foreign [Music] hello welcome back to my channel I'm your girl sincerely kso if it is your first time to my channel welcome if you're a returning subscriber welcome back my darlings thank you so much for coming back to me I appreciate you before we get into the film reaction please subscribe to my channel click the notification Bell and remember that if you have any reaction requests consider becoming a patron to this channel depending on the tier that you choose the highest tickets to make one film reaction request all the other beautiful tiers get to participate in the polls that we have monthly so next in our list is Mockingjay from The Hunger Games um the third installment in The Hunger Games franchise I am looking forward to following up with Katniss and Peter um enjoying the storyline so much the last part was a little traumatic for me because at the end of it we saw that Peter had been taken and Katniss had been moved um to somewhere more secure I'm really worried I don't know what happened to him and that's why I decided to Pace myself as well um but all all good things come to an end and we have to throw ourselves back in it to finish the storyline um I'm excited like I said it's been it's been a very serious um storyline Made Simple for understanding the political atmosphere and just understanding the things that can happen if Humanity loses its sense you know what I mean um I know it seems like it's a far-fetched scenario but it to me it isn't it isn't considering how much of history that I know with you know slavery with uh communism so capitalism like there's a lot that in in a blink of an eye things can change and you're confronted with a society that is drastically different from what your sensibilities are used to let me just phrase it that way all right so um Mockingjay it's part one and part two um part one is two hours two minutes long um well let's start let's start there let's start there and please do not forget to subscribe to my channel thank you so much for your support all right I had a nightmare just five more minutes just timer don't touch me no no get off of me I wanted to go back for PETA and Joanna I wish they were all dead and we were too because they might be torturing them thinking that they were a part of the Escape team the Rebellion right and it might just happen that they were not that I don't know I think Joanna knew but Annie no who are you I'm 17. place in particular and then led the rest of the districts intact how how did that happen because the bones all seemed concentrated in one area moved all of them to a particular spot you know how they are when they want to have their meetings or tributes whether they're Gathering to give yourself so they took them there and then killed everyone in that area that's why the dog is still alive maybe it was still in the apartment it was still in the house you know what I mean I think that's what it because how else is this place still intact oops legitimized and a respect for Law and Order those who choose this destructive path and security to refuse work possessing them will be considered treason punishable by Death she's removing the hair she doesn't want to be like Katniss anymore I hope he doesn't have any disease on him dad not disease per se like Fleet no like something poisonous God knows what they spray that place with for anybody who will come back you know what I mean because he said were explosives right he said regular incendiary and explosives and Finnick got a trident I want to see it must be very beautiful because they didn't show it to us right you said the same killing animals have rights too I truly believe that if it's you if you're not hungry don't kill it let the chicken roll I'm one of those who don't believe that animals are just for eating don't I don't want you to dress them up give me fake leather I'm serious I I don't believe in skinning animals for fashion no no no no no no no you know our ancestors did it because they needed the thickness of the clothing but what I realized is that they use sheep you know and that one created enough thickness for them and sheep they grow back that they're fur right so not the skin someone just killed an alligator because he wanted to wear his shoes sorry Side Track Side Track conversation but it's true it's how I feel about things fake leather all the way I'm telling you wherever you get it from even find a way to use the bark of a tree and make shoes for us don't kill a whole alligator to dress up nice your purse our favorite trivia and I think and I think for you Peter it must be particularly painful unless of course Peter you think that perhaps she's being forced his lost weight too see his face he's looking gaunt his eyes yeah yeah that's exactly what I think even his voice is different you're using the rebels have made you into something that you're not something that could destroy all of us you don't have I don't care I would never say what he just said how can he sit there in the capital and defend the people who destroyed his home and murdered his family nobody's seen what the capital Did to 12. great they have to show them does she know you're all standing right can get your attention is that what that is very Telly that's a huge character flaw that who she responds affectionately which isn't bad as a person as a human being but as a lover it's a problem because see you want me to sing wow come into the tree late night in the Hanging Tree all right pause I want to say something about what um Gail said just give me a moment to sort of Analyze That because it's really it's it's so poignant to her character and to the storyline and I also feel it has answered a lot of questions with regards her inability to choose between Gail and Peter let's just you know throw it in there her age her experience the environment the culture in which she's been brought up the the issues and the turmoil and the trauma that she has gone through in life I think at every stage in a person in a societal people always as make this comment oh our parents days were better than your days or this is I the past days before our parents were better than those days I think every area every timeline every period comes with its own trauma it comes with its own issues you you speak to your parents and you're like oh you pass down your trauma your issues down to me I and then I'm receiving it when my kids are going to their own generation they're going to accuse us of the same thing and the children that we have our grandchildren will accuse them also of the same thing why because time is the is ever changing and society and the culture and the experiences and how we Define those experiences presents a certain level of trauma to the individual when Gail told her that that was the only way I could get your attention by being in pain it said so much about how Gail now sees her and why the cloud of fantasy and sort of romance has sort of lifted from his eyes because he couldn't before he