[Music] [Music] this is what happens when you eat in Kansas City it's worth getting arrested for a problem [Music] we're here at Joe's Kansas City barbecue and we're here to try their giant racks of ribs they're the size of your face and I can't wait to dig in you know I like to say we didn't invent barbecue okay in the city didn't and that barbecue but we perfected it [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Laughter] [Music] we're looking forward to evening one of the 13 places we should eat before we got [Music] I can't say it on camera but the whole rack of ribs just for me [Music] they needed some extra refrigeration space for all their catering and so they approached the guy who operated this convenience store and gas station and he had a little Fried Chicken counter in the corner and when they decided to get into the restaurant business full-time they asked him if he is ready to retire and sell the building and he was and so they reduced the size of the convenience store or put in a few more seats check out the fried chicken counter put in some smokers and converted the place to a barbecue restaurant wow wow wow wow wow these ribs are on another level they taste red up there smokey they call up the bomb but they have a little gift so you kind of have to like parkour which is great and the sauce is sweet and sticky and a little Smokies everything you are their friend I got the ribs there tree Thomas just goodness bite down this is kind of my barbeque bucket list right here so this is a come here and have ribs you can go you know the two of our other locations in Olathe thoroughly would you're gonna get the same rib you know it's going to be tender it's going to be juicy very flavorful and I think that's kind of what sets us apart [Music] [Applause] you
