[Music] hallelujah how sweet the presence of the lord that's here in this place this morning amen it's amazing that when you begin to speak those words that he's here in this place that he begins to show up you begin to speak words of faith even before you feel it we begin to say he's here in this place and all of a sudden something starts moving when you open your mouth and you begin to declare even before you feel something you begin to declare he's in this place why don't you go ahead and say it again he's in this place he's in this place it's more than just words it's a declaration of what is going on he's here he's he's in this place that's what i feel that's what that's why i'm stirred he's in this place man i'm so thankful that he's in this place this morning amen so thankful to be here this morning if you have your bibles we're going to go to matthew chapter 16 verse 18 and 19 i give honor to pastor mangan sister mickey i'm so thankful for them their ministry sister vesta it's an honor to be with you here this morning and i give honor to your family pastor gentry i'm in the pastoral staff of this church thank you for all that you do thank you to this church the poa for all that you do for missionaries around the world you are impacting lives and saving souls and i thank you from the bottom of my heart god has given me the privilege of being able to see many of our works around the world and you are impacting missionaries our missionary families thank you and thank you for all that you do i'm thankful for this church for what you do with the bott conference and all that you have done you have changed my life over the years and i know that every one of you are a part of that year serving and sacrificing during those times give honor to my wife who's here with me i'm so glad my parents are with me my mother-in-law my beautiful mother that is here drove down from illinois my father so glad that they are here uh with me man i mean here lately they've only come to see me if i've had my children so this is a new experience that they've come and i haven't had my kids but i'm glad that they are here they they begin bringing me here to because of the times when i was about eight or nine years old that changed my life i honor them i thank them for for their ministry pastoring in the state of illinois matthew chapter 16 verse 18 and i say unto thee that thou art peter and upon this rock i will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it and i will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven jesus says there in verse 18 he says i will build my church i will build my church i want us to put our bibles down and lift our hands toward heaven one more time and let's open our hearts up to receive what he would speak to us lord jesus we thank you lord for what you are doing in this place thank you for your presence lord for the angels that we feel in this place i thank you lord for your presence i take dominion and authority of every spirit of fear every spirit that be contrary to your word i bind it in the name of jesus i lose faith right now in jesus name i lose miracles signs and wonders let your word be confirmed this morning with signs following we thank you lord in advance for what you are going to do for what you are doing in the name of jesus in jesus name let's clap our hands of the lord one more time hallelujah jesus you may be seated let me say let me mention i know i've mentioned this at because of the times but i'll mention it here tonight that i appreciate pastor and sister mangan sister mickey mangan who came to the nation of spain a couple of years ago when the the work in spain was in dire desperate situation and the lord used pastor anthony mangan to to heal the work and the work in spain is amazing what god has done in the last few years uh and in the last five years the lord gave it five years ago the lord gave us a vision to double the number of churches and we had 47 churches at the time the lord gave us a vision of doubling in the midst of that we hit the hardest uh trial as a work goes and the lord used mightily pastor mangan to come in and to help us help our national board help our the nation and i give honor and glory to god that uh the lord the lord helped us to double in five years now 94 churches i've been preaching the word of god throughout the nation of spain and i am forever indebted to this church and pastor mangan for be coming and being used of the lord matthew chapter 16 the lord says i will build my church in the book of matthew here in it's the first mention the law of the first mention it's the church is mentioned for the first time it is jesus who looks at peter and he uses this word to begin to describe the called out ones those who have been called out by god and we understand that it is the church that is the most precious sight the most precious thing in the eyes of god it was the church that jesus bled for it was the only thing he ever had to buy it was the church that he gave power to and in the end it is the church that is the bride of christ i'm thankful that i'm a part of the church that is here this morning we are the called out ones that god has filled with his spirit we are the called out ones that god has changed and and we have found out and we understand that through it is only in the traditions of man can a person go to church i know that we use that language that we're going to church but in reality we can't go to church we can't even miss church now we can disobey the scripture and forsake the assembling of ourselves together but we understand that we are the church and and we have learned in this past year that that even through covet that that that we the covet can't close the church but but because we are the church the church is not a building for when we speak of the church we are speaking of that new testament body of believers who have been called out from the