This is a GREAT video. I've always wanted to see something like this. It's amazing how much difference there is between the various ones. Sometimes, I watch a conductor, and he seems several beats ahead of the orchestra, making a violent gesture, while the orchestra doesn't match it... immediately. Others, seem to be right on the beat, as if they're playing an instrument along with the orchestra.
