overblown enlarged or overblown as in out with the terminology [Music] here okay that's oh my god yeah thanks so I'm Christina and I'm Miriam and we are the Chelsea pearls we was actually funny that was a good one Berg you think they don't know how to make coffee there I'm about to take my spot maybe the orders are a little bit complicated maybe the double espresso maybe that's an I'll have a double maybe that's an East Coast New Jersey and I don't know New Jersey New York metro area thing could be today's Sunday the last Sunday before Rhinebeck yes can you believe it no and I thought about it this morning because I'm such a weirdo and I said no weird no brushing my teeth I said oh this time next week everything will be almost over all that yeah yeah that's weird right that's sad is like I got a bit nostalgic for things that hadn't happened oh yeah I'm so excited so next week we have a huge pile of stuff okay we got stuff so Rhinebeck kicks off Thursday we're driving up yes taking a half day from work are you excited um yes I'm taking personal Oh a personal business it's personal yeah personal business personalized desk with my sheeples so it's a purse so we're going up Thursday I'm going to go to bread alone and have my breakfast I just have to get my avocado toast and then we're good and then it's all over it's good as long as I could have my avocado toast that's it we're done and then Friday I'm so excited Friday it's all the things yeah that's so much going on on Friday so I'm really excited because I was talking to Sandy by the lake side and she's going to be at needles up so that's going to be so fun to to see her so I feel that I'm really excited about that I think that starts at noon it starts at noon the VIP hour you miss um we missed it we think yeah but you know what it's okay because the VIP hour is from 12:00 to 1:00 okay and then at 1:00 they start letting in the general public right so we'll just go and get online yeah so we'll be friend with that I'm really excited this year because last year Miriam got legacy fiber arts Minnie's glitter ones burqa Marvel and I didn't get them and she got them for her blanket and I had complete FOMO so now you have the chance so now I have the chance to get them so I'm really excited and I'm really excited about that ok so I just want this is like a sickness oh my god guys speaking of needles up I got your last video one day back at needles up it heads girl bad squirrel bag and I love it it's ginormous and it is full that's really full it's heavy yes it's full eyes minis and I was thinking about it and these minis are all purchased minis there's not any of my leftovers for no letters and hats this is all stuff that I bought and yeah I still haven't started that blanket which after Pat Donna and after hi Donna and his sweater is by next Sunday well not next Sunday because next Sunday's Rhinebeck you know Sunday after that would be really fun gonna kick it off and rhyme back that would be even if you put make a little mini bag and take with me and take it with you out of that ID how do you have that pattern you were talking about last weekend with the yesterday that wasn't last weekend but it felt like I don't like yes we can I know it should be in here somewhere maybe you could chuck well I brewed should I people are not watching me with my Dania oh okay good I got the but it wasn't it was use of minis it was me meaning or a Kahuna or a Kahuna it was like somebody's scrap blanket maybe Lilly's it was a free Ravelry pattern I'll definitely track it down because it's just an alternative to doing the fish a granny stripe the north easterly we'll see I'm thinking with the north easterly because I have so many purchased minis and some of my leftover minis are sizable too I don't know that I want necessarily big giant chunks in my blanket right so I thought I could use some in the blanket and then use some in this blanket as well and sort of double my mileage what are you doing I guess I'm doing like okay 22 fingering weight blankets because yeah I think I'm going to continue with my crochet granny stripe I've been working on it little bits here and there on Sundays although I have been super busy and have not had time but after I'm Beca sober then that's my goal so maybe I'll bring it with me and we could do it together we didn't do that in Rhinebeck at one of the picnic tables with the bees that would be awesome I hope the bees are there you know bees are so important to work I know see two hours just for the bees bee balm we had this year all that so anyway not to get off sidetrack what we do but we do and I know you guys don't like that but we're gonna get back on track we're trying though Miriam is knitting right now the Hat Dona feverishly so that she can go to the meetup with well I'm going to but my henna is coming today the mellow elves and let the magical elves and it might have Diana for me so that I because I would have enough time to finish it because it's just been crazy well I've got this much done I mean what do you have a lot you'll be fine I have full faith it's going fast it's not I had trouble getting it started started yesterday there's