world by god we are the church because we are the called out ones you are here this morning because you have heard the call of god you have answered the call of god and now you are a part of his church and with man amen with men a man's last words of are are considered to be of great importance but with god his first words on any subject or or situation are more important he calls those things which are not as though they were he tells the end of things from the beginning in our text that we read it it is his contains his first words about the church he he sets in stone the direction of the church the church is not found in the old testament the word church is only used twice in the gospels and each time it is used using the future tense verb and when you study about the church theologians call the church in heaven the church triumphant but they refer to the church on earth it is called the church militant and so we must have an understanding and a revelation of who we are as the church this morning because the church is described scripturally as being on the offensive the word of god does not say that hell shall not prevail against the church it says that the gates of hell shall not prevail against the attack of the church when we look at the church and we look at scripture we see that hell is on the defensive gates are used for defense you don't see gates attacking anybody and i know we've preached it before and we've preached about it like gates are attacking us but gates are for defense the church this morning is on the offensive we are attacking the gates of hell the church was given keys what are keys used for keys are used to open that which is closed and that which is locked so when we look at the word of god we see that the lost are specifically described as being blinded by satan and being his captives and so for the lordship or the kingdom of god to grow that influence of the adversary upon the soul of men must be defeated supernaturally by spiritual warriors the bible tells us in second corinthians chapter four and verse three but if our gospel be hid it's hid to them that are lost in whom the god of this world has blinded their minds of them which believe not lest the light of the glorious gospel of christ who is the image of god should shine unto them so we see according to scripture that those that are lost the god of this world has blinded them that's why you can talk quote scripture you can talk to those who need to be saved you can open up the scripture and you can show people in black and white what they need to do but they cannot see it because spiritually they are blinded they are called captive they cannot see it the god of this world has blinded them and so it in order for them to see a supernatural work must take place just in the same sense that you cannot turn a flashlight in front of a blind man and him see it until a supernatural work takes place within the light of this gospel in order for the blind to see it a supernatural work must take place in order for their eyes to be open for them to see that they need the light of this glorious gospel because we see that on the other side of those gates on the other side of the gates of the lost of those who are spiritually blinded on the other side of those caves or are those family members who are bound that need to be released on the other side of those gates are the people that that need to be set free some of them who do not even realize that they are bound who do not even realize that they need to be set free so we understand that this is a supernatural war this is this what we are doing here this morning we are not here just to play church we are not here just to pass time we we are not here just to put in our our spiritual time of the week but this is a supernatural war that we are in god is a spirit and therefore supernatural and believers are are filled with his spirit which makes the church a supernatural organism and our adversary satan was once an angel of god and his substance is spirit so any conflict between the church and him must be fought in the supernatural realm or we are defeated before we even begin so as the church we must make sure that we do not have a defense oriented attitude that which is satisfied with simple spiritual survival where we're just trying to make it from sunday to sunday when we're trying to make it just from service to service or even during this past few months of covert where where people have just tried to hunker down and say well when this pandemic is over then then we'll come out and begin to do what god wants us to do and a defense-oriented attitude which is just trying to survive spiritually but as the church we are a part of the kingdom of god the church is not the kingdom but rather the agency through which the kingdom is extended and jesus taught us to pray for the kingdom he he says thy pray thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven what what is his kingdom we understand that it's a supernatural kingdom the word says jesus answered my kingdom is not of this world he says in matthew 12 28 but if i cast out devils by the spirit of god then the kingdom of god is coming to you so he says when i cast out spirits what you are seeing is a manifestation of my kingdom what you are seeing is a manifestation of my power it's a kingdom of power the bible says for the kingdom of god is not in word but in power the bible says for our gospel came not unto you in word only but also in power so each time that the kingdom is preached each time that we preach the kingdom each time we preach whether it be behind this pulpit whether it be in our homes whether it be on the streets whether it be at the grocery store wherever we go we are called to preach the kingdom and whether wherever we go and wherever we preach the kingdom we there must be a visible demonstration of god's power to be there to heal the sick to