The BEST SKILLS for each party member in Persona 3 Reload!

hey everyone and welcome back to my channel so today I have the best party member skills video um and this is a followup to my best party members video which is linked in the description um and I thought that I had the best party members and the best party memb skills um however once reading all the comments and all your suggestions I realized that I was wrong so I went to the blue v Club almost call it V blue club uh and basically just went through and changed a few of the skills for a few of the party members based on some recommendations tested out through tius and was absolutely Blown Away by the results basically um and this is a culmination of all that information and data for you guys um to use as um you see fit so if you enjoyed this video definitely leave a like And yeah basically um yep I'm happy to admit I was wrong uh hopefully this is the Pinnacle of all the videos that you'll need to watch for the best skills um and yeah it's just a combination of the best skills based on community input as well as my own personal input from playing the game so I did play the game on hard for my first playthrough I'm currently uh going through a merciless playthrough at the moment on hard you know the game is still pretty relatively hard it's probably not the hardest persona but it's still relatively hard especially if um you know you haven't played the game before but basically we're just going to go through all the skills um and this is based upon I guess a hard mode playthrough normal and easy pretty easy in this game so it doesn't really matter what skills you have just use your favorite just use your favorite party members your favorite skills um but this is just for I guess if you want to try and mmax stuff so we'll start off with yukari so yukari um the skills that I have on her haven't changed um since the beginning um but I will uh put in some caveats so I've got Gardine sorry gine madine medoran Amita shower Samara Khan masunda Windbreak and wind amp um and yeah I think this is probably the best uh set to to give um ukari um basically yep you want your win skills obviously cuz you want her to deal some damage medor Roy H is pretty self-explanatory somean as well um you could get rid of uh Windbreak if you really want for em to drop if you don't want to use em to shower however in my opinion yukari doesn't really have any SP issues at all and because she doesn't have any SP issues I believe just going with the full heal on all party members is definitely worth it um other skills you could probably um uh you know uh swap out for Windbreak uh maybe palimpa um although maturu probably takes up the element spot so it's not really worth it on yukari in my opinion so I believe that this is probably the best set that you can possibly get so in addition to your skills your weapons actually have skills as well um and I'm just going to wrap up all the weapon skills that you can get from the ultimate weapons um for each character um that will complement their skill set um for the personas so in order to fuse any of these ultimate weapons you will require de moon Tusk um and or the nle black model um both of which can be obtained from Mona doors in the adma block so just go through beat all the monad doors and the monad passage at the end um and then if you don't get enough unfortunately you just have to redo tyus or come back another day in tyus it resets all the Mona doors and you just go through again um what I highly recommend is you should be getting at least one per door and if you're not getting at least one per door definitely save um your game reset redo the fight and then you know hopefully you get it if not just reset and then rinse and repeat so for yukar you've got the quenson bow which gives her autoc concentrate so basically at the start of battle she'll just have a double dealing damage magic attack which is really really cool um and basically to get this Ultimate Weapon you'll need a gold quartz and a ruby as well as bull Warrior horns so in order to get bull Warrior horns you'll need to fuse the Persona chiu and Chiu is the ultim Persona of the tower Arcana so rank up Tower the max fuse to you and then level to up and then you'll get the bull Warrior horns to get this weapon all right so next we got uh jume Yori um and basically the same thing I haven't really changed him much at all from the previous video so you've got the skills of vble Blade Brave blade B assault gigantic fist agine maraku Kaja High counter and regenerate 3 um so I've seen a lot of people instead of regenerate 3 that have shift amp but in my opinion shift amp is not really that useful you can't really guarantee that you're going to always shift to jume um after a um after a particular sort of um move set or weakness or knockdown um however you know you can obviously replace regenerator 3 with that um I do find that all these uh skills especially because they're all high level um slash strike and Pier skills um that eventually does run out a lot of HP I guess if you pair him with the Healer it's probably not a big deal but regenerate 3 definitely helps a little bit especially because the regenerate is percentage based so you can really usually just get in another um vble blade for example for another attack um but yeah everything else is pretty staple um very good damage dealing and physical damage um Persona um and yeah you have all the physical abilities basically and maraku Kario is pretty much a staple in the L game so for jume um basically you know jum is a critting machine essentially and all his um skills are based around just dealing a lot of damage um but his theog if you remember from my other video it basically gets charged by dealing crits so masako's Katana is the best weapon for him all stats plus five plus at pupil that pupil just basically raes raises the critical rate of the user um and it's just a good skill to have um on June um and definitely makes his theog um gauge charge more consistent um in order to get that you need Emperor sake Cup gold quartz and rubies um once again gold quarts rubies um in Adam a block in Tyrus and the emperor s cup is what you get from Massa so you just need to rank up masakado in order to get the fusion item and then you can fuse masato's Katana so akihiko is one that greatly changed my opinion about him based on you guys' comments um and it's a little to do with the mistranslation for his theog actually or his gauge condition as well as his characteristics so his gauge condition is after strengthening himself his fighting Spirit Rises and his characteristic as buff M greatly increases