trouble wrapping my head around you we had a few little there was few it's alright it was a little bit noisy in here so she couldn't get started it's a little bit of it not complicated but you have to pay attention you have to pay attention until it sort of becomes intuitive but then you get yeah but I was having trouble getting started it was a very active table yesterday there was a lot of conversation going on and I messed up and had to bring back and it was like ah she's using and Zula for better or worse did in mall yes see I know the color area how's the band that's gonna be sold this yarn since we first opened this is like the most awesome worsted base there's no worse at base out there like that it's an 80/10/10 base it's unbelievable it's springy squishy wonderful if you guys have not tried it she's out in Fresno out in California we started with her yarn I think she was one of the first hand dyes we ever had we started with like six or eight colors and we've been ordering ever since so he always thought as I hit myself with the ball fall ill rental so I'm excited I think it's gonna be a lot of fun and I'm looking forward to the hot Dan and meet up yes at one o'clock is seeing Denise I think everything is happening at one o'clock if you just like stand on the hill at one o'clock and everything will happen around you well go to health as well there's the hill and then there's the hill by the cider donuts right I thought that was one hell I think no oh no they're sort of like that's like the right Hill and then they left the left hill like in the ditch wakes commercial by the big tree you know that hell yeah we're good we're not but everyone is small enough where everyone Kristi was saying this on her video by the way she has a Rhinebeck our video but we'll get to that and she talks about the hill and there's a few hills and things like that but Miriam will be I'll be there as well with the Hat down at one o'clock with the Hat Jenna at one o'clock and Miriam has her beautiful loopy mango Marino's so soft it sound like I'm doing that Marshall over here mohair mohair some owners and welcome oh please yes I know I have it all over my pants I got out of the car yesterday on Friday and it was all over my pants so I did this but let's see only I am what was I supposed to do I couldn't go into TJ school with brown fur hair all over my lucky it's gross it was oh what's up with your mom she's weird hair all over her leg oh what's wrong with your mom she's hitting the car doing this well I don't know what's worse me licking my hand and rubbing it off I don't know that's really gross but show you sweaters oh there's my sweater I'm going to use their enchanting high Manor Christie glass on this one totally you have to take a picture with that very pink very pink I am excited for it but it's show honey because it's done in PBS and seamed together yeah and when I first started knitting I started knitting sweaters and I would seem them together and wear them and sometimes it worked out and sometimes it was a little rough you did do it good but I had new Douglas in such a long time because everything I've been knitting lately has been top-down and seamless so my initial I managed to get the shoulders done because I wanted to pick up the button band to make sure the front band to make sure that I had enough yarn and then once I picked that up it's like okay now let's show the sides to the back and I showed this the Front's together I made him oh he had this like bizarre mobius thing and then a back it was disaster uh-huh I had to pull it apart and it was like whoa I totally forgot how to do this it's like a lost art for me but I mislead over the way it turned out and I'm looking forward to wearing it so I have mine but in pieces so this is mine oh my I'm going to measure mine against her so that's the back and here are the fronts and then I'm working on the sleeves today and tomorrow and Leslie is going to save me and so neither remaining elf yes another knitting elf who is also feverishly working on my sleeves how lucky am I hi Daddy I'm so lucky but she's fixing my sleeves cuz remember I was telling you guys on my beachy cardigan that I didn't like the way it hit me here well she said that she would pick it up and knit me like a little sleeve so I have a little say it looks so good I'm so excited so thank you so much Leslie for doing that for me I really really really really really appreciate it because it kind of like put the sweater together yes but speaking of my beachy cardigan there's this Rhinebeck bazaar which is hosted by Leah from Stickles netting girl a knitting garage is a town in town it's a story in Rhinebeck and she and Christie glass are putting together this event on Friday from 2 to 6 p.m. and it's in the parish hall behind Terrapin in Rhinebeck town and it's free admission yes you don't have to you know whatever pay and mine will be there at Leah Stickles is booth she's having a tink knit I'm looking at her I know who's Nina she's confirming what I'm saying I'm like oh yeah so Leah Stickle is I watched the Kristy glass video so we're all good okay you're requested video I'll link it below