couldn't understand why Katniss couldn't really choose him and choose him a hundred percent because at that period Peter needed her this her sister needed her her mother needed her so she was always not a split personality but she was drawn from every angle and it's not judgment I think he said it in an angry way in an upsetting way but he says he'll get over it but it is the truth of the life that she has been dealt the hand that life has dealt her and that is fine I think that I um in that moment Gail was a little bit hurt and he said that to her but it is true and he shouldn't try to diminish her own existence or falter for the person that she is because nobody has been in her shoes it's easy for Gail to now be ready to fight and be ready to do this and be ready to go to war he has not experienced The Hunger Games he hasn't been thrown in there thrust in there fighting for his life so he's not approaching it yes now he's an excited Warrior first time combat it's different for her it's different for her for having to throw herself yes he's a warrior of such yes he's a soldier of sorts but it's a different experience it's a different hand that he's been dealt different experience Katniss has her own experience and he has formulated the person that she is she shouldn't be ashamed of it she shouldn't be looked down or judged because of it when when when when it is true that comment Gail made that that was the way to get his get her attention because her heart is a hundred percent drawn when Katniss loves you she loves you with all her might and her mind her heart her mind and she will below your Katniss and stays loyal to those look at what she did for her sister ready to die lay her life on her look what she's willing to do for Peter look at the deal she was making with Peter ready to die ready to put his herself on the line I can guarantee if hey Mitch was in that same position Katniss will go after him to save his life she is fiercely loyal to those who love she loves and to those whose pain she feels she has been empowered to solve once she knows is within her might to help you out without any extra she will do it and it's unfortunate that she's sort of torn now between two people I don't get maybe girl is thinking oh she wants to save Peter she's wanting to do this I will not be no no no no no no you can't you see there's something we say um damage I saw her it says you can't be a judge in your own case and also you must learn to you you must learn to hear the other side we don't know what they've told Peter we don't like looking now they're coming to District 12 to finance and find out oh what is going on over here how are these people let's show them let's record what is happening and go back and display it for them to see because Peter might not know even looking at his physical appearance the first time when he was in the white suit he didn't have bags under his eyes he didn't look skinny he looked wealthy he looked like he'd been treated well it was until this last video and Katniss is looking at it like listen something is wrong here a girl is busy like no I would never nah you don't know we don't know what you will do everybody is always a priest until the fat lady shows her thigh like what I'm telling you everybody's always righteous oh you are you are a [ __ ] let them twerk for you a bit they will know if that your cross is really standing well if you are truly do you understand it is it's it's even it's the beauty of faith that the devil had the audacity said let me go and tempt him that put him 40 days and 40 in the desert let me go and see it's always easy to see that you are capable of doing this and that and this and that until you're thrust into the arena and then you're confronted with the thing that oh is this how it is when you do when they've taken your family member when they've taken this and that from you you don't know this whole Revolution started because Katniss was trying to save her sister it and you and girl knew that if look at how he planned it not that he planned it intentionally but imagine if they had rescued Katniss I did not save her mother and sister what do you think she would have done you think she would have come out to sensibilities to be ready to deal with all this thing she would students she she will be demoralized completely so if you can understand because the the past the the if if they can understand oh when they were rescuing people because obviously they rescued her mother and her sister now they didn't leave them to die in district 12 when they were going so if they could save them and I'm sure it was to help Katniss's to console her what do you think why didn't you do something to console how can you judge someone who doesn't know what they're doing with even if he doesn't love his parents because they knocked his head his stepmother I think that someone said in the comment section that that woman that hits his head with the bread before he gave it through the burnt bread to Katniss was his stepmom or something like that even if he loved her by half didn't he have brothers and sisters I don't really know I've not read the book or other family members a dad or something you did cousins that he could how do we know what they've told him how do we know what they've done he he looks like someone that is being tortured they was like let me see your whole body let's let him remove that suit and see maybe they they poked him several times you know electrocuted him he looks he was he was lying I don't know he was crying out of pain or crying they told him I don't know what they've done to him you know what I mean so let's not judge I don't I I Gail was speaking from a place of anger because now he's with the Army he also has his own trauma that he see that thing of the regrets you know it's from time he's always felt so bad that he was never picked that he couldn't explain it they never something they never he always wanted to be part of the Revolution part of the thing and younger people had died he said I could have carried children he has his own passion but that compassion for and I don't know if it's because he likes Katniss and he's not really wanting to see eye to eye with Peter so he's like eh if I was in his shoes I would never have done it in my Yoruba language you say irony indeed you would not do you will do worse worse in my Christian walk when I was younger I used to look down I used to because I didn't have this is a personal I was always a goody two shoes and I was proud of myself because I was a goody two shoes right I was like yes I do have to do this other than my mom and dad will provide everything for me sometimes it took listening to I don't know what happened we went to church and in church there are these things we have we people come up to give testimonies in church right just come to share oh I used to be bad now I'm good or I used to do this that whatever they felt feel like sharing and on this particular occasion I will never forget