so a few things happened last weekend like [Music] this and this last you are come to the land you call the new world the Japanese ff14 FanFest took place at long last and we got an absolute ton of exciting information for da tril and now all three of the major fan fests are over and the year has tick to 2024 meaning that in the coming months we're about to enter the media wind up for the release of the expansion itself and today I'm going to recap all the major news and announcements from the event via the only medium that really matters the [Music] [Applause] memes just as a little disclaimer if you're actually looking to get information from this video Everything important will be here don't worry despite that it's not going to be a 25-minute breakdown where I regurgitate verbatim everything mentioned in the keynote and nothing else let's get into it so the keynote opened with the complete Dawn tril trailer featuring the reveal of pikto maner to join Viper as the second new job added in the expansion and female harar being added to the game at long last and in the shock of the century they don't look like upscale female makot instead they're actually pretty animall likee [Music] [Music] shame they probably still can't wear hats though wait Yoshi P comes out sporting glasses and a slick new haircut and hits us with the bad news right off the bat no release date but we do at least get a release window the one we all already anticipated summer 2024 but he does clarify that it's a real summer 2024 not Square enx time summer 2024 so we're not going to see a releas in June or October the window is instead pretty solidly between July and September then they show off the pianer Job trailer we saw in the dawn tril teaser that kry is rocking the new magical DPS job and here we get to see a handful of the actions and the overall job aesthetic disappointingly though Yoshi gets a cosplayer in to wear the job attire leading to an abundance of midriff exposing Yoshida fan art to fill Twitter the job starts at level 80 in grania it won't have a res has both instance and casted abilities and was noted as not being a support job but having access to R buff abilities what this will mean for Summoner and red mjes reses are yet to be seen though here's what Twitter had to say about [Music] it [Music] patch 6.55 releases on January 16th and includes a main scenario Quest including the introduction of post of rothal wlamart we're also getting the the Gilded Ari in 6.55 so there's that to look forward to they also showed off a bunch of new zones in tural Via screenshots noting that a bridge connects the northern and southern regions of the continent a lot of these screenshots are what you'd probably expect from to Al matically based on what's already been discussed and shown and then there's solution 9 solution 9 and Heritage found are two zones that show that we're getting some absolutely wild landscapes in Dawn tril S9 is going to be a player Hub and what they had to say about Heritage found was that in this region overflowing with lightning energies thick thunderclouds blot out the sun while streaks of purple leaven illuminate the land day and night it's not a dungeon and people live here they showed off new Beast tribe allies like the moblins and the Fisher Price vanu vanu they showed a Lama Todd cosplay and this strange mimja child who really stole the [Music] show [Music] the level cap will be raised from 90 to 100 and every job will get new abilities Viper and pictor mancer will be added to the game and they will both start at level 80 all the core battle content you've come to expect will return and some of the dungeons were showcased via screenshots as well as an early rendition of the new Dungeon battle theme which was painstakingly noted to not be final they showed off a couple new enemies too including the previously showcased Eliminator Tal's version of Altera and cakar whose New Year's resolution was to never ever ever skip arm [Music] [Music] day car will be added to duty supporters pictor mancer and they showed off a couple of the new artifact sets for various J jobs here Summoner Samurai sage and gunbreaker and here is machinist Reaper Astro and Paladin ishgard restoration 2 Electric bugaloo got announced okay that's that's a little bit of a guess but next expansions lifestyle content was revealed entitled Cosmic exploration they made a note that the content can be played solo but you can quote unquote play together with others to make progress with each update you'll go to a different Planet no more detail but rothar makes something that's for sure they showed a little more about the Final Fantasy 11 Centric Alliance raid series Echoes of vanad and by a little more I mean they showed exactly one one one concept art of one of the bosses Shadow Lord I'm going to pause for a moment and the folk that played 11 can tell me how exciting that is on a scale of 1 to 10 they also showcase the eight-man normal and Savage raid tier this expansion the Nvidia 39 90 TI sorry no it's The Arcadian and it'll be somehow set in solution 9 further details are thin at the moment but it was confirmed that it's not a collaboration and it will be an original story and that otherwise go wild with the guesses and then what was a little bit of a surprise to me they talked about ultimate baby yeah the patch 7.1 ultimate is now locked in as Futures Rewritten ultimate themed around the Eden raids and my God they actually just skipped the msq storm blood raid huh I'm so here for it the interesting little tip bit that you cannot avoid on the internet right now is that Future's Rewritten ultimate Fu which is what the shortening will probably be well FR means a wife in Swedish so you can take from that what you [Music] will [Music] there will be one blue Mage update a new deep dungeon more hild the brand a gold sourer update the exact same PVP updates that you've come to expect a new variant and Criterion dungeon there will also be a new field operation Alaba and Eureka Yoshida comments that the times have changed and attitudes have changed about the field operations since the release of Eureka they saw it through to the end and worked hard and developed it into something players can enjoy we're also getting a third new job in Dawn tril though one of them is a little more limited Beast Master got revealed to be added at some point in Dawn tril meaning two things firstly blue Mage finally has a little brother and secondly there is a solid chance that you will finally at long last be able to live your Final Fantasy 14 Pokémon training dreams but with piser instead of Pikachu now it's time graphic update presentation woo we got to see two die channels the faces actually look noticeably better unlike the graphical update shown at the E FanFest you can very clearly see the improvements here and yeah I'm a fan they look good Yoshi p is also personally hand delivering a free Fantasia to every single player when D tril comes out so if you don't like a character after the update you can just become a Hoth [Music] gal in one of the panels it was also noted that grara was initially Green in his earlier designs so for a matter of hours green hartia became all the rage on twitter.com so that pretty much sums up the keynote for Dawn Trail as well as the interesting parts of the 6.55 special site that released but more importantly we got some good memes out of it I'm really excited for da it seems that on the whole we will be getting more content in a
