hello there guess who back feeling right guess who that feeling right honey i ain't 100 but uh i'm in the 90s okay look you see i put the little because this this the hip that was cutting up but i did that right there it's all right honey you you can't hold me down long okay give me a little apple cider vinegar listen i'm about to make my breakfast right just came back from the long little walk with black i was like even when you're in pain sometimes if you move and kind of get that joint of that muscle moving you feel better sometimes laying down so we're saying you can do i actually hurt more sometimes when i lay down so i said girl gonna get up anywho stay focused let's talk about what we're gonna eat for breakfast okay so red bell peppers as you are uh you may not know um red belt peppers especially when they bright red like so like that they have uh capsaicin in it right which is natural medication for us um but it's a natural anti-inflammatory can help with inflammation and also can help with pain but also um bell peppers are good for mucus so you know as the seasons change and cold season and stuff here with all the mucus and things so i think i'm gonna take some bell pepper and some good old kale okay because of course we know kale is the same leafy greens are always so good for us but kale is like a natural anti-inflammatory fighter like get on out of there honey information what you say i said get on out of there inflammations we're gonna have some kale we've got some bell pepper uh and i'm gonna use some wait man let me show you some pump food um y'all know i don't do tofu because it's made of soy soy gives me headaches i have a very small allergy but big enough for it to uh debilitate me honey when i eat it it gives me instant headaches so i just cannot really eat it air blue moon i might sample some or like somebody got some soy sauce some i might dip something in it but and i just can't i can't the headaches is just not for me okay so anywho i use pump food which is made from pumpkin seeds the ingredients literally organic pumpkin seeds and water that's all that's in here that is all that's in here right so i'm going to use this is my tofu we're going to and pumpkin tons of fiber right keep you regular uh we're going to use this i'm going to scramble this with some chopped red peppers and some kale and some shallots and maybe some uh mushrooms chop it all up saute it a little onion because this for me and not the chance yeah i'm gonna do that and then i got a leftover yam i'm gonna show y'all let me just show you i got left over again from last night i'm gonna slice that and we'll put that on top and that's gonna be breakfast like so like that let's go ahead and make it shall we all right see we got the chopped mushrooms some chopped shallots that's onion uh we got some chopped kale here we got the red bell pepper and then this is our um food but i'm gonna scramble that with my hand when i put it in here okay another thing to remember when we are fighting inflammation right try to stay away from too much uh oil when you're cooking like fried stuff try to use a little veggie broth or water and season it if you can okay it will help so we're going to go ahead and saute these in veggie broth go ahead and put the rest of that in the pan like so like that go ahead and add your mushrooms okay yeah shallots up not the kale you jumped in there too quick back up okay hold your meal now hold on yeah all right and then go ahead and add your peppers like so like that okay then take your pump-fu and i just ball it up like so like that now ball it up tail crumple it up crumble it with your hand okay do that very good and then we're going to season it no salt not for me so garlic and herb salt free go ahead and sprinkle it in like so like that but as much as you want to because that's your business and then we're going to let that saute for a little bit before we add the kale it is cooking down like so like that i'm actually gonna go ahead and add some fresh garlic because as we know fresh garlic uh even though i always like garlic powder and things like that fresh garlic is great for inflammation as well and can help prevent oh wait a minute get into the steam y'all uh it can help prevent like cartilage damage from arthritis so we're gonna put a little fresh garlic in there because that's my business okay so now you see how the broth is almost simmered out go ahead and add your kale okay add your kale like so like that and then toss it all around come on tab yeah see how it look kind of like egg whites or something or tofu scrambled that's pretty much what we're doing but it's a pumpkin scramble right and we are trying to get rid of a little bit of pain and inflammation by doing it this way all right this is a great meal substitute if you're looking for that and then once all your broth is gone honey is ready okay it's ready don't turn that stove off okay this is my leftover yam that i had last night i would just slice it like this in the middle so it kind of opens it up a little bit okay that's why i kind of open it up like so like that add a little bit more okay honey and we've all done yeah it's about time to eat wait let me put some on top my avocado of course yeah come on avocado um go ahead and add a little bit of my kelly's crouton parmesan okay so this is just like raw cashews and spices with nutritional yeast honey it is time to eat y'all get into it come on sam now look um some people are different right this is what you know you know one of the things that i eat like i eat a lot of peppers um even sometimes tomatoes things like that now which are nightshade veggies as they call them or fruit um and some people say that nightshade uh fruits and veggies cause them to have uh more pain when they with their arthritis some people say it helps them right they both have all the nutrients in it to fight inflammation so you have to listen to your body everybody's body reacts differently to different things right so just like nuts are a great source for um fighting inflammation but some people have a nut allergy right so we all have sensitivity to different things but this is a great if you don't have sensitivity this is a great um inflammation fighting breakfast lunch or dinner okay it's a great meal so that's that i just wanted to share with y'all now my favorite part ooh god we thank you amen and it is time to eat okay come on tail i'm gonna i'm gonna let you all taste i'ma let you taste it girl girl relax man come on y'all relay you look trying to get a little thing on there so y'all can taste it right yes lord yes lord i'm going to sit down my my business okay um yeah check out my tumor because i'm doing my little juicing again a little bit but that's it now y'all going about y'all business baby have the most amazing day but even if you can't have a good one don't you dare go messing up nobody else is here love y'all
