the future he will give you insight into things that you never thought possible he will create a path that you can actually write on paper he will give you wisdom to determine what to do with your time this is what 2013 give you a revelation of what's happening in your home in your neighborhood in your city in your settlement in your country in your village ask God to give you insight into what's happening in your job and your business ask God to give you insight it was happening with your friendships ask him right now ask him what he wants you to look like at the end of this year what kind of person does he see where does he see you at the end of this year you haven't thought about it what do you want to look like in December where do you want to be what advancement do you want to make what's the progress that you want to make think about the goals for this year have you've made any yet no goals no Direction no plan no precision ask God to forgive you for procrastinating ask God for forgiveness for for living just stumbling through life ask God for a plan ask God for a plan the person you work for could die this week upset everything imagine the person you work for could die what what does God say to you today you work with your hands the hands can have a problem next month can't use them anymore what would you do if things change I'd publisher said to me this morning he said he said pray for me he says I had to go for surgery he left to be on Thursday he had a surgery on Friday his retina separated his nerves in his eyes in 24 hours how fast can things change ask God for a plan asking for a plan for your life [Music] let his footprints make a way for you to put your feet in God does have a plan for you you are not a mistake he was sent to earth to do something very important [Music] collect the dream back take a journey back on the inside and stop making a living has God to give you a life pray for the Lord to reveal to you again your childhood dreams the things you wanted to do all these years ask him the Holy Spirit was given to us not to give us a thrill he was given to us so that the old could receive dreams again and the young get their visions back
