Hello friends what I'm about to show you is not for the faint of heart if you are not in a heightened state of flow currently then this strategy may be your downfall however if you're on a hot streak and you're feeling yourself lately then this build is not only some of the most fun that you can have playing this game but also one of the most oppressive one versus five builds that currently exists the build as an offlaner what here's what you do first highlight the offline and then tell your support to pick one of the three T's Tusk as Tiny in the second pick phase confidently slam the pick button on this guy start with at least three succulent mangoes and then fill the rest of your slots with boring stat items you see this guy right here this guy thinks that SF wins the lane because of this ability but he's an idiot he's old he's decrepit and he's living in the past modern day SF winslane with this at home and here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it walk to Lane and press one of these on your opponent ideally this one if you start with this one and your opponent mans up on you then you can short race them or maybe they run away from you and then you can just long race them basically the middle raise is your best friend but my biggest piece of advice for winning any Lane on SF is to let your races marry but Jenkins what the [ __ ] suck does that mean in patch 7.32 Shadow Rays was changed to apply a stackable turn rate and movement slow and of course it also deals more damage per race the debuff has eight seconds duration but the cooldown of rays is 10 seconds what that means is if you raise your opponent and wait two seconds before hitting the second raise then your first raise will be off cooldown with the debuff still on your opponent and so you can repeat the process dealing potentially infinite damage this is why you need to let your races bear it can feel very tempting to hit your opponent with two raises in quick session ignore this compulsion because hypothetically if you want to hit the third raise then somehow you need to get right on top of them but if they aren't brain dead then they know that that's the only raise that you have left so they're never gonna let you do that instead any time your opponent comes up to farm raise them and wait a little if they continue to farm then gently apply another raise rinse and repeat this until they're dead or until you're free-forming and here is the point where we're going to circle back to that melee fatty that hopefully is joyfully laning with you where you are really guaranteed to get kills is when your fatty can run up to your opponents and stun them and then you can pretty easily triple raise them in my experience once you have level 2 in your raise and your fat bastard is level 2 then this is the best time to go and get kills but about halfway through the laning stage we hit an incredibly crucial timing the timing three points in Shadow Rays this is the moment where you will supercharge your farming speed in the game at the 30 second Mark of every minute you can hit every melee creep once and then double raise the creep wave then generally you'll get most of the last hits at 35 second Mark head over to your triangle and stack the large camp and the ancient camp like this on radiant foreign [Music] then head back to your lane and prepare to do the same thing again in 30 seconds during this time your support can roam soak the lane or get some solo XP pull the hard Camp whatever they want to do alternatively and honestly this is probably better if your support is not an idiot then you can do this exact same thing but your support goes to stack instead of you and you stand the lane to farm the reason that this ancient stacking [ __ ] is so important is because it guarantees that you get an early blink dagger and this Hero has always been an amazing disabler in team fighter AKA and offlaner but only once he gets the blink and that's why he was played mid for so long because it was the only reliable way to farm a blinker you'll scepter or Whatever item people were going on SF these days things are different times have changed carries don't even want to farm their own triangle if you watch Tundra 33's player perspective in a lot of his ti-11 games you'll notice he was farming his own triangle a lot because modern carries they just want to farm their own jungle so as an off laner these camps are a lot of the time they're yours but Jenkins I picked this hero to take epic team fights when do I stop farming God damn it and here is where I tell you the key to all of this I'm ashamed to tell you this but for a long time late at night I have been slinking out of bed getting on my computer when nobody is awake and secretly sneaking in some SF offline action and I hid this I hid this from my family like the Dirty Little Secret that it was and to be honest with you this shame it comes from the fact that I've always felt like something has been missing some crucial element to this build is not there but it was fun so [ __ ] it I don't care I did it anyway however recently a very smart person who wishes to remain anonymous made me realize what I had been missing the entire time the Holy Grail of SF offlane the one item that makes him not only viable but actually go good tier Guardian Grieves it is so blindingly obvious in retrospect this patch has a huge demand for Lane dominating ranged Greaves buyers in the offlane like snapfire or death profit and SF loves grouping up early and brawling as long as he has enough mana and health to do so while still farming Greaves gives you all of these things and much more so rush them after Guardian griefs there are three timings that you need to know about depending on what type of game you're in and that after that the game kind of plays itself timing number one blink