The Black Horse: Zechariah 3-4 unto Isaiah 19 and John 17

well go ahead and your turn your bibles to zechariah chapter 3. and lord just thank you for your presence thank you for alerting us as a spiritual family to what you're doing to what you're going to do in us and through us i ask you to mark hearts right now in jesus name and in the weeks and months ahead well as i said at the beginning of the service this is a i feel alerted by the holy spirit recently that we're entering into a very important season and so what i'm going to share today i have four pages on a handout i'm not going to cover it all by any means but it's really difficult when i look at this i've got lots of subjects some really personal issues in here that i feel a little bit wobbly somebody says what's wobbly i don't know i would if i'm writing this and thinking over it the last week or two i'm just like i feel awkward on some of the stories i don't want to tell some of these stories some of them i've never told before but i'm just wanting to alert us that uh i've been alerted that we're entering a season and it's not a week or a month it's a long season by the holy spirit so let's look at the notes here it's a very strange title the strangest title i've ever had for a message the black horse like what zechariah 3 and 4 but it's unto isaiah 19 and john 17. now everybody knows john 17. it's that supernatural work in the end time church where the body of christ is unified at a level that's supernatural and the reason that john 17 is so dramatic because that family unity the body of christ happens in the same generation where a culture of betrayal in the body of christ is happening at the same time it's very it's quite a paradox that the end time harvest the billions of harvest happens in the same time frame that the following away happens the family john 17 family unity profound i don't mean it's you know the methodists and the baptists do a city-wide uh outreach together it's far deeper than that that's how we heard about it in the 70s and 80s you know the denominational leaders we come together and and have an outreach and that was john 17. this is a supernatural unity is coming but in context to jesus said in matthew 24 when betrayal is at a time unprecedented in human history betrayal is not enemies against enemies it's friends who become enemies betrayal is a family matter so john 17 is where it's going and some of you wouldn't know this you don't need to know this right now but isaiah 19 is the epicenter i'm not going to take time on that to today isaiah 19 is the epicenter of that john 17 unity it's a supernatural work it's a body-wide i mean global body of christ work but the epicenter is in the middle east with israel and arab and egyptian believers showcasing it to the nations and the lord wants the whole body of christ participating in that dramatic divine purpose isaiah 19 describes in the middle east of which israel enters into their national salvation and the nations are shocked and stunned when they see the unity but the body of christ across the earth we're all in it together well that's isaiah 19 and john 17. we won't get very far on those passages but now you're a little bit familiar with the story of where i mean of where i'm headed zechariah 3 and 4. i was really blessed by dean briggs's message last week on zechariah 3. as i was sitting backstage just taking notes and listening to him i was just reminded that and the question came to me well first i was reminded that zachariah by the way whenever the lord says zechariah 4 it includes zechariah 3. it's one conversation whenever he says zechariah 3 he means also zechariah 4. and some of you would say i don't really know what those are about and i've got some notes there in paragraph a that you can go look them up if you want to i'm not going to develop that in a big way today but the holy spirit has emphasized these two chapters often just saying four but he means three and four and sometimes he says three but he means three and four as well he has emphasized it to me supernaturally seven or eight times you think okay that's cool that's remarkable he only spoke song of solomon 8 6 once he only spoke psalm 27 4 this one thing i have all the days he only spoke that twice in a supernatural way he only i'm talking to folks who kind of know the story and if you're new here i apologize because i've got to cover ground for folks that are understanding the narrative and you might go what in the world was that about and you might tap someone on the shoulder and they need to buy them a coffee and they can tell you an hour story but i want to talk to the folks who know the story so i can cover a lot of ground and i leave a little bit of information in the notes to fill in the gaps the lord only spoke the hefts of all passage one time supernaturally he only spoke about basra and jesus is in red one time but he spoke zechariah 3 4 7 or 8 times he is saying i have emphasized that passage more than any other passage in this movement in a supernatural way to me directly to alan hood's got several of them deborah hebert's got several of them dean's got several of them a matter of fact i would like any of you if the lord has spoken to you about zechariah 3 or 4 in prophetic dreams just send it to me in an email you can bring it to the front office or get my email and send it to me i won't answer back just so you know i get often one or two hundred emails a day so i'm not gonna be able to answer back but i would like to collate all the dreams on zechariah 3 and 4 in this family but the lord is saying i am doing something dramatic in this family from those two chapters well paragraph a they go together because zechariah 3 and 4 is god's answer to a sinful broken people how he can use them because in context he gave glorious promises in zechariah 1 and 2 and in zechariah 3 and 4 the question is how could people like us enter those promises and over and over again the lord just says people like you i have a plan for you weak and broken people i have a plan of supernatural provision i have a plan of love covering a multitude of sins i have a plan of overcoming the spirit of accusation i have called you for such a time as this but you've not just got to enter into it for your own heart and well-being you've got to be able to impart it to other people as well and not just people around us zechariah 3 and 4 this ability to overcome the spirit of accusation and walk in confidence and love that covers a multitude of sins and all of these things that are implied in this chapter we need to impart and uh not impart but inspire and equip people there's going to be a massive revival in the middle east among jews arabs and egyptians and there's going to be so much bad sentiment over the generations they have to overcome even as believers i know a lot of believers over there and some of them they just feel really unsure about believers on the other side of the of the state line just like i'm not sure about them the biggest social animosity in history is there and it's going to be overcome but that's one front i'm looking at and we're going to be a part of that but we've got to embrace this reality to be able to impart it we can't impart it and be a part of that if we don't embrace it in our own life well the answer in the middle east of the greatest animosity is social unrest is the same answer to the body of christ and the social tensions in america the so the racial tensions here within the body of christ i'm not talking about the secular society that's another subject within the body of christ it's answered the same way it's in zechariah 3 and 4. well it's the same way the tensions of ministries that are hostile towards one another ministries that oppose each other the lord says i'm gonna bring you into it too i'm gonna do it in the middle east i'm gonna do it among the races in america i'm gonna do it among all the ministries and denominations in america as well and i want you to be a part of that but you can't be