deliver captives to deliver those that are oppressed and to save the lost when jesus preached we see that he demonstrated the power of the kingdom with signs wonders and casting out demons and each time he announced the kingdom sickness had to go each time he announced the kingdom sin had to go each time that he stepped on the scene and he announced the kingdom demons had to go death had to go sickness sin demonic activity and death come from satan's kingdom and jesus he comes on the earth he steps on the scene and he begins to demonstrate the kingdom he walks in and he he lifts up the one that is sick and he says you are now seeing my kingdom he goes and he casts out the devil he says what you are seeing is my kingdom and my kingdom there's no sickness in my kingdom there's no death in my kingdom there's freedom he says wherever you go you're to preach the kingdom you're to demonstrate the kingdom and so here today wherever we go we're not here just just to receive a message and go home but we come here to be equipped to go outside of the four walls and preach the kingdom and so everywhere that i go i go to preach the kingdom wherever i go i go to cast out devils wherever i go i go to heal the sick i go to raise the dead i'm here to preach the kingdom of god jesus he he begins to demonstrate the kingdom he casts out devil sin this is the kingdom he begins to establish his kingdom but before he ascends into heaven he delegates authority all authority comes from him the bible says he has all power he has all authority so any authority that we have is authority that has been delegated to us and and right before he ascends he delegates authority to the church or through the baptism of the holy ghost he he delegates the authority to the church to continue to spread the kingdom it says in acts chapter 1 verse 8 but ye shall receive power after the holy ghost has come upon you and you shall be witnesses unto me both in jerusalem and judea and in samaria and unto the other most parts of the earth he gave us power for what to make it to church on sunday at 11 o'clock it wasn't for that power i wouldn't have made it this morning it was a long line at starbucks and i couldn't get through and i wouldn't have had if it would have been for the holy ghost would have made it to church no no no no he gave us power to expand the kingdom he gave us power to demonstrate the kingdom you we must understand what happens when we receive the baptism of the holy ghost it was more than you just coming down and speaking in an unknown tongue for a few moments but the power of the almighty was coming into you the authority from on high was coming into you so that when you left the four walls of this building you stepped out in authority and stepped out in power so that you could begin to demonstrate begin to preach the kingdom of god there's family members that need to be set free there's individuals that need them to be set free that will never walk into these this building but when the kingdom begins to spread and those of us who have been filled with the baptism of the holy ghost understand who we are and the power that is working within us [Applause] then things begin to change and that's yet here in these last few years if we have drawn closer to the coming of the lord and we've preached about it we've taught about it we've heard it about it and it seems as in these last few years things have quickly transpired to show us that we are closer and closer to the coming of the lord than ever before and as we have celebrated the spread of the kingdom of god we've celebrated that the kingdom of god is being preached around the world we we're now we we just as just as our organization is the united pentecostal church not including other organizations but we are now preaching over 200 countries and territories around the world and we have celebrated what god is doing we're thankful for what god is doing in north america and south america and europe and asia and africa around the world and and in many places around the world during this time we have come to a place of comfort and some have even had revival on autopilot we have learned to do church we have learned to go through the motions we have learned to come in and put our hour hour and a half a week in and go back home without changing and go back home without trying to reach the lost we have put revival on autopilot at times but but then 2020 came and it seems as if a shifting began to take place it seems as if there has been a shaking around the world and the churches around the world and that and it seems as the lord has taken us in it and some people that have always been faithful have all suddenly disappeared those who who we could count on before suddenly have disappeared in this place and in our traditional methods of of church services were were suddenly interrupted we couldn't come to the building what do we do we couldn't come we're i'm a christian i'm supposed to go to church on sunday now that i can't go to the church building what what is it that i do and we we faced the same thing in spain for 50 over 50 days or we were locked down unable to even leave our homes just that we were only able to leave to get groceries in and and to go to the pharmacies our church buildings were closed for over 70 days and we began to look around and we had to decide what we were going to do to continue the mission of jesus christ because either we are the church or we are not we are the church during a pandemic and we are the church when there is no pandemic we our goal is to reach the loss when there is a crisis our church is our goal is to reach the loss when there is not a crisis so we had to decide we what it was that we were going to do and and and the we the mission of seeking and saving the lost does not stop with crisis the mission of seeking and saving the lost continues as the focal point of our church and and