so that you guys could probably have watched it if you haven't and you're going I'll link it below but our yarn will be there along with not house yarns I'm so excited so not house we'll be there in the booth as well and tiny KC's going to be there in the new cake wall booth yeah she's debuting her yarn I'm so excited to get my hands on some I know I've been looking at her Instagram yeah it's beautiful so I'm so excited to get my hands on some of that tani Casey I'm definitely getting another bag but now that the cats out of the bag and everyone knows about her it's like we can't have it's not our hidden secret our we kept every conjurer rap Street managed yes so we Miriam and I have like you know how they have wool piggery will heavy have back pain great with tiny Casey bags so we totally did her bags are so all made they're beautiful I mean they're gorgeous she does rifle Paper Company prints everything you name it gorgeous she has these did you see do you got one now I have a tote I thought it might be bigger different than mine so everyone's gonna go there and buy it I'm not gonna get any I know cuz that was it we tried to keep it a secret for as long as we could but it was too good not to do guys yoga we couldn't help her so she was also at Allentown so we were excited about I know I got to meet her in Allentown that was really exciting so toad hollows going to be there Swift yarns is going to be there marinate it's going to be they're blooming handmade is going to be in Marion aidid's booth Mallos jewelry the ring that we wear the gage ring that we always stuff we this part of we don't have one yet yeah this will get some one day you don't even wear ring I don't wear wait you're sort of you know what happens I get wing rot when I wash my hands you know how you get that like Vicki's under you're like my skin peels oh yeah my brain you skin isn't used to it so and then I take the Rings off and I put them down and then I end up losing though that's so yeah well I have and you do too it's a little Chelsea pearls ring or a stitch marker or progress keeper thing that you know what it's not an issue at home I'm going on when I go out like I've been known to leave the rings on this thing put them in a pocket date instead of putting the back on my fingers and then realize like four hours later like oh no my rings oh no those are you have a major anxiety yeah yeah that's one of the reasons I don't wear rings cuz I have the tendency to lose them well this is the no ring that I bought that Christie glass made me buy my god it's really when I was at uni city i'll link the designer below niti city sells them Christie always has a mini city how'd I miss it was on the mannequin right in the hunt by pearls hint she has them in silver and this is the brush gold and it's really pretty should I show you guys you should show it's expensive but I bought it for myself it's a weird it's not showing up you to class I don't know it's really pretty though whatevs but it's pretty okay whatever anyway so that's I'll link it below I can't remember the name of it I just I don't know why I can't remember right but yeah so so malleus jewelry will be there who else is going to salad you know I didn't even know Amanda Solomon was going to be there I thought she was going to be spinning and doing a demonstration so she tapped me in a post on Friday and I was like wait wait wait hold on you're pre-ordering rose gold I need more that's what I say to her I'm like am I too late for rose gold so I ordered two for me okay and then because I'm will pay great and then I have I have one left here from my cardigan but I want two more because I was thinking about the new knit collage I'm in obsessed with that pixelated Michigan that's the one I was I was though it's filled up but she is restocking this week I ordered some for customers because we're going to do the knit along I guess with her so I ordered Sunday sweater some of that cardigan the unicorn one with all the different colors and then a few pixelated cardigans for some customers but I was thinking about mine I could use a man to Solomon's hand-spun instead of a tape I think I'm doing so I asked her to more so she said yes she's like what do you need it for so I told her so she will be there she will have a bunch of hand-spun yarn she'll have bunch of hand-spun yarn and I want to say if you buy you get the BG cardigan for free yes if you buy a certain amount I think is it a hundred yards yes of her hands John she'll have the BG cardigan which is that cardigan that I'll be wearing on Friday or Saturday I can't remember what day I'm wearing it but yes so she'll have that there I also ordered it from my friend Christine in Switzerland I think it's not Switzerland I think it's Germany I get it confused every single time but you know the one who makes us the BSO bag so she wants to do the beachy cardigan as well am i talking really fast so I ordered two for her that I'll pick up whatever so I'm psyched I can't wait toad Hollow swift John's has minis that I tagged you in the other day we needed that we need more minis yeah really a mini mini so that's my goal what else did we who else