The Life of the Hero of Hyrule - Zelda Theory

[Music] the hero of Hyrule started it all in 1986 but the story of his life battle and later struggle has never been told in detail until now left-handed hero of Hyrule was born at a time when the kingdom of Hyrule had declined to the point where it was a mere shadow of its former self in the golden era in this dark time for the land of Hyrule a young boy named Linc was born by unknown parents dressed in green he grew up in the most impoverished edge of South and Hyrule a deadly land that became even more infested upon the successful resurrection of the plague that was Ganon for the first time since when his past self Ganondorf killed a hero of time in the decisive confrontation and transformed into Ganon the demon king had returned in person to plague Hyrule his confrontations with the hero of Legends and the second hero of Hyrule cost him nearly everything including most of his consciousness and intelligence with one exception the lust for the Triforce after his defeat in lorule a number of his followers aim to claim the Triforce for Ganon to wield and got surprisingly close at one point since the last king of Hyrule to hold the complete relic some mistrust in his son and split the Triforce into three pieces hid away the Triforce of courage and cast the spell over it naturally his son was enraged by this act after the king passed away as he only inherited the Triforce of power suspicious on whether his sister had inherited the Triforce of wisdom and knew the location of the Triforce of courage he interrogated Princess Zelda refused to confess on either and angered one of Ganon's followers so much that he and his fury cast a sleeping spell on her utterly distraught and full of grief the young King ended his search for the Triforce of courage and placed his sleeping sister on an altar in the North Castle nevertheless without the Triforce once again split the Kingdom began to crumble and lost more and more of its territory until it was nothing but a shadow of its former self lesser Hyrule was deserted and with it a path to conspire opened up for Ganon's followers generations passed until a new link was born and grew up in lesser Hyrule high rules most impoverished and deserted province but what was worse was that only years after his birth ganon's followers finally made a breakthrough the work of several generations finally paid off when the bereft of intelligence demon king was resurrected knowing that the complete Triforce was still out there Ganon invaded Hyrule and stole the Triforce of power the incumbent Princess Zelda feared the worst fled and split the Triforce of wisdom into eight pieces and hid them across the temples of southern Hyrule she then ordered her nursemaid Impa to find a new hero enraged by the princess's action Ganon captured Zelda and dispatched his minions after Impa meanwhile link was out investigating with his wooden shield when he noticed an old lady surrounded by Ganon's henchmen he quickly got rid of the monsters and at that moment Impa knew that she had found the new hero of Hyrule motivated by Zelda's and impass please the young and courageous Link's sent out and entered a cave where an old man handed him a wooden sword it is dangerous to go alone take this link went across Hyrule kept a closely guarded secret obtain more weapons and collected the eight shards of the Triforce of wisdom hidden in the dungeons of lesser Hyrule with the reassembled piece of the complete Triforce link stormed in and stronghold at Death Mountain confronted and defeated the demon king with his silver arrows the hero of Hyrule liberated Princess Zelda and restored peace to Hyrule with a tribe horse of power and wisdom back in its rightful hands following the destruction of Ganon Hyrule entered a period of reconstruction which link along with the royal family stood in charge up six years of rebuilding and hard work passed until one day the crest of the Triforce of courage appeared on the hero of high rules left hand unsure of what it meant link consulted info for guidance knowing that the opportunity to restore the complete Triforce and awakening the other print says Zelda had arrived the aging Impa instructed link to locate the Triforce of courage after presenting him the sleeping princess however he had to be careful as Ganon's minions were still around and sought links blood to resurrect their fallen master Impa entrusted the hero with six crystals and a scroll with the location of the Triforce of courage sending him out on a law and the by far toughest quest yet across the restored Hyrule and through its many towns to the six palaces and the statues located in these link conquered the challenges and monsters of the temples and placed the crystals in the heads of the six statues finally the hero of Hyrule defeated the guardian of the great temple but the incumbent king of hyrule who was still uncertain of Link's worth put him on one final trial to determine whether he was to wield the complete Triforce like the hero of legend or fall in battle like the hero of time before him the hero of I rule struggled greatly but ultimately brought down his own shadow with a number of precise hits impressed the King finally realized that link was the true hero of viral and recognition of his deeds to the kingdom he handed over the Triforce of courage which link used to reassemble the Triforce using the combined power of the restore and complete Triforce the hero of Hyrule awoke the sleeping princess zelda and secured lasting peace for hyrule then what is the legacy of the hero of Hyrule for some it is that he had to fight twice over a longer time span than any other hero of iral six years of training until he was found worthy and the Triforce of courage appeared on his left hand in a way much like the hero of time though unlike the hero of time the hero of Legends and the hero of winds the hero of Hyrule never left Hyrule for adventures or journeys and other lands instead he put his effort into rebuilding a ruined Hyrule or so his victory appeared to be final not only did he destroy Ganon reclaimed the Triforce of power but he also much like the hero of legend vented the return of the demon king by staying alive and finally broke the curse on the sleeping princess zelda by reuniting the triforce the similarities between the hero of legend and the hero of hyrule are many still for the timeline it is the hero of Hyrule who was the hero to end Ganon in Hyrule and then prevented his return by staying alive from the followers attacks we know that he shared a close bond with Impa and the royal family ever since he freed Zelda from Ganon and it is likely that his later life after uniting the complete Triforce for the two Zelda's was a good one the hero of Hyrule was hated by Ganon's followers which were more dangerous than any prior case but for the rest of the population and in particular the royal family link was the most respected citizen of Hyrule so much so that he lived with them before the adventure of link and after though there's a big question attached to this link in Ganon mainly the hero of the wild and the resurrection of Ganondorf from the era of the wild this is why is the hero of the wilds cap tunic and trousers so similar to Zelda one and two hero of high rules clothing and more importantly wise Ganondorf even there shouldn t be the Beast bereft of intelligence or perhaps it could be a new gun naturally this question might have been answered in the sequel to brought the wild link to that video if you're watching after the game is out or from my perspective I think I can come with a prediction a prediction that ties closely to Zelda 1 and 2 the hero of Hyrule and birthed the wild to though this theory requires a separate video that will go much deeper into the hero of Hyrule and a deep legacy which we until recently didn't know existed looks like we have much more work to go