it's something that we i gathered our leaders together through zoom calls we were unable to get out of our houses and i said it doesn't matter what's going on it doesn't matter how long we're locked down we're going we're not going to look at what we cannot do let's look at what we can do because this church is going forward i'm not that we may not be able to get into the building but as a body of believers we're still looking for ways to win the lost and it came around pentecost sunday time and we were still locked out of our churches and we were wondering what are we going to do and i told our leadership i said we're not we're not going to have a pentecost sunday without people receiving the baptism of the holy ghost on pentecost sunday and so i called brother mark drost i i asked him to to do an online tutorial on how to pray people through to the holy ghost and i connected our membership across the nation of spain and our 94 churches throughout the nation of spain and connected and i said we're going to preach on pentecost sunday and you're going to go into homes and you're going to pray for people that need the baptism of the holy ghost and the power of god is going to fall at home so we had the we had the the online teaching how to pray people through the holy people brand new people that that had only received the holy ghost themselves for the first time but had a desire to to see lives changed and they went into homes they they called up people they said hey it's pentecost sunday we and at that time only six people could meet at one time and so they would get a maximum of six people in their homes and they'd go and they'd meet in the homes and they'd sit down say okay we're gonna watch this service and at the end of service we're gonna lay hands on you and god is going to fill you with the baptism of the holy ghost i got up and preached to a camera to an empty church building and i told the people that were there in those homes i said when i speak the word of faith i want you to lay hands on them and god will fill them with the baptism of the holy ghost as i preached the word of faith spoke the word of faith those members began to lay hands on people and 79 people were filled with the baptism of the holy ghost 50 people were baptized in the name of jesus as they begin to lay hands on people because it doesn't matter what's going on the church moves forward the church keeps looking for ways to see the law saved and in this past year there has was something more than a virus that was released on this earth we've begun to see the tactics of satan designed to distract the church in this last hour this end time church during this time i believe the spirits of the end time have begun to work like never before in the form of distractions what we see in the natural is a matter of what we see what we see in the natural is a manifestation of of what's going on in the spiritual realm and that's why people there's so much confusion in the earth or today and i'm not only in north america but in europe and in spain things are are beginning to get out of hand confusion spirits of fear that have entered in division that has entered into governments not just north america around the world in europe throughout europe spirits of division and weariness and fatigue and lack of passion and drive it's not just what you have been feeling it's a spiritual attack that fatigue that you have felt that lack of desire that weariness of just wanting to hide and go into isolation and wait until it's all over and then come out we must recognize what it is it's a spiritual attack that's coming against the church lack of passion and drive that isolation people even today we we though i thank god for the technology that has allowed us to continue to preach the word of god but even during this time people have begun to watch services online but have not been connecting spiritually with what is going on yeah pastor i'm connected i i was watching there but but they've got the phone sitting on the other table and they're washing dishes they're cooking they're not connected spiritually what's going on that's why it's so important that's why it's so special to be here in the house of god i'm thankful for everybody who's connected online this morning but there's nothing like being inside the building with the people of god there's no there's something special about the connection with the people of god [Applause] that i have watched as as those who have had a defense oriented attitude have fallen by the wayside but those who have kept their focus and understood the purpose of the church have begun to step into a new realm of authority and begin to step in to begin to see a harvest like never before all all of this all what we see going on in the world around us has been foretold this is nothing new you open your bible what we see what we are living in today's has been foretold but if you keep reading the same bible we see what also has been foretold is the greatest revival that man has ever seen and so yes we can begin to focus on the chaos and confusion that is going on or we can say wow that's just another sign that we're about to step into the greatest harvest that north america has ever seen that just means we're about to step into the greatest heart that alexandria has ever seen yeah there's chaos and confusion on every side that's just another side we're about to have an outpouring of the holy ghost like never before and if we are not careful we will miss what god is doing in this time and we can allow distractions of this world to get our focus off of what god is doing in the end time because god is doing things in a in a non-traditional way he's shaken everything up every pastor around the world every evangelist around the world is having to reevaluate how it is that we're going to reach the loss how it is that we're going to reach out to everyone and when when