Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
Oh bullocks. I really liked his 'recent' presentation on extreme poverty and its decline. RIP.
Vila i frid, Hans.
Back when TED talks were mostly not pseudo intellectual drivel
He was very straight forward with his approach. Very entertaining to watch and very sad to see him go (he died from pancreatic cancer which he was diagnosed with 1 year ago).
There's too many hightlights of him to post, so I'll keep it short (4sec) and straight forward just like him.
This is in danish television when he talks with the host. Translation:" This is not up for debate. I'm right and you are wrong."
Damn, that was sudden sad news, I really liked him. Here is one of my favorite videos where he destroys a Danish TV host for misleading facts (which most of you know is a big problem in todays media)
Wow, this came as a shock to me! Really sad to hear.
Such great hope for all mankind in his data analysis
In a world filled with fake news and alternative fact, this is a very big loss. RIP
His delivery is amazing but his animated charts are incredible. I want to be able to do that.
Rest in peace stat man.
