[Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] I had completed my associates degree in intelligence studies and I have also continued pursuing my bachelor's in cyber security I am stepson Sanok you know working the United States Army Cyber Command cyberspace operations is just a world of opportunity for anyone that wants to get involved I am chief one officer Mullins and I work with u.s. army Cyber Command [Music] our senior leaders and commanders are working with industry to ensure our warfighters and provide the best cutting-edge technology in defense of our networks for the future warfighter we go back when we first started doing this about ten years ago we found that the military folks had less experience in the cyber realm it has been a huge change in the last ten years and now when we run these classes we find that the military personnel are among the best trained the most aware it's really been a sea change and it's refreshing let's extremely exciting to think that I don't have to only fight fires I get to be involved with those cyber events we want to understand before the event happens how we're gonna respond and how we integrate together you definitely don't want to learn who your partner is or who to go to during an event we want to know who our partners are who are going to work with what resources you have on what resources I have and how we can attack the problem together instead of finding it out after the fact [Music] here at the cyber school we think it's very important to harness the interests of the students it fosters a climate of creativity and allows for unboxing which is essential to be successful in the soccer field I joined the cyber branch in the military because ever since I was a kid I've always loved computers and I in fact wanted to design video games as a kid and I thought that doing inside what would be the best led towards going about achieving that dream now PFC Morales I joined the 17 Charlotte branch because I wanted to challenge myself mentally I've always been someone has been driven by self-improvement and I figured that no matter how much you learned in this cyber field there's always more for any young professional that wants to pursue a career in the cyberspace operations the time is now the opportunities are endless and the rewards are priceless you
