[Music] welcome back to subpoena everything guys have you ever heard about the fake sausage mama would you like some sausage some fake sausage is it good I have no idea how about some blood blood sausage oh mama that's good for you let's ninja stuff come on man we gotta give it a try and let you know if it's good check it out this is the beyond sausage it is not real meat as you know we are big carnivores and we love our meats but last time we had a burger that was made from the same manufacturer by the way hashtag not sponsored my friends actually loved it and they cannot tell you wasn't meat I'm wondering if the same thing happens with this one as you can see this sausage does not have animal casing it's made out of something weird and it looks like plastic I have no idea what it is at the same time I have to be honest he does look like a regular sausage to make sure my friends do not know what's going on I'm gonna be making two of their favorites this is an urgent Ania sausage and here we have a blood sausage my friend ninja loves the blood one meat not so much mom on the other hand loves the Argentinians so do I when I put them all together you can really see the difference between them and I'm curious to find out how the plant-based one who's gonna taste like to cook them it's pretty straightforward they don't need any seasoning because it's all inside you just gotta back it up and it's ready to be cooked I'm also gonna be making some amazing sauces to go along with our sausages remember exact amount and ingredients always in the description down below I started by charring some vegetables you can either do this directly on your stove or use a blowtorch if you have one some people like to remove the skin once it's charged I don't I think it adds a unique flavor that I enjoy but it's really up to you once the charring is done all there's left to do is throw everything into the blender then I added some tomatoes garlic some apple cider vinegar salt black pepper and a little bit of cilantro once your blender has started and everything has been combined together slowly add a little bit of good quality olive oil by doing this your sauce will start to get creamier and the more you add the creamier you will be once you're satisfied with the consistency your sauce is done since I'm making showed upon I'm also gonna be making chimichurri once again remember exact amount and ingredients always on the description down below I started with parsley dry oregano red bell pepper garlic red white vinegar freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of salt to finish it off I added lemon juice and a good amount of olive oil now there's left to do is mix it well in your chimichurri sauce is done the great thing about chimichurri sauce is that the longer it stays in your refrigerator the better it gets and let me tell you you can eat this with anything whenever you got hungry just got a piece of bread and chop it up it is fantastic I'm a true believer that anything gets better with guacamole it's just so awesome and it's so easy to do here's my take on it throwing a bunch of avocado in the bow and mix it well then add a little bit of garlic followed by some red onions tomatoes cilantro lemon juice vinegar freshly ground black pepper salt and finish it off with a bunch of olive oil now there's left to do is mix it well in your guacamoles then from previous experience i have learned that if you vacuum seal your guacamole you will not turn brown I know a lot of Mexicans do not approve it but hey I don't want this beautiful thing to go to waste so if you plan on storing this is the best way to do it to finish it off I decided to do a very simple salad I started off with a little bit of tomatoes roasted yellow bell peppers orange pepper fresh garlic red onions black pepper salt olive oil chives and a pinch of red white vinegar all there's left to do is mix it well and your salad is done now that I have everything ready I'm cooking these beautiful sausages at a hundred and sixty degrees fahrenheit in the same container for two hours [Music] we got our beautiful sausages ready I cooked it at 160 degrees Fahrenheit for two hours it's ready let's take it out let's do [Music] it has a smell that it's something familiar but I can't get a grasp around it it smells sweet by my mouth yeah it's kind of sweet it smells like it's sweet and it has a weird kind of smell that it's like a fruity smell this one right here honestly this one smells fantastic this one is just not my cup of tea let's just say it like that right my mom so your cup of tea this one now yeah but we have a guy here in the office that absolutely love this thing but anyway so the plan is we're gonna pet it dry put some nice beautiful collar on them and then make some surety bond with it surety bond you're gonna get to see what it is right now but anyway is goodie is I know it doesn't look that good right now but watch all right so we got some sausages here we're gonna cut him open I want you to try I want you to tell me what you want you like best most importantly I got your favorite one which is blood sausage yeah I like it bro I like it with bread yeah like a by itself nobody self doesn't taste good okay even if talking is cut it open and see how they taste let's do [Music] that blood sausage anemia is a little bit unappetizing Brown no the one that is an appetizing sour look at the column on that that car what is that that's what I look weird bro what is that well it's a very special sausage I can fix it it's bad it's not bad it's so there is salty yeah yeah try with the chimichurri see if it's better love it already bro you like it already yeah but you have to make it better all right what did you maturity let's see where the chimichurri is a lot better since I love that is really Moochie inside so if you bring your mouth the kind of goals melt away real quick with the we're fluctuation by its anomalies does not look appetizing mmm the consistency is weird yeah it's like a ground beef with yellow yeah like pudding like yeah something like that doesn't they taste bad it's salty like this guy said it's not my favorite thing ever but put it on the bread my mom still not my favorite thing all right put some chimichurri on it put everything on it I want to see if it makes a pattern we're going to put everything it's like the more say there's not even there let's try that great thing what does it smell like I know it's a familiar smell it's a right it brought me something like reaching something not finishing bro it's doesn't it's not sweet I see some crystals in there problem some glasses no it's no good I try it go no bad but not good flavor no flavor really it's flavorless no it's no privilege but what about the texture oh it's bad it's wet dirt it's like dirt just red dirt oh no I don't want to try it yes you're a try i will suspect a more fable it tastes it tastes like it smells my mouth really but it's too cannot tell what is that the texture is just like sausage Oh at the end there's an aftertaste then it's like oh my god men fake sausage I said the crystals are talking about nature yeah he put some glass in there wait looks so okay what is this it almost reminds me of like McDonald's breakfast bad isn't it oh I know that's delicious no more this is no I know but like the bed version of that yeah all right you enjoy not really little slice the little one the real deal I can eat there by itself it doesn't need anything to mask it it is amazing there's a little bit of fat over there everytime your body is like squeaking up it goes squishing out remember we had the fake burger it does look pase pase pase everything is fake about of course it's the fake sauce exactly but remember we tried the fake burger and the big burger was really really good first I would say the fake birthday is a lot better than the fake sausage on order the fake burger is it's good yeah I would eat that thing no problem this one not so much I prepare more on that oh okay yeah that well that tells you a lot all the sauces and the condiments are great
