let's go to this familiar passage then we'll go over to Acts and then we're gonna go through a quite a few scriptures hallelujah the Spirit of the Lord is what upon me because the Lord has anointed me to preach the gospel or the good news good tidings unto the meek he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted to proclaim what Liberty to the captives and the opening of the prison to them that are bad let's read that again the Spirit of the Lord is upon me ha ha ha come on let's just say it again the Spirit of the Lord God is upon me say one more time for the folk in the balcony the Spirit of the Lord God is upon me because why is he upon you he has what to do what do you need a mic to preach do you need a platform to preach he has anointed me to what preach good tidings unto the what he has anointed you to preach good tidings to the meek Wow so do you need a church to preach so he's up on you to preach so that he said when the man ordained you do you need a license I wish I hadn't he has what sent me to what to what to bind up the brokenhearted to what to proclaim Liberty to do what so if you're here for healing you can't be bound and you can't be in captivity if you're supposed to bring people out of captivity all right and what the opening of what to open the prisons to them that are bound so the Spirit is upon me now let's go let's see youuuu let's keep reading because this is good to proclaim the what acceptable year of the Lord this is the acceptable year of the Lord and the day of vengeance of our God to what to comfort all so you can't be mourning if you're supposed your life should reflect that the Spirit of God lives in you and upon you when you got saved he came to live in you when you got baptized he came upon you what's in you is for you but what's up on you is for somebody else I came upon you for somebody else he never said anything about you it's all about somebody else the spirit come on Scalia both sigh comes upon you to do Kingdom business to comfort all those that verse 3 - what - a point to them that morning Zion to give them what beauty for Ashes you're going to give them beauty for their ashes that's why the Spirit is upon you and what Holy Ghost and and be oppressed you can't come in here and someone you got the Holy Ghost and you don't know what the heck going on no no no he gives me the oil of joy no I got joy because of the Holy Ghost not not because of what I have the see you see how twisted we become in our theology he says I came upon you for joy and we keep asking people pray pray know he's on me he's on me God is on me ok I'm getting ahead of myself I can cuz you do know the Holy Spirit is God right do you really know that the Holy Ghost is God he's a part of the Trinity God the Father God the Son and God the Holy Ghost he is God so if I as I start singing I wanna be where you are I'm confused because he are only now good English thus I have a problem with my theology either he's there or he's here so he walks with me and he talks with me and he tells me that I am my own he's on me he is on me come on tell you neighbor he's on me and the more I talk about him being there I cannot operate here with him cuz I'm confusing my faith now either he's far or he's near and so that's why the churches powerless because God yes God is on the throne that's the beauty of who he is that's his sovereignty that says I'm not presence that he's everywhere at every time yes he's on the throne and yes he's in every one of us there is no God like God can you imagine Buddha has a grave and he can't be with all of his disciples but God says I'm gonna be on all of you and I'm gonna do the work through you the oil of joy for mourning that's what that's why we have the Holy Spirit I'm getting so ahead of myself that's why wheels yeah people always a real spirit-filled Church and what does that mean not just that we speak in tongues that everybody is equipped to preach we all have a Ministry of reconciliation no no you don't want this Holy Ghost if you don't want to preach it's quiet in here it's quite a hymn to see we've determined preaching as a pulpit thing preaching is actually sharing the good tidings the gospel of Jesus everywhere you go we're not trying to build a mega church of folk stuck in church I want to mega people that will go out of the walls and do something effective out of the walls I'm not trying to come all gather enlarge them I want a number that it's transformational that will go out and do what God has called us to do the reason we got full of the Holy Ghost is that he brings bonus and authority to share what we see when he's so good to you have you ever got a good product you start sharing it you stop sharing you ought to try this this is good if you have found a good sale you call your buddy you gotta get down here it's a session its own is only fun see waiting so good to you see the problem is we have not determined it's God if God is good to us or not because we based it on the thing we call the blessing factor and if we feel like we don't get blessed materially then we're stuck in a quagmire now because we've changed the last 15 10 to 15 years we've changed the gospel until the prosperity gospel you know