The Cars With The Biggest Profit Margins! (And BIGGEST RISK!)

i'm going to show you the car auction where you can make the most profits i'm talking 40 50 possibly 60 per car and maybe even more but it's not without its risks let's take a look at the car auction i'm talking about and before we progress onto that why not subscribe and like this video because i'm going to do a lot more around these subjects and you do not want to miss out especially if you're looking for a side hustle or a way to make money flipping cars if you've ever designed that being out 206 a lot then we have 2012 there for you now 80 miles [Music] is the guaranteed i'm talking about it is the budget auction now you will get some shockers in there but you'll also find this is a little gold mine as well and if you can do your research and find the right cars you can double your money or at least get a 50 return on your investment but as i say it is not without its risk and because we can't attend august anymore we need to do as much due diligent as we possibly can because we can't physically go and kick the tires so let's take a closer look at the budget auction and see what cars we can find that we could be done we should be done and we shouldn't be done this looks like an interesting auction doesn't it so it is an auction where you don't need a lot of money to invest a lot of the cars are sort of 500 to 2 000 pounds so there's a low barrier to entry into this auction but bear in mind what i just said a lot of these cars will have issues will have faults and they can lead you to losing your investment so you've got to take that into consideration you could potentially strip the car down if it turns out to be complete and not a nightmare and get your money back that way but it's a slow process to recover or you might need to fix it and then just break even setting the car on but if you do your due diligence you should most of the time pick up something there that you can make some proper money on now if you went to a mainstream auction and invested 15 000 pounds into a car you might see a couple of grand return if you buy correct but with this auction you can put a thousand pounds in and put out 500 to a thousand pound on top 50 to 100 profit margin let's have a look at some of these cars where there's money to be made and some of the telltale signs we've got to walk away so with this one here we've got a citroen grand picasso and when you look at it we're always going to take a look at the assured report but remember this is an essential check report and that means there are no claims available on this car if we take a look at it we can see it's also the grade five and when we zoom in on the pictures we can see the rust on the sills on this car is it worth 525 that's what it's at the moment is it worth any more than that i would say no there's too much risk in that for me to pick that car up and do all that work and set it on would you buy it tell me in the comment section below so you can see what we have to do we've got to check the essential reports haven't we and remember there were no claims on these cars it doesn't matter if something else happens you will get no support from the auction house so we have to make sure we have a look through it and use that as the backbone of our decision on whether we're going to bid for the car cars over this age as well and at this price point more than likely only have images as the condition report they will be given a grade for as standard on this sort of age of car if it's given a great five like on the citroen with the rust across the sills you can bet your bottom dollar there's a lot more damage to that vehicle and you probably do not want to bid for it unless you own a body shop and can do the work yourself look down at list as well see what other information is there how many keepers what's the service history like and does it tell you about any additional specification on that car that's going to add value to it when you come to sell make sure you take all this information in do a little bit of research before the auction starts don't leave it until the auction is underway and see what those cars are setting for on auto trailer gumtree ebay facebook marketplace and the like how much can you get for that car work your way back how much should you bid for that car always leave a small contingency fund there just in case there is something that you need to fix prior to selling that car now one telltale giveaway is that if there's lots of bids on a car it's likely everyone else has done their due diligence and that car is worth bidding on and buying so it will fetch a slight premium look out for those ones they could be the ones if you're happy to take four or five hundred quid out of it might be the ones to buy so this could be the one couldn't it a vauxhall sofia seven seats manual petrol so flavor of the year at the moment it's a grade four so there's every chance it's in a half decent condition as well and the bids are straight in there aren't they as well so it went quite high straight away the guy price on that the cap clean on that 1900 pounds isn't it 1900 pounds remember check the pictures have a look at the images make sure everything sort of stacks up for you [Music] and it's gone over the two grand mars remember there are auction fees on top of that as well you've got to get it delivered you need a little bit of contingency a lot of interest in that that obviously is a decent one to buy [Music] so as you saw on that one there was a lot of interest wasn't that and it went over the guy price pretty quickly so you can tell people have done their research on that you know other people have done it if other people are bidding it's probably a good one for you to buy but just make sure you check what you can sell that car for and make sure you include that little bit of contingency in case there lot of your issues that you have to sort out let's take a look at another example we've got a bmw one series here now and if we look at the essential check reports we can see it's got quite a few warnings on it so we're gonna have to spend some cash on this aren't we and if we look down here it is a grade four so we hope the bodywork isn't too bad but when we look at it it's got more light than blackpool illuminations it stalled around 600 pounds he's asking jonathan who is the vendor whether he can let it go for that and even jonathan doesn't want it with all those lights on i'm not surprised let's get it going so would you take the risk on buying that car tell me in the comment section below if you would [Music] so let's take a look at this one now it is a ford focus but we can see it's got an engine starting problem but it is purely down to the battery it says the battery state of health is not good so we know we're going to need to stick a battery on it's a grade four and when we look at the information on it we can see there's no lights on the dashboard and when we look further down at the info we can see the mot has expired we need to check the mot database and see what it failed on last time we can see there's no additional information on the condition report and then when we get underway with it we don't want to be spending too much because we've got to make sure we've got enough money to cover the mot costs so it's got to come at a sensible price but it's a popular car it's a focus it's a manual it's a petrol it's got low number of keepers just the two and it's got 11 services so it's been looked after we've just got to make sure though we have a look at that mot database and see if it found on many things last time [Music] so what do you reckon there's some really good deals there isn't there but as you can see you've got to look at the images you've got to check that essential report and bear in mind there's going to be zero come back it's the budget sale don't go picking the phone up to the auction and saying oh look the cars turned up there's all sorts of issues with it they will more than likely not help you out this is a budget sale after all the cars are great for grade five with essential checks that they're to sell and move on they're not interested in hearing you go to them with issues it's a budget sale but the opportunity to make a lot of money is there on these cars for a relatively low investment you can put in 50 to 100 margins on these cars of course you could buy three or four and you could lose all your money it takes your chances don't you it is entirely up to you whether you go down this route and try the cars from here but if you're looking for a low-cost way to get into this business there's a very good chance you can make some money at one of these auctions now all the auction centers will have these budget car sales the only problem we have these days is that of course we cannot go and attend and kick the tires now that works now favors a bit because the prices will come down