a part of it by just going yay what a great message you've got to live in it in your private life to be able to impart it to others in those three big arenas paragraph b the core reality of zechariah 3. and again if you don't know zechariah 3 which a lot of you like why should you know zechariah 3 who knows zachariah 3. my goodness i mean i never did and you don't have to study it all right now but the core reality i've summed it right here in paragraph b it's this prayer we ask the lord make this personal prayer if this grows in you and me zechariah 3 will happen lord let me see what you see let me feel what you feel when you look at me but when you look at others i want to see and feel what the lord sees it feels when he looks at me that's the key to my heart becoming awakened in love a man or a woman who loves jesus but weighed down under her spirit of accusation they'll never be awakened in love in a deep way they'll have so much emotional managing their their emotional bandwidth will be just overloaded managing accusation the enemy wants to use it to shut down your heart but he doesn't want to just use it against you he wants to use it against others so that you're not connected to them too paragraph c satan's great weapon against god's people his great weapon i call it a two-fold accusation he wants to convince them to accuse themselves and to not let go of the testimony of their failures or what they lack or their deficiency he wants to keep them in accusation but his other twofold that's first he wants you to be locked into the narrative of other people how they have mistreated you or you didn't get what you deserved and he wants you locked into that he doesn't want you to let go of that accusation against them but as we overcome this two-fold accusation we have confidence with god as individuals and we have we mature in love as a spiritual family paragraph d well zechariah 1. i mean zechariah 3 verse 1. i'm just going to describe it you could read it on your own joshua the leader i might use contemporary terms and again i have a set of notes where i break it all down and give the the actual context and the dates and what's really happening but i'm going to make it kind of contemporary and popular joshua was the leader of the temple he was the spiritual leader he was the leader of the prayer and worship movement in his generation satan came before the lord and said i got some against him he's disqualified and the angel of the lord stood and said the lord rebuked you because the lord has a different narrative for joshua than your narrative satan paragraph e satan's twofold in their accusation jesus will not tolerate it in your personal failures i'm talking about sincere believers who repent okay that the whole time i'm talking about that romans 8 1 i declared over you there is therefore now no condemnation in christ jesus let it go and move on in confidence let me give the other verse first peter 4 8 love covers a multitude of sins when you walk in love you'll cover the sins of the people around you i'm talking about people that have said no to those sins love covers love does not expose paragraph f the angel of the lord says take away the dirty garments from joshua the leader of the prayer and the worship movement in the temple i'm talking about this applies to thousands of leaders in the body of christ today the lord says here's my story take away the dirty garments and put new ones on him and recommission him but look in paragraph f zechariah it says clothe joshua was clothed in filthy garments his deficiencies his failures some of them were real but satan always exaggerates them and he always puts them in the lips of others who exaggerate them further the lord says take away the filthy garments give him new ones but he tells joshua see i've given you new ones beloved it's a glorious day when the spirit of god captures your attention it says see i gave you new garments let that thing go be bold in your confidence before me but i gave them new garments too so embrace them in love and walk together that john 17 reality the paragraph g of zechariah 3. he says by the way joshua you and your companions your leadership team these were fellow priests in the temple again in our world fellow leaders in the prayer and worship movement because the temple was called the house of prayer by god he goes joshua look at this verse 8. he goes hear this i want you to see yourself differently i showed you a minute ago i gave you new garments i want you to see yourself differently now i want you to hear this verse 8 hear what the spirit is saying you and your team you your companions you're a prophetic sign of my generosity when you see it no no you got to catch it not just when you see you go yay no no now that you say yay and we you s you see it now you have to am you have to give it to everyone around you you're not just a receiver of it you're a dispenser of the generosity of god i'm making you a prophetic sign i'm going to show the nations how generous i am and how i can transform people to walk in generosity together you are a prophetic sign that's a fantastic message zachary is so good h to say it in just a nutshell the god narrative of your life this is the core message of zechariah 3 as a view of your life through the lens of his kindness it's the big story view of your life it's not it's not it's the 70 80 year story but it's the one billion year story too god views your life through the lens of his own heart of grace satan has a very opposite story he has an accusation narrative against you and he's his desire is to put it into the lips of the people you live with the people you work with the people you serve in the kingdom with he wants the accusation narrative to thrive god says i rebuke you satan that narrative is not going to lead the body of christ to john 17. that narrative will feed the betrayal culture that is exploding in the nations but in the church as well but the unity family uh movement is exploding as well they're all emerging right now simultaneously look at top of page two my main takeaway it's a big takeaway but in another way it's a very small takeaway it's challenging one but it's easy to get the lord is leading his people in these days into the john 17 23 transformation he's leading me into it you into it i have john 17 23 right there that we would be perfected we will be matured in our unity the only way possible to be matured in our unity is to be matured and overcoming accusation in our own heart and having love that covers the multitude of sins against us by others in the body of christ this john 17 23 transformation is the epicenter of what's going to of god's end time purpose it's going to happen in the middle east that's such a big topic i have so much to say and my heart is so engaged in that it's going to happen globally but the epicenter of it is in isaiah 19 in the middle east but here's the thing the church in the nations we're going to be participating in that there's going to be millions of arab and egyptians and persian and kurds believers new believers coming into the kingdom millions of unsaved jews coming into the kingdom they have got to walk in this reality abraham's family is going to be healed on a global level right there in the middle east before all the nations to watch the animosity is far deeper than even the racial tension in our nation and when believers get saved they don't drop it just like here in america they get saved and they're still ba humbug because we're humans that's my takeaway the god is gonna have a family movement where the nation the world the unbelieving world will see the family transformation they'll see the betrayal movement as well but they're going to see in context to it as well in contrast to it i mean this incredible generosity of believers towards one another they're going to say i'm going to love that guy over there in that ministry over there i'm going to love that denomination over there and unbelievers are going to say why because god's heart is