it this man came into church he said that he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth his parents gave him everything everything in this world he saw his dad help people he saw his mom help people and one day they both died when they died that that whatever they had whatever had been given to them they didn't have anything so they had to go they were separated the children were separate this one went to this Uncle this one went it so happened that he went to go stay with one of his father's younger brothers huh he said if he he said the way he was treated he was treated like a slave he had to serve his cousins on his knees he was treated so badly he kept waiting for the day he would leave that house he would be old enough because this happened as a teen so it's just so happened that one day they I think one of his cousins just said something rude you you don't have any parents that's why maybe God punished you because you were so arrogant or whatever he said and the boy you know the man giving the testimony took I you know punched him out or something something that fight the boy didn't die he did he's the cousin he punched or didn't die or nothing happened just a fight between two teenagers and get this to guess the charge his own father's brother brought against him attempted murder attempted murder for the punch that is how he found himself in jail from his teen years to they fabricated I don't know if they fabricated documents to show that he's been hospitalized the boy passed out that the several threats has been made in his life that as he's coming to church now that he just was released from prison he says that if he did not find God in jail he doesn't know what he in his heart he has he said that he's even out here to say he wished he killed this boy so it will make sense for he why he was in jail he that the things he experienced in jail and when you hear things like that you realize that your life even this goodness you think that you're capable of it's because experience has sort of molded you because if Hard Times come if painful and wicked times come upon you you really don't know what you're capable of you don't know the evil you're capable of so when you see people who have you know done certain things bad things keep them with a level of compassion just try don't I could never do that you can only I don't I don't know if this is making sense I'm not saying if you see a rapist think I never you know what I'm of course there are things you know you could never do but when when it comes to things like theft or someone trying to feed their children and they you know Rob another person not with not that I'm approving these things I hope my storyline is trying because some of you can take the story and twist it I'm like there's no reason for any reason no reason good for you Angel Moses good for you I'm happy I'm happy that you're in your righteous walk you're straight yes good for you and talking to those who have accessibility to understand that everybody in this panel everybody in the districts they all have their experiences and their reasons for doing what they're doing nobody is perfect nobody is perfect and once you approach life and people knowing that with a heightened level of compassion and understanding it's it's the rest is easy the rest is easy having this channel has even made me more and more understanding of people who don't see eye to eye with me is just expression it's expression to just share it the way you understand and then move on that is all right I just I love that I love that I deviated a bit to this discuss this with you and I hope that we all learn from the scenario that is presented to us in this in this comment you know in this situation it's it's an extreme end but it's it's something we can apply to our lives and how we assist other people who are in need you know how we assist other people how we help other people how we help the cause it's very difficult it's very difficult when that beautiful thing it's so poignant and so powerful it says you have to walk a mile in someone's shoes to really understand you you've never if you've never if you've never had children be hungry and you had no way to provide for them you wouldn't really judge a prostitute harshly who has kids who's like okay I might as well save my money so I can buy milk you want to judge someone who walks into the store I remember doing this um this reaction to the brothers the ones who were in boxing the ones who kept dying the Von von Eric and I hope I'm pronouncing their name right when all of them had been dying back to back and one of the brothers went into the store to steal a gun and the owner of the gun just the the this gun store just looked at him and didn't say anything I think he said I love you and the boy brought the gun back because he was at they probably knew his story they probably knew what he had been through the suffering he had been through and they just couldn't call the police on him or you know that kind of thing I'm not saying people should go into and Rob anybody you are not saying robbers are good please listen to the moral of my story because this thing can be twisted in a way like I'm trying to justify criminality no no that is not what I'm doing you know I'm just just trying to let us see that there's always something there's always a story behind it and while the rules remain let us approach it too with equity for the simpler matters not with you know for all matters for all matters like because I don't know where to differentiate I hope it's clear you guys I hope I declare all identity and then all of that suffering and fear is redirected associated with but you can reverse it the fear is the most difficult thing to overcome we're hardwired to remember that's why they let him go that's why they let you guys go so that he can come and finish her like Mortal Kombat and you know Peter was always strong that thing he throws he threw against him remember in his training in his presentation look at the way he lifted her someone who has not meet who has no meat in his flesh I am pleased to announce that the victors have been liberated for the amusement of the capital but to join oh kick in your eyes so the only way they found to punish this girl was to meet Peter mad hmm huh snow is something else snow is something I think this was the the most intense or the best of all they say the best part of the story for this Mockingjay was just so they meet Peter mad with the thing tracker Jacka that thing that stung her that time that she was trying to get out remember after she then she ugh suspicious I feel so bad for her if Peter had almost killed her Peter had in fact he had so with that he's no meat on his flesh bony bony self he was still able to lift Katniss and slam her that I didn't I didn't see this coming at all I was expecting him to start crying when he saw her like go to candles and then they do whatever they want to do hmm this was fantastic I I