the effects of Buffs on self so it is quite leading because it sort of means that it sort of leads to meaning that you need to apply a buff on yourself on akiko's turn in order to get these two to proc um however that is not the case so for his gauge condition and characteristics basically at the start of akihiko's turn if there is as long as there is a buff on him so it doesn't matter if it's cast from anyone else it doesn't have to be from akihiko himself as long as there's a buff on him these two will proc meaning that if you have an auto skill on one of your personas basically you always enter the battle with that skill in hand so for example if you have Auto M Taro basically you have tarar on everyone and if akihiko goes in during that turn that autom matara is proed his g gauge condition will actually fill up quite significantly um and his buff amp will actually increase the effects of the Buffs themselves so when it comes to buff amp it's actually you know it says increase the effects so the effect is not the duration of the buff it's actually the damage of the buff so taraga um in terms of a buff is 40% additional damage right so when a buff amp procs based on whoever cast tyaga on Akiko as long as his turn starts and he has a buff on him for example in this case tyaga it will actually be an 80% buff so you're actually essentially doubling the buff so it goes with the same with marakukaja as well as masukukaja so basically it doubles the um effectiveness of it so if your defense is an additional 40% defense it will be 80% on akihiko and this basically means that as long as he has a buff applied to him pretty much on duration of all the turns throughout a battle he has one of the fastest charging the's in the game and it's absolutely ridiculous um and that what that's sort of what makes him just really good so if we go to his Persona skills um as you can see I've got the usual Zod Zod God's hand Masuk Kaja elect boost El amp shock boost and evade ice um and basically the difference is I had mataru matunda on um on Caesar beforehand but in reality if you use masuku Kaja it is much better considering the um you know the effect that you get from his GA gauge condition as well as his characteristic um so yeah I do believe that a lot of people are probably sleeping on akihiko just like me to be perfectly honest um and that's purely based on sort of the M transation of his um theog and gauge conditions um basically as as long as he has a buff applied to him and you can easily do that with any auto matara skills in the late game any of the um group buffing skills um masuka mat taraju my rakaa and he even has my Kaja himself right um it will basically proc um both conditions so for akihiko I forgot to mention AKO and Ken both need n white models which again you get through monad doors um I believe white M you can actually get through haraba Mona passage as well so just Farm your way from haraba all the way to Adama and you should get um some of these models um and for akihiko um his Ultimate Weapon is evil gloves which is funny name um it basically gives him Auto heat Riser which basically means that what I was saying before he procs everything on turn one Gus and then he charges theg like 90% pretty much and then you know his buff duration gets extended for all three Buffs as well guys heat Riser he gets 80% damage increase 80% defense increase in % accuracy and Evas increase it is insane so definitely get this one if you can um and to to get it you'll need gold quartz and rubies um so Farm those in uh Adam a block and then you'll need Mara's head which means you'll need to fuse that uh that interesting Persona uh called Mara um which is of the tower Arana but you don't need anything special for him uh is a special Fusion however so just keep that in mind um and then yeah just fuse Mara yep you see it there Mar's head good on your AKO so moving on to mitsuru um nothing has really changed from mitsuru either we got diamond dust my Boer dine Eerie sound concentrate my rakunda ice break ice boost and ailment boost um now I have seen a lot of people go straight into just the freeze element or just the ice element and replacing Eerie sound with um with freeze boost um yep it can it can definitely work um however I have found the Eerie sound plus El boost is quite uh consistent um and it's really good for mobs um if you're looking for single Target damage uh definitely replace this with freeze boost 100% um but I think realistically with concentrate ice boost and diamond dust there's not in my opinion there's not really an additional requirement for freeze boost considering that most the late game bosses you you can't you know you're not even going to freeze them too much anyway so if you're just looking from a mob perspective or just a regular enemy perspective Eerie sound is more consistent um and it can distress FES and then you can you can Hammer them with double damage so for mitsu um basically her Ultimate Weapon is koki sanin um it has all stats plus five plus magic ability again magic ability um charges 25% um on the additional damage for any non Alm Mighty attacks requires gold CTS and rubies from adoma block as well as a black pillar Shard um to get the black pillar Shard you'll need to fuse aliat um which is the ultimate Persona of the empress Arana so you'll need you know Rank 10 as well and in order to get that um basically you will need to fuse and then level uh the person up and then you'll get the black pillar shut uh next is Athena which we did change a little bit from the original um and we'll go through it Myriad arrows promo Force Akasha Arts matarukaja marakukaja resist fiz uh enduring soul and insta heal so the difference was I basically replac dunda with resist Fizz um I just find that in in the late game dunda doesn't really do much considering that if you do get debuffed you can just rebuff yourself um it doesn't really take too much considering that Athena can also rebuff everyone um so it's really not that much more I guess useful um and especially in the late game when you're dealing with more physical damage um relatively speaking um resist f is definitely really good um considering that you pretty much resist and null all physical um damaging abilities and you only really have to watch out for um electric skills so for IUS uh the Ultimate Weapon is Metatron um and it provides all stats plus 5 plus arm master and this is just super super good I highly highly recommend getting this one because arms Master basically reduces the HP cost of all physical attacks and because IUS is a physical damage dealing machine it's pretty self-explanatory so it's great