when covet hit our nation and we were the hot spot of europe it was it was a place that was that locked down before everyone and because of the restrictions we couldn't go to church we could everything was locked down and the lord spoke to me and told me what to do and that's something that i feel that in this end time we have got to be spirit led more than ever before we don't know what's coming tomorrow we don't know what's coming next week there's not a book that you can read to try to figure out how to navigate through the trials and tribulations that are coming we don't know but in this last day we as a church have to be a spirit-led church lord i don't know how it's all going to work out but i trust you that you're going to give me the wisdom and the direction to do what i need to do and the lord told us what we were to do the lord told me as we were i was driving in the car with my wife and the lord spoke to me and told us to divide our church into 10 and into 10 groups and to put 10 supervisors over each over each group and so as and and also on sundays when they begin to allow us to have services we could only have 30 percent in our building so so we begin to have 10 services on sunday i said we're going to make sure that everybody has the opportunity to get in the building so we were there from sun up to sundown 10 services in a row so if there's any leaders complaining about two services ten services but then the restrictions got harder they said well now you can't move on the weekends those who live in certain areas of town have to stay in that section of town and you can't travel to get to church on sunday so again the lord spoke to me and told me what to do so i called our assistant pastor i said don't worry we're going to have church every night we're divided into 10 sections and so each section will get a service so now we start to have four services on sunday and then service on monday night tuesday night wednesday night thursday night saturday night leadership just looking for a way because the church is going to continue people are being baptized almost every night people receiving the baptism of the holy ghost almost every night let's not miss what god is doing no it may not be comfortable no i mean it may mess my schedule up a little bit yeah i may not have my off day like i want to but let's not miss what god is doing in this last day we've seen the lord move in miraculous ways even in the midst in the midst of everything uh i i begin to as as covet and fear begin to to to go across europe and to to grow across our nation i uh fear struck our struck our churches struck our nation people walking down the streets and just fear and and on every hand but at the same time people searching searching for a way to be set free in the midst of this we have begun to we have we baptized more people deer in covet than we did the year previously because something has happened while people have been struggling with fear they've been looking to be released they've been looking for an answer i had just there and during cover that one of our pastors he he called me said pastor i feel i feel that we need to have a miracle service he said our our people our faith is is low but but i still believe that god's a healer and we need to pray for the sick and let people see that god is still a healer i told him i said well let's let's have a zoom meeting let's let's let's pray for the sick on zoom and so he got his church all connected he couldn't get into his building connected his church online and i preached to the camera and at the end i said all right we're going to pray for the sick there was a lady who was there who had throat cancer who her face and her neck was visibly swollen but as she lifted up her hands and began to worship god we watched and the other people that were connected other visitors as well that were connected on that zoom call watched as that swelling and that redness and disappeared right before their eyes she went the next week to the doctor the doctor said she was cancer-free yes in the middle of a pandemic god is still doing the miraculous yes in the middle of covet god is still doing signs wonders and miracles i had a man just just three weeks ago a man was in one of our daughter church as a man who had multiple surgeries who had multiple surgeries that lost his hearing multiple surgeries trying to restore it and nothing had gotten better he came to church just a couple just two or three weeks ago he came in into the service just a small church that's just starting that just started last december he came in with his wife his his daughter uh for uh the new new people as we begin to pray for the sick and god opened up his deaf ears i believe we have his picture up there we prayed for him and god opened up his deaf ears he was able to leave his hearing aids there on the altar at the end a young man and at the end of that service his wife received the baptism of the holy ghost his daughter received the baptism of the holy in the midst of everything god is still moving in the midst of everything the power of god is still filling the earth we had just about a month or two months ago two months ago a lady came in first time visitor stage four cancer but searching fearful everyone's fearful and they're they're just looking for hope never been in a pentecostal church evangelical church in her life but looking for hope was invited to come she came into church which is amazing to me i've i've got people that are still scared to come to church and and people that have never been to a church coming in just because they're searching for something hungry for something that looking for deliverance over fear she came in stage four cancer didn't really understand what was going on but she came around the front as we began to pray for the sick and and our leadership began to pray for the sick she said she felt fire began to move