is going to be there are we missing anyone we probably if I missing anyone I'm going to leak link oh I think everyone below I'm super excited and then we go right into the event then at night I didn't I have to take a break in between well what are we gonna do I gotta get in there I know and I got my ride what's our buck so brownie and I'll get dinner and then we will rejoin Easy yeah so it's crazy so we will we're going to the we have the cookie the cookie contest contest that's it salmon with Meg and Red Bank Mike our emceeing that's gonna be a stirrup so they're the judges in the cookie contest I'm dying I'm dying so Red Bank mike has to work on Friday but he is taking my best friends from London are coming in and they're staying with us so I'm so excited so you'll get to meet that Simon in love already so they're so excited so if you see you guys see these two handsome Devils walking around with me there they'll be at the Rhine back and so excited to see them so and they're also going to the Kristy glass event oh God so that'll be fun that'll be fun so then we wake up Saturday morning and we have worked on silly yeah get there bright and early yeah cuz last year we did well with getting a good parking spot yeah not being said we did back in line we did so that was a good thing so we'll do that and then we're just gonna have fun all day I meet up and fun and I have buttons I ordered an extra 300 buttons oh yeah cuz we'll be mobbed no no but I have the ones that I give for the podcast for orders so I didn't want okay you know I fell man I've had enough yes good so speaking of Rhinebeck i came up with a Rhinebeck collar away I thought it was here did one follow up okay so I came up with the Rhinebeck colorway I don't know why this is so far away this time so here's the Rhinebeck colorway and it's called Rhinebeck and it has all little pops of red and browns and like a pink and a mob and a green it's really fun I also did it in cobblestone and I can't find it I can't find it so anyway this is it and we I will I sent it to the Rhinebeck bazaar so she will have it there that Friday at 2 o'clock 2 to 6 so she has it in cobblestone 80/10/10 DK and mohair and I did my hat done in this I didn't do my head Danna but I this it's knit in this DK and mohair held together and this will also be in the store our shop on Saturday the day of Rhinebeck for those of you that live in the area and can't make it to Rhinebeck or aren't going to Rhinebeck i will have it in the store and i will also put it online so we have a limited supply of mohair DK 80/10/10 and i will ship it all out on Monday when I get back what no yeah you can't rip it up and you get that would be fine I'm good with that okay what did you make a mistake me mister like right no I'm not sleeping it out on it don't you Mike Dardis it's not a huge mistake but I can I'm annoyed by it sorry well she's annoyed all right so I'm not gonna do it anymore because I can't do two things you can't I can't eat ask yourself that's the problem so that's the Ranma colorway I also did candy apple in 80/10/10 I really I love that one so I am really so like my feet I think maybe because they get so much so many more yards okay - they're 100 gram that my tits we're way too off because you think okay - but really they're - is it's a free pattern I will link it below uses a skein of worsted weight I am using pecan latte with the DK and the mo together so that's my color I'm bringing this to cast on for Rhinebeck project and I'm bringing the caramel apple and just a regular I'm going to do my college-bound slouchy version for myself I'm gonna bring my cobblestone and my mo and I think I'm gonna do my Nabi cow oh yeah you know thorgy just did an apical that I want to call the bridgett cow and she did it knit two purl two okay and it looks really good so are they to write that one up yeah it looks really cute right that's a good one and I would really like to cast on this is mine I made it it's an accident it just came out super super dark it's stiletto and jeans but it's really really dark I really am like totally loving it but I would like to do the petite knit cumulus laughs yes that's the two strands of mohair to two strands and Moe held together so I have two more skeins so I think six should be enough well we'll double check but that's what I want to do that that's a great idea yeah and then TJ wants a college hat so I have to do that I have to kind of cast that on today so well he's him while he's home he said he doesn't want it with the thing on the top nobody wants it no he doesn't want it where it has like the the pp in the top boy PP in the top you know it was like that PP yeah I don't even want to bring it with me it's an Eiffel Tower scissor it's so fancy it's so fancy and bushi and also another sweater that I would like to cast on when we get back from Ryan back that we were talking about the Knitting place is doing the Petit knit Sunday cardigan and I would like to do it too so we got the Lange Lionel - I think this is my colorway I think so too we were trying to figure out what mine would be and I don't know she said that this would be too crazy for me it's