to have um and super super useful as well requires gold quarts and diamonds um again both of which can be farmed in animal block I believe diamonds can actually be farmed in um haraba block um the later flaw of haraba but you know just go to adma and farm those ones that way uh to get the contract angel wing um basically you'll need to fuse Metatron which is the ultimate Persona of the Aon Arana and basically Rank 10 Max with aus so fuse that level that up and then you'll get the contract Angel win next we have Ki uh for Ken um and this guy I've changed as well based on um various opinions and comments and yeah I guess you guys' comments Chang my mind so we have the skills of zodan Kon makan heat Riser manahan this time maakan tetran and light amp now I know a lot of people would just replace I guess zodin sorry zodan with um you know a different skill or anything like that to do with Ken however I do believe having the Dual affinities and the Dual Affinity damage is definitely useful the only difference is deaga has been gotten rid of for medor rahan so this is because of Ken's uh the engage conditions um basically automatically recover 10 SP and once his SP is less than half it's competitiv insided so essentially what you want to do with Ken is just Spam abilities right so you want want to spam abilities and spam heals so it Ken actually ends up becoming a really good utility person because you can basically heal everyone which costs a lot of SP you can tetran and maakan someone which costs a lot of SP and you essentially can recharge his gauge condition while also restoring SP and it essentially becomes like an infinite Loop in a sense um well obviously infinite diminishing Loop but in in a sense a loop um and then you get the big one which is divine retri oh sorry not Divine uh Divine inter vention which revives party fully restores HP and will reflect one attack for everyone in the party so essentially if you have you know medor raan instead of deaga it just becomes more utility based so if you need a heal you just use medoran right you can heal everyone to full and then eventually you can charge your gauge condition because you're you know you're reflecting a magic attack reflecting a turn physical attack every sort of um every turn essentially um and then once you charge your the you use divine intervention his SP will drop below um half regardless because of how high SP cost the skills are and then you know you can just basically keep recharging your theog essentially and then you'll essentially have divine intervention up pretty much like very often um in which case yeah it's an Mega heal reflect one attack and it's super super useful especially in pinch moments so I think with Ken especially um I think Medan is just good so he can basically become your your secondary healer or you can even use him as his main healer I did see a few of the comments use him as his main healer um but yeah he's just good utility good damage um light amp is pretty much staple in my opinion um considering that he's the light damage dealing um Persona um but yeah I think Med ran and him just becoming a pseudo healer and utility person works much better for him than what I previously had which is De kaga cuz if you're going to debuff or remove the Buffs on the um on the boss for example or an enemy you may as well just debuff them with the buil right all right for Ken his Ultimate Weapon is panaka and it gives it 100 HP HP and 100 SP um and yeah more SP for Ken just means more spell spamming and more spell spamming just means more opportunity to get below half um and just charge his D so all around pretty good gold quartz and Ruby um and you'll need destroyers drums um in order to get destroyers drums you'll need to fuse the Persona Shiva uh there's special Fusion that requires two specific personas in ranga and bong and then once you fuse her basically you know just level her up and then you get destroy drums and you can get pinaka and last but not least we have cus so basically we have the skills of aegon Mayon maridon timma slash debilitate masukukaja fire amp and dark amp and I only really swapped out I think it was Rebellion for fire a because I kind of realized and a lot of people also pointed this out that Rebellion doesn't really do much especially considering that I'm just building personas with innate crit so you don't really need Rebellion to do innate crit I guess um in which case fire amp is much better because now you have dual affinities of dark and fire so for Karu uh vajra is the uh Ultimate Weapon for him and basically gives all stats plus 9 plus Ali Dan so Ali Dan basically uh harves the hit rate of incoming attacks for Karu um again super useful um it's just good to have an attack for 410 by the way guys 410 on most of these anything is basically plus 400 he super useful requires gold quarts and diamonds as well which are easy to farm the rubies thank god um but again Adam a block um and later later bits of har block um you can definitely get those ones and to get the Carnage King's gear you'll need to fuse assura of the sun Arcana which is Max rank Sun so you need to get Max rank with sun to be able to fuse Asura fuse him level him up and then you'll get the Carnage k gear um and I should also mention fuka I guess as well so these skills are basically just all level up skills there's not really any Bas best skills for fuka however um Escape uh not Escape Tyler research is really good for finding those greedy Shadows which I'll do a video about um and then silit Aura as well increases party's attack defense and accuracy in the next battle um so especially in the new game plus playthrough when you know the next battle is coming or you know floor bosses for example when it's like oh there's a powerful enemy up ahead use this is super good um and then yeah you'll just get a free buff at the beginning and you don't have to spend the turn buffing yourself so that's it for my guide on the best skills for each party member so keep in mind that these are basically your maxed skills towards the um well towards the uh late game and usually when you go into the mid game or whatever you just want to make sure that you keep some of those skills and not get rid of the other skills however once again you can go to the blue v Club spend a night there and basically you can relearn any of the skills that you previously forgot um so it makes it an easy way to do it um especially when you're in the late game when you can you know start having some free days um during the day when you complete Social Links and um maxed out everything um you can you spend one of your days doing that um and
