The Best Front Living 5th Wheel, Luxe 44FL Elite

[Music] hey everyone kristin here with lux fifth wheels i am in a luxe elite 44 fl up in the front living room so just wanted to take a second to point out a few things in this model for you we have jackknife sofas here these do fold down to where you can have some extra guests here if you'd like for sleeping quarters over here we have theater seating this is our lambright theater seating in this coach particular you can put this up if you'd like a little bit more cozy and you do have some storage down here for remotes we're going to touch base at the entertainment center here we have a very large tv here would be great for if you're watching football games or anything like that you have a nice lg sound bar you have a fireplace here that has 5000 btus puts out some pretty good heat there is a subwoofer behind that fireplace as well to give you some really good sound for when you are watching um tv you have cubbies on either side here many things that you can do with this space and then touching base just a little bit over here we have day and night shades you have the option to do power night shades if you'd like so there is your nightshade and you can just easily pull it down and let it go now i'm going to take you here into the kitchen you have a nice gourmet kitchen so if you like to cook this is definitely the kitchen for you you have a wireless charging port right here we have about six different countertops to choose from they are an lg countertop a single composite bowl was used for the sink in this model right here and if you're looking in the kitchen here you can see that they did two different styles of the cabinetry we have the gray shaker style cabinet and the beachfront shaker style cabinetry so you can mix and match throughout your entire coach you have the pendant lighting and you have the puck lighting throughout which is going to be dimmable throughout your entire coach there's a 30 inch oven in this model right here we do have a 24 inch standard is going to be an induction cooktop plenty of storage here for your cookware any of your goods you have a nice little pantry over here to the right you're going to have all solid hardwood doors and drawers they are handcrafted by the amish locally in ship showana got a nice dovetail soft clothes even on your drawers your drawer glides are going to be all at the bottom so that's going to give you more space on the sides and it's going to give you added strength we have no osb or particle board anywhere in our coaches at all i want to touch base on our coaches are they're not completely custom but we can tailor and tweak the space that we are given within the floor plan so if maybe you need an at-home office this would be a really good spot for it you could do a nice little office right here a desk an area for your printer we could also do it up in the front living room as well over here we have the buffet style table you have storage on either side here plenty of 110 volt outlets throughout also usb combos this will pull out there's two additional leaves that you can put in here so that you can potentially seat four at your dining room table again touching base on our cabinets they're all going to be really deep you're going to have that soft touch even in your cabinets there you have nice heavy duty hinges and hardware for your cabinet so it's really going to be good for that full time use the soft touch walls in the elite is standard it's going to add about a quarter inch to your wall which is a three inch thick wall already as it is is going to be sound dampening and climate controlled coming back into our hallway here we have a half bath let you pop in there we do have porcelain toilets and we also have the option to do a macerator toilet if you need that over here you're going to have your washer and dryer set up if you option to have that nice large deep cabinet above good for your linens and things like that things that you're not going to need for every day over in this cabinet here you do have the option to do many different things we can do a hanging bar so if you want some coats you want some hooks we can do adjustable shelving there'll be an outlet in here so maybe you have a dyson that you need to keep plugged in that is something that we can do coming back here into the master bedroom this is great for somebody who needs that extra head space because this is where you're standing so when you're up in that living room you're more likely to be sitting down so with it having the the lower ceilings that's good and having the larger ceilings the taller ceilings back here is going to be more helpful our beds are going to be standard king size they do have storage underneath you're going to have the 12-volt reading lights on either side and you have the storage cubbies above we can close off that overlook there if you if you're not a knick-knack person and you want some more additional storage we can do that you're going to have a ceiling fan in here that is standard and then this large wardrobe here you're going to have a hanging bar in the middle so if you want to hang some clothes and then on either side here you can do hanging clothes again you can do adjustable shelving fix shelves many different things that you can do with this space this space right here is where the bed is going to um sit in it's going to house the bed when your slides are closed in this is a really good spot for ikea totes they make something that fits it very well so if you have those things that