a lot of fun this would be the boring version of that one right yeah I'm saying so we'll have to play around with the color but I would really like to do that and join them in that knit along so I think we're going to do that so many knit along so little time I know I just want to knit all the things yeah right all the things and Ryan back is coming so we're all distracted and then once Rhinebeck comes of course then we'll have to do our rhyme back in haul video you know Miriam had went wild last year are you going wild this time I'm trying really hard to be mindful I had come up with a short list of things that I wanted to get and yeah it's my shortlist got a little bit longer than I had what's on your look um I want a skein of worsted from me burned fiber company because I found a beautiful cowl pattern mm-hmm unravel raid that I'd like to make so there's that I was also thinking about of course the obvious going to Primrose oh yeah going to dragonfly he has the hands fun ish yarn yeah this year I'd like to see that so there's that is dragonflies still in business right this is their farewell tour and who's buying is it can somebody else and I just heard about this game like last week so I know dragonfly has a lot of good kids they have that casts of pink Africa cat oh that's I really like that sweater so that's might be I must get um and then I keep seeing these sweaters like oh maybe I'll get you in for that and then every year I say you know what I'm gonna get something a little more rustic I should get the yeah not the the corm oh I got I have a skein of Corps mode that I bought a couple of years ago I've never used so it's either that or I was thinking of maybe looking for some Icelandic that would be quite doing like the Felix cardigan wouldn't Felix pull over mm-hmm because I believe those were designed with Icelandic they don't quote me on it so I don't know I am excited to go and see all the things I don't want to get too crazy I want to kind of shop with purpose as opposed to doing like a skein here a skein here and no am I gonna do with all these things when I get them home right right although if you are going to grab scheme here scheme there are you going to get minis um for your blanket yes I'm gonna get mini as I always get minis from Chelsea and Sue yes we could have Ted make you a Kahuna with all your minis in your bag go right yeah he could just make a ginormous Kahuna for you that would be a little scary I could you write that would be fun custom a custom Andy's gonna go home oh no I have a new word so there's that so definitely some minis and I'd like to get maybe two sweater quantities but I have to zero in on what two sweaters because there are so many sweaters out there I know and every time I say okay I'm gonna make this one squirrel somebody releases a new pattern and it's like oh no wait I want to make that one I know there's so many new sweaters that I want to do too but then there's so many that I had in my queue from last year that I haven't done so I don't know I would really like to make another the spa streak oh that one turtle the turtle dove I really wore the black one that I made so much I wore mine a lot I was really worried a lot out of all my sweaters that I've made I've worn that a lot I think that for me the ones that are more plain I'll wear a lot because when I wear the ones that have color work and stuff it's like you can't wear it twice in a week because then you know it's like she wore that yes mm she wore that mm-hmm yeah I can work it because I can wear it to school and then I come here on a weekend and no one sees it yeah yeah so I'm good yeah I can get away yeah I can't cuz I work here and then you know it's like I am here so I can't wear it unless we have a new crowd but I'm excited to just be there and that energy and seeing people and artichoke French I was never a joke French last year we uh I don't know I think I'd ever see her before I hope so that's nice I'm going to have my falafel and my Greek salad don't what did you find wine west here Oh miss the wine yeah so that's what he'll be doing where the yarn has been hanging out I don't know but tad has a t-shirt because Lambie knits todd's lamby's husband made the when I read husband - yes yes yes which are same on Instagram so I call people by her Instagram name Katherine is her name but I call her I mean it's because that's what and he doesn't have an Instagram so we just call him her husband right this will look actually really nice with this as your hot dad oh god this could be your vote what are you folks like to see one of my folks what a sign I got soon I know now I'm getting anxiety about Vogue yeah it's like oh I haven't finished writing Becky I have to worry about a bogus letter what it's crazy so and I think Vogue is gonna be really crazy this year because it's the 10th anniversary about this yes we got these in there so awesome these they're shiny they're Bhagu they're holiday collection came out and of course it's like yeah I'm obsessed with the bagu bags I don't know if you guys are but I put my lunch in it I have I take them with me I always I use them for my project sorry I just