through her she had a doctor's appointment the next day the next day she went to the doctor's appointment the doctor said you are cancer-free we don't understand what has happened this makes no sense to us she came back the next weekend to testify was baptized in the name of jesus she said i don't really understand what talk is going on but i know all i know is i need to be baptized let's not miss what god is doing in the midst and what is going on all around us but while some are focused on the chaos going on in the world god is starting to do greater things than he has ever done before we are seeing people filled with the spirit of god in greater numbers than we have ever seen before we are beginning to see signs wonders and miracles in greater numbers than we have ever seen before yes there is chaos going along around yes there are things going around and satan is used in isolation and fear he's using tactics and and many of our altars have been bound for a while because of fear fear pastor gentry preached faith over fear faith over fear i went into several of our churches fear bound with fear i said no no we we can't have this the fear does not reign in the kingdom of god this is god's kingdom this is god's church and yes i'm not talking about being been crazy i'm i'm all about taking precautions take precautions but but let's not let fear come in and begin to control us and begin to dictate how we're going to see a move of god and let fear begin to dictate how how we're going to reach out to the lost and let fear dictate how we're going to have all and i went into the church and i had the first service the first server locked down everybody scared to death to even lift their hands scared to death to even worship and and i told we had a second service i said okay let's let's try it we're going to push again because this is the church of god i told the usher i said give me some yellow tape we're going to put yellow x's in the altar and they may be a little nervous to get around but everyone but we're going to call these holy ghost exes and if they'll stand on the x's they will be healed if they'll stand on the x's they will fill with the baptism of the holy ghost after i got done preaching i said i know we may be a little nervous and we haven't been in the altar they hadn't been in the altar for about three months i said but we're going to break through this tonight and those of you who need healing come stand on one of these hexes if you need the holy ghost come stand on one of these hexes and the altar begin to feel i said well we only have so many x's and after we pray for these we'll rotate them out and we'll we'll put other x's and we'll we'll fill them up again at the end of that date over 12 and receive the baptism of the holy ghost over 30 miracles had taken place deaf ears had hope open pain had left because god is doing a work in the midst of everything in the midst this last year it's been the hardest year but the greatest year it's been the hardest year but the church the kingdom of god has expanded it's it's messed with our tradition but it's caused us to rethink how we're doing things it's messed with how we have traditionally thought of how we need to have revival but in the midst of everything we saw 629 filled with the baptism of the holy ghost 954 people baptized in the name of jesus people that that were isolated would couldn't even come out of their homes they would they would get a a a grocery bag under their arms and act like they were going to the grocery store and give me a call and say pastor i'm i'm coming down to the church i've got to get baptized and we'd open up the door just a little crack so the people could sneak in under the door and they'd get in under the door and we'd baptize him in the name of jesus they'd put their grocery bag back under and sneak back under the door and go home because in this world where there's chaos there's people that are searching for a church that does not have fear they're searching for a church that still believes in signs wonders and miracles they're searching for a called out group that believe that god can do anything the bible says that these signs shall follow them that believe why why is it so important that these signs follow them that believe because as the church wherever we go we're pushing back the darkness we're spreading the kingdom of god so whatever whatever grocery store i go into i'm spreading the kingdom i'm praying for the sick casting out devils praying for people to receive the baptism of the holy ghost and it's been amazing that in the midst of this that the church in spain has has risen up and began to get that mentality and say okay they can shut us they can shut our buildings they can put restrictions on us they can put curfews on us but the church is going to grow because this church belongs to jesus because we're part of his church and we have seen mighty signs wonders and miracles not because i've prayed for them but because the people of god have begun to get a revelation of who they are and begin to get a revelation of the power that is working within them that they have been reached they have received the baptism of the holy ghost for a purpose and now they're going to people's homes laying people who've never been to our church building but they're praying them through to the baptism of the holy ghost calling me up saying pastor i got more to baptize go into people's homes who are sick and die in cancer and god is using people to lay hands on the sick not preachers not ministers just the saints of god who've got a revelation that they're part of the church that's going for and the church is beginning to grow the church is beginning to expand what could happen in alexandria if every one of us get a revelation that it doesn't matter what's going on around us it doesn't matter what pandemic is going we're not looking at what we can't do let's