want to you can just shove into totes that's a good space for it coming into our master bath here this is great because if you you know like me long hair you want to wash your hair you have plenty of room to go ahead and do that in this shower this is a residential panel shower it is an upgrade we do have it in a couple different colors it gives it a nice look you have the clear shower glass doors the wood cheeks you can put up when you don't need that nice large vanity here plenty of space to get ready in the mornings lots of drawer space i want to touch base on we have cutoff points at every source of water so you do not need to go outside to your pass through storage do that if something was wrong or you need to service your unit for the water you can do it at that point nice large linen closet over here again you could do the adjustable shelves fix shelves anything that you need over here coming back through here all of our flooring is going to be a vinyl plank flooring it is a residential shaw flooring so it can withstand the movement down the road and the full-time living it's easy to if something was to scuff on your floor it's easy to heat it up and replace i am going to take you outside now to show you this beautiful paint job on this coach we are outside of the 44fl i want you to take a look at this this is a stunning paint job it's one of my favorites it is all automotive paint it is wet sand cut and buff there will be no decals on this coach whatsoever you can choose any automotive colors you can match your truck you can go to a car on a car lot and just if you see a paint that you like you can definitely pick that out get that paint coat and we can put it on here for you this coach right here does have slide room paint so that is an option so if you want that masking to continue on we can do that it gives it a nice sleek look all of our windows are going to be dual pane windows you are going to have two 40-pound propane tanks one on either side of your coach this is going to be for your equalizer leveling system you're all auto leveling this coach is equipped with the four camera system so you're gonna have one on either side of the coach so you can have that side view you'll have one above your door for security purposes and one in the in the rear for um when you're backing up you pass through storage here has nice heavy duty struts on board you're gonna have no flex in that pass-through storage when you're opening that door here you have access to your water bay you have your outdoor shower you have solar prep so you're going to have all solar prep and satellite prep done to your coach standard you can winterize your coach from here as well in here you will have your 2000 watt inverter which is standard you have access through your pass-through storage here to service anything on your coach you have a whole coach water filtration system you will change your filter through this point right here you can tell this coach right here has the arctic package on board because the ins the pex lines are insulated when you have the arctic package it insulates your pecs lines it makes your furnaces 235 000 btu furnaces and two instead of two 20 000 btu furnaces it also puts an extra heat pad on your fresh tank got a nice solid seal to your doors double locks along here you can see the belt rail that hides um all the screws it keeps it from not being exposed to the elements also gives it a nice sleek look all of your microwaves are going to be vented to the outside you'll have your ventilation for your dryer here's your furnace points here you got 17 and a half inch h-rated goodyear tires nitro filled with kodiaq hydraulic disc brakes on the elites it is standard to be on the morryde is suspension we do also offer kelderman air right if that is something that you are interested in power cord reel is an option it's a nice um added feature to have because those power cord wheels those cords do get pretty heavy it also gives you the option you know then you can clean it as you're pushing that button to reel it back in [Music] one piece seamless front and end caps on all of our coaches there is that rear camera you have your rear ladder so that you can get onto your roofs it is a full fully walk-on roof so if you have any service that you need to do up there or if you need to sweep off your slide rooms you can do that as well all of our slide rooms are going to be flush slide room so when they're all closed in it gives you a nice sleek look when you're going down the road trim on demand hot water for the 44 fl so you're gonna have that instant hot water all of our fender skirting if everything is going to be full metal you're not going to have any plastic also want to touch base on above your tires here you're going to have extra protection so if you were to have a blowout you are protected um your your end walls are going to be protected from any type of blowout outdoor entertainment is on this one here you also have 110 volt outlets for the outside extra long grab bar handle solid step above entry stairs were an option on this it does have a step and a half to get in there so it gives you extra support they have keyless entry on this store right here the marine grade speakers are going to come standard on the coach it does come with an am fm bluetooth radio more 110 outlets for the outside and again access to your pass-through storage we do have a more ride trace side that you can put in here if you want to utilize that entire space there again touching base on our serviceability of our
