how's it going everybody this is Mike Mr Tiny Tim and tonight I'm back again with a all new episode of Tiny home Tuesday we're on Tuesdays I showcase a particular Park Model tiny home coming in at 399 Square ft that we have available right here at Recreational Resort cottages and this Tuesday I'm bringing to you the Polo Ridge [Music] I am back again with a all new episode of Tiny home Tuesday and yes I am back with a great new home by the name of the Polo Ridge if you subscribed like you should be you know I went just a few weeks back to a behindth scenes look in our Factory and said I'm going to Showcase some new models that are on their way and this was house number one we have now named it and given it a price so for those of you that have been hitting me up waiting on it here we are today with the home by the name of the Polo Ridge and this home as you see it today it's 15 ft wide 36 ft long and that's including this 10t front porch and it's on sale today for 84k I gotta say that nice and slow 84k because everything you see today you will get besides furniture and decor and you got to be think thinking that I'm been sipping on something or smoking on something to be giving you this type of price on a home of this qu quality and this magnitude 84,000 again wild supplies last on the Polo Ridge and what makes this home so special and why it was such a hit on the behind the scenes tour was the fact that the home is packed with the curb of Hill that you know and love from Recreational Resort Cottages this home is featuring an exterior base color of a gate green with a combo trim of Tri corn black as well as Cedar it has Cedar Post around your entire wraparound porch and it is going to have Cedar around some of your doors and windows that you will see on this home so with that said it is going to pack with a ton of character on this side where you get a back view I should say of the wood burning stove that yes you will also get on this home included ready to go I'll show that to you in just a second but go ahead and follow me up onto this 10 foot porch and since it is a wraparound porch we'll go ahead and make our way down the side of this as you'll see you got the front of the porch here but let's go ahead and go down where you'll see that we have black metal rails super maintenance free but then you also got the Big Cedar Post boasting that ton of natural and rust IC feel on this home and as you'll see you got a few Windows here going down the side and then this is what tons of fans loved and you subscribers loved and the original behind the scenes tour was this serving window where we have these thinscape bar countertop right here when we've got areas right here for you to sit add some bar stools and then you've got the windows here up above that do slide open I'll show you in a moment when we're on the interior but you also have the option for the awning window that actually is one single window that lifts up like a garage door but it is a awning window that if you want to add that you can as well so we're giving you multiple options on this home and as you'll see you also have exterior can lights running down the entire side of this porch as well the flooring on here is going to be finished out in the brown round composite tracks decking so if you're familiar with Recreational Resort Cottages you know that that's going to give you 30 years of warranty on the entire exterior including the black metal roof that's on top of it and being the cherry on top let me show you the Cherry down low and that's going to be the wood burning stove you see that this is going to be a cast iron wood burning stove with the front door has the stack that goes up you have the entire fireproof it is going to be EPA approved and you get a fiveyear warranty on this wood burning stove again you seen one you seen them all see it's ready to go we still got the got the foam and and plastic on the inside letting you know it's brand new but we've got that set up for you and I think it looks gorgeous sitting here on this 10 foot porch and also you'll see right here on this front entry you're going to have window on the side window on the opposite 36 in blinds and glass door behind me as well as the Prismatic window right up above but again I've shown you some features on the outside follow me inside so I can show to you why this home is one like no other this Polo Ridge again you go outside when you're having fun you come inside you see how it quiets down so well soon as you enter Because this home is made for entertaining as well well as peace for you to have if you are downsizing into a 399 foot home whether it is for a primary residence or a secondary weekend getaway this is a great option right here in the Polo Ridge at 84,000 I don't think I've beat something like this yet with everything packed in here starting as soon as you come in the interior you see how much space you have in this living area to accommodate you've got a fullsize soap literally here in the living room so that gives you plenty of space there you can see the sidewall height in this home is tremendous enough space there for you to have a ceiling fan centered there with the black blades also on the alternate side of the living room you'll see that we have two of your uh property Windows as I like to call them because if you're sitting here sitting on the couch you ain't trying to watch much TV you're trying to look out on that property and enoy Joy however if you want to enjoy some TV you can go ahead and mount one here centered if you want to do that or again this floor plan is functional you want to sit here and move some furniture Arrangements around add some recliners do something you can actually put your TV on the opposite wall and that way you can do that as well so just just some options for you also get a look of the Yellowstone oak flooring going throughout no carpet in this model ladies and gentlemen I think that really brings out the southern yellow pine trim around your doors and windows on the interior of this home as well as baseboards and also what I think that I love so much is the fact of the functionality and flow of the floor plan we can go from the living area sit here and enjoy but again let's take it into the kitchen and you'll see separating the living from the kitchen is going to be another thinscape countertop right there we have the stool down below where you can add another if you like but have an area to eat at if you want to sit here and get a little bit more comfortable you can do that we also have the bird cage pendant lights the Tweety Bird pendant lights hanging down