ravished for them like his heart is ravaged for me they're going to say what are you talking about i go god loves them i don't like some of the things they do but god loves them in such an intense way and i see it therefore i'm relating to them differently now i'm covering them and standing with them in various ways the world the unbelieving world will watch this family dynamic in many spheres of the body of christ again in the racial tensions the denominational ministry opposition towards one another in the middle east again in those arab and egyptian and jewish come to the lord they're not going to come in sanctify day one they're going to come in with their baggage who's going to train them how are they going to be the epicenter of this global john 17 reality we're all going to be a part of it together well in one sentence well it's actually 2. matthew 5 verse 44. here's the simple word right here jesus gives four exhortations and i'm not gonna break him down you already know him love your enemies okay and we know that it won't do it that much but yeah we get that bless use your words don't carry the accusation narrative against them the lord knows bless them as much as it's truth but you're not going to expose them you're going to bless them you're going to do good for them it's going to blow the minds of unbelievers why because you're going to say god has value of them and god was good to me that's why i'm good to them wow what do you know about god that i don't know that's what they will say pray for them here's it right here verse 45 you will be seen as like your heavenly father this is the uh this is the goal this is the crowning work of john 17. believers that not just are saying they act like their heavenly father who is good to evil people i'm not talking about the evil guy you've never met who did something bad you know caused an economic trouble or did something you think okay i'll forgive him i see his face on the news i'm talking about people you're in relationship with i'm talking about people up close and personal betrayal jesus said in matthew 24 betrayal isn't enemies who don't know each other those are friends who become enemies that's where betrayal comes the only way to this glorious transfer uh transformation john 17 by embracing and imparting this matthew 5 44 spirit to be like our heavenly father that's his agenda for my life that i am like him that's a great agenda it's just an ugly one in the flesh to drink that cop the process is ugly and i'm going to tell you a little of my story roman number three i'm going to do rapid fire through this those of you that have been around a while and you've heard some of the prophetic history you'll recognize some of this but my point isn't to break down every story so you hear the story fresh it's to just line them up so you can see it from the perspective i do the kind of the rapid-fire way god has said this over and over and over and over and over and it's not just a cool story you know session eight on the prophetic history it's a reality in the spirit in our midst that he's after and i'm sobered by it my journey began my first supernatural encounter as a pastor i was 21 years old it's in 1976. this i'm not going to tell the story i've told it a few times it's a 10 minute story i'm going to give you a second or two on it it's dramatic i've never had an encounter like this and some people are involved in it and the spirit of god's moving on me and the lord says i'm a 21 year old pastor he says you're going to have many people oppose you like why i like people i'm a nice guy you're going to have many who are going to oppose you he said about five or six things that's all i'm going to mention he said but psalm 18 verse 35 the strangest verse i ever heard of when i was 21. god's going to show you his gentleness psalm 18. and his gentleness is going to make you great like what i don't want his gentleness i want his ramboness you know because gentleness will make me great that's that's the strangest sentence i've ever heard in terms of a bible promise what the lord said many are going to oppose you but you're he made it clear real clear in the years that would follow i didn't understand it that i was mystified wrote it down and people said what does it mean i don't have a clue the lord showed me he said he's going to be gentle with your weaknesses like he was with david he's doing this to millions of people but that's just the beginning of the story he's going to require you to be gentle with the weaknesses of others your greatness will be found in your gentleness towards others that you have a case against you'll make choices that god will call great because they're like him matthew 5 the verse we just looked at loving your enemies that's where my greatness would consist in those choices i didn't know that 45 years ago however however many years that is you know 76. i said i like you being gentle to me and the lord says yeah but when i'm gentle you that's going to empower you to be gentle to them but your greatness is in you being gentle to them people that really really mistreat you believers and in 45 years of ministry i've had tremendous amount of betrayals of close friends things didn't go their way and i'm sure i contributed this way in that way and other times i did and sometimes i didn't i don't care about that right now my point is tremendous betrayals and the lord brings me back over and over to this i've been gentle to them your greatness in my sight is in you being gentle towards them carry the zechariah 3 god narrative don't carry the accusation narrative yes they got this that and the other deficiency they got those failures they did it they're not even repenting but you carry the god narrative towards them then a couple years later in 82 paragraph b when i leave st louis a lot of you know this story the the prophetic word given to me when i come to kansas city and it's the very first word bob jones gives to me when i mean the very first time i met him not the first thing he said but in that first meeting you're going to have many who come against you many who will accuse you you must not answer your accusers you must just bless them and trust god like i heard it in st louis on my way to kansas city prophetically and i thought dude i don't like that word that much i mean a little bit first time in kansas city i meet bob jones that's where he goes straight to it i went what is this it's that gentle to the people who mistreat you in the body of christ like okay i'm kind of getting it and the lord was no no not really paragraph c my idea and the lord doesn't mind it i went okay i will bless them and you will vindicate me in your time or say yeah well i've learned in 45 years his time is often 10 and 15 years later but i said okay you'll vindicate me the good part is when god vindicates it lasts when you vindicate you've got to redo it next month over and over and over again when you have to do it i said okay you'll vindicate me the lord says well that is true that's not my main message my message in you blessing them is not that i would vindicate you in my timing my message and you've been blessing them as i might transform you you're going to drink the cup through that process of blessing them you're going to find my narrative towards them and then you're going to end drink this cup and when it touches you you're going to be able to impart it at a critical hour of history and this same message is to you this isn't a personal thing to it is personal well in july 88 paragraph d it's the song of solomon 8 6 word you've heard you know i'm going to put the seal of love on your heart the audible voice of god you many of you know the story some of you knew you think what i don't have a clue what that guy's talking about and i understand and i really do apologize but i feel so urgent about preparing us for what's coming i'm just rapid firing well song of solomon 8 6 the seal of love on the heart that implies it i mean that implies it includes god says my heart