I believe in prosperity the scripture said but we can't put that above who we are in God I'm content because when you know you came from a palace anything you live in won't even compare the hundred million dollar house came in compared to the house we came out of he gives us the what the garment of praise not the praise team the garment of prey no no he said praise is a garment so that means if you don't have the praise the devil has taken your garment and it's not based on a song it's not based on a drama it's not based on an organ but it's based on whose upon me I can praise him in the pit I can praise him in the palace I can pray I can praise him when I don't have anything I can praise him when I got what I can it's a garment it's a garment it's a garment come on something you need to put that garment back on because you lost your praise you lost your brains in the midst of going through trials and circumstance you lost your presence oh oh oh you'll be seated help me Holy Ghost say praise as a garment he says if you have a praise me he says I'm going to give you the garment of praise for what the spirit of heaviness heaviness is a spirit no you're not hear me you can't come in here come on I just feel heavy that's tell your neighbor that's a spirit and the Bible says that he'll give you a garbage to get rid of the spirit of heaviness seat sick y'all sit down help me tell me but I don't care how you came in here by the time you leave you will have a different garment on it's a spelling bee seated it's a spirit it's a spirit it's a spirit it's a spirit happiness as a spirit and when you don't allow the Holy Ghost to permeate through you then that spirit of heaviness will get up on you and that spirit of heaviness will start talking to you you don't have anything you're not prosperous you're doing this over and over you're coming to church and nothing is happening known as the spirit tell your neighbor that's the spirit there's none o the Holy Ghost sure is upon me at the karmic apprise the garment appraised the government be seated come on look what he says look what he says it's a garment it's a garment it's a garment it's a cigar it's praise we cuz and I am culture we think praising God it's just coming to church and jumping and shouting that's not praise there are different expressions of praise Tehillim yada are you hearing me it's the lifting of your hands it's clapping it's jumping but it's doing all of that before I even get here it's a cook I don't take it off at the door I don't put it on when I enter and take it off when I leave I'll do it in the grocery store I'll do it in the backyard I'm not doing walking down the street it's a garment I won't take it off it's a garment so whether the music can write the song is right come on yes a garment it's enough some people like I could I could get in the worship I say it wasn't worship tixi you don't get into something when you live there come on they can be proud and contract rock they can be playing country music it could be the gate Thursday it could be grazing it can be Israel it doesn't matter when it's in you and oh yeah I will bless the Lord at all times his praise shall continually be in my mouth Oh magnify the Lord with me and let us let us let us such disdain together hallelujah the by the scripture says come on look what the scripture says come on come on I don't have this Holy Ghost to be strange but I got this Holy Ghost to take me out of places that the enemy can overwhelm me with and not only that it's just not about me he never mentions me he's always upon me for somebody else said the garment of praise mm-hmm that we maybe call the trees of righteousness planning of the Lord that he made what be glorified that he may be one he's upon me to glorify God now in that just like of God be seated that our God tells you to love him tells you the blessing tells you to honor him create with him but then he says I'm so powerful I created you I made you intricately fearfully and wonderfully but I made you so that I would have to live in you I knew that Adam was messed up I blew into him I blew a blue I blew me in him but the enemy tricked him but I already had a plan how I was gonna get back in you go to acts one he blew into Adam the breath of life the Ruach the Zoe and man became a living soul another speaking spirit just like God on the earth are you hearing me god in heaven God in the earth so now he have a God in the earth called Adam but Adam meets a creative being named Lucifer fallen to Satan and he confuses him of who he is just like he's doing today he's confusing you if you eat this you will be like God if you take this teaching you can be like God if you take that you can be like God if you can take that you can look like God if you understand that you can have this and you can have that but he didn't realize that he was already like God nothing y'all wanna blame Eve but Eve come on Adam had to buy into the lie just like Eve and so according to Genesis 3 the Bible says that Adam is is naked now because he's been stripped he's been stripped of his God likeness and so now man from Genesis to Malachi all the way up to the book of Acts man is trying to approach God into to understand