Seal the dough so the butter doesn't leak. 27x40 cm. Single fold. This dough is very easy to roll out. The length of the dough is 55 cm. Cut both ends. Double fold. (Last) Finished. Rest 15 minutes at room temperature or refrigerator. 15 minutes later. Place it in the freezer for a while, so that the dough is firmer and neater when cut. Use a sharp knife. Until double insize. Brush with egg or its substitute. Preheat the oven at 220°C for 15 minutes. Then bake at 200-220°C for 18-20 minutes. It feels quite light. Crispy on the outside soft on the inside.