is ravished over you that's one of the favorite verses over the 21 years of ihop my heart is ravished for my beloved i was shocked two years later and i'm gonna get to that in a minute when the lord says my heart is ravished for you mike my my heart is ravished for him too the man attacking you i want what the message of the seal of love and the ravaged heart is not just to make you go wow for you that is good that's where it starts you have to drink it and give it to him because i'm the same towards him as i am towards you i'm ravished for him i thought the ravaged heart of god message was so i could feel a bold in love between you and me and that's where the story stopped no so you would be gentle in the way you treat believers who betray you good friends i've even been trained by really good friends 10 and 20 year friends incredible and it's human nature the lord says just bless them because you'll be best friends with him forever don't worry about it i'm changing you you have need of this journey and when the lord let me know that it's yeah he'll vindicate me but that's not the big point he'll transform me because i have need of it november 95 the hefzabad dream i delight in you that's not just god delights in me and my weakness that's where it starts god delights in you when you're weak against me when your weakness comes against me and betrays me he still delights in his relationship with you the lord says the hefso bomb message is far bigger than your personal heart encouragement before the lord it's your message to the people who come against you it's the john 17 reality in the culture of betrayal that's exploding in the body of christ it's zechariah 3. it's the god narrative it's not the accusation narrative you have to lean into it to even believers who are fully against you because i'm not against them they are mine my heart is ravished for them they bug you but i love them i want you to see what i see and feel what i feel when i look at them i want you to work the muscle now really why don't i just preach the sermon give him a good set of handouts and notes and then move on page three now i'm going to get to a very strange story that i can't go into the details of only because of time in session eight of our prophetic history on the website 2019 i give 15 minutes on this which i'm only going to take two minutes so i'm not trying to minimize details or change them or shift them i'm trying to broad stroke it and go fast because i got a few more points to make to whine to bring it to the conclusion for us this is the strangest story i'm not asking again those of you that are new here i'm not asking you to understand this let alone believe it i mean it is such a unusual if you told me this story i wouldn't believe it just so you know i'm not even being funny i wouldn't i'd go god love you i'd pat you on the back but this story as i interpreted by the holy spirit this black horse story there's three episodes three installments of it over about 40 years and these episodes are all a number of years and their holy spirit training season seminary holy spirit seminary in leadership i didn't know that on the front end it's this my gentleness will make you great broken down with details on it that's what that gentleness will make you great back in 1976 was about it's about this storyline the zechariah 3 storyline because the globe is moving again to a global betrayal culture beyond measure in the body of christ in families but a global restoration of family love and unity beyond measure nothing like it in history in the middle east in social tensions in the nations in our own nation among denominations there is going to be an amazing but it's going to be based on people looking at one another that really believers that bother them and they're going to speak blessing they're going to pray blessing they're going to do good and they're going to love them they're going to enter into the god zechariah 3 the god narrative and that's going to transform the believer who's being abused not abused but that's being mistreated and betrayed betrays the word i was looking for i get transformed when i'm being betrayed if i respond in matthew 5 44. if i don't respond to it well the good thing about the lord is you've passed the test you get to take it again he says hey don't worry i'll give it to you again well it's i'm going to give again just the briefest so those of you that know the story go wait you didn't say this and that i'm not meaning to go to session 8 and 2019 and hear the 15 20 minute version if you want to there's three i have identified three holy spirit seminary seasons related to this black horse and the black horse isn't just a season of attack it is an attack that's not the main point and that's what i thought way back when the black horse represents a divine alert that you're about to be attacked because i'm going to give you opportunity to work the muscle to become like god i want you to bless do good cover bless do good cover and if you grow in that i'll give you a reprieve then another season will come then another season will come and then you'll be ready for such a time as this to impart it to others in my global drama and i don't mean just me global i'm talking about millions of us involved in this global drama well the black horse september 1984 well first i'll say this july 1984 is the first zachariah forward and again that's session nine on the prophetic history july 1984 the first zechariah forward august 84 is the chariot heavenly encounter september 84th the black horse three months in a row was like what on earth and then things kind of settled down those are three of the strangest months of my life zachariah four in july chariot in august black horse in september so this black horse this visionary encounter this demon being this demonic power that is symbolized by a black horse comes and this horse is i don't really know but 25 feet tall it's not like he got out of stick and measured it his chest is about seven or eight feet wide he's got huge wings he's the dragon of revelation 12. or he's of the dragon of revelation 12 is probably more accurate this black horse this dragon like creature comes up to me and he shatters my right kneecap in this visionary encounter but in reality my knee is injured so severely i could hardly walk for six weeks i come out of this thing and i can't walk i went someone says what happened because it happened in the middle of the night or five in the morning i said a black horse hit me they go i didn't i didn't want to tell the story for some time i think for years i think i can't remember but i just said that it's too weird he said black horses yeah yeah yeah like like i didn't know you liked horses no just just leave it alone so this black horse comes and shatters my leg it is so painful anyway i can go on and on about how bad it is and poor mike and all that stuff but anyway michael the archangel appears he comes michael the archangel has made an intervention in this prophetic history for a one moment one time in 40 years and it's in this encounter beloved when michael the archangel appears for a moment it is very significant even if it's just ever so brief and here's what michael the archangel says again i got the 15 minute story whatever he says when you go to the east the rage of satan's pointing to the black horse will strike you then he showed me no he showed us augustine and me were in this thing together he says augustine he shows us makes known to us it's probably an accurate way to say it the man that god's going to use to strike me and tells us the timing of when it's going to happen and the idea and then michael at the end shows that there needs to be a response in love to come out in the glory of god on the other side because it's about coming out in the fullness of the spirit it's not about poor you if you get hit it's about being transformed in the hit so the white horse comes out in the full glory of god they're walking in love the john 17 reality the matthew 