there shining down and just adding some Pizzazz to the interior kitchen area you'll see that we also have Hickory Cabinetry going throughout the entire home that really complement the culture Pine countertops as well as the Daphne white backsplash that you see that we have going from the countertop up to the bottom of the cabinets all of your bar pools are going to be black as well and you see you got soft closed doors ladies and gentlemen all throughout the home speaking of that window that I showed you earlier you see this is the serving window you sit there open it up hand something out you get something right back hey if they're out there they're grilling up some something on the grill hey I want a steak I want a burger go ahead hand them in brother you know get it going and keep the party going and you see soon as we close it back let me do that one more time oh my gosh see you got cars going by all that oh guess what I want some peace and quiet where'd it go you'll never know when you are in the Polo Ridge and enjoying this quality built 399 foot tiny home and again with the functionality of this kitchen you have your two basin sink with the nickel finished faucet with the detachable sprayer but then right across from there you're going to have all the appliances which I love that that all the appliances are on one side for you very convenient and then you have plenty of prep space on the alternate side again additional Cabinetry and drawers down below additional cabinets up top smooth top oven finished out in black as well as a microwave to match and then we continued with that cultra Pine and Daphne white backsplash and then added the side by side fridge with ice in the door and we've given you more storage up above that just to make everything look right and get a good look at the top of the cabinets we trim those out in Hickery as well we're doing it the right way the right way from the beginning because we know you worked very hard for that money and when you go to spend it you want to spend it on a quality home that you'll know and love for a lifetime so with that said we'll make our way on back we do have the washer and dryer already set up did I mentioned it's 84k and you're getting a wash and dryer already included in the home stackable top load right here for you you even got the cubby up above for your fabric sheets you got it I put that in there for you got that taken care of then you've got pocket door here yes it is real wood ladies and gentlemen you've got the pocket door in there sliding like it's the electric slide in the 90s we've got that set up right there for you and then as you come in you're going to see in the bathroom you got your for Dra Bank down below we have your linen cabinet right here sitting on the bathroom countertop and then oh my gosh yes we did put in a LED lit mirror and yes it makes you look like you supposed to when you getting ready in the morning and you got that set up and guys this is what you call Luxury in tiny home living when you got things like this again you brushing your teeth oh yeah makes them look even whiter with the LED light right there for you and then you see that we have again the banjo or the Oklahoma style countertop there for you that leads and extends over your toilet space we have the window that is opening right there your egress window in your bathroom uh right there above your toilet and then right here you're going to see that we have the step in tile shower the tile in this uh particular model is going to be finished out in Sky bridge in a horizontal pattern with white grout the ceiling height in here doesn't matter who you I don't care if you're 7 foot tall you can do it all right here in the Polo Ridge and then we've got the black uh faucets and knobs there for you and again plenty of space to work with here and then you got the shower door we'll close here and then notice we have a pocket door that leads from the bathroom into your bedroom and with this you're going to see that in this bedroom you have a enough space for a KingSize bed that I feel would be a great location right here that way you have your bed facing this way out you got a great view out of these windows again with the two transoms up above you have the black scones on each side of your bed there so if you're reading a nice book uh in the middle of the night you can sit there and be just right with that hit sit there Hit the lights turn them on when you want to and then directly across from that you're going to have the large space to place any I ain't gonna say any let me let me you know Mr T ain't gonna lie to you so I ain't gonna say any size TV but you can see as I can see you can put a large TV right here in the bedroom and again guys with this being a 399 foot tiny home you can put a 50 in in here and it's going to feel like a 100 just because of the close proximity here in your bedroom but also speaking of close proximity one thing that's not too close is that ceiling height because it is raised and look looking right right here in the bedroom with that three blade ceiling fan there for you we have your mini split AC and heat system directly over your closets there so it can adequately cool and Heat this home like no other we got one here in the bedroom you got another in the main area we also have the additional drawers down below you're going to have eight drawers two small on each side two large down below and then we have the barn doors in here for you the barn doors with two separate rods you got the shirt uh and pants set up here you got a shelf there in the middle again it is the real wood I had somebody tell me earlier because they came here before I started filming just traveled in they came down from new Jayy and they said Mr tiny we saw you hitting that real wood and we had to do the same thing and yes you are telling the truth it is the real deal so I I appreciate you guys for coming down and taking a look but they got to see it before all of you got to but with that said again it's the same thing here on the barn doors that real wood finish and it brings it all together and even the top of your s here that leads over your closet area is finished out as well so if you wanted to add additional storage up there you could do so uh and as we make our way out here you'll see another full door here that leads out into the main area and you'll see how it opens back up once you come back into the main area of the Polo Ridge ladies and gentlemen it does not get much better than this right here with 15 feet of width with 36 feet of length including that 10 foot front porch and it's on sale today