had an itchy nose she's probably so oh yeah so we have these on the website I put them on the website but I love the Holiday Collection their borders and they're reasonably priced so they're $60 and they're super sturdy too because that giant project that old minis hmm i tote it around in a bag ooh back yeah well you know what Vincent does Vincent puts his fancy bags inside the bag oh so they don't get dirty so it's like his shell he's got funny I saw him on Friday night yeah and he pulled out his Monson plural it's over and the ladies went crazy when he pulled that sweater and almost like I touch his board my gosh what's it made of but they were show Woolfolk it was it's honestly it's one of his best letters it it is and he's I want to say just he have one sleeve finished or one sleeve is almost finished and he still has the other one to do but that was on Friday night he max the knitter that who designed once in floral he has a new test knit that's out that's like a simple man man sweater and here's a lot of really nice men pattern he does have my eyes and what I was looking at because Vincent was test knitting for him and I was looking at because he's doing it stilettos miletto and jeans jeans and I was like oh but this is really more of a unisex sweater because I would totally wear it hmm yeah but I guess because there's not that many male knitters that knit sweaters for men yes so he's trying to gear it towards a a male sweater which is great you know so Vincent's knitting that and he'll have that one done soon so we could show you guys yes so we have all the badges in the large and the mini the mini is so cute - it's so little it's so little I'll show you guys oh wait you're gonna die the mini I put my luncheon in and I got our honey it's perfect for my lunch and you know what to be honest when they when it gets dirty because I put my lunch in it I have all my snacks when it gets dirty or something spills I throw it in the wash I have a well I have the leopard I have all these so I have them all yeah Nana buys them for me - she's addicted this is a new one this is another fall one which is their plaid one it's so cute that ones on the website - I love them throw up so that's that Oh like a books did you get did you you got these last week so I ordered them cuz I had FOMO that you had it with us I think you had big joy which is the Jen guy Glee one I know that I that one the mason-dixon you didn't get this one I got to eye or did I get one I don't remember which one now so this is number 12 mason-dixon I really like this one this is her it's all chunky knits and there's a really cute knitted pie crust in there yeah so this is the Isabel creamer one and there's this Cal in here called the x-factor cow and I love and I love this Petula polo oh my gosh yeah I'm gonna have to get yeah so I ordered that but these cows I thought would be super nice and this is what I was thinking maybe I would bring him for me to ride back it's called The X Factor cows oh look at them oh they're nice and simple and then you do a little knitted chain I'll post a picture of it in it so that you guys could see it better but that's what I want to cast on for it's really cute so I totally recommend these books I really love this sweater yes Tula pull over I think that Carissa knit that I'm not sure she man I think she tested it I don't know I can't remember if she tested for it no then I am addicted to Amazon sorry guys but you know I buy stuff all the time and all this stuff comes up in my in my queue you know if you bought because you bought this you're gonna like this it's like stop showing me things and I recent last year when all that what's her name we were more recon doing everything remember it became a verb and it was almost like cleaning out and like the home and it came out and you have to organize everything in alphabetical order and color-coordinated and rainbow and everything well I got rid of a lot of my cookbooks I got rid of a lot of my cookbooks and a lot of my knitting books because I just wanted to weed it out clean it out they were old some of them I really wasn't using them a lot of my vogue knitting magazines that you know you could buy it all digital now and I was holding onto these a lot of them I did save ones that were special to me or meant something to me like there was a pattern in there that I wanted to knit someday and there is one peplum sweater that I have and I have all the yarn for it in my stash still and I will I will get to knit that one day but there are so many things you know and you have so many books and things right and that takes up so much space and I guess they get tattered it they time to think you know the shop worn and yucky and they and the like you know just dusty and they turn yellow and I don't know so and then the glue dries and the pages fall out yeah so I kind of edited that was last year and I did I donated a bunch and then I gave a lot away I had a whole bunch here and people took them but I did that with my cookbook collection also cuz I used to collect cookbooks and my mom is a big collector of cookbooks so I Nana so I collected cookbooks too I know this is