5 44 loving and blessing and doing good looking like our heavenly father well this encounters over it's a two-minute version of a very long complicated story hard to tell the problem is the man that was shown was a good friend of mine we'd had i don't know 15 maybe 20 lunches together how many times have you had 15 or 20 lunches with a pastor down the road i mean that's an unusual i never have i don't know if i didn't count them but it was a lot we were good friends i said that's not possible not possible but as this black horse is snorting and out of his nostrils comes this dark smoke and this smoke comes on people and when it comes on people it changes their mindset and they get enraged and they get caught up and become vessels of satan's rage that's what michael said the rage of satan though really good people get caught up in that for a moment or two or longer well i'm done this encounter i don't know what to do with it it's 1984 when you go to the east well five years later we go to the east and immediately it's five years later everything seems okay you know that was a weird encounter in 84. five years later we go to the east i don't give the details i got a little bit written down there and this friend betrays me in the most intense way and it creates an international controversy that goes around the world it's a controversy that is so widespread i mean i'm not saying this since i'm like this is embarrassing to even talk about this stuff i mean it's highlighted as far as i know by almost every single christian magazine in the western world i saw it on the covers of many magazines the controversy in kansas city are they right are they wrong are they this who's right who's wrong what about john wimber is this everywhere in england and south africa new zealand australia just all around the western world this international controversy comes because this friend of mine just he produces this 200 page document making me like the falses most evil guy you could imagine that's not my point i don't even mind that actually i don't that doesn't even bother me that's not the point of the story the point of the story is where i'm going right now six months after he does this and he's he comes out in january 90. six months or in may 1990 i'm up all night with holy spirit insomnia i didn't know what the holy spirit saw me tell it was over but i'm up all night and i'm reading the song of solomon because the lord told me two years earlier to do song of psalm i didn't like song with solomon i don't like it at all to be honest but i'm trying to like it i'm two years into it going oh this book is flowers perfume body parts this isn't my book i'm but i'm trying hard i haven't taught on it yet but i'm trying to like it and i don't and the lord speaks to me it was remarkable he said and i'm reading my heart is ravaged for you i go oh lord i feel his presence he goes did you know my heart is ravished for him too this man that spoke these evil things against you and i'm like what do you mean your heart's wrapped he said the lord says i want you to see and feel what i see and feel you have need to see and feel like i do or i can't use you the way i plan to in the years to come paragraph d for the next year i'm traveling with john wimber many of you know him some of you don't know his name he's with the lord now and we're doing conferences of three four five six seven eight thousand people hundreds and often thousands of pastors and he's taking me with him i'm 35 years old he's about 50 or 60 60 i don't know how it is but he's old to me and he's taking me everywhere and i'm speaking at all these conferences because this controversy goes everywhere maybe 10 or 20 times 10 or 15 times i have to do a q a with a thousand pastors and they want to know how true the accusations do you really believe your prophecies are equal to the bible like no when did you quit believing that i never did believe that anyway but the lord says don't answer and only bless this man i mean fifth i don't know the real number but 15 conferences with 500 000 people in an open q a and john says now this will be good for you just do it and this goes on for a couple years maybe it's 20 i don't know i just did it so many times then they grab me at the end and tell me the real story about him the lord says don't you say one word cover him you cover him you only bless him i'm like do you really do this and this they were like really evil things like you know i can't comment on that my church here in in grandview was saying tell us what the back story i go i'm not gonna say nothing i wouldn't tell our church i wouldn't tell the elders the lord said say nothing but bless this man and i'm drinking this cup and i'm a little embarrassed by telling you because i'm making myself the hero of the story but i'm going to turn it on you in a minute just to say hang on i know i'm out of time but i might go on a few more minutes but it's embarrassing because i'm oh my god so i'm not measuring if i did good or bad that's not my point my point is where we're all going so i get all these practice runs i mean for three two three years everywhere i go q and a's with thousand pastors and people in the lobby of conferences everywhere you know asking did you really do this did you really do this is he really that i can't answer nothing but blessing i'm under this divine constraint for life not for a not a season not a semester for life on everybody not just him but so are you i just don't know if you know it i'm dead serious so are you i just don't know if you know it i don't like it i i've kind of got in sync with it over the last 20 years or so or 30 however long it's been now this is a hard thing to say i've never said this publicly ever paragraph e but you got to get it to get it but sam storms put out a blog in may 2219 and told it i said sam he goes well it's true you know the president of the evangelical alliance puts a blog out and tells this incredibly confidential story that i've never i've held it incredibly confidential for 30 years but he told it publicly for thousands and thousands of people to read so it's not but i just can't say these kind of words i'm not acting melodramatic it's just weird it feels weird just talk about this but this lady comes to me and she has this sam gives more details than i'm going to give information of scandal it's serious and she says the holy spirit will only let me tell you but if i leak the scandal even a little bit the controversy goes away and i'm vindicated so i know the scandal go to paul kane the reason i would tell paul kane i wouldn't tell my my staff and leaders no i wouldn't tell my wife even i wouldn't tell nobody absolutely cannot tell anybody tell paul kane because paul has that true prophetic spirit on him he says the spirit of prophecy is the testimony of jesus he goes i'll go to my grave with a thousand secrets against men of god i will never divulge them that's the spirit of test prophecy that is the testimony of jesus that's the jesus narrative over them so paul i he was safe i go paul da da da da he goes yeah i probably believe it he goes here's the word of the lord to you above all because the lord's watching you above all the lord's watching you above all love for this man cover him yeah yeah i figured i mean i kind of know that already that's the word of the lord he says this is critical all the days of your life that you operate in this not just now it's critical above everything number one this is zechariah 3. well a couple years go by it's january 1993. i'm in my beloved western sizzling right across the street they closed it i don't know why i meet jill austin i don't know jill austin i'm with there's five of us our pastors and and she comes and she's with the lord now and she's from california a prophetic woman and she goes very kind of innocent and simple i mean just kind of sweetly she goes oh uh i got a word for you i go well you don't have to give me word i'm just getting to know you she goes no no i got one she gonna you know