look at what we can do no we can't all be in church together right now but what can we do well we can have two services what else can we do well we can still pray for the sick we can still have prayer media let's look what we can do in the midst of this god is raising up an army of men and women the called out ones the called out one some of us it's something i've been teaching my church here lately we use this language about being called to preach we use this language within ministry so when when did you feel your call to preach when did you when did god call you to preach and we've used this language which has confused the rest of the people to think that in order to be used of god they have to be called to preach when when we look at the word of god the bible says we have all been called to preach we have all been called to teach you may not have been called to oversight ministry pastor's been called to oversight ministry but you have been called to preach and to teach you have been called to go out and to demonstrate the kingdom of god if you've been in church for five minutes or you've been in church for 50 years god has called you to preach he's called you to teach he's called you to lay hands on the sick and they shall recover these signs shall follow them that believe they shall lay hands on the sea and they shall recover i want us to stand together we have we have we have used that language as an excuse well i'm not called to preach yes you are you're you call everyone was called to preach go ye into all the world and preach that that wasn't just talking to pastors go into all the world and preach all of us now and so we have confused that terminology we called to preach with oversight ministry we have pastors and and bishops and apostles and people that oversight ministry that they're overseeing the church but we have all been called to preach we have all been called to demonstrate the kingdom of god and so if the people in alexandria right now are a little nervous about coming to a church what are we supposed to do we go to them we don't say well when things get better we'll get them to come to the church well when things change a little bit we'll go out and we'll evangelize what we'll preach no no no this church is moving forward with a pandemic without a pandemic because this is his church this building is not the church we are the church and his church doesn't stop other generations have seen worse situations and worse things lived through horrible things around the world people have lived through horrible things this has all been foretold but also the greatest revival end time revival has also been foretold and let's not miss what god is willing to do now what god is willing to do right now in the midst of everything the greatest growth and revival of the church will be in the midst of chaos it will be in the midst of uncertainty it will be uncomfortable revival is uncomfortable revival is very uncomfortable revival is kind of i told someone the other day revival is it's kind of like being on skis you're never quite in control the faster you go you just you just and what we try to and what do you try to do when things start trying to get out of control you try to start putting those brakes on because you start feeling the shake a little bit revival is like being on those skis it's just you're always on the verge of losing control and we as a church culture around the world we've been nervous about releasing the people of god and the ministry of the saints because we're scared of just kind of losing control what happens if the lord starts using brother so-and-so sister so-and-so there they don't have quite have it together but god is wanting to use everybody and in this last days as things go faster and faster it might seem like we're we're about to lose control at whatever moment but as we get closer to the coming of the lord i believe we're going to see greater signs wonders and miracles don't miss what god is doing right now don't miss god using you right now don't miss letting god use you to lay hands on the sick and to raise the dead i've seen people in these last few months people that have never stood behind a pulpit people that have never preached but that they've got online and begun to teach bible studies and had one man who called one young man who called me said pastor he said pray for me i'm about to teach a bible study online and i'm believing that when i get done teaching them a bible stuff they're going to begin to speak in other tongues i'm going to pray for them and so i said all right i'm praying for you when you get done preaching on online you speak the word of faith and they're going to get the holy ghost online and he called me about an hour later showed me with with his phone on video showing me his computer he said look pastor i just got done teaching a bible study and there they were they're speaking in other tongues as the spirit of god gave the other someone who wasn't a preacher but god is wanting to use everybody [Applause] look at your neighbor and say god's wanting to use you look to your other neighbor say god's going to use you too that's that's me that's you that's he's wanting to use you to lay hands on the sick and they shall recover we've had people that have come in our people that but while our church was closed down and we were online people that miracles begin to happen people praying for others other saints praying for other people in their homes i don't even know half the church right now god has given us growth during this time that's blown my mind i go in i don't know i don't know half of them just brand new people all over the place and what's beautiful as you tell brand new people that they can let go and lay hands on the sick and they shall recover and they believe you they're not they don't have that pentecostal mindset well i don't know about me i wasn't called to preach