The Ghosts in Modern Warfare 3… (MW3 Story)

ladies and gentlemen as you guys know on the channel we like to dive into the story of Call of Duty it's one of the things I think we do best around here and you guys seem to really enjoy it and today is no different well it's actually kind of different because you see since the beginning of Modern Warfare 3 since the launch we have had a look at the ending of The Campaign kind of explain that we've had a look at individual character stories don't worry those videos will continue and then on top of that I also completely rewrote the story to try to make it better for you guys in other words we've looked at a lot of story things but one thing that we have not looked at was what happens after the end of Modern Warfare 3 and I think there's a really important reason to look into this the main one being the game ends on a giant giant Cliffhanger and we're kind of left thinking what the heck is going to happen but also on top of that I truly believe that they gave us enough evidence to show us what is going to happen moving forward and this Cliffhanger is the biggest one since Call of Duty ghost and I think that the there's also a tie-in between the ending of this campaign and Call of Duty ghost and as we go through this video you are going to see exactly what I mean and I want to be clear that a big portion of this video is just me theorizing what is going to happen next but based off of a whole bunch of evidence given in the game and before the game I think you guys will see where I'm going with this and why I am saying what I am actually saying so without further Ado let's get into it so this all began before the launch of Modern Warfare 3 the Call of Duty Activision Twitter account put out a bunch of really strange images showing off various different characters and asking what you think the first Task Force 1 141 member that we will see in the campaign is going to be however in every single one of these missions that they put out they also had a ghost logo hidden inside of them and not just the ghost mask ghost like Call of Duty ghosts logos then on top of this once the campaign was actually out we found found a little Easter egg within the game that was Riley the dog hidden in the very last mission of the game this mission was called Trojan horsh it took place in London and it was a very very Monumental Mission so those two things combined led us to believe that there is something going on with the ghosts here but it doesn't end there so to understand the rest of what I'm going to say we have to look at two major pieces from the ending of The Campaign so the first of which is the Cliffhanger in it of itself in the mission that we just talked about called Trojan by the very end Task Force 141 goes into the Chunnel where the trains are running and ends up finding a dirty bomb placed by marov and the con alter nationalist as they are trying to diffuse it well this is what happen red wire got it take us to hell with you Captain never better your enemies alive no [Music] blood L Johny Captain the bomb how do we stop it so as Captain Price and so McTavish by the way this does make sense because the demolitions expert of the team is so McTavish so when he dies they're like how do we diffuse this thing I like that little tidbit of information that they added in and then Captain Price takes over however after this happens macarov comes in and kills Soap McTavish he kind of runs away and disappears into the sunset never to be seen again at the end of the Modern Warfare 3 campaign so now we know that marov is in the wind and we have to go get him but the only other scene that we see after this is the scene where the Task Force 141 members are saying goodbye to soap McTavish but then in the mid credit scene we see a scene where captain price breaks into General Shephard's office and this is what happens John General how did you get in here mut your friend lazell you're better than escap we both will this job is about making sacrifices for the greater good agreed you got a body count of your own John it'll come back to haunt you oh I am not going to beg for my life not from you or anybody else Captain wouldn't do you any good so Captain Price takes out General Shephard In Cold Blood now to understand the next part we have to go back to the original Modern Warfare Trilogy in the mission called Loose Ends there is a scene where General Shephard gets off the helicopter and ends up eliminating ghost and roach after which he does so the task force one for one members end up going and hunting down General Shephard and when they do soap McTavish and Captain Price become Most Wanted they are some of the biggest fugitives within the world because now as they're going against the government and against General Shephard but it doesn't matter soap and Captain Price end up going after General Shepard and by the very end of the original Modern Warfare 2 campaign they end up taking them out so after these actions going into the original Modern Warfare 3 the events of that game take place right after and when they do the entirety of Task Force 141 has now been disavowed been classified as Most Wanted and they are working under the radar completely again this took place right after General Shepard was taken out by Task Force 141 so why do I bring this up if we look at a comparison between the original Modern Warfare Trilogy and the current one there was a lot of parody between the two we see the priet mission or all Gil up in both Universe we see soap McTavish die in both universes we see the no Russian mission in both the original and then brought back within Modern Warfare 3 as the mission passenger there is many things that are directly comparable if not exactly the same between the two so if we once again go and have a look at that scene where Captain Price breaks into General Shepard's office Shephard asks him how he got in and he explains that it was from a mutual friend AKA Kate lwell in other words she authorized Captain Price doing this and with them directly going against the American government and general Shephard Task Force 141 including Kate lwell are going to be completely disavowed and disowned by the government going into the next game meaning they are going to have to go underground now in the present day Modern Warfare Trilogy or the Roman numeral Trilogy as I think we're going to start calling it we've actually seen this before we have seen Task Force 1 141 have to go underground and that would have been in Modern Warfare 2 when Task Force 1 141 and Los of aquero were going after Commander Philip Graves and Shadow company and when they did so they did so by hiding their face by everyone wearing ghost masks and creating ghost team so in other words Captain Price ends up going in taking out General Shephard this causes Task Force 141 to be completely disavowed they have to go underground in which they hide themselves as the ghosts but they are still furious at Vladimir marov and want to get Vengeance and the only way to do so is as ghost team but there's more to this cuz as it turns out based off of what we are hearing the next two Call of Duty games so Call of Duty 2024 and 2025 will both be Black Ops games taking place in that Universe which means the next Modern Warfare game or Modern Warfare 4 whatever it's going to be is going to take place in the year 2026 which is one year before the events of the Call of Duty ghost game making it a perfect tie-in to the original Call of Duty ghost so I definitely cannot guarantee that the next Modern Warfare game is going to be a direct tie into Call of Duty ghost however what I can say is after the events of Modern Warfare 3 and after Captain Price takes out General Shepard Task Force 141 is absolutely going to be disavowed and in the event of Modern Warfare 4 or whatever they're planning on calling it the team is definitely going to start out underground and having to conf seal their faces and I definitely think ghost team will once again be making a return and that that is what I wanted to make this video about that is where I think things are going to go moving forward and keep in mind Vladimir macarov is still on the loose so the 141 are absolutely going to have to deal with that but that is how I think the ghost team is going to be involved with the Modern