that guy that's real mad at you yeah i think probably every christian magazine in the western world is talking about at least reported on it and i don't know everyone i don't care if it's everyone but seem like it she goes you know that guy she goes i can't remember his name but the lord's gonna solve it today i said excuse me i mean this thing was really heated up she's gonna solve it today i go i was trying to be nice to her i go don't you mean in this season let's try to give her an out i don't know her at all i don't know how accurate her stuff i go no you mean in this next season year two you know who knows the timing she goes no no no no no she goes today i say okay and my four or five pastor guys are out three for him around the table go like what and i'm sitting against the wall at the back of the corner of the room and this man who lives on the other end of town you know 30 40 minutes away or something walks into western sizzling by himself how on earth did he get here he sits down he doesn't see me sits down on the table at the end he was just by himself so he ate quickly he was good put a tip on the table i walked up to him put my arm around him and i said i bless you i bless you and he jumps back goes oh my goodness mike he said i hear your mom's dying and my mom was dying a week or two like because so is mine let's be friends let's get this behind it happened that day but here's a little bit of the point three years earlier god says i'm ravished for him i go ugh for three years i'm in conference after conference i can't tell anybody and i'm getting these horribly insulting questions asked to me everywhere i go and then i find out about the scandal and the lord says you better do nothing but bless this man so when i'm with him in that moment my heart is so tenderized i go yeah i sit back down here's the key thing i want you to get this jill says oh yeah i i didn't finish the word he's going to end this with this guy she don't even know what happened she just saw me go hug a guy and come back i am shocked nobody knows what happened i just i'm like what just happened but i didn't do that i just sit down she goes can i finish the word and you those of you that know her she talks like that can i finish the word i was giving you i go yeah i'm like completely listening to you right now she doesn't know what happened because it was only a 90-second exchange and we reconciled and we made a public note i mean a public letter we published across the city and went around the world and bubble it's like what she goes oh but here's the key here's the where it comes in she goes oh yeah and the lord told me he's going to settle today but he said that he like david he put saul's garment in your hand in the cave because i knew the scandal and you didn't cut it and i'm you know i'm just beginning to weep and the guys around me going what what she goes and the lord says to tell you your whole future ministry is affected by that test it was critical i don't know what he put in your hand i don't know but i know this if you wouldn't have leaned into it your future would be very different than it will be now that's what paul kane told me too and i went oh my goodness okay seminary holy spirit seminary this is a holy spirit seminary time this isn't about did he do it did he not do i don't even care well we ended up friends i love the man we're going to be best friends forever i don't even care what the rule truth was what i care is that i changed not enough but i changed and i began to look at other leaders through that lens i go if this is what you call great if this is zechariah 3 if this is what a black horse thing is about it's a seminary season oh it's not a poor me i got hit so my guy goes oh no another black horse are going to be attacked i go we're going to be attacked till the end settle it i go read matthew 24 the great tribulation the greatest pressure ever i'm not worried about another attack someone says the attack is coming the black horse like oh the black horse will never let go but when the lord highlights that he's telling us we're in a seminary season to do matthew 5 44 to love our enemies to see god's heart ravish for them to have information about them never make it known bless them pray for them and get transformed inch by inch i'm not saying i got transformed enough i'm not i don't have any i don't have any grid for if i did great or not great all i know is that lady said you passed the test and your entire future will be different because of that response and she goes and you had to respond many many many many times she had no idea for years because i had guys in my face all the time wanting me to tell stories about this man i wouldn't say a word not to my elders not to my pastors not to my family not to anybody the lord says you must bless you must pray you must stand with him and i will change your wicked little weak heart if you do it you'd say it that way but that's how i would have said it well we're out of time but i'm going to give you a little rapid fire anyway the next season december 2010 i'm going to be really brief on this i got way more than those i might give you 2010 i see the black horse in a prophetic dream startling i'm not giving the details i've given it before the black horse he comes this 25 foot eight foot chest wings comes barreling down to hit the ihop movement i mean he comes with his paw and he strikes us we're in this big van the leadership team is he smashes the window the window doesn't break by the way by the way the lord always prevails against the black horse some people go oh no the black course i go hey the black horse is nothing compared to the man riding the white horse don't worry about that black horse that black horse is about seminary training it's an alert i'm not worried about him again are we under attack of course i mean some seasons are worse than others but from now to the end ihop is going to be under attack but so our that ministry that ministry that ministry and the other million ministries we're going to be transformed to john 17 through zechariah 3. well anyway he appears in this i mean it comes to me in this dream in december 2010 i go i tell our leadership team it's coming and what michael said way back in 84 is when you go to the east so i said i assume i'm going to the east i don't know i am for a few months later in march i go to seoul korea it's quite remarkable trip i go to seoul korea very unusual way it happened i'm not going to tell but it was a very unusual how i end up in seoul korea and there's four pastors of a hundred two three hundred thousand member churches in seoul korea i meet with the four of them together with paul yonggi cho and he tells all of them the future is singers and musicians doing what this man in kansas city is doing it was a great trip i said okay i went to the east i went to the east you know years ago in 1990 now it's what years did i forget oh yeah 2010. i'm in the east again well some months later i got the details there we get hit again it doesn't matter how we got hit that's not the point i told our leadership team i go don't worry about it they go no we're going to hit a guy yes we are that's a fact but it's we got to respond i said that but it's at the end of the day if we respond right it works and we got hit with a national scandal we got hit with an internal family betrayals of people against people and i don't even care who did water said what that's not even my point i i determined after that that uh earlier dale i had determined i was just going to just bless bless bless and not that i did it perfect i don't want to present myself like that because that's not true but i just want i said i'm not worried about that well in 2000 10 that season last three four years two or three years something like that let's go to top of page four episode three very fast i'm on this zoom call and i don't know how many i didn't check but they a couple people were guessing one of the zoom calls global we've had five of them had 600 