who this God is they're devoid of the language and communication of God so in Genesis 11 now that creates something called the Bible the Tower of Babel where Nimrod who is not a man of God teaches our people how to come into unity with their imagination with their language in their imagination because there are certain protocols to the kingdom that works for anybody whether you're saved or not the protocols and the principles and the laws of heaven will work for you that's why church folk are confused while sinners are making money and being prosperous and because they understand the principles of the kingdom electricity doesn't care if you're black white red or yellow male or female is alone and it works and there are laws to the kingdom of God that works whether you're white black yellow saved or not saved because he instituted from the foundation of the earth and he won't take it back and so man is trying to be like or approach this God and didn't understand that he made us in His image and after his likeness and now we don't have the language Genesis 3 says that God says Adam where are you wasn't saying where are you geographically because he placed him there that was the only place he could have been he says where are you in the realm of the Spirit you have lost your connection you can't communicate with me your language sound come on it's different you you've lost your ability when you take off the Holy Ghost you babble your language becomes strange to God and he keeps saying where are you that's not my sound that's not my sound I don't understand where you are because in your language you lost your ability to know who you are your language tells me who you are now let's dissect this I mean I'm getting way off my subject the things we say we've been talked learnt behavior are you feeling me the songs we sing determines really how we think because we go back to the soul around because we want songs to make us feel good about where we are I'm tired and I got God on me I'm all confused and I got the Spirit of the Living God on me I'm tired of church and I got that's the whole reason I was sick to extend the kingdom of God it confuses you because it keeps you stuck so Satan is making you eat of the tree every day you're taking a bite of the fruit every day because you're saying I am NOT like God I'm still looking for God I still need God I still want God and if God is on you it is not out what it is in Word I got all this power on me and I'm still looking that is what happened to e she was fascinated with what shines because if if the enemy can make you feel like there's something greater out there than in here we negate the scripture that says greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world so now we've got this we've got this this quagmire we got this thing in us now that we keep with the press we're upset based on what we go through how people treat us and we just read that the Spirit of the Lord is upon me to deal with all of that matter of fact he even he does death the Holy Spirit does the Holy Spirit even address anything about you this was all for somebody else because when you get full of the Holy Ghost you take your mind off you let me get back up here you take your mind off you and you because the Bible says what you make happen for somebody else see that's a kingdom that's a kingdom law that what I make happen for you God is obligated now to make it happen for me so if you say let me pay your light bill then God says I've got to find somebody to pay her light beer whatever you make happen if you prophesied to something somebody's go for God say whatever you make happen for somebody else I'm gonna make it happen for you but you want it to happen to you before it happened to somebody else that is not the protocol of the kingdom the protocol of the kingdom is to give out and God gives back we want God to give us and then we give up it doesn't that is not the law of the kingdom we become selfish that we want to keep it for ourselves another greatest thing about you know I love the Muslim is our love to all the witness because they have an evangelism plan that is out of this world and we got the greatest thing going and we want to be stuck in the church because the Holy Ghost puts us on Front Street because now we're required to examine our sails you know I dare not ask you when the last time you shared the gospel to somebody I dare not ask you when the last time you invited somebody to come to church with you you got the new car what did you get it for is it a gospel car or is it a pleasure car is it a Holy Ghost filled car yo see how are we going to populate heaven if we stay stuck in the church everybody in here is safe now now you see everybody in here ought to be happy right everybody in here I'll have the garment employees right everybody in here ought to be healed right everybody in here out of the prisons and they are no longer in captivity everybody in here has been loosed from their bondage right so why do we try to preach to people in the church x1 x1 come on let's go when Adam and Eve transgressed against God they lost their ability to communicate they lost their ability to have dominion and authority over the