dagger in some games your opponents don't have a great way of interrupting your old so you just need the blink and you can go dominate fights blink Rush is also awesome if you want to play the pickoff game let's say you have some bat Rider with a blank mid or a quasox invoker because you can just jump in and easily triple raise to help your team with ganks timing number two black king bar and you need a bkb simply because you cannot exist without it in other games you have great team fight setup from your team but the enemy team has ways of easily interrupting your alt so you need a bkb to channel but you don't need a fast blink because your team can set you up timing number three bkb plus blink sometimes your opponents have a reliable way of interrupting or killing you during your alt and you really need a blink plus bkb to be selective about taking fights and to be more guaranteed to win them when you do engage in them these timings they're important don't get me wrong but this this is not why people play SF the late game timings on this hero are genuinely [ __ ] crazy as long as you can press your buttons correctly so let's take a look at these timings and their combos one by one starting with Arcane blink without the 25 Talent this combo does about 3 000 magical damage and fears for around 5 seconds with the 25 Talent this deals about 4 000 magic damage with that talent and a refresher it deals 8 500 damage and fears for about 10 seconds with the Daedalus this does between 10 000 and 12 000 damage and all of this is not even including Auto attacks If you sprinkle in some Autos while they're disabled you can do over 20 000 damage to a single unit like it or not this is the ideal SF inventory in the late game the Sheep stick can come before or after the Daedalus depending on if you need damage or disable but sheep is nice because it lets you guarantee your combo on a carry before they bkb the craziest thing about this combo is that it fears in a massive AOE so if you press it on an enemy carry nobody can even help him survive and also the damage is all AOE so this combo doesn't just do between 10 and 12 000 damage technically speaking it does between ten thousand and sixty thousand damage what sort of hero can survive this well one with a neon disc but carries don't really get this item and that's who SF will be focusing with this combo the only solution realistically is to kill SF before the fight even starts otherwise he can reliably disable and kill your entire team so remember if your team is just passively twiddling their thumbs in a game of DOTA in your SF good you are winning before we get to the lightning round where I cover my top SF tips and tricks let's quickly talk about the normal build and when you want to deviate from that build generally for items you want to go Guardian Greaves link bkb Arcane blink eggshard at some point in there refresher then sheep or Daedalus skip talents until you have all of your skills maxed out including presence of the dark Lore for the talents you go raise stack damage then raise damage then fear duration then Shadow raise applies attack damage Talent some deviations to this build include one if your team desperately needs Tower damage let's say say you have a carry slark and a mid Zeus then you can go for the presence Aura effects buildings talent to solve that problem completely if this is a direction you think you'll be going in a game then a dragon Lance pre-blink is pretty nice for this build because it lets you hit Towers from Super far away in fact with another attack range item you can literally attack them from out of their range 2. if you want to commit entirely to AOE disable and team fight because you believe that your team already has enough damage let's say you have a carry Ursa or sniper then in eggs instead of Daedalus is great because it greatly increases the fear duration from your old with the refresher you can legit get 20 seconds straight of AOE disable with this thing the AGS build is seriously one of the most frustrating things to play against in Dota last off let's do a quick lightning round where I show you some of the best tips and tricks to make this hero way more powerful trick number one if you find that you're jungling a lot more than you're fighting then taking an early point in presence of the dark lord before any of your other skills can be good since it gives -4 armor at level 1 and only scales by one at each level trick number two I would highly recommend setting up a directional movement hotkey this lets you move your hero without pathfinding so you can click literally the direction that you want to face to raise a camp over a tree line or a cliff for example without facing the wrong way because of pathing trick number three if you right click to turn in a direction and you press raise as you're turning you can actually start the race animation while you're turning so the Rays will immediately happen once you turn in the right direction this is really important because sometimes you'll be racing a stun Target so you'll need to raise walk away turn then raise again and you don't want that second or third raise to be slower and that potentially the enemy gets bkb off or something similarly disastrous happens trick number four you can kill extremely mobile heroes like puck or morphling with just a blink all you have to do is use your old ultimate from some tree line and then blink right on top of them and triple raise in the direction opposite to where you blinked from trick number five if you think that you're about to get gone on then you can pump fake your Requiem so that if the enemies go on you then you can let it go and you will Instant fear them rather than having to wind up all over again that's it for this video guys have fun griefing or 1v5ing it's usually one or the other and