000 devices one had more more i don't even know but this one particular one in july it's on isaiah 19. and i was told by some folks we're estimating a million people are in on this uh zoom cult a lot of them in asia here's the unique thing and this won't strike some of you and that's okay it really doesn't need to right now but it's on on isaiah 19. isaiah 19 i have it written there i believe is one of the most significant chapters for the end time storyline it's where the revival comes to the middle east egyptians arabs and jews are touched in the holy spirit the john 17 it's the epicenter this is such a significant reality they're asking me on this global call to take a a lead in giving some of the biblical perspective of john 19. i mean isaiah 19. and they asked asher and trader to do some as well and other people gave testimonies and so i give this thing on isaiah 19. and i don't know if it's a million people someone said it was i don't even care that doesn't matter here's my point the first time in history let's just say a million even if that's not the right number the first time in history a million believers are leaning into what i consider to be the most significant chapter on the end times in the old testament about the restoration of abraham's family in the middle east in john 17 coming forth and i get to have this role be by the lord of giving a biblical perspective on it and a million are leaning into it and 2 000 years of church history never has very except for just a very micros very small number of people ever leaned into this chapter after this isaiah 19 thing the holy spirit makes it clear to be very very clear you've just now went to the east in the ultimate way it wasn't the east of ca of grandview that was a that was a trial run seminary class you learned a lot through that perspective it wasn't the east of seoul korea touching the top ministries and in korea and the prayer movement this is the ultimate going to the east is isaiah 19. and the global call never in church history i'm saying this now not the lord has a million people leaned into this and it's going to be tens of millions soon and we're all going to be in it together but the only way that's going to work is if they do matthew 5 44 they love and honor people who have mistreated them it's the the most intense racial hostility on planet on the planet but in history and when the believers come in they're not going to be free of their hostility when they come in and they're going to have to be taught and trained and the global body of christ we're all going to be in imparting and equipping millions of believers in the middle east to touch israel and john 17 and the lord says ihop you've got a an important role in this and a million ministries have an important role but you can't impart this if you don't embrace it in your private life and they're not going to get it if people don't impart it and you're in a season of seminary holy spirit seminary i'm going to call all of you to drink the cup of looking at believers that have betrayed you that have disappointed you that have hurt you and you're going to do matthew 4 5 44. you're going to love them you're going to do good for them you are going to pray for them you are going to serve them you are going to cover their weakness because love covers the multitudes of sins that's what the lord told me in that seminary course earlier in the 90s love covers of multitudes above all above all zechariah 3 the end time move and beloved we've got to begin to lean into that in a new intentionality i know that you've all said yes to it already but a new intentionality well we're out of time but i'm going to go for 10 more minutes because i'm gonna ask isaac come hither the ten minutes is him oh you could wear the crotch tough i like it yeah let me get you by k no no he says that's not even funny someone's right knee got hurt real bad this week yeah so dean i'll set you up here because you're going okay dean shares on zachary three last week and afterwards i said i wanna i wanna share this zachariah because the lord spoke to me in the july that you just you're going to the east with this isaiah 19 global zoom call alert heaven to mike you're going to the east again pay attention to seminary season the black horse is going to strike i'm not worried about that i'm worried about are we going to interpret the the season that we're in because we've got to bring it to isaiah 19 over to the middle east and so after our leadership team on monday we're on the way out he goes hey i just got something real quick too i had a dream i saw the black horse recently in a dream i said oh tell me about it yeah um back in probably may or june of this year i just had a dream real brief i thought it was like a week earlier okay no it was may or june and uh i in the dream i was on the mission's base and i saw the black horse um the head of the black horse on a person i didn't know who any of the people i didn't recognize anyone in the dream and and i in the dream i feel angry and i think to myself i'm going to strike i'm going to kick this black horse in the head it was the what you said earlier the spirit of rambo or whatever you said yeah that's what i said because the yeah the my temptation in the dream was to feel angry and to rise up with force uh towards this black horse because i was so mad that it was in in our family again no individual uh connected to it so my course is accusations exactly yeah so monday and i i forgot this part too but we're outside you and i walking and you're limping on monday and we're walking and pacing outside and we're a mess yeah now i'm limping way more than you anyways uh in the dream i go to kick this horse and there was like this just feeling uh from this black horse of just like you can't touch me he's just kind of taunting me trying to bait me into being angry at him and i take the bait i get mad and so i go and i jump to kick this horse in the head and it just so easily moves its head to the side and i lose my balance in the dream like really bad like i'm gonna fall and uh and land on my back and so a few weeks go by and i'm being accused by this individual and i'm it's it strikes my heart in just a unique way and i'm like oh this is weird and i mean yeah in the natural this is a few weeks ago because i want to comment on this say it again the black horse is the spirit of accusation of zechariah 3. it's satan it's the dragon accusing yeah so i'm i'm being accused and uh i'm just asking the lord like lord how do i respond and all of a sudden i get a text like five minutes later a text from uh my friend stuart griez many of you know stuart he serves on the leadership team here i get a text from stuart grieves and he says the lord is highlighting the black horse i had it like the night before i had it probably a couple weeks before and he goes the spirit of the black horse is among us and i'm like what he goes i keep seeing this sign that says the dark horse carriers and we're supposed to be alerted to the spirit of accusation in our midst and blah blah i mean he sends the text to me five minutes after um this this time of accusation and so i'm alerted to it so i i asked mike on monday i said hey i go i go man the lord i think is highlighting the dark horse after dean's message zechariah 3 i just said i'm just alerted to this and he goes well tell me bubble boss i just shared with him with what i shared with you now so anyway and then you tell me that very morning the lord says to you to speak on this which i yeah i already determined that after sunday after after dean finished i determined that because i haven't shared it for a while by my own choice i just wanted others too and i wanted to coast a little bit too yeah i'm sorry about that but anyway uh i was so stirred up because i the lord made it clear to me isaiah 19 is exactly we're going to the east it says it's a the horse thing so when he's this he's kicking back of this horse in this dream i guess in may it's him resisting in his own