they come in brand new and we just tell them you know what we can't all get together and so you've been called to preach and to teach as well i know you've just been in the church for a week but you can lay hands on the sick and they shall recover and you know the crazy thing is those people believe it they believe it they just believe it they go all right pastor i guess uh i guess i'll go pray for the sick they go out sending text messages of of miracles happening all over town sending pictures pastor i just prayed for this person here my job and and god did a miracle lord i just prayed for this person at a home group and god filled them with the baptism a holy pastor i've got three more people that i need you to baptize this weekend god is raising up an army and in the midst of chaos god is doing a mighty word so let's not miss what he's doing and wanting to do among us and even here this morning what is god wanting to do here what's god wanting to do here well there's there's a pandemic going on i don't know if god is doing miracles during this cycle and and our faith has been battered our faith has it has been under attack it's hit everybody everybody says well man we've prayed for this one and they died we prayed for that one and they passed away and it has been an assault on our faith and satan has tried to use this to to to to isolate us and to to come against our faith but something has has risen up in me and i said uh it doesn't matter what satan is trying to do i'm not going to allow it to affect my faith i'm going to continue to pray for the sick i'm going to continue to see miracles i'm going to continue to see that their fears open i'm going to continue to see the blind eyes open i'm going to continue to see god do mighty miracles so what could god do this morning is there any sick among you let him call for the elders of the church is there anyone that needs a touch from jesus this morning you need a miracle in your body this morning if you lift your hand if you need a miracle from god this morning you need healing in your body what could god do today because this is his church he's still doing miracles yes our faith may have been under assault but if we'll push through if we'll push through we're going to see the greatest revival that we have ever seen before if you are here this morning and you have never received the baptism of the holy ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues you have never had that experience of god filling you with his spirit but you would like to experience that this morning i would like you to lift your hand if if you have never had that experience but you'd like to receive this holy ghost this morning with the evidence of speaking in tongues if you just lift your hands they pastor i i'd like to receive that that experience this morning because even in the midst of this thank you thank you even in the midst of all this god is still filling people with the baptism of the holy ghost in the midst of everything why because he's drawing an army together and he says i need to fill them with my spirit so that they can go out and preach i need to fill them with my spirit so they can go out and teach i need to fill them with my spirit so that they can go out and preach my gospel in this last days if you're here this morning and you need a miracle in your body or you would like to receive the baptism of the holy ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues i want to open this altar here this morning i know if you're comfortable with coming around i'd like us to gather around this altar and here in a moment we're going to pray together and we're going to believe that god will do miracles even this morning because if god can do it in spain in europe in the hot spot of europe uh in the midst of a pandemic god can do it in alexandria in the middle of a hot spot if god can fill people with the baptism of the holy ghost in the midst of a pandemic in europe and a place that has been resistant to god then then god can do it here this morning so i want us if you have a need in your body and you feel comfortable to come around the altar i want you to come around here and in just a moment we're going to pray together before we pray i want us to i want us to do one thing together i want you to continue to come in just a moment we're going to pray a prayer of repentance and we're going to prepare our hearts to receive uh to receive the holy ghost and to receive healing this morning thank you for coming thank you for coming we're just going to push it here just just a moment now here in just a moment we're going to pray a prayer of repentance everybody in this building from the from the from the platform to the balcony i want to invite you here to pray a prayer of repentance with me and at the end of that prayer of repentance we're going to lift our hands and we're going to begin to worship god how will you react how will you act when god heals your body that's how we're going to begin to worship him even before it happened because that is faith how will you worship him when he fills you with the baptism of the holy ghost because that's how we're going to do it even before he fills us with the holy ghost i want you to close your eyes right where you're at i want you to lift your hands toward heaven i want you to lift your head and we're going to pray a prayer of repentance together lord jesus i ask you lord that you would forgive me of all my sins lord i've done things that i shouldn't have done i've said things that i should not have said lord i've had attitudes that i should not have had i ask you god that you would forgive me lord that you had washed me that you would purify me that you would cleanse me jesus lord i pray that you and let me start over this morning lord i want you lord jesus lord to help me god lord i want to start over this morning in the name of jesus lord i pray that you