boring but I did get this one book recently and I most of you probably have it but it's so good it's called Molly on the range recipes and stories from an unlikely life on a farm and she is the cutest thing she also has a TV show on the Food Network I think the Food Network and she lives on the border in of Minnesota and North Dakota so that's why it meant something to me and I've watched a few of her shows on TV but she just has the cookbook is really well-written and it's really pretty and there's so many really nice recipes I think eat up they're real they're not keyed out a paleo totally not paleo they're all full fat and full everything how many points there's no weight watcher but she has this one dish and a lot of the recipes are like Minnesota Minnesota so you know like what tad loves so chicken pot pie hot dish stood out to me because tad is obsessed I love chicken well he loves chicken pot pie but he also loves Tater Tot hot dish that's his favorite recipe and when I got married his mom gave me the recipe and said this is tatters favorite so I made that for him all the time and it's never heard of Tater Tot hot dish oh my god in Minnesota everything is a hot dish right fern fern all notes from that from me below but everything in Minnesota is a hot dish they have wild rice everything the hot dish is chicken rice noodle soup from Campbell's or whatever that is and you wild mushroom soup mix and then like you throw meat in it and here maybe it sounds like it's a bad thing well I mean it's just I know some of it's a little like wacky but from scratch it's really good so anyway you guys probably have this book but if you go to the library or you want to go look for it in a bookstore it's really good I really want to make everything in here so that's my goal I don't make me very happy we do cookbooks we did hitting books I really really really enjoyed this so I just wanted to share it with you guys and we present the mouth I haven't shut up for the last hour dissipate an hour I don't know Brian's not gonna like that if it's a photo oh my god Renata came yesterday and brought us Dona I know I had one yesterday I wonder maybe another for today see this is where I this is to public cream cheese one piece of sea kill bread one egg 1 cup almond milk you know she's writing everything in this beautiful book and about my eye because she was watery and paisley two of my favorite things so it's like oh your food journaling that's great you know that was my trainer used to say if you bite it write it you need to write down everything that you eat I know that's so good and then she rolls up today with pink sparkles it's like that is totally not the book you had yesterday we started yesterday but I lost it already I think because I went out for sushi and I was at the restaurant with TJ no you tried to light it down I was like stop it I was at the I was at the thing and I was googling white rice avocado roll and I was like oh that's 80 120 calories so then I might have left it up I don't know who breaks this with them to the restaurant I don't know but you know what hey it was mindful I didn't have the second piece of dessert cuz I knew I had to write it down oh no I went to Jamie and oh god she's at the top no Jamie ins is the place that has the coffee was at the porter brazed coffee rub short rib grilled cheese dude that sounds sick oh it's so sick and it's made with eggs please champions is right on mama Street before you get to before buona sera oh I know where it is it's rendition of red they have the time y'all right here should be regarded we were in the backyard because they have a heat lamps out yeah so did you write it down do you want to borrow my book oh no because then I'll take it and lose it and I'll look like I'm a hot mess I need a pen to put on the side there you do you read those little uh-huh - right on the side so big hold on oh one tighter donut hold on one side or no not one of you this year I'll get to have a cider Jack his pins so he's like I want my own pin so I don't want your pins so I was like oh my god I can't know pretty next year he's like I'm busy I have my own thing he's I was not got his people the conducting for him he totally does so far I can't so he's gonna be up on the top of the hill without pins about pins with our pins wearing ash medium yeah your husband sure medium t-shirt that says Red Bank Mike now maybe who wears red bank Mike kahuna sure take it whereas kahuna shirt I got him a new fleece hoodie so he doesn't look you know I hope he doesn't wear its pajama bottoms because it she probably will he probably will but you can't he's gonna be comfortable it's medium shirt in a shoe medium shirt oh my gosh I think I see what's outside you think so I think we were podcasting for a long time is that good probably done well at least we had content for you guys that will we hope we did I hope so we worked really hard on this yeah it's a lot of thought nephron and then the next time you see us we'll have a run back good mind but are we gonna vlog or anything from Rhine but it will take footage right yeah of all the things mm-hmm yeah I'm so excited for all the things I know