strength the spirit of accusation right the answer is to bow down to jesus's leadership in love and honor and cover and bless and let the lord settle it and get transformed that's exactly how i felt that's still how i feel it's not like i'm done with that feeling by any means but in that 1990 93 that three seasons the lord says i'm ravished over this man all these leaders ask me questions i never get free of the conversation i hear the scandal i find out it's a test i think okay i think i got it the lord says no you got a few more rounds on this it is a bitter cup we drink and him hitting the horse back is his human temptation which i still have no i'm going to answer that i'm going to set the record straight lord says that is not the way to transformation and you're not going to have anything to impart in this middle east or global drama when the betrayal culture and the family culture are coming together into collision in the body of christ and so i look so so so i said you know isaac the lord because his he didn't like this but this guy has such a important leadership call i mean in our midst but you go fast forward i've been in ministry 45 years he's 35 i can tell where he's going to be when he's 45 55 and 65 because i've watched 45 years of ministry go when he's 55 and 65 this guy will have a voice in the nations that number one that doesn't excite him and that's that's good because that's a burdensome role to have so i'm not saying gee you're going to be important you're already important but he has this call on him and i'm very aware of this kind of thing and i'm jealous for him to drink the cup of blessing his enemies in private so that he could impart it on a global level in the next 5 10 15. we have need of thee we have need if you drank this cup deep when no one's looking you've got to be able to impart it i'm imparting it to you right now trying to that's what i'm doing i'm wanting to impart it to my friends in the middle east and it's a it's a bitter cup so now it's friday today sunday right friday is it friday when that thursday night yeah okay so friday i'm at at the prayer room and i'm writing my notes i'm reading the uh friday morning i'm reading the uh my old some of my transcriptions of the black horse and i'm reading it says and the black horse in september 84 his paw wrote and shattered my right knee and i was in great pain and anguish i couldn't even walk hardly for six weeks and right when i write that the next email i get isaac says i have a serious knee injury last night and i'm praying it right then and i'm praying for your leadership in this body not that minute i wasn't because i get your calling and i get that we're on a similar trajectory nobody gets to skip the steps on this seminary course nobody can impart it if they don't embrace it and drink it and i went and when he said i hurt my how bad he goes pretty bad i think it's this and this and this i'll go to the doctor's and and he says i can't walk but without a crutch and i thought the lord is highlighting to you isaac not that you're going to be attacked you're always going to be attacked i mean of course you're in a seminary season i know this summary season yeah i am you all are too so don't be like hey we're all in this town hope you make it through isaac no no this is all of us in this scene even if i'm going down y'all going down with me so don't even try what let's end in prayer yeah you pray okay well diane came in and prayed for his knee and that oh on your knee i'm so sorry because he was really hurt and walking and all that it was real sweet i listened to her okay and i came over and said i'm praying that you drink the bitter cups that's what i'm praying for i hope your leg gets healed you'll be fine you drink that bitter cup it's five years drinking it this isn't like three four weeks you drink it we have need of you we just had a different prayer that's all which prayer should i pray do i answer mine just do what i do okay no the bitter dregs i mean you know we're having fun up here i mean for real the story is not about what happens in the natural it's not about the details of the accusation or who or someone's knee gets hurt or whatever like that really is nothing it's just prophetic story i mean as you're sharing this i am feeling the fear of the lord for our community i'm feeling the call to respond in the gospel and to gaze at the beauty of the lord and respond to the heart of christ because of what is coming against us both individually and corporately and we have to take a stand this is a test where the lord is calling us into a deeper place of abandonment to him to really lean into him during this and work those muscles that it's unnatural the natural response when we're accused is to rise up in anger and hit back and the lord is saying that is not the way that this thing plays out that's not the way of the cross that's not the way of me that's the betrayal movement that's exploding in the church and it is it is it is upon us both nationally and it is going to increase in the days ahead and i have a trembling in my spirit right now and so i want to yeah pray for the the bitter dregs one okay and i'm praying for your healing too because i know that really hurts i'm gonna give 30 more seconds it just strikes me how important this was it's on page four that daniel chapter 12 michael appears in the scripture this is michael and israel is fleeing in persecution to the surrounding nations what are the surrounding nations of israel they're islamic nations they're fleeing from the antichrist in that final 42 months into the the middle east and the lord's moving in power it's revelation 12 but what is satan called he's not called the murderer though he does murder in the end times he's called the accuser and i said lord why why is he called the accuser because he's going to have so much martyrdom and here's the answer i think martyrdom when it happens the body of christ grows dramatically when accusation happens the body of christ is distorted and broken and hindered he's called an accuser because if he can get into family and accuse he can stop many things if he martyrs people he will because he's a murderer the body of christ will grow and grow and grow but he's highlighted in revelation 12 when israel is fleeing into the middle east countries he's called the accuser because that's how he's going to try to break the revival of the middle east is by the spirit of accusation it's zechariah 3 again so father i ask you all over this room lord that we would say yes to love that covers a multitude of sins we want to cover the sins of our enemies we want to cover the sins of the people that betrayed us we want to speak blessing we want to do good we want to be like our heavenly father so john 17 the world looks at us and says we know what god is like and i asked for that spirit of urgency that i believe this like this third installment of the or episode whatever the word is of the black horse to create an urgency in us to lean into the seminary of the holy spirit in these next several years ahead of us and lord i ask you to touch isaac's knee in the name of jesus i speak blessing and healing over his knee and i speak blessing and healing over sick bodies in this room and i speak grace to respond in matthew 5 44 to love our enemies a new grace a new zealand three grace a new zealand three grace i speak that over us that we could be prepared to be involved in the global drama of john 17 even while the betrayal movement is exploding in the church i ask you god for the family movement use us we want to be a part of the family unity movement of john 17 in the middle east and here in our nation among social strife here among denominations and contesting ministries that oppose each other we want to speak blessing blessing blessing blessing we want to be like our heavenly father matthew 5 45 in jesus name amen and amen amen 1201 we did it no one's really concerned about that i'm just carrying on bless you bless you we're just gonna end with that
